    This hotel experience was awful. Only 1 elevator was working. None of the ice machines were working. The refrigerator didn’t work. Please don’t go if you don’t have to. Make this your last resort. You be better off sleeping outside.

    Hotel may look like a million dollars but the rooms are like a motel. Loose security hinge, loose toilet paper dispenser... Shower hear full of rust and scum. No one shows up for a breakfast you have to pay $16 per person. Staff never informed me on any services. Housekeepers were nice. Room was big enough for 1 person.

    Can tell the rooms are Older couple leaks. Good location, surrounded by different food options. Staff was nice. Suggestion get rid of all the sheets and comforters. I know they’ve been cleaned, I can smell that. However, the stains are unsettling and a little distracting. So much so that my second trip I brought my own sheets. I also found hair and a lot of odd places so my second visit. Also I bought Lysol wipes and cleaning supplies overall still a nice hotel cleaning could be better and not to place blame on the housekeeping staff there’s no blame placed anywhere. Let’s just pay attention to the stains and get rid of those that have them. I’m not sure whether it’s the detergent. What else could the stains come from? That’s what makes it unsettling and quite disturbing. I still love the hotel, though I haven’t been back since.

    Upon entry into the hotel, the ambience was very much upscale; however, the room could use a little updating. For instance, the seal around the door needed replacing, the tub definitely needed resurfacing and the pressure of the water in the shower left a lot to be desired. Oh, and they had no complimentary coffee or even coffee to buy. Honestly, we chose this hotel because all the other hotels in the area were booked. I would stay again but only if nothing else was available.

    The bathroom was rusted and dirty, waited for front desk attendant for 15mins before he popped up. Security was in his phone, when I asked about checking in. He stated “I think he’s in the bathroom or something but he’ll be back just wait”.The location has potential but I wouldn’t know if it improves or not because I won’t be returning ever, ended up leaving in the middle of the night & booking somewhere else!

    I was in town for the Bruno Mars concert and parking was easy, the staff was friendly but the bathtub was dirty, the ice machine only worked on like one floor and there was no where in the hotel to even get water or a beverage. I was directed to go to the 7-11 down the road. The property was beautiful, affordable and served its purpose however I don’t think I would stay there again.

    I caught a bus across the street for a 7 min ride to the METRO and MARC New Carrollton Station. Easy to predict with GOOGLE Maps. With a Shuttle from BWI airport can use MARC Commuter or AMTRAK to get to New Carrollton Station.

    We stayed for one night. Lobby looks fancy, the room had old, dated, mismatched furniture, but it was clean, smelled good, and the bed was decent. I loved that it had real king sized pillows instead of a punch of standard pillows. The restaurant is being renovated, so the breakfast was served in the ballroom. The breakfast was good and filling. The surrounding area has a lot of fast food options and the hotel is right off the highway exit.

    Easy and free parking. Plentiful affordable food options within walking distance. It's a strip mall stretch along a busy road, so not a scenic spot. The hotel was surprisingly well appointed for the price, and felt quasi-luxurious even. The room was exactly as nice as pictured on the website, and felt brand new. Would stay here again, which I can't say about any other of our other hotels on this particular trip.

    Beyond beautiful! I felt welcomed when I walked in by the decor! I am a flower lover so it felt like a warm embrace. I forget the gentlemen’s name who checked me in. He was very helpful and accommodating considering I checked in at 4am. I didn’t get the full experience but I would definitely book again.

    The room was clean. Staff was so so. My stay was not pleasant! It was VERY noisy. Obnoxiously loud party patrons. Loud music & screaming in room adjacent which did not allow for any sort of peaceful sleep. I will NEVER stay here again. #disappointedGeorgian

    They have me a room that was broken into and and then they couldn’t get into the room to retrieve my belongings . Also the management at this property is terrible and unreachable . Overall I will never stay at this hotel again and I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau because I would not no one to go through what I experienced staying at that hotel and I would not recommend this hotel to no one.

