My room had flies and a cockroach. Carpet was so dirty, had stains and rips all over.

The place was very quiet at my stay,and the service was appreciated.

Continental breakfast was listed but the motel did not have a continental breakfast available.

The check-in staff at everyone was very helpful made life easy

They cancelled my reservation at midnight without any notice or attempt to contact me. When I called to have it reinstated, they refused. I ended up wandering around all night trying to find somewhere to sleep. Neither Expedia nor the hotel was willing to help. The entire experience was a nightmare.

The room had lots of flies, anda spider on the roof and when asked to change our room, they said yes at first and then said no because the room isn’t cleaned, so while we were outside, room less, waiting for them to to give us a room, just to be told no because it has to be cleaned, then they said they were going to refund me a day and then charged me the full amount on top of the smoke alarm going off constantly and not being able to open the window to let our air

This place is absolutely horrible. The room we reserved was not available. The room was in SHAMBLES. Broken microwave, shower did not work properly, everything was rickety including the fridge, the bed, etc. Also the phone did not work to call out or to call the front desk, we had to physically walk to the office. We did request to extend one day because I had such a late flight and they comped us for the additional night - unfortunately the new room has construction going on in the unit opposite our wall so there is constant drilling, pounding, banging etc. Not to mention the phone in this room also doesn't work. I am exhausted and wanted to relax before traveling - and we paid over $100 a night for a DUMP. Do not stay here.

The room was clean. I still take additional steps to ensure disinfection. The staff was quick and prompt with my check in. I arrived almost 45 minutes early and the room was ready for me. Check out was a breeze as well. My only con to this property would be to lower the nightly cost due to the residents living there and bringing down the value of the property.

It was horrific, the place was disgusting. I would not even shower due to the tub be so terrible. My Uber driver mentioned to me that I was staying in a crack hotel. There were 2 men openly doing drugs at the pool which was littered with cigarette butts and beer caps....do not take off your shoes.

NO BREAKFAST!!No coffee available, OJ was sour, no food at all at counter. I went to the office where they gave me a muffin. The lady in the breakfast room was extremely rude. The lady at the counter was ok, she gave me the muffin. The bathroom had a roach crawling on the wall and there was used soap in the shower stall. The condition of the room was rough. The TV worked fine with lots of channels and mattress was comfortable.

i did not stay here because the rooms were terrible and not like the pictures at all. and after checking in then 15 mins later checking out we went to downtown miami instead.

Clean room, neighbors not super loud. Bathroom clean as well, looked newer than the bathroom of a different room I had stayed in previously.

No Television (didn’t work) tub and shower operation was terrible. This was an expensive room I think you guys should remove this listing God forbid a couple of elderly people get this hotel, they’ll lose it

The lobby smelled aweful. The room should be condemned. When walking on the floor it was uneven and felt rotted out under the carpet. Carpet had stains all over. The refrigerator in the room was slanted sideways due to the floor. The toilet paper holder was ripped away from the wall. Couple lights were burned out over the sink. The room smelled musty so bad we went out and bought Lysol. Old wash cloth was left in the room. There were stains on the outside of the tub not sure what it was. Overall I would be embarrassed if this was a hotel my business supported. Again the flooring everywhere was spongy and wavy. The only nice thing I could say is the bed was comfortable. Would never go there again. In addition the pictures online aren’t even close to what the rooms look like. I am super dissatisfied with this hotel.

I was fooled into thinking this would be nice by the association with Wyndam. I booked for four nights and checked out the first morning, left scrabbling to find another place to stay. Not clean, paint chipping everywhere. Floor wasn't even flat. Advertised breakfast, but no breakfast only bad coffee. The staff were accommodating and processed the refund promptly. Reminded me of when my girls told me they would never again stay in any place that had a sign saying "Hunting dogs welcome".

Rserved a non smoking room arrived and was given a smoking room. They said they were booked and didnt have another room to given me. Also the tv didn't work.

This hotel needs some major updating. It smelled like mold there was graffiti on the floor in the bathroom and looks NOTHING like the photo's listed. There we're people in the parking lot all hours of the night yelling. The staff at the front desk we're nice but overworked and stressed.

You get what you pay for, so obviously don’t expect anything fancy; it’s a place to sleep and shower. The room was mostly clean (carpet had some stains), towels were fine, nothing egregiously gross anywhere. Bathroom was worn but about what you’d expect for a standard rate motel like this (I’ve certainly had worse). I was concerned with safety being a solo traveler but faced nothing of the sort to worry about. No rowdy neighbors or anything, and I arrived and left pretty late at night too.

Staff was nice. Had to go twice to get room key to work. Really run down. Could hear couple in room next door fighting at 2am for half a hour. Will look for a different hot

Staff was fantastic but the room was horrible! Since it’s booked through a 3rd party the rooms given are worse which was confirmed by staff. The room smelled horrible and we were so tempted to sleep in the car if we didnt have a long drive the next day.

The room was in good condition. We stayed there due to out flight out of Miami being cancelled due to the government shutdown and we were rescheduled on a flight out of Palm Beach the following day.

The floor was disgusting. There was mold on top of the ceiling in the bathroom. They painted the bathtub to make it look clean the caulking around the toilet was brown. The bed itself was stained, and there was a broken crack pipe behind our bed.

Very scary, our door to go outside look like it’s been broken before/like someone broke into the room. Weird and creepy looking stains and the bathroom was very gross. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe
