Everything was good. I can complain.

Breakfast was ok. Rooms were stained, had holes in the walls, some type of sticky stuff on the walls as well, plus burn holes in the carpet.

Check in was confusing due to the man who was getting us checked in but the stay was comfortable.

Rooms had a humid smell, everything was risty, lamps corners. Breakfast; scrambled eggs looked like soup. I don’t know if I can go back again.

First of all the room smelled bad. They had a ozone air cleaner in room that was very noisy. The ice machine was destroyed on the 3rd floor same as it was during my last stay a few months ago. The fitted sheet doesn't fit right and kept coming undone. No shampoo for the shower bottle was empty. Floor and carpet was very dirty. When walking barefoot your feet became filthy had to keep shoes on in room. Breakfast was not good eggs and sausage was cold had to put in microwave to heat.

The rooms smelled horrible there was mold on the carpets and tub was filthy. The area was not safe the fridge was broken.

Of course the pool was closed the entire stay! Rooms extremely outdated (ex: rusty lamps). Breakfast terrible (stale bread, questionable eggs & watered down coffee. On the bright side… No bedbugs, no mildew, no junkies in vicinity, and an overall peaceful atmosphere to lay your head.

Bathroom was filthy, neither TV worked in suite, 45 minutes to check in, charged my card for someone else's incedentals, gave me a queen room when I paid for King suite, the list goes on.

Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient and quiet

Room was not clean mold and had smell and towel was not clean then ask to go to another room and then while checking out team member said I did not check out which I gave her the card and I ask her when is check out she stated 11am and then I told her let me check out now then went in my account and double charge me after I paid in full…I will never go back still waiting on my deposit then while I was there the key did not work after coming from work I had to walk back down stair.

I loved the room. It was very spacious and clean. Very comfortable especially if staying for a few days, breakfast wasn't bad.

Breakfast was standard and not bad. Room was clean, but definitely showing its age. Lots of dented edges, scuff and old carpet. Make sure you dont get an adjoining room if youre traveling alone. Noise travels like people are in the room with you. It feels over peiced for the condition its in, but at least its clean.

Upon check-in was asked to give card for $50 deposit. I did, and within 3 hours afterwards my card was charged an additional $83.31. I went and asked the front desk clerk about this and they couldn't give me ANY explanation...he just said it will be refunded with the deposit. That is UNACCEPTABLE, at least let people know if you are charging them extra money and not what was originally told would be charged. I am currently waiting on my deposit and charge, a total of $133.31 to be refunded and placed back on my card. And on top of that the shower did not drain well...nasty!

Dirty carpet, outdated dirty furniture and loud guess with questionable behaviors. I rented a room from the hotel next door for my remainder of my stay in town so I can get rest. Your location is Very bad place.

Room smelled like mildew, people slamming hotel room doors arguing all night long got no sleep, pool area had bandage on ground next to pool also a bandage floating in the pool, also did not have enough food for breakfast, refrigerator was unplugged and in order to be able to use it we had to unplug the microwave, all electric outlets did not work . Toilet was plugged by urine would not go down and it over flowed to the rim. Was not worth the $170.00 that was paid and had to give an additional$50 for incendentales. Will never stay there ever again worst place I had ever stayed at.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND STAY HERE THE HOTEL IS VERY NASTY WITH A VERY STRONG MOLD SMELL. THE SHOWER/ TUB WAS SO NASTY WITH HAIR INSIDE OF IT. THE TOWELS AND WASHCLOTH HAS SO MUCH PUBIC HAIRS IN IT AND THEY WERE KIND OF BROWN. I HAD TO GO THERE FOR A BUSINESS MEETING AND I WAS SHORT ON TIME I GOT THE HELL OUT OF THERE EARLY AS POSSIBLE IN THE MORNING AND HAD FUN AROUND FLORIDA TO MY FLIGHT BECAUSE I COULD NO LONGER STAY AT THE HOTEL

Room was really dirty with cockroaches in the bathroom. Bathroom did not look like it was cleaned and had dirt in all the corners of tub and floor areas. Outside has trash all over and the hotel had a strong potent odor to it. TV was broken and did not work. Staff were friendly tho and breakfast wasn’t bad.

