The staff was amazing and helpful, we appreciate the hospitality shown. Clean rooms, good snacks, great amenities and awesome atmosphere. We have already booked again with them.

Nice place and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room with 2 queen beds was very large and spacious and very clean. Complimentary coffee and tea in lobby area was a great treat. Did not have a chance to go to the breakfast but I heard from others that it was great. We also utilized the washer and dryer on the first floor which came in handy. Detergent was given to us for free by staff. Would definitely recommend this place and revisit when we get a chance.

room was spacious and seemed renovated. There were a few spaces that still need renovation. Carpeting, the cabinet doors were both loose. The beds were very comfortable. The manager's hour offered drinks and very light snacks - cheese and crackers, fruit, vegetable tray. Breakfast was extensive and the omelet was cooked to perfection. We would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was OK-nothing special at all. The room AC was so loud. The only good aspect was that it covered the noise from the nearby highway. Only option was to turn the entire AC unit off and it was hot out side so that was not an option.

We had a phenomenal stay at Embassy Suites! The staff was all so friendly and we enjoyed their outdoor patio where we could sit by a fire and enjoy a cocktail. Probably the best part of our stay was a very sweet man named Mort, who greeted us every morning at breakfast and cleared our dishes while making conversation and wishing us blessings!

When I arrived I was told I already checked in which was impossible since this was the first time I stepped foot on the property. Then the lady said there was a card on file for incidentals and it wasn't mine. I told her that and she just kept insisting that it was mine. Then I asked her if there was going to be someone in my room and she said no. So I went upstairs with my kids and there was already luggage in my room. I immediately called the lady and she said you'll just have to talk to my supervisor and hung up on me. I tried to call her back and she wouldn't answer. I left my kids in the room, one being a 3 year old autistic child, since I didn't want to cart them all over the place. I went up to that same lady and she immediately brushes me off and points to her supervisor. The supervisor did get it fixed although didn't know why it happened since they always check IDs. The lady I dealt with should not be in customer service.

the room had a lot of wear and tear that wasn’t expected. The bed was scratches up galore on the headboard, furniture im sitting area was worn out & very uncomfortable. There was mold in rhe shower.

Then i asked to stay another night because my nursing supervisor said i didnt have to be to work till mo day shift and the lady up front said no i would have to book another room

Good Embassy, better than the downtown one. Room furniture was worn out and uncomfortable, bed was not comfortable and a/c noise was loud. Shower pressure was not existent. Will not stay here again. Was not terrible but there are other options.

The hotel manager said he would have at least reimbursed us in full for the night, but we had already paid through Orbitz. I plan on looking into some legal counsel on this one.

Overall, the food was excellent, and I was very satisfied.

Our 2 night stay was good overall. However, our room was not cleaned and restocked with clean towels, etc. after our first night. I had to go get clean towels from the downstairs lobby. Not receiving a visit from housekeeping also led to an overflow of trash in our room. This was disappointing & unusual for Embassy Suites.

The room was super clean. Quiet environment. Omelet staruon at breakfast was excellent. Alot of choices on free breakfast buffet.

Loved the pool and hot tube.. the room was amazingly beautiful! The bar was great.. the whole place was good sit by a fire a relax... we plan on getting married soon and shh but i think i found it.. thats how much i Loved it.. i just have to give them a call and see how much a wedding for about 10 will be .. small intimate wedding is what we are looking for!

Love this place! The daily happy hour with snacks is such a nice touch, and the courtyard with the firepit is perfect for hanging out. The location is super convenient, and the breakfast bar is awesome—especially the made-to-order omelettes (honestly the best I’ve ever had). The staff are always so friendly and you can tell they work hard to make guests feel welcome. We’re in Knoxville a lot for family and business, and since finding this hotel, it’s the only one we stay at!

Visiting Knoxville for Fanboy Expo (Conic-Con). This location was super convenient to get to everything and the staff was great. I know exactly where to stay for my next visit.

Our stay was AMAZING! Knoxville is a boring city, but the hotel made up for it. The staff was OUTSTANDING from check in to the bar and the breakfast staff. If we ever had to stop through again, we’d definitely stay again!

The customer service of the staff was great. The only thing that I think needs to improve is the cleanliness. I went into the closet to hang up some clothes and it was super dusty. I think they don’t really put much care to it since not everybody uses it. Also, I hung my towel on the bathroom hook and it fell off. Other than that everything was great.

Front office evening we arrived was excellent. Bathroom was not cleaned well, floors were dirty. Furniture was old and dirty but beds were very good.

This was my first stay at ES. The property was impressive. I'm not goofing to marks because the breakfast closed early, and that was one of our reasons for choosing this property.

Almost everything was good until we got to our room to shower and notice a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower and already used dry bar of soap inside the the shower which means it wasn’t cleaned. Which was very bothersome for the price of the room that was paid. The staff did come and clean the shower after I called but I expected that being that it was an inconvenience to be rectified better or differently. Overall the staff was very friendly and the facility smelled amazing.

Second stay here, won’t be my last

The hotel was beautiful everything was in great condition in my room. Loved that they tvs said my name, always a great touch. Elevators were quick. My only complaint is that I wasn't given any notice that the pool and hot tub weren't working because that's the main reason I chose this hotel. So bummer but still a very nice place.

I enjoyed staying at this property. The housekeeping staff did a good job at keeping the property clean. Happy hour downstairs is a must and the dinning options wasnt bad either. Only complaint was one of the waitresses automatically added gratuity to my dinner without telling me and when i added my gratuity she came out with well enough. Other than that the staff was helpful and friendly

We were concerned that the interstate traffic noise would be loud and disturbing, but we heard nothing at all. Noise barriers were most effective.