    The room was in good condition, but the commode could have been cleaner, and the room phone was not working. I understand renovations were in progress. My main concern was the lack of a microwave in standard rooms and no complimentary breakfast. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff was excellent and very professional.

    The lobby is beautiful. Something from a movie set. The 7th floor has been remodeled. Ne careful. The hallway rug buckles. The rooms still need work. No closet space. Lots of open areas...dead space. The rooms need a table, a microwave and maybe a chair in the bathroom. The mini fridge freezes almpst everything. The rooms are huge which is nice but the space isnt utilized well. Could be much more comfortable and functional. The furnishings are old and outdated. The matress was ok. The floors are nice. Love that theres no carpet. I hated the painted tubs with chipping paint. There's a restaurant that we were NEVER able to get a seat at or order food from during our stay. We stood, waited, called out...no one ever appeared. Never seen anyone eating in the restaurant. Theres a beautiful bar complete with glasses and bottles and its not open yet... I was told it may be open by the summer. This hotel isnt new. Esthetically beautiful. Yet again something here thats not functional. breakfast buffet is open 7am-930am. Very short window for breakfast. You only get 1 free breakfast per day for one person. Second person pays $15. I ventured up to other floors and didnt even get off the elevator. Looks like a war zone. There are non working ice machines on all floors. I believe theres only one thats working on the 10th floor. Its clear this hotel gets its revenue from renting the event space. Its a nice looking room. If i were the owner/manager..there's a lot i would change IMMEDIATELY.

    The front desk lady was helpful. The lights in my room did not turn on but this was promptly addressed when I complained. I forgot my toothbrush and front desk supplied complementary one plus toothpaste. I received a breakfast voucher but was not told breakfast time and time was not indicated on the voucher, also it was not written anywhere visible to me. Came down for breakfast at 9.45am and told it ended at 9.30am. The experience left a bad taste, otherwise would have rated higher.

    I think the staff and the clean room made it enjoyable and it was quiet even though we were right next to Hwy 95, I was able to get work done and talk with friends, overall a good stay. And they upgrade the floors when you come in, so that was an added touch.

    The staff has been absolutely wonderful. The room overall is outdated. I was shocked to be told by the staff that I’m staying in one of their renovated rooms. Please replace the heater in the room; it makes a cracking noise when it’s not running. In 2025 a room without a microwave is rare but sadly this one doesn’t have one. This facility has a restaurant which I thought was great until I found out it’s never open.

    The Staff was Great upon my arrival. The Renovations look Great, but Still No Working Ice Machines on multiple floors! All that money on new floors, furniture and decor, but can't get working Ice Machines kinda mutes the Decorum. I'll Be back next week for another stay. The Location is Ideal!     I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements and the beautiful renovation of the hotel. It's in excellent condition, the bed is super comfortable, the carpet is clean, everything was great, and the price was very reasonable. I was very satisfied and highly recommend it. The location is ideal, with everything nearby, including shops and restaurants.

    Beautiful hotel. But no parking available due to a wedding. 10 floors and the vending machines were out of order on every floor. Only 2 floors had working ice machines. The lights on the ac unit are out so you didn’t know where you were setting to.

    Overall, wasn’t bad for a quick weekend stay, but I wouldn’t stay for more than 2-3 nights. The hotel lobby decor was pretty, but the bedrooms could’ve been better. I also spotted mold in the ceiling and in the sink. Tv was not working properly. Would not go on anything other than basic cable stations, and wouldn’t connect to the apps. Plus the color/saturation was too dark, could barely see what we were watching. Decent stay, but it could’ve been much better.

    The only issues was some items in the rooms were broken / outdated. The staff was polite, and breakfast was reasonable. It has a nice atomosphere with fancy style for the cost. Just beware if youre sensitive to intense fragnaces. It was only present in the lobby and hallways.

