Shuttle to Disney parks are good. Feel tired and need an update. bathroom was in particular in a refurbishment.

I loved how nice the staff was and they made us feel very welcomed. The staff was very professional so thanks to them for that. As much as I loved how nice the staff were our room was not set up to our standards. The room had a smell to it, there were no outlets by the bed, the tv was hard to work and figure out, the water in the shower was stopping up badly. Overall it was not a comfortable stay like that but we were tired from our road trip and just adjusted. If I could get some money back I would. Sad to say I would not stay here again.

Did not like the fact that they had bathtubs with a shower curtain. It dates the hotel. Ironically enough I find it ridiculous that the property will charge the travelers staying at the hotel a $35 x night fee for parking. It’s a money grab. It make no sense to charge this fee. If you’re a paying customer why are you being charged for the vehicle you used to take you there. I’m just saying. I thinks it wrong.

Nice hotel, great front desk staff, clean and well located. However the crib / cot supplied for our 14 month old was not good, it had a very thin mattress that was hard and no fitted sheets, they gave us proper big bed sheets that were not safe for baby as the baby could wrap itself around them. But apart from this, everything else was great. Had to put a parking sign on car which was slightly annoying after a long day at magic kingdom, would be better if electronic.

I'm only giving this 2 stars because I could park my bus here and the deck clerk was very nice. But the moment I walked into the room there was a live roach on the wall I had to crush with shoe and another one trying to run across the wall by the door frame and than behind the TV stand was a dirty sock.

The gym room is very nice and clean, the fruit from breakfast is very good. Free water from Staff. This room meeting my expectation which has a door to seperate the main room and living room. Actually most of the things are good. Except the shower water is very slow and small.

The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. The small store near the lobby was very convenient. They gave us free water bottles every day we were there. Shuttles to the parks were convenient as well.

The hotel had one, very slow elevator, with no alternate staircases nearby to walk up. The hotel needs a complete updating. The pool area and pool house/ paviltion looks like it was abandoned years ago.

Room was great- generally clean but needed new sofa bed sheets. Nice lounge area. Great amenities. Easy to use buses that were more comfortable than the Disney buses, though this isn’t really the hotel to book if you want a midday break- or just use a ride share to get back.

About two weeks before my stay, Hilton had just switched to a new internal system that hadn’t properly synced with third-party platforms like Expedia. As a result, I was charged for the full stay at the hotel, even though I had already paid in advance through Expedia. Despite showing my receipts and confirmation, the issue wasn’t resolved on the spot. What was most frustrating was being told that it was my responsibility to contact their accounting department to sort out the duplicate charge. Instead of taking ownership, the burden was placed entirely on me as the guest. Hilton used to feel reliable and customer-focused, but this experience suggested a shift in priorities. When something goes wrong, guests shouldn’t have to chase down a resolution themselves. For a resort stay, the added stress simply isn’t worth it. Life is busy enough without having to worry about being charged twice for your hotel.

Sadly the experience was not good. The staff was friendly and tried to accomadate, but essentially—we checked in to our room only to find the couch covered in fur and white stains. There were crumbs on one of the tables upon entry and dog hair piled in corners. I asked for a new room. They got us a new room, only to the have a mini fridge with a dying compressor that made a high pitched noise that was unbearable. We finally had to have maintenance change it out. Then while showering that night, the shower head literally broke off and fell on my head. I’m not even joking. The new room also had dog fur in all the corners. My suggestion to fellow guests—lower your expectations for the price. Drury is less and much much cleaner. The staff was very friendly at doubletree but the establishment is poorly maintained. Only bummer is I had to voice the bad experience to the front desk when they should have noticed we had so many issues with the room.

I was only there for one night, but everything about this hotel was amazing. From cleanliness, to friendliness of the staff to an overall welcoming feel this place is amazing. The room was spacious and fully equipped for light cooking and a refrigerator for snacks and drinks. I highly recommend!

We loved the size of the suite and the way it was laid out. The food at the breakfast buffet was very good and the variety was amazing. The servers were attentive and very friendly and helpful. The food service during the day and evening was also excellent. Again, variety on the menu and food quality was exceptional. Finally, the pool area was nicely landscaped with a large, heated pool and hot tub. While the property is well located fairly close to Disney Springs, it is not really within comfortable walking distance to other activities and restaurants. Disney Springs is a considerable walk especially for anyone with mobility limitations.

