    The breakfast restaurant I would not recommend. The wait was long but the main reason was the taste. 42 dollars for breakfast and we both barely ate it. The scrambled eggs were so watery. The bacon was like rubber. We were there for a music festival so we didn't have time to talk to anyone. We sadly just wasted it and had to eat elsewhere.

    I always love this property. I stay in the suite rooms and is spacious. I like that they have Netflix, prime and YouTube. They used to offer Showtime to stream (which was great too). I enjoy the patio area storage areas for my belongings. The only thing I do not care for are the low-boy toilets that are in some of the rooms. Ugh...why? I'm 5'8" and husband is 6'4". We don't particularly like to squat down that low every time we have to use the "facilities". 😄

    The hotel was good but seemed to be under staffed. The receptionist had to do few things at the same time. Our room was not serviced for few days again due to lack of people. Location was relatively close to metro line so we could go to Washington and see the monuments and museums.

    We spent five nights at the property in a one bedroom suite. After housekeeping did not show up the first day, we notified the front desk but no one showed up. On the third day, we again notified the front desk. That evening we found the towels were replaced and the trash cleaned. The coffee station was not cleaned and replenished and the bed was not done. That was the last time anyone cleaned the room. The front desk noted down our concern but did not do anything about it. After I checked out, I called the hotel an hour later saying that I had left behind a perfume in the bathroom. The lady at the front desk said that she will send someone to retrieve the bottle and said to check with the front desk to pick it up. It’s a $300 perfume which was half full. I swung by the hotel in the evening to pick it up. A different lady at the front desk had no idea about the situation. She went to the room to check whether it was cleaned. It had been cleaned but the perfume bottle was missing. She took down my number and said the housekeeping manager will call me the next day. No one called. I called the next evening and spoke to a different person who had no clue what I was talking about. I realized that the perfume has been stolen and there was no intention of the hotel management to do anything about it. They just didn’t care. I don’t know whether the housekeeping staff stole the bottle or it was someone from the front desk. The whole incident left a very unpleasant taste.

    Exterior needs maintenance. The paint is not just peeling off the wall; sections of plaster are missing. Brickwork is crumbling. Landscaping is overgrown, and the grass needs cutting. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was great. Breakfast was good, but it needs more selections. The restaurant area is understaffed and very slow.

    We spent one night here and I must say we were expecting a lot more for the price of $300.00 for one night. Location was convenient since we were attending a football game at Northwest Stadium which was close by. The restaurant was not a real restaurant in our eyes. Overpriced for the quality. We ate breakfast only here. There is nothing for shopping or eating close by either. Next time I will research the property better! Disappointed!

    MY STAY WAS HORRIBLE! I rarely leave reviews but this place is an absolute dump. It’s dirty. And the staff is so unhelpful, I had to change rooms 3 times and then they gave me an excuse that if I book through Expedia I get any room that available: the manager yelled at me and Marriott did nothing about it. Absolutely horrible. Do not stay here !

    The hotel itself was pretty nice and all areas were clean. Every person we met, from the Front Desk, to houskeeping, to the bar tenders were all super friendly. Service at the bar/restaurant was a bit slow wven though there were only a few people there every time we were there. Apparently the night before our saty tgere was a large group there and they pretty much wiped out the bar. We stayed 3 nights and during that time, tge bar was never restocked, ao drinks were limited, as were beer choices. Also, we stayed an extra night as requested housekeeping. They never came.

    Prior to booking called the property to ensure that an 18 year old could check-in. Was verbally told by the employee, yes as long as they have ID and a credit card. Additionally, the Expedia site did not have any age restriction. At physical check-in the policy was for 21. After traveling 2.5 hours had to sleep ??

    I was given a room on the lower level of the hotel and the lobby area was further than expected. There was noise from the people in the room above me with children who made a lot of.noise throughout the night.     The hotel is in a good location, no worries about my car in the parking lot or walking to the Metro Station. My room was a single King on ground level, very comfortable. The furniture was a little worn, but only if you were trying to notice. Check in and check out staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt welcome. I did not use any of the amenities of the hotel. Easy access to the highways, no traffic problems.

    The hotel was a great location for using the tram to get to the city, but the shuttle was not available when we needed it due to short staffing. The staff were unfriendly and it took a long time to get a coffee or food. I would recommend having coffee available for customers at no cost so they can help themselves to coffee when needed. We did have a positive experience with Kevin who helped us recover a lost item. He was very gracious and understanding! The rooms were comfortable. The housekeeping staff came in our room using their own key one day, which was weird. We also had them knock on our door at 8am and woke us all up asking if they could clean. One day they didn't clean or replace our towels at all. Overall, it is a good hotel and I would recommend it for future stays, but not if you want a continental breakfast or coffee.

    Hotel staff was awesome, but the ice machine dispensed ice that was dirty and the vent in the bathroom did not work. This caused me to feel a bit stuffy.

    We booked the hotel through Expedia with breakfast included. It is written in our reservation. But the hotel staff does not honor it and charge extra for the breakfast. Very rude.
