This place is dump and in a serious need of renovation. The parking has more potholes than Baltimore City. There is no lobby, just the front desk. The room was so bad kept I was afraid to sleep on the bed. The bathroom had mold or a bunch of black stuff on the bathtub wall. The toilet had a running water because it was broken. The draperies had burning holes all around them. No telephone in the room if you want to call the front desk or has an emergency. For an Hilton or a franchise of Hilton, that place is a disgrace to the Hilton corporation.

Exspedia allows you to pick the amenities that your looking for my husband and I are handicap and everytime we reach the hotel they know nothing of this list would you send him that info , because the owner thinks It DOESN'T EXIST AND IM TIRED OF NO ACCOMMODATIONS AND RUDE PEOPLE ON YOUR EXSPEDIA SITE WHICH I ALWAYS THOUGHT WAS RELIABLE. 3RD TIME THIS YEAR!!!!

The property was extremely dirty and smells like garbage there was no access to the main lobby. Try to get a refund and wasn’t able to get any help. I ended up not staying at the property.

If I could give this hotel a negative rating, I would. This hotel was sooooo disgustinggggg. It was also unsafe, with the door leading to the outside not even being locked. I do not recommend it at alll. For it to be in such a nice area, you would expect better. Please DO NOT BOOK this hotellll. There was also mold everywhere, so beware.

We had no TV

The room was absolutely disgusting. We left upon inspection of the room. There were bullet holes in the windows, a homeless person living on the 6th floor, and our 5th floor hotel room was offered without a functioning elevator. There was blood on the bathroom floor, there were over a dozen holes in the walls, and the linens were filthy. Frankly, the building is probably at risk of being condemned, and the police should be called.

Just filthy. We left after 2 hours. Smelled. Mattress had bugs crawling around the buttons in the mattress. Bathroom, I was scared to sit on toilet to pee and the shower, noooooooo way. Walls were filthy; peeling paint. Urine in hallway and entrance to the building and trash. Very nasty.

And he made some excuses that since we left we were not able to ask for refund. Very disapointed.

They need to upgrade on their pictures because what they’re putting online is not what you get when you get there the place is a dump. It’s smoky it’s messy and it’s nasty.

I had a confirmed reservation but the hotel did not have any room when we turned up at 9.30pm. Staff said they were unable to help us further. So I had to book another hotel on the spot and move there. I regret having booked this hotel in the first place.

There is mold in refrigerator. Smoke smell even in non-smoking rooms. There are cigarette holes on the blanket. Light bulb is missing in lamp. Paint are peeling off walls.

The room was a disaster, and ZERO customer service. We arrived around 10pm made our way through the unplowed parking lot. The entrance closet to our room was an unlocked smashed door which could only be opened 11inch because none of the snow/ice had been cleared from infront of it. The elevator wasnt functional so we took the stairs which reeked of weed. Got to our room went to turn the heat down and checked the fliter in the air unit which hasnt been cleaned EVER ,CAKED ⅓ inch thick with skin/hair/debris noticed a dark spot on the sheets and pulled back the blankets to find blood on the sheets and 12 to 15 cigarette holes not burns but holes in the mattress. The bathroom had ZERO towels and ⅛ a roll of toilet paper. Decided since we was so tired wed sleep on the second bed which only had a few cigarette burns in the mattress and go ask the desk for towels and TP. Knocked of the side window to wake up Kumar working the front desk and he told me "cant do anything until the morning" because the maids weren't there. Hands down if you want to trap out this place its fine but anything else i wouldnt recommend it

The stay was comfortable and convenient, but the room needed some renovations. Hoping for them to provide a deep cleaning in some of the rooms for better quality.

During my stay I was atrociously astounded with reservation completed. Upon my arrival the entry door glass was broken and hard to open, the elevator was not in order. My room was on the third floor. As I entered the stairwell I was repulsed by the stench and foul odor crack and cigarette and some masking funk. The hallways were filled with funk and smoke the carpets were stsined and the walls were singed and filled with dim lighting and con webs. Amen. Also my room beds had broken box springs on both mattresses. Burn stains on the furniture and the covers. The bed lined was stained with blue color and some red bacteria. The bathroom was an over kill of bleach or something to cover the Smokey smell. The tub was staned with rust. The window curtains were nasty dirty torn and hanging off the railing. And I was overcharged.