The property was clean so thats always a plus for me, I also double clean myself anyways. The jacuzzi/hot tub was broken. I didnt like that, the pool was cold but the kids enjoyed themselves I didn't like that the breakfast wasnt free, The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The rooms were clean and spacious. They said they had Keurig machines in the room but they did not. They said they had complementary continental breakfast every morning from 7 AM to 11 AM but they did not. We tried to get a cup of coffee downstairs, but they said their coffee machine was broken. A couple of the staff members were very unfriendly especially when I asked about the complementary breakfast and the coffee maker if they knew when it would be fixed they just said they had no idea and that was it.

Wry old and dated. Grounds were not kept up. Window were dingy. Showers were alternating hot then cold back and forth.

Parking was listed as $25 per day. I should have been charged $75 at the most including check in and check out days. Was charged over $100 for check in on Monday after 4, check out Wednesday at 5. Room was dated with chunks missing from tub. Clean, but due to the condition of the room, didn’t seem as clean as it should.

We were early & loved that we could sit by the pool & relax while waiting for our room to be ready. The staff was very friendly & helpful. This is our go to place to stay when we visit Orlando & has been for over 25 years.

It’s proximity to Disney world and Disney Springs. The room size. The room wasn’t as clean as preferred.

The room was spotless. There was lots of storage. The shower was good. Everything worked. It was nice to receive a little hamper on our second last night and they were very good with helping us with a late checkout when we needed one.

Room needs updating- Sofa comfy- bed comfy. Bathroom floor dirty and vanity on side dirty. No bath vents.TV ( look like it was about to fall - on wall wopsided) TV bedroom did not work (tried and tried). No heat till day before we left. Guy came up to look and said he would come back -never did. My husband opened vent and said filter was so very dust and looked well past time to change. He flipped a switch and heater worked and then got cold again. So Very cold in Lobby and All dining areas. Air conditioning was on.. I could feel the cold air from vent. Same as Room… heat set but cold air. (I had bed refreshed on 2nd day- cleaning lady very nice) checked out on Monday- young man at front desk was very kind, professional, and accommodating (wish more staff would go extra mile). Our flight was late so we missed dinner/ food/ snack place 11pm. I asked why no snacks were sold at check in - staff said “sorry” ( cookies were given but sweets I could not eat at the time) (Hamptons sell snacks to accommodate late check-ins. We had no vehicle so we could not go anywhere. Not what I expected…

The showers were cold and took a while to barely get warm, even after letting the front desk know about this issue. The refrigerator in the 1st room worked too good that it froze the milk that my son bought for his 2 year old.There are free shuttles, but you have to reserve them to get the free shuttle, not mentioned on the website so found out at check in and spots are limited. Reserved 2 rooms. One was ready early so we paid the early check-in fee so we could drop everything in one room and head out to lunch, but the 2nd room wasn't ready at 4 pm (check in time) it was about 5 pm before we could check in and move our stuff to our room.

Stayed in 2 bed queen suite nice and roomy Also very close to Disney parks- we are AP holders so this was nice 2 bedroom suite was nice however the AC was in the main bedroom part so the living was very hot. Being August it was not ideal Buses to parks only run 1x hour so we just drove to the parks which was more convenient

I booked this hotel last year and was INCREDIBLY disappointed to see the VAST difference in rooms. The one I received this year, despite the same status in listing, was HORRIBLE. How could it be named a suite when it is barely a room?! BIG contrast to the other room that had a separate living room, couch, table to eat, etc. This room, room 302, barely even had a closet. I could not hang my clothes! The fridge broke and we waited over an hour for the repair guy to come and fix it while we really just wanted to go to sleep. The air condition unit is SO LOUD (basically bangs). I regret staying 2 nights here and it will be my last. It was also annoying to be greeted by a pushy sales lady trying to sell Hilton vacations when we really just wanted to get back to our room. I had to cut her off because she could not read the signs of our sighs, arms crossed, and short answers.

The lobby was very bright and clean. The staff was excellent. There was blood on the side of our sheets that was old. The sink was very slow draining, as well as the bathtub almost clogged.

Clean and lovely, with friendly staff. Very useful to have a fridge and microwave in the room. We booked a suite with a double room and a sofa bed which had a sliding door for privacy which is great. And early access to Disney parks, with a free shuttle bus? What’s not to like! You need a code to get the shuttle for free- make sure to check before booking it!

