The breakfast was good but on Sunday on our last day, staff was very rude. When I asked for the tops for coffee, she ignored me and made me wait 30 minutes. The cook was very rude to my son. My son is special needs so he doesn’t know how to express himself & he told him if he didn’t speak up he wasn’t going to give him food. I told him he wanted sausage and that’s it very loud. Also for the cleanin, I told them I didn’t want them in the room and they came instead even though they said they couldn’t come and clean! Front seat were very nice. Also my sheets were stained and our curtains were stained and it looked like blood

I used to stay at this hotel years ago and it was decent, but now after this stay I would never book there again. The beds are uncomfortable, but the pull out sofa mattress is absolutely horrible. You can feel the springs. The worst part was there were cockroaches in the room. I killed two of them that I saw. The room was spacious which is why I booked there, but I will never book there again. That place has gone way down hill. The staff is great. If they kept up on maintenance of the property and replaced mattresses, it would be a good place to stay. There are no problems with the staff at all.

Overall this is what you expect from Best Western. The only problem is parking. The parking lot is not set up for trucks, or SUVs. The parking lot was full and the front office staff told me I could park on the street (street signs say No Stopping Any Time), or across the street at a commercial property that said no overnight parking. They were so certain my car would be ok. I didn’t take the risk but really suggesting I risk towing my car because of your limited parking is ridiculous.

Only negative is for the breakfast the staff gives out the food and are very stingy with the portions, so you do have to go back up to get more to eat.

Breakfast was sub par. Did not even use the pool or hot tub because the whole vibe of the hotel was kinda sleazy. Not what I was hoping for. I guess you get what you pay for - but honestly at a rate of nearly $300 for 2 nights I feel like I surely overpaid. That said, the woman who checked me in was wonderful and was the only bright spot in the entire stay. They should promote her.

We experienced faulty equipment and amenities such as a burned out balcony light, a broken shower drain stop, but the item that crashed out Easter Holiday weekend was the broken fridge. Food poisoning followed the next day . We checked out on Sunday and informed the hotel after checkout. We requested maintenance to check all fridges and are awaiting a call back to remedy the experience. We have stayed in this hotel for about 10-12 times since 2020. Nice staff, quiet spot.

For the Breakfast just know that its only limit to 2 person per room number.

We love staying here. The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing especially Francisco. He was great and I’d liked that the pool was clean. I wished that the pool was heated because it was cold but other than that it was amazing. The hot tub is definitely a plus.

Unfortunately, the room itself felt very outdated and worn down. The carpet looked old and dingy and the whole room just had that “overused” feeling. It didn’t necessarily look dirty, but it definitely didn’t feel fresh or well maintained. A few issues we noticed right away: the shampoo and body wash were completely empty, the shower drained really slowly, and the sheets were super itchy and uncomfortable. The room layout was also strange. The sink was in the bedroom area instead of the bathroom, which felt awkward, and the pullout mattress was terrible — honestly so uncomfortable that it makes you wonder why they even offer it. Breakfast was probably the worst part of the stay. The waffles were cold and not fresh — you had to toast them yourself, and breakfast wasn’t even fully ready when it opened at 7. Overall the food just felt gross and unappealing. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the orange I grabbed. Also worth noting: the hotel only provides breakfast for two guests per room and charges extra if you have additional people, which felt a little unreasonable considering the quality of the breakfast. Overall, great location and nice pool, but the rooms need a serious refresh and the breakfast definitely needs improvement.

It’s an older hotel that’s been redone. Breakfast was doable, Fake egg mix, good sausage, coffee and yogurt, etc I saw some people with real eggs. But they kept telling us they were out. Housekeeping came every day. It was a little warm in room on hotter days. May stay again if price was really good.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The suite with the jetted tub was bigger and lovelier than I expected. My husband and I both fit in the tub, though it was not long enough for either of us to stretch our legs out (bathing separately). It was wide and deep and comfy. The breakfast seemed downgraded, but not bad. The 24 hour coffee station had a nice selection. Altogether, it was an amazing value.

This is our favorite place to stay when we go to baseball tournaments in this area. the hotel staff is always nice, the facility is always clean. Its has good food near and our favorite thing is the second floor deck we like to have our room right off there as it make your room and area just fill much larger.

