We had a great night’s sleep and were able to get up early and head to our destination feeling refreshed. What really stood out was the customer service. After I accidentally left behind an earpiece, the staff took the time to locate it after a few phone calls and kindly held it for me until I could return and pick it up. Amazing check-in, amazing staff, a super clean hotel, and an overall great experience. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again.

AC wasn’t working at check in, maintenance responded quickly. But after repair, unit was extremely loud and disruptive to sleep. After initial request to move rooms to avoid the event of an incomplete solution was dismissed I slept poorly.

The hotel: Upon arriving I was charged about $20 a night for parking, I somehow missed this detail in the description of the hotel. Which was a bummer on my end. There is several construction to get in and out of the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by the highway and neighboring businesses. Breakfast was not included and has a $16 price tag. Another detail I missed. For the price I think I would have booked a hotel that had these two things included. The room: The hotel offered 2 free water bottles which I found odd since 4 people checked in. The rooms had plenty of space which was a plus. Towels were also enough for 2 people. I had to call and ask for more each night, which was no big problem. Location: The location is great for Disney Springs but construction around the area is annoying. Some traffic lights in the area are photo enforced so be careful. Overall, would I stay again? No.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. They charged us 3 times for amounts that had already been paid for our stay, and so far we have not been able to resolve the issue with anyone or get our money back. What makes it even more frustrating is that all of this happened during our wedding anniversary trip, completely ruining what was supposed to be a special experience. The hotel claims that their system changed and that the staff was not properly trained. Unfortunately, the front desk staff also seemed to have absolutely no proper training or preparation to handle and resolve guests’ problems. Meanwhile, we are left without any concrete solution and without even knowing if we will ever receive a refund for the incorrect charges. Unfortunately, due to the lack of support, organization, and respect for guests, I cannot recommend this hotel.

This was the perfect place for us to stop and spend the night. Everything was clean and in order. The desk staff were extremely helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was kept very tidy during our stay. Housekeeping came by and did a nice job, though we are already a pretty clean family. Overall, the hotel itself was clean, nice, and well maintained. There was a slightly odd smell in the lobby at check-in, but it was raining at the time, so it may have been related to that. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and had a great sense of humor, which made for a welcoming start. However, the check-out experience was the opposite. The woman at the front desk was rude and dismissive and was visibly scrolling on her phone during the interaction (around 10:30 AM on April 29). We didn’t try the breakfast, but it looked good. Overall, it was a great stay with just a small hiccup at checkout.

Breakfast staff, I believe to be the managers not polite- not a good experience. Room not properly cleaned, bed was made up, but not dusted. I reported my partner suffers from allergies. The room did smell like bleach which was promising, however, there was hair on the shower ceiling and in the sink, the mini fridge did not work. The hallway ice/water machine was dirty and did not work either. Staff seemed reserved and unapproachable at times.

We will definitely be staying at Hilton resorts and will be cancelling our Marriot Bonvoy cards.

Instead of assisting me, the front desk manager became defensive and unprofessional. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and I was ultimately told I would be removed from the property. Police were called, and when they arrived, they spoke only with hotel staff and immediately asked me to leave the premises without reviewing my explanation or resolving the billing concerns. I was not disruptive or threatening at any point. I was simply attempting to resolve what I believed to be billing errors on my account. I found the handling of this situation deeply concerning, particularly the escalation to law enforcement rather than a good-faith effort to clarify or resolve the dispute.

We have stayed in a lot Orlando area hotels, and this is one of the best we have experienced. Very clean, quiet, and within walking distance to Disney Springs. Will definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival our room was not clean. The floor didn’t look like it had been swept or cleaned prior to our family checking in. The bathroom door was splashed with an unknown substance. The toilet looked like it was not cleaned prior to check in also. Several pillows were found to have black stains and I had to call the front desk to ask for new pillows and pillows cases. I had to clean so that my family was able to relax in a clean space. I was hoping that would be the only issue and it could be overlooked however, I was wrong. My family and I wanted to wind down and shower for the night, only to find out the hot water was not working. We had to then call back to the front desk and have maintenance notified of the issue. After about an hour we finally had hot water and were able to shower. The staff did not seem to care or apologize for the many issues we had with our stay.

The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect close to restaurants, shops, and main attractions. It made getting around very convenient.

Bartender was lovely, he was quite stressed about their system being down, but I felt bad because few people carry cash these days. The room is nice, but not so (young) kid friendly. A little too adult for young kids. No lock on the bathroom door, glass shelving everywhere. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, just maybe not for excited kids heading to the parks. Overall it was a lovely stay, beds are comfortable, lovely bar area, nice looking breakfast (we ate elsewhere).