Please save your money and go somewhere else. Mold in room, bugs in room, and zero customer service training. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Had to get a dispute filed on my credit card because management wasn’t trained how to handle guests complaints. I had photo evidence of bugs, mold, & water damage in bathroom…manager said you can send me proof but there’s nothing in there.

Unfortunately the room smelled like a water leak and the lights were rusted out. Our tub had a patch floor in it and most of the plugs didn’t work. Staff was nice and breakfast was pretty decent.

Website lists, family, friendly, and cribs that are free that are available. This was not the case and when I called, they said we no longer have cribs since the renovation which happened who knows when.

The title of this hotel offers a lot...of irony! The beds were very firm, and the pillows were way too soft. Despite having 4 pillows on my bed, I was never comfortable. Our room didn't have a toilet paper holder or a hair dryer for my mom. And staff was unable to provide one. The bathroom door was missing a hook for the hook and the door that led to our room had to be locked because if it wasn't it could easily just open. That occurred multiple times. The complimentary breakfast was edible, but nothing to rave about. Most of the staff was friendly, but the area of the hotel didn't feel to be the best. We had a couple try to enter our room in the middle of the night. They were at the wrong room, but I was still aggravated. And the fire alarm going off at 4 am on our departure day wasn't ideal. All in and all, it was the greatest, but if you're in a pinch, this isn't the worst place you can stay.

This building needs a total renovation. Bedsheets were stained, the bottom bed skirt was filthy and probably has never been washed. TONS of roaches in the bathroom. Toilet was stained. Stains and streaks on walls of room and headboard. But most staff were kind and helpful.

The location was convenient, the hotel appeared to be pretty well maintained, my room was clean, neat and orderly, although I would’ve preferred more towels. The bed was a little hard, but survival for a short duration. The breakfast was a little sparse.

There was a very strong air freshener that blasted your nose as soon as you waked it and I can’t say it was pleasant. The breakfast room was very crowded. The room was fine, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. I was pleased with it for the rate that I was able to get, if I had to pay the other $200 a night I would have been a little more annoyed. The area around the hotel leaves room for improvement but it is just a short drive to the beach.

The bathroom fan was so LOUD when bathroom light was turned on. It sounded like a Zack hammer was being used. The bathtub wasn’t clean. The microwave was rusty inside. We didn’t have bath towels in our room twice. We had to ask for them.

The entire hotel needs deep cleaning & updates. Carpets everywhere were filthy. Rooms were dingy. We requested to move rooms because ours was so dirty. The staff did accommodate us and we moved to another room which was only moderately better.

I also didnt get my money refunded yet an iv called a few times today. this place is pumped with fragrances throughout the whole hotel so if you have a asthma issue or a breathing problem, do not even step near the door. The bedsheets were dirty. The pillows were disgusting their stains on the wall in the carpet in the bed sheets. This place is a very bad place to say, and when I say bad place, I really mean it because I have been in some pretty nasty places before, but the bedsheets and the bed area was never dirty like this.

Front desk wasn’t present when we arrived. Had to wait at least 10 minutes for her to check us in the room was filthy. The carpet was tacky. The shower bars had what looked like chocolate on them. We’ll never stay here again. The place needs a total renovation. The comfort Inn should be embarrassed by the representation of this property.

The office failed to resolve his complaint without involving police. So we left and lost one day of stay because reservation was “pre-paid”. The floor had no ice, the tv in our room didn't work, there was trash on the floor in more than one part of the room, there was no where to put the toilet paper or hang towels or wet bathing suits up, the bed had a broken piece on the bottom and the door to hallway did not seal completely. The bathroom door did not lock and the food st breakfast was served cold.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time, my experience was great. The second time not so good. The toilet did not want to flush. The tub looks like it was never clean, the shower head was stuck and couldn’t move to adjust it. The AC did not work properly.

I reserved a single King Size. I was given a double bed room. The worst part was finding out upon my arrival, that I was going to be charged a $100 deposit that will be refunded at checkout. Well i knew there would be no damage, so unhappy about it, I conceeded. I was then given a blank piece of paper to sign for the deposit. REALLY??? At checkout, I was told it will be 3 to 5 days before I got my deposit back. Totally unacceptable. Do not stay here.if you have more than one vehicle, you will be charged for a second parking spot.