Out dated room for a Disney Springs area hotel

The best thing about our stay was the location and the room size. But check in was slow, parking permit made me go back to the car, and worst of all, there was no hot water. A lady before us at the check in line was complaining about it, and the person at the counter basically treated her as if she didn't know how to operate a shower. Even I thought it was just an issue in her room. But once we got to our rooms (we had 2), I realized it was a hotel issue. When I contacted front desk and asked if they were aware there was no hot water, I just got back a "yes"... no excuse, no apology, nothing. It was not an inexpensive booking.

It was just, ok…. Certain amenities advertised were not available. Pool side bar wasn’t open, very loud construction all afternoon, interrupting a “relaxing” pool environment. Loose pavers around pool. Sink was wonky in room suite, with no soap or supplies to dry your hands. Handle fell off shower handle in the bathroom. Pack of extra blanket and pillow was opened, so it was unclear if they were used… requested a new set.

I was in a room that was so moldy and smelled like mold everything was damp and mold growing on ceiling and fans. Definitely not Hilton standard.

Dislikes: After we arrived the first night, unpacked and getting in bed a giant roach crawled on the sofa sleeper! Needless to say we complained and were able to swap rooms. However, they did try to move us up a floor at 9:00 at night after a 12 hour drive, already completely unpacked and with 3 kids. I did ask to stay on the same floor and they were able to make that happen. Starting the second night the water in the shower would change from luke warm to scalding hot in an instant. So much so that while my wife was washing my daughter's hair she tried to move her head out of the way and while bending down she nailed her own head on the soap dish inside of the shower leaving a giant knot. I called about the water changing temperatures also but nothing was done other than the staff said they would tell the engineer. The last thing about the property was that only one elevator worked for 5 of the 6 nights we were there. This caused long waits after long days. Overall, this just didn’t meet my expectations after spending around $1,800 on a hotel stay.

Hotel was nice and overall good condition. Loved the spacious room and cool furniture (dining table and sectional sofa). My only critique is that it was very dusty. The lamps in the room had thick fuzz, but that’s just me being picky. I would definitely stay again. The kids loved the complementary chocolate chip cookie.

The property was typical for a Hilton. However I’m not impressed with the cleanliness of the hot tub area. Also, they over book events and they overlap and seemed very crowded in the pool and hot tub area for an event. Other than that it was an average stay. Thank you.

Was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, very spacious. Staying in this hotel grants the option to have early entry to the Disney parks. It offers a shuttle at no cost but it’s only once per hour.

It would have been nice if we were made aware that there was construction going on inside and outside of the hotel! A large crane at the back of the hotel started with a loud continuous bang at 7:45 am and continued all day long!

The next issue I had was when I booked through Expedia, I had to pay $725 of the $880 up front and was instructed to pay the rest at check in. That was not even the case. Doubletree Hotel put a $300 hold on my payment card to cover the leftover balance, a $25 a night parking fee (which I did not see any parking fee on the website) and miscellaneous usage. When we checked out, we got $90 of the $300 back. It was pretty roomy and comfortable for 6 people, but the "hidden fees" is what bothered me. We would not mind staying there again, only if they fix these little issues.

Excellent. I love the separate room/living room area. Nice to have separate with kids. Fridge and microwave were also a huge plus. Close to all things Disney and the family we came to see. Pool was nice. Kids loved the splash pad and play area. Also close to gas stations, ihop and Publix if you want cheap meal and grocery options.

Room A/C did not work. Bathroom had an odor coming from vent the whole duration of stay. Daily “resort” fees ridiculous. Daily parking fees for guests staying at the hotel. Paid for a room with a pool view. Given a room with parking lot view.

Everything was seamless with this place. Loved toe proximity it was to all the parks. We didn’t use the free shuttle but used uber which was $6 per uber to park. Super clean and spacious. Loved that bar served food until 10pm and the bartender was very social and fast. Would recommend. Would stay again.

In addition we went to the front desk three times complaining about water pressure in the shower and how the water was super cold, they did absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service

The breakfast buffet option was $23 for adults. An accompanying child eats free - which is a great deal if you have children; if not, it's a little pricey for what's available. The waffle machine wasn't working properly, and the line for omelets was 6-people long at one point. The servers were attentive and professional.