The room was spacious. Laundry room was very helpful we used it a lot for our entire stay but it would be nice if they have more quarters available or credit card options to pay. The complimentary bus service going to Disney World and Universal Studios are the main reason I gave good reviews. Our room phone was broken, I asked the receptionist to have it fixed many times and no one came. No good restaurant available at late night. We ended up ordering uber eats instead of the room food service. I also wish if they had more bus service available at other Disney parks. We ended up hiring uber rides to back to the hotel instead. Maybe extend the bus service at least an hour more. We missed the bus service again and ended up hiring uber ride and it was pricey as it was farther away from the hotel.

Everything was clean, quiet, and perfect for our overnight stay.

Now, the housekeeping people need to step it up and notch or two. The first night we were in our room, I had moved the oval table over so I could get to the window to have a look outside. There were potato chips on the floor under the table. Later that night my wife went to get a tissue and there was only one in the box. I put the empty tissue box on the little glass table in the restroom the next morning so it can be replaced. The next day when we returned from Disney, housekeeping had made our beds but used the same sheets, pillowcases, and blankets. They had only put two towels in the restroom even though there were 3 of us in the room. There were no small wash cloths and the empty box of tissues was still on that little glass table. A new box was not given to us. The shower had not been touched or cleaned and the trash in the trash bin was still there. I had went to the front desk to get another towel, wash cloths, and a new box of tissue. The young lady said that she would have housekeeping bring up the wash cloths because she didn't have any available. After about 30 minutes I had called the front desk and the same lady said she is sending housekeeping now. The wash cloths arrived about 10 minutes later. Overall our stay was great and we would highly recommend anyone to stay here. I just think housekeeping needs to be more caring or less rushed to take care of the little things too.

This was probably one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed at lately. Our toilet seat had dried on urine on it. The towels had stains & holes. Thankfully we only stayed for 1 night. We arrived around 7:30pm and we left the next morning around 6am. I would not stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Orlando and had a great experience! The cleaning crew did an amazing job keeping the rooms spotless. The breakfast was really good too. The hotel itself is very clean and easy to navigate. Plus, it's conveniently located close to the theme parks. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Orlando.

The place is clean, spacious, and quiet. It is a few-minute drive to Universal Studios and Disney I feel like the confidentiality of the guest is not protected. Everything was going well up until the day of our checkout. At 8 am, someone called our room phone, at first the person listened to my voice and then hung up. After a few minutes, it rang again. The voice on the other end of the line was male. Initially, I thought someone must have just dialed the wrong room number. The third call was answered by my husband, then the guy on the other line mentioned our last name, and he thought it was the front desk, but the guy on the other line said, "Your wife is beautiful," and hung up the phone. It was so creepy because we did not know anyone staying at the hotel or in Orlando. We called the front desk and reported the incident, but it seems like they did not handle the situation well. The front desk named Isa stated that they would report it to the police and would give us a call back, but they never did. I called the front desk because we wanted to leave and asked for an update on their report, but Isa just told me that they escalated it, and we can check out if we want. I was scared of my security on what if that person may just be outside our room or in the hallway. No apologies nor assistance were provided by the hotel. The manager did not even face us to address our concern.

Although the location was where we needed, the access in and out was terrible! The traffic was horrible, and it was very difficult to turn left, as you had to cross three lanes of traffic to get to a u turn. The $18 a day parking fee was ridiculous!! And they did not tell you there was a charge at check in. You could hear the highway noise in the room.

Breakfast was okay, with options and tasty food. The hotel offered great value for money. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. Although we found the room clean and organized at check-in, the daily room cleaning was terrible, and they always forgot to replenish amenities and/or towels. Every day we had to ask for something that was missing.

The bathroom had hair from previous guests stuck to the shower wall, and on the sliding door. I advised the staff and asked for it to be cleaned, it never got cleaned. Restaurant (breakfast) was not very pleasant. Food was never enough, the people didn’t speak English and “strangely” they place a zero check on the table asking for tip. I’ve been to hundreds of hotels in my life all over the world, this is the first time I see tip being requested for a breakfast that not even complimentary, it was paid for by me. Aside from that, the front desk staff were pleasant. But the worst, were the ones from the restaurant. They just assumed I spoke Spanish and would address me in Spanish. I really didn’t like that at all. I have been to better AC hotels.

