Disney's Coronado Springs Resort

We stayed in a tower. Our room was spotless clean I normally hate staying in a hotel however, this time it was very comfortable. I would definitely go back and spend time again.

Really beautiful resort, just not too many activities and the food could have more healthy options.

The room was very open easy access and club level was great.

Room was clean, spacious for a Disney hotel, pool was fun for the kids and staff were all friendly.

Moderate Resort with Deluxe Vibes. Exceptional Cast Members, food, and amenities.

I had one problem and that was my key did not work at the gate for parking. I just hit the call button and they buzzed me in.

First time staying at Coronado Springs Resort and was lovely. You do need to reservations way ahead of time for dinners or plan way ahead for walk ups. Room was decent for the most part, did find a hair in bathtub only downside.

Everything was clean and enjoyable amenities are a bit spaced out and not really a Disney themed hotel

Was a wonderful stay, the only drawback was got awaken by a "growling" sound some type of machine was kind of loud. Also couldn't add another guest to our listing. But overall had a wonderful stay had an awesome view of the lake down below. I would stay here again.

Nothing to complain about. Everyone was friendly, had good amenities, and a convenient place to stay if going to the parks.

Room was clean and adequate but coffee machine dirty internally needed descaling and coffee was awful in fact coffee all around the hotel was awful. Valet service overpriced and never saw a single bell person… all we saw were people rolling their bags around in droves in and out the front door in huge groups and in and out elevators. Not a bad experience just super Disappointing all around.

Fantastic Disney hotel with great location , friendly and fast staff,easy check in and out , bus shuttle every 20 minutes to the parks . Very clean and in great condition . We loved everything about this hotel.

Dear Management, I am writing to express my serious disappointment with our recent stay at your resort. When booking online, I specifically selected and triple-checked that our room would have two queen beds, as we are traveling with two very young children, including a 4-month-old baby. Upon arrival, however, we were given one king bed and a sofa bed instead. Because of the baby, I had to sleep on the sofa with my other child to avoid the risk of rolling onto the infant during the night. This is not a situation any parent should face, especially at a resort charging close to $1,000 per night. The experience became even more frustrating on our third night around 10 PM. We asked reception where we could get drinking water and were told that water was only available for VIP guests. The manager repeated the same explanation and directed us to the floor vending machines. Unfortunately, the machine on our floor had no water, only soda, and the machines on the floor above and below were out of service. For a resort at this price level, basic necessities like drinking water should never be restricted or unavailable, especially for families with small children. I hope management reviews this situation and provides an explanation for such poor service.

The room was clean and the view was awesome. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The food choices at the restaurants within the resort are terrible. So much fatty, fried food, sometimes tasting day-old. I have never stayed in a hotel with such terrible food in their restaurants.

The experience was satisfactory. The staff at Lago and Dahlia enhanced the overall stay. However, the cabana rooms would benefit from being larger, as the space felt cramped. Hotel Drury rooms are more spacious than the room in Coronado Springs. The shuttle service to and from the park was excellent. Overall, the resort was good.

On the second day of my stay, my room suffered major water damage from a leak that came from the floor above. When I entered my room water was everywhere dripping from the ceiling. There was water on the TV, on my laptop, the bed, and on the floor. Also the rooms did not have complimentary water bottles that you would expect to get in most hotels. I was glad that I was compensated with a new room and $250.00 to charge to my room for free. However, this resort needs structural inspections, and updating.

Rooms were to far from parking

The interaction with two of the front desk staff members felt very cold. They did not explain the situation kindly, nor did they ask why we didn’t like Cabana room. We were also dissatisfied with the Cabana room itself. It felt more like a motel-style room, and there was no access to water. The vending machines didn’t work. Yes we tried a few!

Because of the distance and layout, we got lost daily trying to reach the main amenities, causing frustration and wasted time throughout our stay. I raised this issue at the front desk during check-out and was advised to contact Expedia since the reservation was made through them. Unfortunately, no compensation was offered, and the issue remained unresolved. Important note for future guests: “Water View” does not guarantee proximity to the main resort. I strongly recommend confirming the exact building/location before booking.

