Everything was great! Breakfast was well stocked and they stayed open later than guaranteed/ which saved me from not having to skip breakfast-

This was a great place to put our heads down for a night while we were passing through TN. As a family of 6, we needed affordable and comfortable and this worked. Unfortunately there was a leak in one of their ceiling tiles in the hallway and so they had a large trashcan outside the rooms catching the leak. It looked a little sketchy and our daughter got food poisoning from the sausage at their continental breakfast.

We only stayed one night. The lady who checked us in was lovely. The room was nice, the floor did have a stain and the chair in the room has seen better days, but the bed is very comfortable and the room felt big. I would stay here again

The bed was very comfortable. The showe was very good. Bedroom is spacious Hotel needs renovation. Bedroom carpet seems dirty. Wallpaper is falling and I foun a small cockroach on the sink in the bathroom. Disgusting!

Room was nice, quiet, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. It is not too far from UT which is where we attended a concert so it was convenient for us.

We stayed in room 403. This is an older hotel, but it was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was soft but not too soft with soft and firm pillow choices. Breakfast was comparable to Hilton and IHG. Staff were also helpful. Price was very reasonable.

The room smelled moldy and when I lifted up the curtain by the ac, I saw mold growth . When the couch is folded out as a bed, it touches the existing room bed and is hard to navigate around. My shower cut out this morning for no reason and then restarted as a trickle. The breakfast area is crowded and when at capacity does not have enough seating. Other than that, the beds and bathroom were clean and comfy.

My room was quite nice, and quiet. Any issues I had (only one) was addressed immediately. Staff is attentive and friendly. Convenient to I-75, food and gas stations. I make this particular trip every three months. I will stay here again.

This place was just ok. It served our purpose to sleep, bathe and use the restroom but I would not stay here again. The condition of the room wasn’t great. A lot of items need replaced and repaired. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was a typical provided breakfast.

Room and Hotel were just okay. Amenities were nothing special. Breakfast had very little taste except for the raison bran.

The room was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. A couple of things needed attention like the veneer on bathroom door was peeling from water damage and the material on the rolling chair was coming off but all in all I would stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent, and there was a nice, spacious seating area. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The only problem I had was the shower pressure was low and the water was lukewarm at best. If you love a hot shower with good water pressure at a hotel, this will be a disappointment.

Bathroom needs updating. Desk chair needs replaced. Decent breakfast. Friendly front desk.

The ac did not cool the room like we wanted, we turned it down to 62 and finally felt cooler. The bed had a dip in the middle so my husband and keep going toward the middle and the bed was not very comfortable. The woman that checked us in was not friendly, just acted like she was miserable working there. Room was clean

The breakfast was not prepared to feed a booked hotel. I had to wait 15 or 20 minutes for fresh eggs and sausage. Everything else was fine.

We had a great stay! We were there with our 3 teenage daughters for a UT tour. Great accommodations for us. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. And just a quick 10 min drive to UT in the morning.

Very clean. We just stayed overnight. The bed mattress in room 416 squeaked upon sitting on side and getting up which was annoying. Overall a descent room for the price. The food was nice, the normal free breakfast menu.

Check in took a bit. Room was dated, bathroom wasn't clean (hair in tub), bathroom smelled wet. Pool was very cold and no hot tub. Breakfast was ok, gravy wasn't good. Food tasted old. No wifi.

We've stayed here twice. Our second stay was a little disappointing. Our room wasn't as nice the second time...the toilet wouldn't flush all the way. The elevator smelled like sewer.

Great property all the way around

Shabby is the best word to describe the furnishings. Chairs are tattered with material chipping off onto my clothing. More like the furnishing you would find in a flop-house. The door in the bathroom has been rotted for quite a while and is black with "mold". The tub enclosure was not fitted properly and is disconcerting to stand in because it breaks and crackles if you move. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Extra Comfy bed, spacious rooms, easy access to and from I-75. Nothing special, but Would stay again. Good service and a nice breakfast, coffee , and lemon water

We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites Knoxville. Our room was clean spacious and the quiet. Housekeeping was great. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very good.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to move rooms a few times because of the traffic noise in the first room was too loud. We couldn’t sleep. The second one they tried to move us to was under maintenance, and then the third one didn’t have hot water. The last room had hot water and much less road noise.

Room was conveniently on the main floor. It was an accessible room. The bathroom was large but it looked like mold(black edges) around the edge of the roll in shower. Other than that, the room was clean. Bed was comfortable and it was pretty quiet. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, danish, cereal and those waffles that you make yourself. It was well stocked.

1. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. 2. Hotel lobby and breakfast area is very nice and clean 3. Overall hotel room can use some help in a few areas. a. The bathroom area had a couple repairs around the bathtub tile area and seemed that it was done in a rush. b. Bathroom door was very worn at bottom, on the inside of bathroom area. Probably due to door being closed during showers. Wood laminate warped and becoming detached to door. c. Desk chair was in very bad shape and covering was starting to strip off down to the foam. Totally would have thrown it away, if it was in my house. 4. Room seemed to be clean other than the issues listed above. 5. Bed was comfy and nice.

Breakfast was nice but very crowded. There were several teams staying in the hotel and it was fairly chaotic. However, the staff was very nice and accommodating- she moved us due to noise. So not sure much of this is under their control. Overall a nice hotel!

Only given 4 stars due to not a wow factor but overall great experience and would definitely stay again! Room size was great for four adults.