This was my second time staying at the hotel during the weekend for a concert at the House of Blues. The shower was perfectly hot, the rooms were clean, the service was excellent. I purchased items from the hotel’s convenience counter both times (sodas, tylenol, etc.) and they very reasonably priced. The hotel is perfectly located near Disney Springs about 8-9 minutes away with a car. I think the best part however is, the Waffle House is right across from them. only 1 minute walk and after a late night at a concert or a day at Disney Springs its the perfect spot to go. They also have a restaurant inside the hotel but I haven’t personally dined there. Highly recommend staying here!!

The AC is very convenient for all theme parks and Disney Springs, a lot restaurants around, the room very spacious and comfy.

I’m giving the property a lower rating mainly because of communication issues among the staff. Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign hanging on our door, we were still interrupted. We had paid for a late check-out and put the sign outside so we could rest before leaving, but staff still knocked on our door for service.

One not - they do have a time share group on property next to the front desk that will ask you (multiple times) if you want to go to a presentation for free park tickets. There was a psychic, Waffle House and Disney merchandise store next door. The hotel and room were clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, Marriott doesn’t allow Bonvoy members to link their account to their room if you book through Expedia (or other 3rd party). Their website should always have the best price and I wouldn’t book with a 3rd party if they did but they didn’t. They also informed me that Marriott only offers 2 bottles of water on the first day, period. That’s fine I guess but honestly, why? Water bottles are not expensive. The shuttles were very limited and we could never make it work for our plans. The first one arrives after the park opens and they only offer one other time if you want a later shuttle. Not really convenient. The buffet breakfast looked nice but it was all you could get. No a la carte sélections and we just weren’t hungry enough to warrant paying $18 each plus tax and tip. It all was just meh as a hotel but the staff was great and it’s clean so definitely could have been worse. I likely wouldn’t stay again. Little things make a difference.

Had an excellent stay at AC Hotel! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the showers were fantastic, and the service was top-notch. Everything was modern, clean, and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I stay here regularly and the rooms are always clean, the staff members are friendly, and checkin/checkout is simple. The only downside to our recent trip was minor - no body wash or hand soap upon arrival, but we made due with shampoo, since we got in late and were settled before we noticed. I would stay here again!

- The hotel is close to Disney Springs so if you're taking an Uber it should be affordable & quick. - The price of the hotel was cheaper than staying on Disney properties. - The aesthetics of the lobby & rooms were simply designed & the bed was comfortable. - I do like that there's no carpet in the room. Now to the negatives and there were many! - I was in Room 816 (8th is the top floor) but you can still hear everything that's happening on the road at night. - The shower did not have hot water the first 2 nights and had confusing handles to operate the rainfall shower head & regular one. I went to the front desk and they said they would have maintenance take a look as well as send me 2 videos to show me how to operate the shower (why a video is needed for this I have no idea). They did not fix it and no videos were sent to my email. So we took a freezing cold shower 2 nights in a row before hot water was restored our last night where we did nothing different. - Cleaning lady came but did not refill the toiletries, toilet paper/kleenex & took away our hanging towels with no replacement. They were supposed to leave them alone since they are still hanging and not on the floor. - BED BUG BITES! My friend and I both came home and found bed bug bites all over our legs & ankles. We only stayed here the entire trip. - The free transport from Disney Springs never came

Clean room | Staff | Accesible

The first night was amazing! My room was clean & it prompted me to stay another night. The next night I booked was terrible. The worker at the counter was sleeping when I approached him ( he had on a blue shirt last night & he was an older gentleman with grey hair) & was extremely rude. Although the staff the first day was kind & helpful ( a hispanic guy with so much grace ) I would never stay here again. The second night ruined that for me.

The hotel was modern and beautiful and the room was super clean. I only wish the towels were soft and fluffy instead of rough.

Easy and fast check-in, our rooms were ready when we arrived. Parking is easy as well. Just a 10 minute uber to Disney property.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. They have a nice hum with treadmills, free weights and a cable machine. There is a waffle house and souvenir shop in smart parking area. Not a far Uber ride to Disney parks,.Disney springs or the outlets. Would stay again. The rooms were very spacious with comfortable beds.

It has shuttle that takes you to parks, breakfast is overpriced, location is okay for the price

The area around the property was not as manicured as the AC hotel. There's a continence store and Waffle house next door.

We stayed for two-nights prior to a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Checkin was a breeze, room was very clean and comfortable in a minimalist way insofar as furnishings, but the everything worked and the setup was very practical. Excellent service in bar/restaurant (well not really restaurant, but pasta/salads/small entrees/sandwiches were very good), excellent European-style breakfast. The usual cold cuts and cheeses, cereals & breads, yogurt and such in almost any similar hotel but they do have a few hot entrees included, so it made us happy. Excellent value overall. Several middle to upper end restaurants just across the highway, about a 2 min. Uber ride. highly recommended.