    First, The Parking was Horrible! The Hotel Had Events going on and Reserved all the Good Close to the entrance parking for each event not its paying staying there guest! This was both nights I stayed. Next, they have done a Nice Job Remodeling, Floors are nice, lobby area upgraded, but still no working Ice or vending machines on multiple floors! My first Night My So call Luxury Room Junior King Suite had No access to Basic TV Channels my first entire night (Friday). Hotel Maintenance tried for an hour to figure it but couldn't. Gave up after midnight. Finally Saturday morning it was fixed. The Breakfast buffet was okay, but ended way to early 9:30 daily especially on the weekends. Desk Staff were not to Friendly. When I checked out, No ask of how was your stay? Just took my keys and said you're good. Like I said some nice upgrades in the remodeling but some of is over the top and looks like the white house Oval office with lots of Gold nick nacks everywhere! The Elevator smelled nice. The Refrigerator in My room didn’t keep anything cold. Paying for having that and a microwave was extra but didn't pan out usage wise. Definitely Not a Great Stay this time...

    What was liked was the things to do around the area The hotel itself is absolutely horrible. So first when I walked in I was greeted being told they have "no reservations available" so when I said I had already booked in advance the guy at the desk said he had no idea how I booked he needed a manager. So the manager comes and I get charged an extra 100 bucks for hotel purposes which is understandable but was told I didn't have to pay anything upon paying for the whole stay in advance. Not a big deal. We get to the room. This stay was for my 14 year old birthday as me her and my wife were going to the raiders vs commanders game the next day. As my daughter goes to shower there was a roach crawling around the bathroom. Make a compliment and get a new room. The new room wasn't better. This time baby roaches crawling all around. Crawled over my daughters toothbrush. And the smoke alarm was non existent. The new room looked like there was already a fire that somehow took place in a corner as the ground was completely black and burned. Didn't get a picture of that unfortunately I was so overwhelmed and pissed with this experience. Absolutely the worst stay. Then thenstay was booked for 3 people but breakfast only.covers TWO guest and cost 15 bucks for the extra guest.

    We heard the people in the adjoining room talking from 12am to 3am. The ac unit had an annoying squeaking sound. We checked out at 6am. Tired and ready 😴 to go home.

    Place was nice, staff were super friendly and helpful, but had no plan for parking during an event. Had to drive around for a long period to luckily find a space. Should have parking for guests set aside. I get it is D.C. area, but still a very nice place

    I wouldn’t stay here ever again!!! The only thing nice was the lobby & morning staff.I only stayed 1 night. I should’ve saved my money and slept in my car. The sheets were DISGUSTING ! They had all types of stains. The chair has someone ass cheeks imprinted on the seat of the chair & a wet carpet smell. So I went down and got another room.It was no better, well no ass cheek prints anywhere but still were stains and smelled like wet carpet again…. Went down and got new sheets and towels…. Still dirty. I slept in my outside clothes, which I never do…. The night clerk was rude and impatient… never apologized. Never have to worry about me or my family coming back. We weren’t welcomed anyway.

    When I walked inside, I was simply amazed. The entire make-up of the lobby was visually pleasing, including the nice smell. There was an on-site security guard monitoring CCTV which made me feel secure regarding the exterior of the hotel. Renovations are ongoing but it doesn’t take away from what’s already present. Once the bathtubs get refurbished and the furniture gets an update, this close to home hideaway will be 5-star in my opinion.

    The atmosphere is okay and the breakfast was delicious and well managed. Renovation of some rooms still going on. The TV control needs to be standardized to a better quality one and the strength of the router needs improvement as there was loss of WiFi at upper room in the higher floor. No microwave in the room.

    The online rating was a 3 Star. I would give it a 1.5 Star. The lobby and halls when exiting the elevators make the hotel look like a 3star. However, when you get to the room its a 1.5 or 2 star at best. Bathrooms are poorly remodeled. Room was dusty. They only give you one breakfast ticket per room noatter how many guests are registered and the small breakfast buffet was was not put out on time.

    The rooms are under renovation. The carpet in the room was badly stained, as well as the furniture. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling of the shower area. The phone didn’t work. And the WiFi never worked on the floor I was staying.