Clean hotel, huge property, staff nice, easy transportation to Disney!

Amazing moderate Disney hotel, checked all the boxes. Rooms were clean new and updated, staff is always available kind and ready to help, buses to all 4 parks were frequent and worked great. Dining options were great, decorations for Christmas the whole 9 yards. Highly recommend!

Bad breakfast food. Junk!

Such a great place. Wonderful room facing water. 2 beds and 2 sinks. We used the transportation to disney springs. Very easy. We had our cars so parking lot convenient. My only suggestion is to have cart for bags.

The hotel staffing did not offer help to us to get to our room. Very poor directions were given in the hotel room was not clean.

Honestly, never had a bad stay here. I’ll give them credit their staff is beyond friendly and even though we were in the rancho buildings we would call up for a trolly and they would come pick us up and bring us to the lobby very quick. Always talkative, smiling and friendly. Disney really knows how to make people feel special and happy. We love staying here. I think it’s very budget friendly. Clean rooms and spacious. We were a family of four

False advertisement. Disney never specified my room was going to be in the two story ranchos building. I understood it was the main building and the answer was sorry but not sorry. Will never stay at a Disney hotel again!!!

My room 7535 key card was not working at the second day.And the housekeeper came here three times the problem still not fixed.And then the engineer came here to said because before I arrived the crew changed my room,so the keys didn’t work.So I have to go to the lobby to fixed that problem.The lobby is almost half mile away,it is so far!!!!!

Not enough staff for bar services for our conference

Using Expedia instead of booking directly with the resort, made the process very clunky and time-consuming. Although the resort was very clean, we were treated disrespectfully by a few of the staff members. I have stayed at Walt Disney World resorts many times over the past 30 years at least twice per year and this by far was the worst.

The property’s landscape needs tweaking.…I saw lots of dead/browning shrubs and grass. The rooms are cleaned every other day.…which was made known to me at check in. The following day, I had to call the front desk to inquire as to why my room wasn’t clean

We must have been assigned a handicapped room. No tables to put suitcases on, only mirror for make up application was over a tiny single sink in bathroom and we are three women. No empty shelves in the bathroom to put any necessary hair or body products. Very cramped.

It was a wonderful trip to Disney. The stay at the hotel was amazing. The only issue we had is that only my name was at the front desk and they would not add the rest of the family members because we booked through Expedia and not directly from the Disney website. The front desk agent / manager was not helpful at all!

I really like that the casitas are around a lake whuch is quite serene. The food options on site is more than adequate. We had missed 1 housekeeping visit but they sent us towels and supplies as requested. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly at the front desk.

Older Property. Laundry room washer and dryer stopped working. My room wasn’t cleaned until the 5th day. It provides convenient transportation to all of the theme parks. There is plenty of parking not very many food options but overall it was average.

Overall I liked Coronado Springs. Except for having to walk the length of a football field to get to the Disney transportation buses. After walking all over the parks I dont need to walk that far to get to my room. Beyond that We enjoyed out trip.

I was expecting to be put in a subpar room. However Disney treated us like we had booked through them and gave us all the amenities you get when you stay at a Disney resort. The pool was amazing and the resort was beautiful.

If you’d like to sync your reservation through your my Disney experience app just reach out to a cast member (the chat on Disney website works). I’ll always recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Clean comfortable and lovely staff. Let’s not forget the smell! So good!

I stayed 2 days at Drury Hotel with free breakfast and dinner. I then stayed at at a Disney Hotel for the last few days where they tried nickel and dimming me at every turn. Disney has lost its magic since I was a kid. Fire Iger and his DEI hires.

Property is clean. Plenty of dining options. Staffs are superbly nice and hospitable.

Great stay, the pool area was very nice. They were able to accommodate a late checkout. The Casitas were comfortable though felt a little dated. And dining options were available but nothing after 11:00pm which is very inconvenient if you fly in late or are hungry after a long day out, especially since the parks also close at 11:00.

