    The size of the room was nice and the staff were very friendly. However the bathroom paint was peeling off quite a bit and there was a roach in our room. We notified the front desk when we checked out (we only booked the room for 1 night) and the staff member promised to notify the manager.

    The location was a very great looking location. However among entering the building entrance C there was a very strong aroma that resembled the smell of mold. Once entering the suite I rented the aroma was extremely smoldering with the smell of mold. Out side of the angel every thing else was great!!

    We requested a quiet room and the receptionist certainly put us in a quiet room. Despite the hotel was almost full, we didn't hear any noise once the room door was closed.

    Upon checking in the staff only acknowledged my husband even with the reservation under my name. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the hallway and other rooms clearly. The rooms also have a strong unpleasant smell. We ended up with multiple roaches throughout our room including the kitchen, shower and even on our toothbrushes. We immediately checked out and asked for a full refund, the male staff member told me he could only do a partial refund so my husband stepped in and magically they could actually do a full refund. If you are traveling to the area there are much better options.

    The room was okay. Dirty dishes in the cupboards. We booked the room for 6 guests and were only given 3 towels. The pool was extremely dirty. When we got there the toilet in the room was clogged. When we called down for more towels we were told the staff is to busy and we could just go get towels ourselves! The staff is very rude and not helpful at all. The "complementary" breakfast was sub-par at best. Flavorless. Nothing like the other Hiltons we have stayed at.

    The breakfast was good, there are so many places and shopping within walking distance. Afternoon snack of Fresh baked cookings free in lobby and the staff is super nice, along with room being clean and ample free parking. A Close drive to airport, I will always stay here when I in Dallas area

    The pool was runs down. The floor of pool was broken and my daughter got hurt because she stepped on the ground of pool. Was a bummer for kids. Kept them from swimming. The room wasn’t cleaned daily. And towels weren’t available daily. Had to ask for the towels. And at the pool they never had towels available. One of beds was uncomfortable, felt metal spring. And my hot tub didn’t work for the jets. We paid a good amount for these things not to be so great. The best parts of staying somewhere is for comfort.

    I’m only glad they had free breakfast here. Other than that the rooms weren’t clean. I had to ask for “fresh” sheets cause the ones in the closet smelled like mildew. There were 2 HUGE cockroaches in the hall outside my room! The elevator right next to my room was broken so I had to take all our luggage up the stairs my myself. Then on top of all of that the pool wasn’t even open the entire week I was there with my kids! I was so annoyed because that’s one of the main reasons why I chose this hotel because of the pool and we couldn’t even enjoy it. I had to pay extra money to take my kids to another indoor pool. Very disappointed.

    The property is getting rundown and the renovations they’ve done are subpar. We arrived to our room and there weren’t any towels in our room or dishes in the cabinets. We got a text after check in saying welcome and to text if we need anything. We text that we needed towels but never got a reply. We had to go get towels from the front desk a few hours later and the towels they gave us were dingy and stained. We’ve been staying at this hotel for 20yrs because it’s one of the few places that have two bedroom suites. We state of the hotel made us sad and disappointed because we’ve always enjoyed our stays here every year. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

    We stayed in the King Suite. It was wonderful! It was clean and had a full kitchen with dishwasher and ice maker. The bed was comfy and extra blankets and pillows were in the room. The toiletries supplied were nice as well. Breakfast was good too! The staff was very nice, despite our late arrival. This hotel was only about 15 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go. Plenty of things to do in close proximity.

    STAY AWAY! Don’t do it! This place should not have the Hilton Brand name on it at all. Its musty air runs through the vents. Seems there was a recent Re-Paint in the kitchenette area and it looks terrible. Just stay elsewhere!

    Dead roaches under cabine in bathroom, too bad we can’t upload pictures, someone smoking marijuana next door so it smelled a lot, even though it was a non smoking area, we stayed in Building D room 332. There was a bad smell in breakfast area. Not happy at all and I don’t leave any reviews unless the stay was above our expectations or it was a bad experience. This was a bad experience. It was quiet though, I guess that was the only good thing.

    So we only got 1 towel and had to fight for 2 more on our 4 day stay with 5 people. The hallway wall to our room was all tore out no sheet rock and all the wall paper in our room was water damaged and falli g down, we didnt get any room cleaning service it was weird

    There were plenty of shops nearby and walkable food places nearby. The staff was amazing and the suite had a kitchen with everything you’d need for a stay. 10/10. Definitely would recommend! Will be staying again next time we come down.