I wasn't expecting 5 star, but certainly didn't expect this stay. Our room was not very clean and was a bit banged up. The fridge was lopsided and freezer part frozen over. The bathroom had a jet tub, we didn't utilize it though due to very visible black mold around the jets. We received multiple bug bites in the bed around our sides and abdomen. Praying it wasn't bed bugs, but if so that they didn't get in our bags. The bed itself, pillows, and covers were comfortable enough. Pool temp was good, but the water was fairly dirty. Breakfast was lackluster with few choices. The staff were very friendly though. I have stayed in many hotels of all types and a lot of Comfort Inns. We were even staying at another Comfornt Inn location as part of this trip. This one ranks as one of the worst stays. I truly hate having to leave bad reviews, but very glad our stay was only for one night. We stayed here due to convenience and price.

First time we stayed we were on the 1st floor and it was great. This is what made us stay the second time. Second time we were on the 3rd floor and it is horrible. It smells like its been wet and then dried, funky smell. Also, they charge for parking a 2nd vehicle, which was new. That 3rd floor needs an overhaul. Employees were very nice and breakfast was good.

Noone wants to work. But while they are working they should do what theyre being paid to do, and thoroughly. I unfortunately found out far too late that they dont clean your rooms for you while you are away. They only restock your toiletries. Staying there for a week in a sandy room wasnt a pleasant experience. I just wanted to relax and destress but they did not do that for us. One especially noteable experience is the unnotified fire alarm tests that went off at 11am. I have a panic disorder and i was sobbing and crying thinking i was going to die. To which they replied "its just a test". No warning for the first test or second. If i ever come to florida again, i will never stay here again.

Let’s get to the condition of the 2 Queen bed suite my husband booked using my Orbitz account. UTTER TRASH! The room looked unkept, the walls were very dirty and chipped, the jet tub looked like someone just rest it in its spot and threw bundo around the sides to make it stick. There were roaches in the bath tub. The area where the refrigerator sat was heavily damaged. The air conditioning did not work, it was hot like a dessert and the room smelt of mold. I did not want to be a bother as I was extremely tired from packing up and moving my home, so I settled. But when I walked into the hotel suite I was in disbelief, “I said they should be paying me incidentals.” ATROCIOUS. I’ve stayed at Comfort Suites properties before, Kendall a few years back the room was very cozy and homely, the property was nice, I recently stayed at a Comfort suites 3 weeks ago in Melbourne again the room was nice. This one in Lantana just was not it.

Let’s start with the guest rooms, because that’s the main thing of your stay. When you enter their carpet stinks from hallway to inside room. We saw German cockroach in the room too. The bathrooms are very dirty and shower curtains are where ripped, also there comforters and towels also had wholes. No cleanliness at all. I would not recommend to stay here. Their staff is good. Their breakfast hall is also good.

We have always stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites anytime we go anywere but this hotel was nasty there were bugs there was calgirls out in the parking lot vomit all over the side parking lot drug deals going in the hallways yes we seen it we pack up and got the hell out of there as early as we could we were there for 4 days but we left after the first day and got into a new place far away from here roaches dirty nast and unsafe

The hotel looks nothing like the photos, it's ran down. Not clean in the slightest, you can close the blinds so anyone could watch you at any point in time if they wanted. It had a horrible smell and was honestly terrified to stay here.

Stayed 1 night while in town visiting family. “Upgraded” to business suite with king bed and sofa bed because I thought we would may have another (child) guest with us and wanted there to be more privacy (there’s a pair of doors that close between the bedroom and living room area). The floor was terribly dirty with lots of black marks. We kept socks on the whole time. It smelled really musty and there was air freshener smell mixed in with the other. My kids loved the whirlpool tub which looked pretty clean but we had to use flashlights to check since lighting was so poor in the room. Walls are super thin. My kid was scared to sleep alone in the couch bed because she kept hearing noises and people talking. We chose this place to spend less and it was even still over $100. Breakfast wasn’t bad, the cheese omelets had great flavor and same with the sausage and the Belgian waffles were delicious. The breakfast is the only reason I didn’t give 1 star. Also the coffee at breakfast was okay. And the hotel seemed like the type of place people take their mistresses or stay when they are between places to live.