Wish there was delivery service to your door. Or, room service to each room. Other than that, loved it.

We visited for our son’s birthday and all aspects of the facility were fantastic.

So many dinning choices, and if returning late from the park, most of the restaurants close at 11pm. The staff was very friendly. A lot to do…

Like staying at a motel 6, old and worn out rooms, beds were horrible, old bathrooms worn fixtures, the available food was disgusting, the steak sandwich and potato salad I ordered at the Nix Grill was so disgusting I sent it back and skipped dinner that night and spent the night sick from the half of sandwich I had eaten.

Loved the hotel, quiet pool and the dig site pool were nice options. Transportation to the parks were nice. Outside movie were fun. Scenery was great.

We love staying here because it has everything you need at one beautiful property for your whole family. From the pool and playground to the restaurants and movie night on the lawn, it’s a wonderful get away. Only downfall is the pool deck is very hot, and some new paint would fix that. Everyone was complaining about the heat of the pool deck. Also the water fall at the pool is a huge feature we love and it wasn’t turned on while we were there.

Initial building and lobby area (as well as common grounds) we’re fantastic and fits the Disney standard. However, the actual room seemed outdated, needed some cleaning, and could definitely hear your neighbors!

Spacious resort, beautiful grounds, clean resort and welcoming accommodating staff. Room was clean excellent AC no mildew odor as our previous stay. We received clean towels and room was cleaned 3 times during a 7 day stay.

Nice property and rooms. They did not clear our rooms or made our beds for the four days we stayed there. The staff at the lounge were not as friendly as you expect in this type of hotels.

The thing really got me upset is that the room provided is not what I reserved. I reserved a room with king size bed and water view. What I was offered is a room with two queen size bed and no views. There were so many empty room but the resort just ignored my order details. Disappointed!

Never clean the room

Everything was great. I think the hotel should do more frequent cleaning and upkeep of the rooms or proactively ask the guests on upkeep given COVID. We had our rooms not cleaned for 3 days and only on day 4 after I called, they came to take of the room.

Beautiful resort. Staff very friendly. The only thing is your room doesn’t get cleaned. We stayed 4 nights and opted for the every other day cleaning but they came only once to change towels and throw out trash. Bed wasn’t made or anything else. But overall very pleased with resort. Plus they have multiple bus stops to get to parks.

The resort was quiet and peaceful. I could not hear other guests through the walls. The room looked recently updated. I enjoyed this property. Plan to walk long distances if you stay here or request a room close to the lobby.

Property is amazing, luxurious, and the food is great. Check in took a while even though it wasn't busy. They acted as if they were surprised to see me and were scrambling to find a room. I had reservations and it was well past the check in time, but at the end of the day we got a great room and had a wonderful time.

We loved Coronado Springs! Super convenient to get to all the parks, beautiful grounds and friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The only complaint we had was that the mini fridge doesn’t really get cold. It says 40 degrees and above. If you are planning to use it, just know that it’s quite small and doesn’t keep your drinks or food very cold. I wouldn’t feel comfortable putting food in it at all.

The people at the hotel were very nice because our first room was smelling fresh painting and we had requested no smoke or pet because allergies problems, so they accommodated us in a different room. It was very nice! Thanks

Cleanest hotel ive ever visited

We stayed in what they call cabanas which for 400 a night were not acceptable. We were so far from the actual hotel that we felt like we were staying on campgrounds. When you book your room, tell them you want to stay in the Gran Destino main building. That is where all the food and stores are located.

The cast members were all amazing. Everyone was always helpful and friendly.

We loved our stay at Coronado Springs! The resort feels more deluxe than moderate and we loved the attention to detail. Definitely would book here again!

The property was great

Really nice Disney themed hotel, the resort is huge so if your room is at the back of the resort as all the affordable rooms are its a 15-20 minutes walk to take the shuttle to the parks and back. If you have a car there is parking all around the resort and you dont pay again at the parks.