Second day was ok 3rd day, we came late night, room was not done. We asked reception they said to come down get towels and to report the undone room next day. We reported this and were told we had probably not removed the Privacy card outside which is not true. 6th day, again they made the beds but there were no fresh towels in the room. Again, we had to go down pick up some towels late night. Another night - there was no hand wash soap - container was empty. Again we had to go down to pick up hand soap and were given one tiny bottle. We asked twice to please change the bed sheets but our request was ignored. We were so disappointed with all these and asked to speak to the Manager or whoever in charge, we were told they would call us but nobody called us. Breakfast was the same old boring stuff every single day. This hotel was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Ruined our trip..

The Place was too noisy, thin walls. no coffee maker in the room. The elevator was not working when we came back in the evening and There wasn’t any sign where the staircase was from the second floor to get up to the higher floors. The elevator was still broken in the morning, carrying our luggage via staircase from the 3rd floor.

Room 303 was spacious with a front room and bedroom separated by a pocket door, which squeaked loudly when opening -- unfortunate when hoping to let my spouse sleep in. A cook prepared the hot breakfast items in the dining area but we ended up in a line of a dozen diners because he cooked for 10 minutes before serving anyone. Parking garage convenient. Bed comfortably firm but pillows very thin. Ample toiletries in bedroom and bathroom. Cox cable TV, no access to streaming services.

The room was cleaned everyday! The room is large and the extra living area was perfect. The kitchenette worked for exactly what we needed and I love the smell of the soaps (citrus).

Rooms were clean & neat. Luv they have unlimited free hot chocolate, coffee, etc in the lobby. Unfortunately I couldnt give 5 stars because everyday our room card wouldnt work. And the person who served the free breakfast was rude and didnt accommodate my food allergies so I couldn't eat free breakfast. Now for the room. It was clean & neat and supposedly accessibility room but it was not easy to get in thru the door because there was a long piece of furniture with a tv on top that housed a refrigerator, microwave, etc. To much furniture in the livingroom for someone in a wheelchair to get in and move about easy. Now I could shower because the tub which was nice and deep but was to tall for me to step in and there was no chair, plus the shower head was to high near the ceiling, no hand held shower head. The sink was in the bedroom but I had no access to their bottles of soap and lotion because they were on the wall

The kitchen staff were amazing! So sweet to our kids ! Will be back for sure!

The refrigerator in the room did not work, so our food went bad. The breakfast had good variety, but the biscuits were not cooked all the way through.

Our room was great. We asked for a 2 queen bed room and received a suite with separate sitting room an TV. The room had a door between the sitting area and sleeping area which was great for us since my husband goes to bed earlier than I do.

Let me start with the good things about our stay. Betsy was very helpful, caring and professional.The different people at the front desk that I addressed a question to was very helpful and polite.Breakfast was good. The staff was nice. The room was clean but had a musty smell I'm not sure if it was because of the rain though.I liked the room set up and truly appreciate the separate living room space even though we did not use it The thin walls and loud conversations from the next door neighbors kept me up late the first night.Parking availability was very convenient. The elevators were slow. My daughter forgot something in the room and the front desk helped me retrieve it and kept it safe until we were able to pick it up. Overall our stay was pleasant. Thank you to all the staff that provides great service! 👏

You can tell this is an older property. The rooms are reasonably clean and the layout is with the separate front room, but they are dark and drawers don't work particularly well. Outlets are not well placed. Parking is free, which is a plus, but there are limited spots for large vehicles that all get taken by small cars, so one night we had to pay to park in another hotel. Hot tub and pool were fine, but we saw cockroaches crawling on the walls when sitting in the hot tub.

Wasn’t able to stay left after being there less than an hour. I was informed by front desk staff that the Internet was great, so I can work from the room but it was horrible. Even the staff tested the speed and recanted his comment and started to have some compassion. The next day spoke to the same staff member and now changing his understanding to say “prior guest didn’t have any issues and the WiFi is free and it’s not considered to be used as a refund”. I explain to the staff member, if prior guest didn’t have any issues should mean now that there is an issue, especially if you yourself realize it was slow connection, and it shouldn’t be my fault the WiFi service is not working properly. I was informed to email and file a complaint which I’m still waiting to receive a response to hopefully get a refund. Not a great experience.

Other than that, staff are very friendly. The room size is OK. Their room is on the old side. Don’t expect anything fancy or modern. Breakfast is meh.

I respect my elders, but we have to understand the industry that you are working also. No mirror or sink in the bathroom, a sink in the bedroom..? It is an old property, so it is time for a redesign.