Great hotel for our Family vacation. Plenty of parking. Lots of space inside the hotel room. Laundry facilities were nice and only $3.50 per load and they took credit cards. Ice machines on every other floor. Would stay here again.

The hotel was great except one thing that ruined it all, whatever detergent they use on the sheets is terrible. Both my kids and I woke up scratching all night and had red blotch like rashes in every area our PJs were not touching. I ended up at the pharmacy getting cortisone to provide relief. None of us have sensitive skin, so whatever they use must be harsh.

For a family of 5, we were very happy with the space. Enough room, and kitchen area with sink and fridge was great. Table with chairs was great for snacks or in hotel breakfast. Large trash can was awesome! I had breakfast items water, seltzers delivered and everything got perfect. Coffee in room was convenient, but loved endless downstairs. Laundry available, which was convenient for packing less, (detergent available, but I brought pods) Shower was hot, and they provide plenty of towels and daily service with request. Ac/ heat was good, no issues. We used the shuttle service and was very pleased. Easy to use, schedule, and was timely. I did make sure we were early, so we didn’t have to wait. Staff was very nice, & check in was easy. If you’re looking for a larger, family friendly, well priced hotel close to the Disney resorts, this is it!

It was a beautiful hotel but with bad allergies the heavy scent or clean solution when you walk in or get off elevator is very strong and hard to breathe.

Check-in was easy. Rooms were spacious and as pictured. Beds & pillows were super comfy. Location was super convenient to Disney and the shuttle to the parks was easy to figure out. Food & cocktails from the bar were pretty delicious, too! Definitely a nice stay!

The staff was not nice or welcoming at all. The manager had the rudest face and was not helpful. The room has stains that looked like blood on the walls. The house keeping didn’t clean the room everyday or even every other day.

Room was roomy and comfortable. The shower did not work properly. No hot water for shower or sink. Called front desk, they stated they would send the engineer to look. No one ever came to check. Got water to run for 15 min and got warm enough water to wash.

We reserved a suite so that we can have two separate sleeping areas , first the couch had some food and coffee stains .. I felt not comfortable sitting on thinking I maybe to blame for it ..also my partner slept in the bedroom and was bitten by bedbugs. We usually stay in a Disney hotel though we couldn’t find a Disney Hotel with a suite and because it was just two nights we settled for this being so close to Disney springs .. that was the only positive things.. but would not stay here again

Everyone was super friendly! Bus service was convenient. Pack n play was clean. However we stayed on the 7th floor and had house keeping come almost everyday. Upon arrival our couch had a significant white stain that reminded us of bodily fluids. Our windows also had very visible handprints all over them. We noticed immediately upon entering and even though cleaning staff came everyday they did not clean it- which was disappointing.

really had an EXCELLENT stay during my recent trip from Nov 8-11. The front desk/receptionists were wonderful and very helpful, the smell of the lobby was magnificent and as we came late at night during our EDC/Disney trip, they would be cleaning the floors making sure the floors were very clean. Suites were very spacious, beds were very comfy, and the room was extremely clean! Even with the issue of the pipe bursting and no hot water at night on Friday, they resolved it extremely quickly and had hot water the next day early. I will be staying here again and recommend for all families staying for disney as the rooms are spacious and comfortable (their shuttle system also seemed spectacular)!

The property was relatively dated. Updates were minimal and poorly done. Our bathroom door looked like a dog had tried to chew their way out from the bottom of it and the damage was painted over, rather than repaired. We were without water for a day of our stay with no notification, leaving us unable to shower, brush our teeth or use the toilet. The pool area was decent but gates to enter were damaged so a key card was not even needed to enter. For the location, the quality of this hotel was poor and the price was much too high given the conditions. We were not offered any sort of shower alternative with the water shut off or any compensation for the inconvenience. If you are not picky about updates and overall condition of your accommodations, this hotel might be worth your time.

Great hotel for families, very clean and the service to make sure you were comfortable was great. The hotel was spacious.

The room we had was really large and it was even better than I last remember, definitely updated since our last stay. The pool is still a lot of fun for kids and, while I didn't have time on this trip, the hotel gym is one of the better hotel gyms out there. All the Disney attractions are close. We chose to ride share everywhere because it was significantly cheaper than renting a car and paying for parking at the hotel and Disney.
