Nice newer hotel. Room overall was comfortable however sink area and bathroom offered little counter top space. Also shower controls were hard to reach and not get wet turning on the shower. Whomever planned the space didn’t take that into consideration. Perhaps reverse the shower doors to better access shower controls.

Breakfast was OK, not great. No opportunity to make waffles/pancakes. Egg dishes were not that good.

The room was pretty clean! For the price I paid i would of thought breakfast would of been included. I stayed in Atlanta at a place very similar and their breakfast was included at a better rate for the room.

The rooms were clean, the staff - all of the staff we encountered - were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent - especially for the price. The workers in the food area for breakfast were especially kind and friendly.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Front desk reps were great. Both my mom and cousins left there IDs and, or purse in the wrong room and or food court and someone returned them and the front desk notified me

I didn’t realize it wasn’t a free continental breakfast. Hotel was nice, but the area was a little concerning. Continual foot traffic on the street in front, looked like homeless people looking for resources. I don’t know, but it certainly raised awareness for me.

The staff were super great. Breakfast was good. The beds are super tall.

Breakfast was a little salty, and you have to pay about $8 for it, but it got the job done, and there was free coffee. The staff was wonderful, check-in was at 3pm and checkout was at 12pm. It was a great experience.

The room was very nice. Was very impressed with cleaning team. Me and my daughter left jackets in the closet. Contacted the hotel a few days later, after realizing they where not here at home. The staff sent them back in the mail. Awsome

We’ve stayed several times. Very clean and Friendly. This stay the only suggestion would be having laundry available. There was only 1 washer and dryer and both were broken. We’d been traveling for about a week and got in late so that made things tough.

Parking was easy. Check in was okay. Rooms and beds are comfortable. AC was a little intense when on. Sink is in entry, seperate from bathroom. Hallway carpet needs replacing. Breakfast is available for $7.95 each. It was decent. Overall I would stay again for a short overnight while traveling.

The only problem with the room is the drapes do not close all the way, there is a set of very light curtains in the middle section that allow the lights from the parking lot to shine in the room all night

The front desk helpful and welcoming. Great for pet stay. The second floor pet area, was a little difficult for ours, elevator or steps. Small grassy area past parking lot for pet. The room itself was very quiet. Slight odor? The king bed was extremely comfortable. Shower nice. Breakfast for additional fee.

Property and room appeared to be clean however we found a bed bug, confirmed by the front desk, on our bed. Hotel was sold out so no other room was available; had to find an alternate option at midnight.

Very clean room- bed a bit hard- walls are pretty thin, can hear alot going on in halls and next door. Poor design of shower, you have to get inside to turn it on! Be prepared for a shocking wake up! Staff was friendly. Overall decent place for the $.

I booked a KING room and was given a Double room with smaller beds. We were told we could take the Double room or leave. NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR !!!!!!!!!!!! We paid extra for a King Room per their ad price. However, The staff did NOT even care they sold something they did NOT even have..... Terrible Customer Service !!

The hotel was right off the hey. Staff was nice. Breakfast was not free if you did not included it in room choice. But it only costed$5 per person. The food was fresh and the dining area staff was very friendly.

Unable to view UT game due to hotel not having the correct channel. Fire alarm at 3am and staff did not offer explanation or apologies for inconvenience of fire alarm concerns.

Lots of riff raff outside with people from motel next door looking into cars. Luckily nothing happened. The tv did not turn and the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone after trying three times. Then at 3am the fire alarms went off and everyone had to evacuate to the parking lot. I will never stay at this property again

Spent the four days in Knoxville for business and ended up getting sick. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. 10 minutes to downtown and lots of good restaurants and stores around so it made things convenient. I'd stay there again.

The staff was super friendly, the rooms were huge and very clean, and the convenience of the restaurant and bar on site was exactly what I needed after a long day of driving.

A few positives were the cleanliness, modern look and wonderful breakfast. A few negatives were the black out curtains didn’t cover the entire window and the parking lot lights were bright and the interstate noise was loud.

Our room was pretty clean. Shower dripped so a little old looking. Bedding was comfortable. The pool was excellent. After 5 pm you could order drinks from the bar with a phone by the pool. The staff was incredible! Everyone included from the front desk staff, to the bar staff, and even the maintenance staff (which we just had a passerby conversation with). The food was incredible! The breakfast cost $5 a day and was well worth it!! We also ate dinner in the hotel lobby, and it was delicious! The location is the only con to this hotel. Not really close to downtown or within walking distance to any restaurants or attractions. Neighborhood seemed a little rundown. Due to the service and all the other positives, I would definitely stay here again!

It is an average hotel with comparitively above average pricing. The lobby of the building appears to have some updating but the rest of the hotel reads dated. The pool does not open until ten where many offer 8AM or even 6AM opening. The staff were all friendly and competent. So generally average to here but let's talk about breakfast. You have to pay an additional fee for breakfast - which we paid. Less expensive hotels offer similar and better breakfest incuded. The food was mediocre with what appeared to be real bacon the high point. Mediocre is the norm I believe in buffet hotel breakfast but the zinger here is they offer you a "check" with an opportunity to tip after you serve breakfast to yourself.