I had booked 2 days and the first day we got there about 1130ish at night theres 2 adults 3 kids, so we get there the lady needs a deposit never tells me how much it is and has me initial some paperwork and write my vehicle info down no biggie thought we were on a great path of a 2 day vacay the next morning my husband, kids and i go down for breakfast well we arint on the list of rooms easy mistake i taken it the lady goes ahead and gets our info again no biggie. We eat and we go back to the room we get a call on the hotel phone and it was front desk vertifying that we are there she didnt know type of thing again no biggie things happen. We were there for knotts scary farm so when we were about to leave my husband goes to the front desk to make sure we are okay and it turns out we weren't i had paid 277 and some change well they added another 100 and change plus 150 deposit due to there mistake of putting us in that room it was for dogs but we didnt have a dog we chose room due to 3 kids 2 in the bed and one on the couch bed. I didnt pay the extra 100 and something due to hotels.com already had me pay my 277 and change i dont know why the hotel thought it would be great to sneak a payment and then go back and forth with us to change rooms or not i told them i have no issues moving to another room they apologized and left us there yet snuck on a charge with out discussing it with us very unprofessional especially before we left to knotts they said we were good to go.

Ants in our room everywhere, on the walls, ceiling bathroom floor covered our clothes. Manager offered 20$ off our room for me to pay to wash our ant covered clothing before putting them in suitcases to fly back home. Pretty frustrating to have my kids clothes covered in bugs on vacation.

The hotel is an old hotel that they’re trying to make look new, with many details that need attention. Another very important thing is that the bathroom sink is in the room, which is very uncomfortable if you have company. If you need to leave early, you can’t avoid making noise. The lighting is very poor—I couldn’t even shave properly because I couldn’t see. I think it’s very inappropriate that the bathroom sink is right in front of one of the beds. In summary, I would not stay there again; for just a little more money you can stay at any of the hotels around.

I again had a great interaction with the gentleman who checked me in, my room was clean and comfortable, and I took advantage of their considerable continental breakfast options. I would definitely recommend to any friends or family traveling through the area.

Really nice for a best Western. It is located in a nice quiet area. With plenty food options within a walk or short drive.

We disliked the smoke scent in our room, uneven floor in the room, only having one washer/dryer in the hotel, hot (no ac) gym, heard the upstairs residents-not soundproof, ants inside our bathroom and didn’t like the sink outside the bathroom.

This was my second time staying here and it was just as excellent as the first! The staff was very friendly and everything was great.

Check in guy had no personality, seemed annoyed to have to help do something (other worker seemed much better). Very outdated room. Ants in bathroom, hand soap was pretty much empty, furniture looked like it needed a deep clean. Bed was comfortable, so that was good. Wouldn’t choose this hotel again though, especially with other options around that are probably better in all areas. The place just felt old & not that clean, we expected better for the price.

We liked the property but the room itself was dark and the sink was located in the sleeping area. Awkward. Couldn’t do my hair properly.

Highly recommended! The location was perfect. Close to I-5 yet on a quiet street. Shopping and restaurants close by. The suite was very nice... neat, clean, very spacious. The pool area was nice. On the 2nd floor there was a really nice large outdoor patio above the pool with plenty of comfy furniture and tables and chairs. Good variety for free breakfast. All of the staff was so kind and helpful. Good free parking. There wasn't anything lacking. One of the best places we've stayed. Thank you everyone!

They were customer focused and great. The room was excellent. It is a nice place to stay. The breakfast was standard fare but the staff was super nice and attentive.

Room was accurate to description. Some cabinetry and accessory items were in rough shape but not bad overall. Complimentary breakfast was good. The pullout sofa bed was not comfortable. Springs could be felt through and only a young light child could sleep on it without getting sore from springs.

Their was ants all over our room, the carpet turned our feet black it was so dirty and left our feet stinky, nothing was obviously wiped down or cleaned because their was previous guests food spills all over everything. The fridge was disgusting there was something spilt in the door making it hard to open. Also our door didn’t lock well because the door was broken. Not comforting with kids. Do not recommend staying here

The continental breakfast was a great start to the day, but I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary coffees, tea, hot chocolate available 24/7 in the lobby!

The room was dirty. The pull sofa bed was old and the carpet was not vacuumed. We found an iPad under the sofa bed which indicated that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. No sheets or blankets in the room for the sofa bed and when the housekeeper brought the blankets there was hair on the blankets. Very nast and unacceptable condition. The hotel needs to renovated.