It was stinking and we requested for refund immediately because it was not decent and did not live up to expectations. The receptionist posted on night of 9 Nov promised that refund would be processed soon but we have not seen any refund back

Travelocity should disassociate itself from this establishment. It was old, rundown, dirty, smelled of Marijuana in the halls. But the worst of it was the room condition and the bed. The walls were smeared with brown stuff. The matress was covered in sheets but the boxspring was visible from the entrance. It was covered with dark srains. No room here to fully describe the condition of the bathroom. One word - disgusting. We left immediately and went to another hotel. I didnt even have to ask for a refund. The clerk knew how horrible things were.

Not going to say too much. You are better off sleeping on the street than sleeping in any of the hotel’s filthy rooms: Insects, roaches, bedbugs, and crackheads all around the period. VERY UNSAFE!

Two lamps, one bulb, one lampshade, no bulbs at front desk. Not a single chair in room. No remote for TV. Wastebasket was a recycled 5 gal detergent bucket. Floor dirty. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

#1) It is doubling as a Rooming house. There were notes on the front desk wall with drivers license photos and some without photos stating "do not rent to this person", there were loads and loads of IMPORTANT personal mail, some from the Immigration Dept for individuals stacked up on the desk, #2) There was NO housekeeping, I asked for clean towels and never received any even though I was told they came in at 8:30am, #3) I had to go to the front desk for toilet paper, #4) The microwave did not work, they bought me another one from a different room, #5) The knob to regulate the refrig temperature was completely broken off, removed and the refrig was too high freezing my salad making it inedible to eat and #6) When I went to check out this morning 06/10/24 at 5am the front door was LOCKED, there was no on at the desk so I didnt even get a receipt for my stay. I dropped the room cardkey on the floor through the locked door. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST. I am VERY, VERY DISSATISFIED.

Lock to the hallway was broken, lock to the connecting room was broken, all of the ceiling lights were broken, the floor lamps were broken, broken glass outside the building doors, dead bugs in the bathroom. We checked back out immediately. The 2 star rating was generous.

The pictures online anywhere do not match the conditions the place is horrible it is incredibly dirty all the linen is dirty the rooms smell like cigarettes none of the amenities work. All the outlets are unsafe broken and raggedy. And there is a no refund policy immediately on rooms like this. They should not even be acceptable there should The quality assurance people checking these advertisements on these websites before people make reservations that they can't get returns on.

Extremely dirty, bugs lights don’t work

Bad service when I was check in i stayed out side communicated by a window. Dirty room smell smokes it is not non smoking area hotel. No elevetors.I never saw a bad hotel like this it's better to name it ghost inn rather than Garden inn.

A dirty hotel, it stinks, you cant even touch the doors because they are filthy. Coming from a third world country i was shocked to know America has such hotels. I was sneezing the whole night. That place is not even fit for animals. It should be closed.

I got full beds instead of king bed. Property was not maintained clean, and broken AC and corridor walkway also broken , and carpets were very dirty. Room was not in condition to stay at all. It’s dirty , smoky , broken bed and many more things to report. When reported to reception, they were not willing to change the room or cancel either. Since we arrived late and ended up staying there with 8 month pregnant wife and toddler. On top of that someone tried accessing our room at 3 am for 5 mins. After we raised noise they gave up. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s the worst room I ever stayed

It was unsafe , there were bullet holes in the emergency exit door windows , there was mold and mildew on the bed , they said you needed a key to get into tower and someone had broken the door safety key so anyone could get in , there was three drug activity science going on in parking lot and men loitering around the tower . I went back to the front desk and said I can’t stay here it felt so unsafe , I was scared to even leave the room , my son had to get me and I spent the rest of my time with him in his hotel at another hotel , the front desk said they understand but now they won’t give me back my money I prepared for my stay . The girl at front desk said they would give me a refund but there was no manager there and I needed to call the place I booked them with and they will take care of it . It’s been over two weeks and they just emailed me and said they will not give me my money back for the four nights I paid for and I couldn’t stay there because of the unsafe conditions . Don’t stay here I mean it is so bad and the hotel is disgusting I never seen somewhere this bad in all the years I been travailing . The worst and so unsafe there are all kind of drug activity going on and so much people that look drugged out just loitering all over the property all security doors are busted and broken so no key entry works

Broken window and the paint coming off the walls in the hotel the bathroom door was taped up and barely could shut.

The rooms provided me in 2 ocassions are not ptesented(poor) and not a good conditions to stay. The facilities inside dont be clean as well. Noice and smoking odor in all the hallways. Thats place scare to stay and dont feel safe and security for anybody. I ask for other area in the hotel available and dont want to show me more. I prefer to left and make other reservation in other hotel.