This was the last lef of an eight day trip for us, and the intent was to visit Dollywood. The staff here was great... from check in, to housekeeping and the bar/breakfast staff. This hotel was very clean and the room nice. I would come here again in a heartbeat! Good job!

The fifth floor smelled like cat urine when we exited the elevator. When we got to our room, the door was ajar. I kept my boys outside and went in. Thankfully, no one was in the room. The door jam appeared to have been tampered with at some point. I needed to use the bathroom and noticed a very soiled towel hanging on the back of the door. I called the front desk. She was polite but not very responsive. She told me she couldn’t change my room because they were booked and, eventually, asked if I wanted her to come get the towel. Please!! She came up to get the towel and said she’d leave a message for the day shift manager. Didn’t bother to clean the back of the door or to check the rest of the room. Later, as we’re getting ready for bed, my oldest son found a dirty, plastic fork on the floor between the head of his bed and the nightstand. It was too late to change hotels as all others close by were booked. This experience definitely wasn’t up to the usual high standards we’ve experienced at IHG hotels over the years. So disappointed and definitely not worth $165 a night. Not surprisingly, I never heard from the manager.

Very expensive for a room pretty similar - but smaller - than at a Motel 6. I guess having an indoor elevator accounts for the high price. $194 a night and you don’t even get a throwaway cup for water. Amenities were subpar at this price point.

Hotel clean. Staff very friendly. Had a problem @ check-in … hotel had no record that I had paid 1/2 of fee when making the reservation, so I was charged full amount. Had to go through Expedia and should get refund in about two wks.

We had excellent service checking in and at the bar. When were checking Monday morning the older lady was very rude.

Clean, felt safe there, in walking distance of good restaurants and close proximity to the venue we were visiting.

The hotel is very nice. The staff are amazing. Highly reccomend if you need a place to stay on this side of Knoxville.

Overall a great place to stay for a one nighter headed in to Pigeon forge. Clean and kinda comfortable (for a hotel). Our only issue was the crooked rocking chair toilet. Kinda hard to be quiet in the middle of the night when the toilet goes clunk clunk clunk when you sit down

I was put in room 130 which was filthy! There trash in the trash cans, dirty towels on the bathroom floor and sink, dried coffee was on the floor of the entry way and sink, dirty bedding, chunks of dirt and nerf gun bullets on the floor, the a/c and heat didn’t work. I called the desk to complain and was told to wait in the filthy room and housekeeping would come clean it. I was NOT staying in the room! I went to the desk to find out that that room should have been on an out of order list. They did move me to 137 which I had to wait (about 30 mins) for it to finish being cleaned. I wasn’t offered any kind of compensation for the trouble.

We had a great stay! The room was nice and clean. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant in the lobby, but the menu I saw seemed to have some great dishes. The location was great, with many restaurants, stores, and gas stations nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Reserved and paid for a room with a king bed and upon arrival was told they only had rooms with two queens left. The staff was very friendly, but the beds were extremely firm.

This place was amazing. Nice and new. Very clean. Everything worked in the room. My only small complaint would be the beds. They are very high. Short or older people will have to crwal up on them.

Staff was phenomenal- so friendly and above and beyond helpful! The only pitfall is across the street from the hotel seems to be a dumping area lots of grocery carts and trash which seems to blow over to the parking lot but otherwise this property was perfect!

Only negative was coffee maker was broke in room. One room did not have a functioning wall outlet at the desk. Complementary water was never refilled in the lobby.

The dining room/bar served good food and the breakfast was good.

There was a considerable amount of mold within the shower, which is unacceptable. The shower door did not stay closed and continued to slide open while the water was running.

Quite a bit of space and very clean. The beds were comfortable but very high. We literally had to jump up to get on them and I, at least, had to be careful betting off. There was one chair in the room some distance from the TV. It would be nice to have a desk chair on casters so that a person could watch the news in the morning without having to jump back in bed. There is plenty of room for another chair.

I booked two rooms on Hotels.com when I arrived, the facility said that they only had one room for me. Currently, I am being charged for two rooms. The Holiday Inn said I had to go through Expedia. No one has responded to my text inquiry yet.

Hotel is in an area where you have very limited choices to shop or eat.

We were excited to come here for the UT vs Alabama game but quickly disheartened by the room we booked here. To begin the front desk assistant announced our room number. Then we walked in the room and it smells like urine and smoke. The bathroom sink is separated from the bathroom, so it does not have a vanity. The sheets were too short, and the window curtains do not close so that the streetlight shines in the room all night. The second day we left early and we’re gone for more than 11 hours. When we came back, there was no housekeeping, overflowing trashcan, no clean towels, no coffee or tea, and at $400 per night plus tax we should’ve had stellar service. The electricity turned off in the middle of the night and the hotel, blames it on a storm that did not occur. The hall lights and other room lights were on . Now the management is stating they will not provide any type of refund or discount because we should have told them we wanted housekeeping. We were not told at check-in that we needed housekeeping. The IHG Clean Policy says nothing about requiring a request for cleaning

Convenient to the UT Campus and affordable

Hotel itself is nice. Area around is very run down with many homeless people wandering around the super 8 up the street and by the gas stations. Never received room service Was told they had 90 checkouts.

This was a quick trip - property is great but there's not a lot around the area for entertainment or dining.
