General Manager would not issue a refund, or at least that was her experience in the past. I know from past interactions with hotels I prepaid for that if the hotel agrees to refund the monies paid for a room, hotels.com can issue a refund. I will be calling the GM now that I am back home from my trip and hope she will issue a refund. If a customer does not stay in your room, you should not be paid for the room night.

Perfect for what I was looking for which was a first night stay in LA after a late flight. Close to the airport with a well organised 1/2 hourly shuttle bus. Surprisingly quiet given its location. Rooms were clean and I would stay there again.

Better to have one common bathroom room in the lobby. After checking out at 11 am. My flight was at 7pm. I was waiting in the lobby to get shuttle to airport at 4pm.i asked staff for a bathroom. They told me to go to the nearest Gas station.

My stay was good, but the room ceiling had some brown stains around the ceiling near to second bed closest to window. It need to be check out soon.

Had to stop in Vegas for an overnight layover on my way to San Diego. My inbound flight was late and I got to the hotel around 1am. Still had an easy check in and got my room right away. Staff was friendly even at that hour of the night. I really only used the room for about 7 hours but it was comfy, shower was good, no complaints from me about anything. If you’re passing thru Las Vegas and need a quick room overnight, this place is good. Would stay again if I needed to

I just needed a bed before an early morning connecting flight. Best Western delivered so much more. Comfort and cleanliness lift this hotel above expectations. All staff were attentive, prompt and professional, including shuttle drivers. Free breakfast starts at 5am.

Got to the hotel at 1am after a long travel day only to be told they had overbooked the hotel and didnt have a room for me. No warning or call even though the room had been pre paid and confirmed. They did assist in finding another hotel almost an hour later.

They should have a place where it says "no prepaid cards accepted". I booked a room on Wednesday, got to Vegas Saturday night, tried checking in, and come to find out that they don't accept prepaid cards. So I drove all over Vegas to search for a room and everywhere was completely booked.

Stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed the stay. The room was standard and clean. The staff was very friendly, and the highlight is the breakfast. It's a small buffet, but was really nice. It had eggs, bacon, sausage, and a hash type of dish that had peppers in it. There was also a toaster to make waffles or bagels, a fridge with breakfast sandwiches and burritos, yogurts, juices, and muffins. Parking was included, and they did not charge an extra "resort fee" on top of the price paid here on Expedia (only a refundable deposit in case of damages)

When getting ready to leave a bug scurried from under my pillow and down into the bed! I'm not sure what it was! We took the shuttle to the airport. The can holds seven and there were ten people waiting. We got on and found that three people park in the lot and use the shuttle without checking in! We may not have gotten on if I hadn't moved near the can as soon as the driver got there! Guests should have priority!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Closeness to the airport and the shuttle bus driver saved me from missing my flight early morning.

It was strange that there was no restaurant/bar even though they did have a little shop with some small treats. There was also no bathrooms in the lobby so facilities was definitely lacking. Because it is near a really popular road traffic could be heard all night long not great for those that are light sleepers

The hotel is located in a great place close to the airport. We were able to park our car there for a week while on our trip. They offer a shuttle but the times they run didn’t work for us. I have to say it was probably the best hotel breakfast I ever had. So many choices and good food. Rooms are a little small but clean and comfortable.

Wiated an hour to be picked up only to be told when they finally showed up that the van was full and they couldn't take us. Horrible customer service, was never told why the shuttle didn't arrive at 8 as scheduled and why it didn't pick us up first. They wanted us to find our own ride to the hotel, I ended up cancelling and booking another hotel. Picked us up 10 minute after reservation was made.

Everything was mostly pristine...they kept the place quite emalculate to be honest....jus be careful of fruit bowl and ensure that fruit is fresh daily. There were several, not jus 1 rotted and molded tangerines in the basket...this was very concerning to me.

The pool was dirty, too dirty to consider swimming! The breakfast was good. Staff was somewhat rude when we were asking about shuttle services, we had to wait 30-40 minutes for airport pick-up.