Very nice place for an overnight stay

When traveling, I always look for a place that has a microwave and mini-fridge in the room, as well as breakfast provided. Happy with the room, and it was quiet to sleep. Check-in staff was very friendly. :)

It was a relaxing room: quiet and good temperature.

The room was impeccably clean. The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy and trying to find a decent meal not fast food was not easy near the hotel.

The breakfast was okay- the staff kept bringing refills of the microwaved sauage and eggs, and more filling for the waffle machine. It was pretty busy the weekend we were there. They also had cereal, toast, yogurt, biscuit/gravy. Parking was full but there was a back lot we could park in which was kinda bad since we are handicap and had to walk so far.

Room was clean and large. We spoke with one staff member upon check-in…another when we came back after our concert and a third when we checked out. All were very courteous and professional. The breakfast bar was good and the staff that we’re maintaining it were very good!

The shower barely had any water pressure and the water only got a little warm. You had to stand directly under the shower head to even shower.

Great value for Parents weekend at UTK. Room was huge and hotel was clean. Staff was very knocked and helpful. Remember to request housekeeping as this is the only way to have room cleaned during your stay. We stayed 4 days. Staff was great in providing towels when requested. Area is a little sketchy but never felt unsafe.

Tha stay was great! Clean, tasty breakfast… The ironing board needs thicker covers as the one on them was so thin it lest a checked print of the board on my shirts.

The breakfast was great, kinda small, but good. The pool only goes to 5 ft and not wide but it serves its purpose. The room itself is warm while the pool was on the colder side. Overall our weekend stay was great.

Great for the price. Not in a horrible or bad neighborhood. All the staff was absolutely great! Polite and friendly from morning and night. Everything is within a 4 to 5 mile drive. Only thing id have to complain is stiff was a little outdated but thats the only complaint. Tv was cracked but still worked and the chair in my room looked like a dog usd chewed on it.

The staff went above and beyond to guarantee our comfort. We had a room with an uncomfortable bed and requested a different room and that is when the staff really did shine. They were friendly, understanding and helpful. I absolutely would recommend this hotel. Somebody did a great job training the employees and it shows. I will be coming back to Knoxville on business and will certainly stay at the Comfort Inn. Thanks for making us feel special !!

The area is super sketchy. The hotel next to this one was what looked to be a homeless camp. The hotel itself was clean and great. The staff all very friendly. I will say it was a bit off putting that the back door could not be accessed at night even with a key. Definitely worried about the safety of my vehicle but all ended up being fine. Speaking of parking this place has minimal and it’s quite tight but it worked. A lot of food options nearby and very convenient for 75

It was comfortable and yes what we needed for a short visit.

The room was very clean and a fantastic size. It was perfect to fit my family; 2 adults and 2 teenagers. I loved how there was a separate sleeping area and living room area.

The room was ok. The area surrounding the hotel was not safe. Staff were nice and accommodating. The swimming pool was kind of gross. Breakfast was OK. Very small area. The hotel was loud it was accommodating a basketball tournament. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The property is a little run down. There was mold in the shower area, the toilet handle was faulty, we were missing a plate in the microwave, some of the TV channels didn’t work, and the pillows were pretty normal "bad" hotel pillows. The breakfast was pretty minimal, so if you're staying more than one night it gets boring pretty quickly. Staff were all very friendly.

The bathroom had a bad smell couldn’t even figure out what it smelled liked. Had mold on the ceiling. And the sink stopper was broke.

the bed was comfortable but nothing else. wifi was terribly weak and one tv didn't work at all, the other only part of the time. too expensive for what we got.

Not worth the price hijack of 305.00 per night. The rooms are small and it looked like they put me in a handicap accessible room. I will not be staying there again. Highly disappointed. I’ve stayed at other Comfort Suites and the rooms are clean and updated.

This comfort Inn was very nice. It felt right the moment we walked into the lobby. We would have given the hotel a perfect 10 if not for the condition of the shower. The mold running along the bottom of the shower wall was unsightly. The shower floor also made lots of noise when standing on it. The improper fitting of the tub/shower enclosure was the problem.

There was dried food on the countertop in the bathroom and the surface felt grainy, like it needed to be washed. Very tight quarters, maybe 6”-8” between the bed and the air conditioner and the curtain shade rod fell off, leaving a wide space open.

The room was clean upon arrival. The card keys didnt work properly and even after replacing them we would be stuck outside the room often. They had sheets and pillows in the closet for the sofa bed. The wifi did not work and we were imstructed that we had to call a number to use it. About a 30 minute phone call where we had to give MAC and IP addresses off of our devices to the person over the phone. We were told breakfast was 7 to 10, but almost missed it when.they were pulling it just after 9 am. The food choices were about average. Parking spaces are very narrow. The hotel gym appeared to have decent workout equipment. During our stay an outside light strobed at our window all night. Unfortunately you can not close the curtains all the way. Shampoo and conditioner were provided. Housekeeping never came even after the listed 3 day time period. Hotel appeared safe, but the immediate area around the hotel hand wanderers/drug users asking for money.

Location good. Hotel clean and friendly but our air conditioning wasnt working right and we couldnt shower do to the control handle broke. Breakfast was just ok.

The WiFi did not work and the satellite TV service was poor. You need cable service!

Quiet night while traveling. Close to many restaurants. Comfortable bed. Stayed in king suite. Only downside was it was tight getting out of bed on window side. Needed to walk sideways to get by window. Could be difficult for some.

Liked our stay, but the Wifi was a bit spotty and had to call support to ultimately get access.