The property was very dirty and it's a extended stay type hotel. This hotel wasn't worth the price. It's about the same price as a real hotel like motel 6 and you don't even get near the quality. I was very disappointed with my stay here. It was just unbelievable what I saw there, with filth. I wouldn't recommend this spot unless your homeless an in a despite need of shelter.

No one was there and the lobby door was locked when I tried to check in. I knocked and called repeatedly for about 15 minutes. The clerk, eventually, showed up and checked me in. The toilet and shower had rust stains and the toilet didn't have a handle

Not clean at all, looks like it’s going to fall apart any second, walls are dirty, holes in the walls, things ripped out of the walls, carpet looks so dirty I didn’t even want to take off my shoes the entire time and I literally did not even sleep because I was so scared I was going to catch something if I laid in the bed, burn marks on the comforters, trash in the elevators, smells like weed and cigarette smoke throughout the entire thing. They definitely need to do some major updating in there.

This was absolutely the most disgustingly dirty place I have ever stayed!!! Everything is gross, broken, chipped, rusted! Stained!!! There was no hot water!!! The room smelled like someone died in there!

The bad points: the shower hot water is backwards so if you turn it on full its cold and hot is barely any water pressure, no real blanket just a cover with cigarette holes, the furniture was very old dirty and stained scary stained desk chair, tv non working, no wifi, bath and lamp shades covered in mold spots, entire hotel smelled of cigarettes and marijuana, walls and plaster filthy with holes and falling apart, drug addicts living there weekly, cops came to remove a person while we were checking out, no secure access door was broken, elevator smelled like urine. This property is no longer a hotel, it's a rooming house. Why is it listed as a hotel?

It smelled horrible and nothing was clean. The carpet hadn¿t been vacuumed in a while and the bedding wasn¿t clean. There was people playing music all night long and it smelled like weed and cigarettes.

The location was okay, the property looked like nobody maintained anything there. Every knob was falling off, the paint was peeling off, it said no smoking and it was so smoky. I have asthma so that was extremely disappointing. They gave us a first room and everything wreaked, there was one crappy light, and they had a fridge that wasn't working and you couldn't cook food despite having a microwave. They moved us to another room, thankfully more dingy lights but the sink was leaking and it smelled slightly less horrible, but the whole place smelled like something died masked by the multiple layers of smoke.... I'm never going there again. The people checking us in looked like the life has been sucked out of them and it took them almost a half hour just to check us in.. Giving us crappy keys that didn't even work.

I am sorry but the question is what was there to like nothing air condition you could not adjust because the knob was broken. The shower took 15 to 20 minutes to get hot, the mattress on the bed was awful the box spring was broken there we're no towels in the room clothes were dirty, bathroom was dirty, the television channels were going in and out, there are no trash cans in the room, it's a good thing I was only there for a few hours over the three nights stay and already into my stay I would ask for a complete refund because it was God awful the hallways outside of us muggy no air circulating and the floors were awful I would never stay there all recommend this place to anyone please play a little extra money to stay somewhere else it's not worth it.

This hotel has to be one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at, it began when I first tried to check in.. the receptionist literally took more than 30 min to check some one in, to make matters worst the receptionist didn’t even know where my room was at he sent me to the other side of the building when my room was right next to the lobby area. I went back to let him know I couldn’t find my room… but when I went back he had a long line because again he was taking more than 30 min to check someone in.. I decided to go get something to eat and come back. When I did come back and let him know he had given me the wrong directions to my room he laughed didn’t even apologize.. the pictures they have on their website are false advertising ..,, the bed had so many stains it was disgusting. The bathroom had cigarette ashes all over the floor, there was a huge hole on the wall as if somebody had punched it. I did not make me feel safe at all I had to check out immediately I had book the hotel from Friday to Sunday I couldn’t stay a night there I had to look for an alternative. It was a waste of money I don’t recommend anybody staying at this hotel unless you have very low standards and low maintenance…

This place was definitely not worth the price paid. Ugly, dirty walls, hallways and stairs smell like urine.

Room was dirty water was working on and off A/C wasn’t working. Room and hallway and stairs as well as the elevator had a strong smell. The bed itself was ripped with metal poking out. There was a burn hole on the mattress. And the box spring looked like it was molded. Needless to say I’ll never book there again!!

The hotel corridor was dark, smelly, unlit, with questionable characters standing along the corridor. The room was not what I booked, stuffy with pungent perfume smells, AC unite falling apart. Just a bad place they assigned to me, through and through.

This stay was not a good experience. Upon arrival, bellingerite customer is lobby trying to get a remote for his TV. On the way to room, front door not secure, hallway had bullet holes in the stair well door pane, and to top it all off in the room the microwave was arcing while trying to pop a bag of popcorn.