It was a good room for a family of 5

We booked a room with a hot tub and upon entering the room, I was disappointed by the uncleanliness of our room. Although it was spacious for a family of four, we will not be returning for numerous reasons. The hot tub looked dirty but turned out to be poorly maintained throughout its existence. You would think the tub was dirty at first glance but when you get closer the paint was chipping, the metal buttons were falling off and looked like no one stepped foot in it in years. The pull out sofa bed was extremely hard, good thing we didn’t have to use it! The tile floors in the bathroom looked like someone rushed and slapped on fake tiles just to make it presentable. The door to the bedroom did not close all the way because the doors we unaligned. After inspecting and walking through the room, all I can say is ghetto.

Paid for a King Suite with accessible bath and didn’t get an accessible bathroom. Talked to the desk and was told they didn’t have any that all bathrooms were the same. Had to ask for towels and wash cloths several times. The hot tub and pool were dirty and someone it soap in the hot tub.

The room was great for a 2 night stay, near laguna beach, price was good for free parking and breakfast. The bathroom was clean but small. The sink was on the outside room near the TV which was weird but no problem. The towels were still soft which I appreciate. Parking was no issue the location is near multiple stores. I would recommend

Checked in and room smelled horrible there was a leak coming from the sink causing the carpet to be soaked they gave us another room and around midnight another family was double booked into the same room and was attempting to open the door.

Manager did try to apologies and did allow me to check out the next day but this should never be allowed to happen in the first place. Family members recommended this place after staying in it once before, but after they heard the way he spoke to me they said they would also never return. There is a much better hotel at same price just down the road. Homewood Suites. Would highly recommend there, especially as it’s the same price!

Would have been a 4 but at 7:30 we had a house cleaner knock then walk in within seconds, then another 2 times before we checked out, could have been undressed. Check out is 11 unless told that we checked out there should have been no reason to enter our room, could have been in shower or eating. And floor wasnt 100% clean found food from previous guests on floor

The rooms are comfortable to Queens and a couch that turns into a bed, but there’s a pocket door that you can close in between so it almost makes it like it’s two bedrooms, which is very nice when you have people that are sleeping in one part of the area

The hotel is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly. I liked that there are many nice restaurants nearby too.

Great atmosphere

Check in was great and front desk was always friendly and helpful. Rooms need help though. First room was just unacceptable in every way, second was better but a/c not efficient nor particularly useful.

This was the only problem, but very rude service when we were tired from our trip nonetheless.

Arrived at 2pm which room not yet ready, return at 3:15pm still not ready. Finally checked it at 3:30pm and the room carpet is some what lifted up uneven and sticky and wet. The shower tub water won’t go down, and at 4:30pm some lady used the key card and opened my door, was shocked they actually had someone else came in same room… then call front desk, they apologized but then they deactivated both of my keys without telling me. Had to go back down and re-program my key cards. There are so kind of stains on curtain, also all over the carpet. Never will stay at BW again.

Large room with good AC

The afternoon staff girl was so nice ! Explained everything, proved a room close to elevators and parking. The breakfast was so fantastic. The food was hot and there were different options each morning along with the normal staples. Staff was constantly cleaning the hotel, pool area , emptying trash cans and keeping everything well stocked . Location was quiet ! Room was company spacious!!

Nice property, decent breakfast, little rooms, and okay beds. We stayed for a week and can say it was enjoyable. We stayed for Disneyland and the drive to DL is about 25 miles, with traffic between 30 minutes to an hour and half.

5 Stars. Just overall had an excellent experience.

All good except there was food on the carpet, looked like trail mix, not hard to miss so I’m not sure why it was missed.

Great stay

We were in the area to visit family and we chose this hotel because it had bigger rooms. It was a bonus that we had a room off the patio area so we could sit outside to wait for others, read the news or enjoy a coffee. Was also happy there were water and coffe/tea station in the lobby so you could fill up before heading out.

Staff was great, we had an issue in our room with the sofa bed, i calked the front desk and they sent someone up im assuming the maintenance man who was great, he helped and made things right. I hope the property looks at the sofa beds better and get rid of mattresses when theyre dirty.

We loved the suite but unfortunately didn’t love the water dripping from the ceiling above your head in the shower from some hole.

Wenever could get the wifi to work and there were not extra pillows or blankets for the sofa bed (we arrived quite late and just wanted to go to bed). It was mostly clean, but the room set up was odd. The staff was amazing and helpful!