    We had a great stay. The breakfast was excellent — everything was fresh and there was a good variety of options. The hotel is absolutely pet-friendly, which made traveling with our dog very easy and comfortable. The room was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

    Hallways: there was a certain odor throughout the entire hotel that was not pleasing at all. Shower: the shower worked fine, but the tiles had cracks, looked like it was a band aid. Overall, it was okay, but I don't think the price was worth it. I was charged over $90 than what was quoted via Expedia.

    Pool and hot tub were not open. The comforter on the bed had a huge gross stain on it and the room smelled like it had been smoked in. I wasn’t super impressed with the room or use of amenities. However, the staff was friendly and welcoming.

    The room was in okay condition. The wallpaper was peeling in areas and the room had a moist smell to it, along with strong chemical smells in the room and hallways. Overall cleanliness was fair nothing out of the ordinary, did wish we received fresh linens more than the first night. We had to ask every night for new towels for the next morning.

    There were drawers that would not shut in the clothing chest of king bed room. The phones did not work and I needed to use my cell phone to call front desk. The first week of stay room services did not show them slowly became more consistent until they checked on room daily. I once told the front desk the room needed cleaning and phones didn't work. I was told it would be taken care of, but wasn't. I should have been more persistent to see that things were taken care of

    The staff slacked big time. I was traveling with small kids that wet the bed and I requested a bed change and fresh towels early that morning. I came back 13 hours later to find my room in the same conditions i left it. I was very disappointed in the lack of services. The next day i requested a shower chair and never was given one.

    We were very impressed with everything about our stay. We arrived earlier than expected and the desk clerk allowed us to check in early, as a room was available. We were overwhelmed with the room, not expecting as much for the price. Spotlessly clean, large with nice appoinments. Bed was wonderful. Full kitchen with "normal" fridge, not a mini. I couldn't find anything to complain about. Breakfast was great, good choices, all seemed fresh and tasty. The hotel itself had a fresh smell, rooms, halls, elevator, lobby, everything. The grounds were clean and well kept. We actually stayed an extra night because it was so nice and relaxing.

    We were promised a crib for our baby, and told upon arrival at 11pm that they don’t even have any cribs. The breakfast host was super rude, loud and inattentive. Our AC went out for 2 days and took 3 calls to get fixed, the trash cans are overflowing everywhere inside and out and there were big nasty bugs in the kitchen crawling in and out behind the counter.

    The main hallways are musty and humid. The rooms are similar. The AC does not help reduce the humidity in the rooms. The AC control doesn’t allow for the fan to be on to help drop the humidity. Hard to get comfortable while sleeping when damp. Front staff was kind.

    Good location The facility is really old and has an unpleasant smell from the carpet .There wasn't clean up service during the stay. The faucet kept dripping, the crack around the bathroom had earwigs. It would be better if they provide the bath rug and hand soap.     Beautiful hotel! We loved the pool and basketball hoop right next to it. The room was clean and comfortable. The full-size refrigerator was really nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking lot was well lit and safe. My husband left his baseball hat in our room. I called when we got home to see if they could mail it to us and was told they did not find a hat. ?

    An unexpected happy hour took place and it was amazing. The team who prepared the snack table and drinks were so kind, professional and courteous. My colleague an I were able to watch the basketball game while sipping on a glass of wine and enjoying the appetizers! Then breakfast was great, clean, flavorful and hot. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Nt 1: rm 107, STANK, expected whole 1st flr tb da same, didn't complain. Moldy tub and soap holder. Nt 2: 3 Firetrucks in window half hr, Midnight evacuated, power cut, hotel wing flooded, fire on 3rd floor FIRE ALARM DIDN'T SOUND! Slept in car 3 hrs b4 got moved. Rm only 1 bed for 6 people! couch cushions from 107 & 112 for kids. Clerk WATCHED me struggle to carry everything! D 2: Mgr, Danny, said stay in 107 or 112 for 1 more night a, move us on day 3. No way were we going back into 107. He said he would talk to me about a discount! Day 3: Moved our stuff into 107 and everything into 308 that night. 308 OK until I saw a ROACH nt 6. ALL the lights were on and roach walking around. YUCK!!!! also mold in 308 bathroom ducks daily swim in the pool

    Overall the hotel wasn't bad. The beds were pretty comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. The only things that I noticed were the trash cans in the hallway of my floor were overflowing with trash when I got there on Saturday and the same trash was still there when I left on Monday. Also, the carpets in the hall are very faded and dirty and gave off a musty smell. There was trash like receipts and clothing tags that were on the hall floor that were not touched all weekend long. It looks like it was a really nice hotel at one time, but it seems to be falling into disrepair due to lack of proper care and maintenance.