They tried to put us in a new room they had made on the 1st floor but it was not cozy or inviting, the curtains didn’t close, so they put us in the 4th floor and we loved our room and could have stayed longer. We loved it, The breakfast and staff at breakfast were so awesome. We enjoyed the fresh cooked omelettes. One of Our favorite parts of staying there.

Great place to stay right off the highway

Convenient to the interstate for travelers. Car dealerships and storage lots all around so it's not the greatest location but the good news is that you really don't have to leave property if you don't want to leave the property you don't have to. There are plenty of good restaurants around for meals.

The front desk staff was rude. The shampoo, conditioner, etc was poor. Stay at the Drury Inn down the street. It's much nicer.

Rooms were not very clean. Stains on the walls everywhere. Bathroom had previous customers contacts laying in the floor where they have not cleaned well. Hair in the shower. Just overall felt dirty. The icing on the cake was the AWFUL customer service we received. We asked Ermie about checking out a day early and she said yes that would be no problem as long as it’s by 11:00 and we would be refunded our last nights stay. When trying to check out Jordan informed us we would to call Expedia because that’s who the booking was through to receive our refund. After leaving the hotel we called and Expedia called the hotel to get confirmation of earlier check out. The manager Briana DENIED our 1 day early refund after 2 employees told us we would receive a refund and to called. She then said she doesn’t know why the employees would tell us that because that isn’t their policy. Half our party had already left to go home because we were told otherwise. Briana was a coward and refuses to come out of her office where she told me she was going to look into this further once I drove 30 minutes round trip back to talk to her directly because she conveniently wasn’t available to talk over the phone. She refused to come out and speak to me and told Jordan, her front desk, that she was in a food meeting and wasn’t coming out that her decision had been made. After asking repeatedly to speak to her Jordan called the cops which I agreed was a good idea to hopefully be able to get Brianna to come

Friendly staff

The place had a lot of dogs, no problem. The only thing I can really say is the lady Monday morning was so nice and helpful. She should get a raise. But I will say the restaurant that they say is more a grab and go place. The description is not accurate at all. They have a huge room with a bar. Super plus but there was no restaurant and that’s why I spent 300$ a night. Very disappointed in that aspect. Over all very nice.

We stayed here for the weekend while in town for the football game. Great location! Close to everything. On-site restaurant & bar were perfect. Good food. GREAT servers and staff!! Amazing free breakfast. Cozy outdoor firepit area. Daily “happy hour” at bar. This will be our new “go to” spot for future Knoxville visits. Highly recommend.

We were driving from Texas to DC and this was our second stop. This has been our go to spot - clean, friendly, great breakfast, and accommodating staff. These drives are exhausting but this stop always recharges us. Really great hotel.

All associates were very nice. Hotel was at capacity but it stayed quiet and peaceful. Also very comfortable beds.

The retro decor of the property was awesome, the hotel is beautiful and staff is very friendly and professional. It’s clean and quiet, the breakfast was wonderful. There are many restaurants in the area which is good because the only negative is the dining was limited if you have food allergies at the hotel.

As I entered the bathroom in my Room 401, there was dried urine in front of the toilet on the floor that had not been properly mopped. The rest of my stay was very good.

Embassy Suites is always good, but the light between the 2 beds wasn’t working & another bulb near the closet was out, which made it hard to see at night.

Service was great. Dinners were good. Omelette bar was great. The bacon and eggs, not so much(not the cook's fault.)

No A/C for the 3 nights we were there, been waiting on a manger to call about adjusting room rates for this and still nothing , got a different response for a/c to be resolved from a couple rooms to the whole building being out, had I known this was an issue would had gone somewhere else

Beautiful property! I loved everything about it except to check in girl. She answered the phone and continued talking during my check-in instead of putting the person on hold. Basically just. I got no information at all about the happy hour time for the free breakfast. I think she should’ve given me all of that information as she did everyone else

Every person that worked there was fantastic and the guests were all great because of it.

Gorgeous suite. Staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spotless and my name was on all the tvs in the room. 10/10 experience!

We were put on the 4th floor where people could bring their dogs. There was a dog barking some through the night. I wish they would separate people who have dogs from people who do not.

The room was great. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good with freshly prepared omelets. Our room didn’t get cleaned the second day so we had to hunt down a washcloth. The lobby had several seating places & it was quite beautiful. There was a very nice outside seating area that was spacious.

It’s a beautiful place. There are many great amenities. Really enjoyed the trip!

The common areas are modern and comfortable and the staff outstanding. The rep at arrival was inviting, helpful and informative with a warm smile and James at the morning omelet station might be the friendliest person we met on our ride through Tennessee. My only frown would be the furnishings in our room (411). The sofa not has zero support but a large stain on the cushion. We took the spare blanket out to use as a cover and that had a stain. Both the chair and ottoman have thread bare spots. The condition of the furniture would be expected at Motel 6 but not an embassy suites.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Large and clean rooms, lobby is pretty, complimentary hot breakfast was pretty good. If you have the Hilton app you can open your room with a digital key as well as check in and check out. I'd definitely stay here again as it is good value for the price!

Terrific high end property. Very quiet room with excellent room darkening draperies. Very comfortable with an ideal room arrangement. Nice bar on main floor for those special refreshments in the evening. Full service breakfast with made to order eggs or omelets.

The rooms were very spacious and nice. The dining / breakfast situation was weird and directions were not clear. Most TV channels were spotty. The road noise was very loud.

Just didn't like that I had to use my own Netflix account to login. I find that not so trust worthy because it took me a minute to figure out how to sign back out of it so the next person doesn't get my information.