I reserved a Deluxe Suite. They did not have one available when I arrived and had to be downgraded to a regular queen room. The price they charged me was only $10 less than cost of the reserved Deluxe Suite. The regular room would have been more than $80 less at the time I made the reservations. Nice Hotel close to the airport, but I was definitely overcharged.

Staff was friendly and helpful, there is a great restaurant next door, but the carpets were not clean. After we noticed how dirty our feet and luggage was getting we wore sandals for the rest of the stay.

Parking was easy and safe. The AC in the room was as loud as the approaching train and did not let us sleep at all. Turning it off and opening the window did not help because of the AC noise from neighboring rooms and from the street. I do not recommend this hotel to those who need a good sleep at night.

I helped a number of seniors up and down the stairs. Two people in wheelchairs that i met were give rooms upstairs. Very poor customer service.

I accidentally left my wedding ring behind in my room (nerve wracking as you might imagine) but Tracey found it right away and mailed it back to me. Just above and beyond! Staff was rude. Needed a shuttle to airport at 1pm on 2-24-26.. Was down 10 minutes before hand because that is what was told to do the night before and that the shuttle leaves promptly every half hour. At 1pm no one was at the desk and there was no driver. Stood at the front desk wondering where a worker is. A lady came out and I asked about the shuttle. She said I was not down there and she is going to check the camera to prove it to show I was not there. Not sure why that's important. I just need to get on the shuttle. Rude and not helpful. Bad look for the brand.

The real issue was that we were given a room on the third floor , and upon arrival were told there’s no elevator. We were sent up via what looked like a storage stairway, was in poor condition. We had a heavy suitcase and a sprained ankle and poor back made this risky. Reception did not offer help or an alternative , just said that the hotel is full and tough luck. Later we did a single elevator, but it was out of order. That is not what reception said… Breakfast is included but only 5 am until 9 am , weekends as well. The buffet is not good, all processed foods, Luke warm orange juice and so on. Very cramped space , feels crowded quickly. Parking on property but no gate or anything and pretty shady area, would not park a nice car there.

The lady that checked me in at 8:30am on a Friday, after I just drove 9hours, was amazing!! She went beyond to make sure, I would be comfortable and that I would get sleep, since I only had a couple hours before heading to a funeral. I wish I could remember her name to make sure she is recognized for how I am extremely appreciative of her, considering she had no idea what I was going through!!

We stayed here to catch an early morning flight. The sink leaked and the shower didn’t have any water pressure. Otherwise it was okay.

Limited parking. If you get to the hotel late, parking can be an issue. Lots of noise in the hotel. The couple next door were arguing at 2:00AM and there was lots of foot traffic in the hallway that could be heard.

Unfortunately, the room had a really bad smell as soon as you walked in. I opened the window every day, but even after two or three days, the smell was still there. I’m not sure if it was just this room or others as well. On top of that, the noise was pretty bad. Overall, the convenience of the shuttle and the location was nice, the staff was very friendly, but the smell and noise really hurt the experience.

Courteous staff

Staff were nice and room was decent, but the primary reason I booked was for the free airport shuttle which was not in service. And I did not find out about the shuttle schedule until I had booked a 'non-refundable' room. I had to spend an extra $30+ to get to and from the airport. With the Vegas strip being so close, and multiple other hotel options available, I will not book this hotel again.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious, check in and out quick and easy. My only complaint is we stayed there for the shuttle service and when booking, there was nothing stating the shuttle wasn't currently running and when I asked the lady at the front desk I was surprised by her sassy attitude saying well this has been on the counter all week you haven't noticed it? It clearly states the shuttle isn't running at this time. Other than that a great place to stay.

The room was fair but had the typical old, cheap motel smell and was very noisy. The walls and ceiling were thin and plumbing was also noisy. Very nice people working there. Brunch was pretty good but not enough room or seating for all patrons.