The AC in my room didn’t work

It’s an older building that has been renovated VERY WELL!!! A short Lyft ride to Epcot.

I’m the type to clean my room when I arrive at a hotel. This hotel was already very clean. The beds are comfy and the shower has great pressure and temperature. Quiet and relaxing. Close proximity to everything you need and all of the attractions. Very easy to get to your room from the parking lot to the lobby. I would recommend for adults or visitors spending more time at the parks, as it doesn’t have amenities for small children besides the pool. I will very likely sty again.

This hotel is nice with modern rooms and near to Disney attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The only thing that I don’t like is the shuttle service that they offer is limited access for all Disney parks, just one park and you have to take the shuttle inside 1 park and the schedule is limited too.

I prepaid my stayed and when I checked in they put a small hod for incidentals never disclosed to me that I need to pay for selfpark , it is not the end of the world but you need to let the person checking in know.

Close to so many food options. Right outside of Disney World and Disney Springs which was so convenient. Farthest drive was Universal which was only 20 minutes, not terrible at all. Staff came in and cleaned every morning while we were gone. Was very easy to reach staff with any questions and have them be quickly resolved. Very friendly.

Beautiful and modern hotel. Many years ago this was a Radisson Hotel, they have done an excellent job renovating this hotel. Location is great, close to Disney springs, I-4, and the parks. Beds very comfortable. Waffle house next door is convenient.

We stayed 2 nights. We went on an off season to Disney Hollywood Studios. Can’t comment how packed or loud it was because it was a dead season. Our hotel room was clean but there was dust in the bathroom and one of the bed had few strings of hair on the bed. Not sure if they properly cleaned it. I would rate it to 3 stars. Breakfast was 15/day and not really much selections. Felt it was kind of expensive for what it offered. It’s about 6 miles to Disney, about 10 - 15 min drive. Didn’t get to use pool or gym so can’t comment on it. It was a good price so I booked it. Would I stay there again? It depends on the price and season.

Next, the showers. The water pressure from the hand sink was stronger than the shower head. We even let the front desk know and they said it’s a known issue. I might as well wash my hair in the sink, it would be faster. The ice machine. Ew. Not only did the area itself smell like mildew and mold, the ice itself did not taste filtered, or let alone clean. To top it off - house cleaning. We stayed for 4 nights. Not once did we get new sheets. I understand some places are trying to be “green” but at least every 2 days, no?? They didn’t even sweep the bathrooms. There was hair everywhere still. The cherry on top was coming back from Disney late at night wanting to shower but not having any water pressure or any TOWELS because housekeeping didn’t leave any. Tsk tsk, will not be coming to this location ever again and most likely not to a Marriott.

Perfect price and confort

Upon checking in and entering the floor for our room there was an unpleasant smell it was like a fish market. I pushed along and went to our room, I thought may be it was just a wet carpet smell. Upon entering our room the bed had a few strands of someone's hair, on the floor , bathroom toilet and even in the shower. The bedding was all crushed and wrinkled as if someone had slept there and the sheets weren't changed. I complained and immediately the hotel changed our room and had assigned another room on a different floor. On the carpet going towards our room was a dead roach in the hall way. I told them that the roach was there, and for my entire stay of 4 days and 3 night I was greeted by the dead roach each time I left and entered my room. The parking per night is 18 dollars which the hotel didn't mention prior to booking. Overall the stay was 7/10. The staff was pleasant and helpful, they tried their best address the matters with care and professionalism, I would give the staff A for effort. In the end it was not all bad, the hotel did comp my parking and offer breakfast. I didn't have any breakfast but it was a thoughtful gesture.

Our stay was wonderful! We arrived late in the evening for our check in and there was an employee waiting to greet us and assist us in getting checked in to our room. When it came time to check out, the process was just as smooth! We will definitely be back!

Overall, we had a great stay at this AC Hotel. The location is great to get to Disney World & Universal. We are very happy with the breakfast as it provides healthier options at a better price point compared to other hotels. The room was wonderful and everyone at the hotel was friendly and efficient if you needed assistance. For those that are wondering about the shuttle, it runs a pickup route to other hotels/resorts and parks as well, so that means that it may take 30 - 45 minutes more to reach depending on which park you are planning to go to. To know more about the timings for specific parks, check with the hotel directly. If you're not in a rush to reach parks before opening, then the shuttle works great. Otherwise, you will need to get your own transportation to each park.