While the 2 ladies who checked me in were amazing, you can tell this hotel has seen its better days. As soon as I entered my room there was a musty smell. Refrigerator made noise all night. Curtains did not block out any light from outside during the night. This place needs a COMPLETE MAKEOVER. Back to Hilton properties for me.

The stay was fine, but the hotel is very old and needs renovation, the toilet door was literally broken, no toilet paper hanger, no where to hang towels.

I have stayed at many Comfort Inns . This one definitely needs a make over.. The place reeked of some kind of smell, maybe cleaning fluid to hide something else. Sloppy caulking all over the bathroom. Bathroom door was warped and falling apart (Room 315) at the bottom. Ice machines empty and disgusting. Luckily our plans changed and we got out of there a day early. This place was a far cry from the others I have stayed in.

I need to specifically recognize Hyacinth as a truly bright part of my stay. As the name of a spring flower would suggest, she was bright and cheerful. A welcoming sight as you enter the lobby. She was always happy and cheerful when she greeted me. Always excited to hear about my day. It was a joy anytime I entered the lobby to see her smiling face and hear her cheerful “hello”. She truly did make the experience over the top!

The hotel needs updated. The toilet was stained with rust and the bathtub was stained from being old and maybe not cleaned as well as they should have. The room was okay and the staff seemed pleasant. I'd give it a C+.

The complimentary Breakfast was definitely a plus so we could get up in the morning, not leave the property have Bre and then head out to sit by the pool! All in all it was a Good Stay. If I return to that area I would stay there again!

Very confortable

The room was moldy, the tv was broke and the toilet seat was falling off. Talked to staff, they wouldn’t move me rooms. Said would call the manager and call me. Never did. Would not recommend.

We didn't stay at this property. Our experience with Expedia when we tried to cancel this stay was time consuming and just awful. It shouldn't so difficult to cancel. We'll never use Expedia again.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly and there was hair strands on one of the beds. The entire property had a strong smell, and the air conditioner did not cool properly.

This place was not clean the shower was gross the pillows where throw pillows not regular standard pillow over all I would give this place my stay and experience a 0 out of 5 stars

staff was great

I stayed for three nights and my bed wasn't made once. My first room had a roach in it, the lady at the front desk switch my room . Both rooms need to be renovated. Bedside lamp fabric peeling off, room was smelling old and musty. My tv didn't work once while I was there, cable connection was bad. There is so much room for improvement .

Staff are nice but property was dirty, the room had a bad smell, the bathroom lock was broken, the shower curtain was broken and we had to go out and ask for towels because they didn't leave any.

I enjoyed the breakfast that was offered daily. I saw 4 roaches in my room

Breakfast was decent, kids had fun making their waffles.

Pleasant staff

This hotel is not worth what they charge per night it’s extremely too expensive, my family and I stayed there from March 20th - 23rd and the room had roaches, It smell like mildew, the room is extremely small we had the double beds and it felt like we were cramped in a small area, the parking lot is too small, the pool area is too small, It seems like everything is just cluttered at this hotel. Every time I need assistance at the front desk, the staff was nowhere to be found, I had to wait for someone to appear at the desk one of the female staff members was making coffee and made me wait until she was done preparing her drink for her to assist me. The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast and the Hispanic lady who was serving the breakfast she has great customer service skills other than that I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. And even though I’m leaving this review nothing will be done about our stay I feel like we should have at least gotten half of our money back and nothing will change about this hotel

A beautiful hotel, well located, with beautiful decor

Bathroom was very dirty. Wasn’t able to check-out in on time, well I was an hour early.

It was a really nice room. The staff were fantastic. Will definitely stay again.

Property was fine but the air in my room didn’t work properly. It was blowing minimal cool air and was very humid.

Decent hotel, friendly staff amd thank God it didn't have a cigarette smell. However, there was a slight mildew stence (from water i think). The bathroom door had what looked like water damage on the bottom. Easy fix but besides that it was good!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast options were fantastic. Friendly staff.

The properties at Comfort Inn and Suites Lantana were so-so! People out next to the building/parking smoking pot and that was a big turn off! Most likely would never stay here again!