The room size is very small with 2 queen beds and hardly any space in the room to walk. No lift and they didn’t repair it for almost 4 days. Breakfast is decent. The parking is congested and limited. you will be lucky if you get parking in the facility. Otherwise you have to park in the street which I feel bit unsafe. We felt only breakfast is good. The staff are friendly too.

First , the shuttle service from the hotel was so welcoming,driver very friendly. Our room was ready early and was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were going to the rodeo at the Thomas and Mack center and it was within walking distance. Front desk was very helpful in finding the bus line to the strip and it was across the street. Very accommodating. In the morning we had an awesome breakfast, so much to pick from, hot and tasty. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk person needs ‘people skills’

Don't understand why there are no restroom facilities off the lobby. Had to go all the way back to my room to use the restroom.

Being so close to the airport it was difficult getting into the driveway from a one way street if you were not in the far left lane.

It was a a good place to stay. We liked it and the staff was really friendly. Beds are not the greatest but overall a good place to stay for a llittle

This hotel is very close to the airport which is super convenient for an early flight, but its also a very busy area. It was inexpensive and fine for a one night stay. The breakfast was also descent. I might not recommend this hotel to a solo traveller though as my sense was the area might not be the nicest. Also, when I went to take my shower in the morning the body wash was empty, which was a little annoying and inconvenient. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We did order room service as we did not want to navigate the traffic. It cost an arm and a leg. Not sure I would choose this hotel again.

Great hotel to stay in if proximity to the airport is your main concern (mine was that). But getting in and out of the hotel is a bit painful at rush hour. The motel itself is clean, well maintained. The staff was very corgial and polite. Overall a great place to stay.

Quiet and convenient, right next to the airport.

WE stayed at this hotel about a year ago because we had a flight out of las vegas the next morning and didnt want to travel far to catch a flight same day. It was good and their breakfast is very good. This time we did not have such a great experience. The room we were placed in was right next to the elevator which made racket all night and all day. The room was also facing the airport directly which also meant jet noise every few minutes. The ac wasnt working very well either. I would stay here again because it's (usually) quiet, good breakfast and close to airport. But not in a room right next to an elevator and facing he airport.

This is a reasonable hotel for Las Vegas if you want to be near the airport for early flights. It is not walkable to Las Vegas so remember to calc uber costs into each day. If you are here for the shows, pay more to be downtown. We used it to be close to flights.

We stayed here 2 nights before our trip to the Keys. Easy use of parking for the duration of our trip. Staff is friendly and helpful. So close to the airport which was nice!

The picture on Expedia is very deceiving. The surrounding area is dirty and safety is questionable. When we arrived there were three police cars there.

The young woman on the desk on Friday, August 22 was really great. A storm on PHX redirected many flights into LAS, resulting in a huge rush for rooms. She was fantastic - staying calm, friendly, answering questions and the phone as she checked people in. The day staff the next morning were lacklustre. Except for the shuttle driver - very friendly and engaging.

I liked the breakfast hours and quality/variety of the breakfat foods.

I had to fly out to the East Coast this week and was able to leave my vehicle on-site for a reasonable fee, and then I checked-in to the hotel when I arrived back into town. The shuttle was available to pick me up at the airport. That was convenient. The room is large and spacious. I can't wait to try out the bed and finally get some good sleep.

Staff was really friendly, professional and alert

The hotel and staff were fine. I had an issue with the phone in my room not working and it was promptly fixed. However, the hotel shuttle is a joke. First they charge $5 for the complimentary airport shuttle. Second, they advised me that the shuttle was small, I may not get in when I want, so advised me to take a taxi. Not staying her again for that reason. Oh, yes, they kindly gave me early check in which I requested.............for a $25 fee.

Front desk gal (Dominique) was a peach! Friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome! She’s a keeper!