    Room 510, the mattress on the bed closest to the door was TERRIBLY UNACCEPTABLE. I did not get any sleep on the first night. The mattress had a dip in the middle and I could feel the springs straight to my spine and upper shoulders. Terrible night. I had to share a SINGLE bed with my sister because of this terrible mattress. Also, our room was not cleaned the second day. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

    The room had visible mold on the ceiling, the refrigerator did not work and the tub liner was peeling. In addition, the desk was dirty and there was a noticeable odor.     I booked this room for an overnight stay because it was close to my friend’s apartment who was moving out of state the next day. I didn’t check in until10:00p.m. It was dark and grungy. There was an event going on when I checked in. I asked the clerk if there was a vending machine on my floor, he said yes. Get to my floor and find the vending machine and ice machine out of order! I went to all the other floors and encountered the same thing! The furniture in the room was old and dated!! The towels were more beige than white! The tub/shower combo was peeling!!! I will never stay at this place again.

    Property was clean and well maintained. My only criticism is the heavily scented air freshener that pumps through the ventilation of the entire building. Thankfully it is not present in the rooms or we would have checked out. I’m not sure if the purpose is to mask another smell, but it’s cloying, artificial flower smell was overpowering and intense.

    The locations was great and close to the venue i was going to. The lobby and and some other spaces were newer and fine. The room was just ok. Most of everything was old. Beat up furniture, old bath tub fixtures, bath faucet leaked and dripped, shower lever was loose and coming out of tile wall. The furniture in bedroom was old and damaged, and air conditioner until buttons did not work probably, were damaged and could not be read. Tub did drained very slowly while taking a shower.

    However, desk staff, when checking in after 9pm, was indifferent and inarticulate. They had shut off the automatic entry door, making entry difficult with luggage, until the security guard reluctantly opened the outer doors before leaving us to fend for ourselves with the inner set. The very nice lobby is filled with beautiful bouquets of flowers that, while lovely, permeated the room with a strongly cloying scent, too strong to enjoy. At the room (weirdly, the rooms are not numbered consecutively), our keycards worked well. Inside the room, the only thing lumpier than the mattress was the floor under the ancient, sticky carpet. Every bit of furniture appeared to pre-date the Reagan administration. Even the desk covering was embossed, showing the identity of another hotel at the capitol, that has probably been gone for decades. We ran out of tissues within a day, and no one at the desk would pick up the phone. Predicting that, I opened the toilet tank in order to adjust the non-operating flush handle. It flushed after I made the adjustment, but wouldn’t shut off after flushing. If price and this location work for you, this place is adequate. But, if you’re accustomed to more contemporary accommodations and a responsive staff, pay more and stay elsewhere.

    1. Even if you pay for a reservation online, they will require $100 deposit in person. 2. You have to have a physical credit or debit card, no phone pay, no cash. 3. If you need a refund on the reservation day, there is no refund. Other then that, its perfectly fine.

    There was so much noise and screaming from the rooms next to us. There were 3 families staying in 2 rooms next to us and 1 opposite side. Kids were running from 1 room to other and banging doors. Only after we complained to reception, it stopped. There is no way to contact the front desk by phone. We had to go in person to the desk at 12 in the night! to complain.

    This hotel provides a quiet and comfortable environment for staying with large sized rooms with a refrigerator, and very helpful front-end staff and daily cleaning service at a reasonable price. The hotel can improve by including microwave inside the rooms as most 3 star hotels do. Their is one microwave on the ground-floor for all the guests to use, and having a nonslip bathtub mat.

    The staff is nasty poor customer service skills The hotel is not a hotel its filled with strange people which is unsafe and I was afraid to get out of my vehicle It has roaches the linen and upkeep of the room unsanitary and gross the place is worn. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this place because it’s not a hotel. This place was advertised as a great place to stay which is untrue. I am requesting a full refund

    All the front desk staff I met and talked to were very friendly and professional. They answered my questions and addressed any concerns I had in courteous, caring and professional manner. Any housekeeping needs I had were taken care of by the housekeeping staff in timely manner. Overall my stay was good quiet and restful.