The rooms are filthy. I don't think housekeeping had ever been in my room. Oh, the beds were made but I wasn't lying on them. The floor had either food or throw-up but most likely both.

This Hotel used to be an old Holiday Inn....the place was drab and dreary....leaky bathroom faucet...no TV remote in the room...damaged walls and door....

I arrived around 10 pm to find no one at the front counter, then once I finally get my key the lady in the room next to us was in the hall yelling really loudly so after a few minutes of her being loud I asked her to please be quiet so my son could go to bed. She threatened my life an my child’s and said very vulgar things to me. I ended up leaving at 11 pm because she would not stop. So not only did I pay for the room but I couldn’t even sleep in it! Worst place I’ve ever stayed at !

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My room had sticky carpet, cigarette burns on the bed sheets, no soaps in the shower, holes and tears in everything, and my floor smelled like marijuana. Other guests were yelling obscenities at each other on and off all night, which could be heard in the hall and outside. Do not stay here if you can spare the few extra bucks for literally anywhere else.

Tub was dirty, no drain plug, holes in the wall, bad customer service at check in, paint scratched on wall, ac knob broken, thermostat hanging by wire off wall, curtains had holes, tv only had one working channel, fridge was leabing, chair had no cushion on it, light is very dim, hot and cold water in tub is opposite handles. Night 1: Filthiest place I have ever stayed. Traveling alone, pre-paid for 2 nights through Expedia. Did not feel safe entering the bldg. Front entrance only accepted my key card once so had to go around to the 2nd entrance w/ small parking lot facing woods, only the one entryway by car or foot. Twice a different man stood outside the building entrance waiting to be let in as he had no key. Trash tumbled down the stairwells. Roaches ran across my bed! I bent down to pick up the smashed roaches(with a piece of t.p.) & discovered a broken glass pipe, used. Floors hadn't been vacuumed for weeks. Back to front desk to request a room change, was told manager wouldn't be back til after the weekend so no dice. Night 2: Was given a different room but room condition just the same. I returned in 10 minutes to front desk(lobby in different bldg) with 5 more dead roaches in room I had been moved to, told desk attendant I was checking out & showed him why. I have photos to prove all this. Expedia spoke with the desk man, I was refunded the night I refused, for sanitary & safety reasons, to stay.

There wasn't much to like. No ice machine, beer bottles and trash in stairwell, missing knobs on lamps, fridge, missing lampshades, broken towel racks, no phone, no clock radio, no coffee maker, and shady stuff going on outside my room with loud people in thumping stereo-mobiles at 3:00 am. It did have a brand new microwave.. I'm guessing the other one got stolen. Won't be going back no matter what " Deals" they offer.

First, checking in was awful. There was an old lady at the front desk just staring at us until someone finally came out to help. We got a room on the 2nd floor. The stairwell was gross and super unsanitary. The floor was sticky, there were rotten banana peels, and the whole thing smelled like urine! We get to our room where there was a shopping cart in front of our door and the key didn’t even work. So, I went back down the nasty stairwell to the front desk where the receptionist gave me more problems, basically telling me that I wasn’t using the key correctly. I go back upstairs and it finally works. The room. Don’t even get me started.. the room was super unsanitary and unwelcoming. The carpet was sticky, the ceilings had cobwebs, the chair had stains, the curtains looked like they were eaten by moths, and the lamp didn’t even had a lampshade. The bathroom was riddled with baby cockroaches and the towels had stains. The shower and sink were leaking. The AC was on cool and high, but my boyfriend and I were still sweating in the room. Despite all this, the bed was decently comfortable and Fresh Prince of Bel Air was on TV. I paid $65 for the room. The price is no excuse for uncleanliness. I’ve stayed at $50 rooms in Maryland that were at least stain and stench free.

The dirtiest place I have ever seen in the whole world. Nasty, never cleaned at all and cigarette stubs everywhere. Rooms not maintained, baths disfunctional and corridors smelly. Never seen a place this nasty. I regretted my time and money. Just horrible!!

In entering the room, - I noticed a hole in the bathroom door - No chairs in the room - All pictures that were hung on the wall were now on the floor all around the room - Spider webs in all corners and ceiling of the room - the room had about 5-6 tables and absolutely no chairs - bathroom shower leaked over the shower curtain

bathroom doors seperating, no security at entrance doors, rear door broken, front door key entrance, towels and face cloths rough, low quality. Not the 2 star rating I expected. Will not return there.