The room was very clean! Check in was super easy. The attendant at the front desk was very friendly. She asked if I had a floor preference and even put us in a room right next to a door leading to the parking lot so unloading and loading was seamless being by myself with a toddler.

Basic and worked for 1 night. Probably wouldn’t stay for longer because the amenities are basic. Check in was smooth and the desk staff were nice. I saw the housekeepers cleaning rooms and looked to be doing a good job. Room was dated and had a musky smell but looked clean. Didn’t see any unwanted critters and the sheets were clean. My feet/socks didn’t turn black from walking around the room. Super close to the airport and had no trouble getting an Uber. There is a gas station next door for snacks. Ordered Dominos Pizza and arrived with no issue so you have local food options if you don’t want to venture out.

Great hotel, with easy access to the Strip and Airport. There was good hot breakfast.

The property is okay, but the management was poor quality and unhelpful in handling issues.

We stayed because it was reasonably priced and had breakfast and an airport shuttle. It suited our needs just fine for the 3 nights we stayed, and was close enough to the strip that our Ubers weren’t crazy expensive. The staff was nice!

Location is very convenient, breakfast is ok, rooms are nice, staff is kind, overall a nice choice if you want to be out of the casino areas but still close to many spots.

It was a quick trip. We went budget friendly and everything was fine, nothing really notable. However when we came back on our last night there, the carpet was wet. I don't know where it came from or what ot was but definitely left on a poor note.

I would highly recommend this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was amazing, my room was very clean & there’s a Taco restaurant behind it that’s incredible.

The staff was helpful. We ordered room service from the suggested Mexican restaurant. The final bill was almost twice what the food cost! My food order was about $20 for a combo plate and chips. The final bill was more than $30. They added a "packaging fee" in addition to a tip, tax and a higher delivery fee that was quoted on the phone. I was not given a receipt at delivery. I requested an email receipt. I phoned to complain. They said that they would send me a coupon but I don't plan to return to Las Vegas in the forseeable future. I hope that you will address this.

They stop running the airport shuttle at 11pm. The room was clean but they were running an air freshener mister that made the smell intense. Check in/out was smooth and quick.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful with any questions regarding the hotel to how the shuttle to the airport worked on the morning! I'd definitly stay here again if the need arose, great customer service!

Great location near the airport!

We stayed for the NBA Summer League at UNLV. We used rideshare/taxi services and it was convenient to get to the Strip, to the airport and to Thomas and Mack. There are limited dining options, but the breakfast onsite was excellent.

Elevator did not work properly and we were on the 3rd floor. /had to carry our bags down on departure. Although the staff di carry our bags for us. Breakfast adequate.

The rooms were fine but the configuration of the hotel was horrible. There is only one elevator and it is working on and off. And the stairs are all the way across the hotel. To summarize this is the type of hotel, surrounded by strides and an airport, that you'd expect to pay 100$ a night, not 220$

Needs bathroom improvement

Right next to airport so made dropping my wife, Daughter, and Granddaughter off at the airport very easy and we didn’t have to worry about any traffic.

Great location, free parking & breakfast was provided.

Highly recommended, I am from out of state and had a great time and stay. Thank You to all the staff for all your warm welcomes and hard work.

Good place for a 1 night stay close to the aiport

The staff was very nice but the property was just ok. The floors were slanted, the room was noisy an worst of all the bathroom toilet did not stop running. I took a shower and the entire floor was wet because there is a 1 inch barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom.

Sketchy place. Rooms are clean property is decent. Night clerk took my credit card info and repeatedly charged for Etips. 3 different charges of $20.00,20.00 & 40.00 not approved or purchased by me. I was notified of the fraudulent charges the next day after checkout by my credit card company. Since my card was compromised they froze my card which caused a huge inconvenience for the duration of my vacation. I notified the manager at Best Western by phone and have not heard back. She did say they were investigating video of the time of check in & to what employee the Etips were sent to. Beware of this scam. . I want a refund it ruined my trip and my confidence in Best Western.