    Metro Points is my go to hotel when staying in the DC area, however, I called the front desk stating I will be arriving late on my already paid for/existing reservation. The front desk rep informed me that it’s no problem & she will leave a note under my reservation. Well, when I arrived to check-in, much to my surprise, the oncoming front desk rep informed me she did read my note but cancelled my room because she thought I wasn’t coming. At first she told me I would have to wait an hour for the supervisor to rebook the room but somehow she was able to override the system & check me in. Not a pleasant situation but I’m glad the situation was handled without further delays.

    Doesn't seem like any maintenance has been kept up with this place. Shampoo and conditioner was used when i arrived. The bathtub looks like a cracked egg. Every time i went to the front desk, there was no one to be found, and with no service bell, it takes them a couple minutes before they realize you're there.

    In my room had bed bugs in it. They was coming out the pillows. I pulled her sheets back there was long hair all in my bed like they never change the bedding. And I spoke to management to another room is an apologize or anything. Horrible!

    Room was dirty and stink. Not enough linen or soap. Customer set was awful. And the operations manager was rude. Water spots throughout the hotel like it flooded. Same water spots and mold from when I stay 2 days in 2022 through Hotel.Com. Rooms has mold and mildew still. They refused to refund me just like in 2022. It definitely wasn’t worth my money again.

    Hotel room was very clean. You get plastic cups instead if glass cups, which I like bc you don't know if the glasses are being properly washed. The hotel was fairly quiet. Hallways nice ans clean. Lobby was very inviting wirh a warm ambience. The room smelled clean. Only thing was the view was nor the best, had to go to another floor for ice, the soap for the room is soooo little and the windows don't open in the room.

    I got to my first rm & the tub was dirty. They immediately switched my rm. This one was a little cleaner but old & dusty. While taking showers, the lights would automatically turn off. I had to get out or move the shower curtain around for the light to come back on. I did not have rm service one day out of the 4 that I was there. They knocked on my door twice the morning of my check out for rm service. I had to use kleenex for toilet paper which was insane. I chose & choose this Hotel for convenience. However this will be my last time staying there. No breakfast as it said at the time of booking. When I arrived, I was told, Ihop is around the corner & you get 10 or 20% off. Show them your hotel key. I do NOT eat Ihop! The paint on the ceilings & walls is peeling. There is no way to plug up the tub to take a bath. I'm so glad that I went through Hotels.com for the discount. I would not have paid the face value as they tried to get me to pay then held $100 on my card until I checked out. They told me that Hotels.com made a mistake in their prices. That had nothing to do with me! The only positives that I can give is the location is convenient & blackout curtains helped me get sleep. I wish that I could upload these pictures but something is going on & it won't allow me to do so.

    During the week. Its pretty quiet. My room was clean. Bathroom clean, linens was comfortable and clean. Nice size frig. There was a wait for the elevator because one was down for a few days. Staff was extremely friendly and my service call lto replace a door look was done in minutes.. overall a good experience

    The surroundings were great but the hotel did not serve breakfast. The toilet was messed up upon arrival, as a guest I had to fix it. The room decor is not up to date either. Its convenient although to get to everywhere in the little town its in. That was a plus.

    Ive stayed at this property several times over the years and this by far was best in months..soon as i walked in the room . The heat was and it felt comfortable. The room was really clean as well as the carpet. It had a small frig which was is cold. Which was greatly appreciated. Im homeless so im not picky but wherever i can save up the money. I stay here.

    The staff very lovely. It was a major problem that the door to my room had a latch that kept locking every time I left the room. The first time, the maintenance person was able to open it quickly and said this happens occasionally. The next evening, I came back to the room at 10p to find I was locked out again. This time, the maintenance person was off duty. It took the front desk person (the only person on staff for the whole hotel) over an hour to find a maintenance person to open the door to my room.

    A large police presence was there when i arrived. The clerk was obviously on something i waited in the lobby for several minutes while she was in the back having a intense conversation on the phone. The rooms look like they havent been updated or deeped cleaned in years.