    Where do I begin? Upon going to my room the entire 3rd floor stunk of pot. It was so bad I had to request to switch rooms because I was probably getting a contact high. I moved to another room where I promptly killed a cockroach in the bathroom. At breakfast I talked to my brother and cousin who also had a cockroaches in their rooms. The shower wall was smashed in in my room and the stove was not even connected to the counter. Who ever manages this hotel has allowed it to be trashed and has done nothing to repair it. I was supposed to stay there 3 nights but left after 2 once I had another cockroach encounter. There are other nice places in the area. Stay there!

    If you looked close, a lot of deep cleaning was needed - main surfaces were fine, but corners and edges were a little grungy. I killed a roach climbing up the wall, lots of noise with people walking around in the room above us, and our room wasn’t cleaned on day two. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the location was convenient.

    Everything was nice. Amazing breakfast and rooms. Nice hotel, especially for an affordable extended stay hotel. Wifi was easy to access. Smooth parking. And it's super quiet, unlike other Extended stay hotels with a loud and rough transient crowd. The hot water sometimes didn't kick in until after 12pm. But no real complaints.

The location was ideal to get around north/central DFW. The room was nicely setup with a stove top that really saved us a lot of money at dinner time.

    The door was broken and would not close. It actually was halfway off the hinges. The sofa bed mattress was soiled along with the sheet that had been placed on it. I am definitely requesting a refund. Totally ridiculous.

    1. First room we had was 310. It smelled like mold and mildew so it made us gag. Told the front and they offer to spray something to cover the smell. We asked for another room. 2. Halls smell like cigarette smoke. 3. Back door stays open about half the time. 4. There were several half smoked cigarettes sat by the back door. Like someone left them to come finish the later. 5. Lady was screaming that here dogs were fighting at 10:30 at night. I called the front. They never came upstairs. Twenty minutes of her screaming and front desk never came upstairs. 6. Hotel is full of people that are most likely living there. 7. Hotel is just plain dirty. Like gunk on the walls and counters. Dirt and food under the edge of the cabinets.

    On the first night of our stay, our shower did not work, and it was not fixed until the afternoon of our second day, and so we couldn’t take a shower before leaving for our day’s activities. The water would run into the tub, so we stood in the tub and crouched to wash our hair. If we had been old or in any way not able-bodied, we could not have done this. (The tub stopper also did not work, so we couldn’t take a real bath.) The toilet also backed up, and my son had to look for a plunger in the lobby bathroom because there was no housekeeping staff working, and the front desk person was the only person, and that guy didn’t know if or where the hotel had a plunger. I was about to go across the street to Target at 11 pm to buy a plunger and a toolbox to fix the shower when my son found a plunger downstairs. If he hadn’t, we would have had no working bathroom at all — and the hotel was booked, so we couldn’t move rooms, we were told. After the bathroom repairs were made, our stay was as fine as it could be in an old, run down hotel property. (Elevators very slow, tile in bathroom very cracked, hallways had an overpowering smell of carpet shampoo or something trying to mask I don’t know what…) I expected more for what we paid for this hotel.

    Everywhere was clean the rooms was spacious enough for me and my children. They love this swimming pool and breakfast in the morning. The hotel employees were Great. Definitely will use them again when booking out of town just all of the accommodations were great and as expected.

    The property has potential but more of it needs to be updated. The best thing about the hotel was the lobby and the patio/pool/court area. The rooms are outdated, my shower was nasty and had old holes that seem to have been cheaply fixed in the past and were now opening back up. Sooooo much animal hair in this establishment. The cleaning people left my door open after cleaning and when I addressed it the front desk was extremely nonchalant about it. I left around 10 that morning and didn’t return until around 7:30 that evening. The bed was made and everything was restocked which meant they’d been in there but my door was visibly still open when I returned. The area is a great area but I wouldn’t stay there again unless it was remodeled and had better workers in place. Definitely didn’t give the typical Hilton feel.

    First room was hot and sitting on 65. The first thing I noticed was what looked like 15 hammer marks on fridge. Asked for another room and AC worked but wouldn’t go off. If turned up to 72 from 65 the heater came on. Had to keep at 65. The room smelled. My daughter thought it smelled like it had been flooded. I spayed often but to no avail. Our pull out sofa was broken. The rooms need maintenance

    The overall feel of the hotel was okay, the suite was spacious and had a kitchen, living room, etc. but it seems like they’ve been slacking as far as cleaning and maintenance of the appliances, bedding, and bathroom. The garbage disposal didn’t work, there were fruit flies and other water bugs in the sink drains, and the ice maker in the freezer didn’t work. The bathtub appeared to be in need of a good scrubbing, as well as the bedding having some stains or possibly not have been changed between the previous guest, and myself. The complimentary breakfast was also mediocre at best, and very underwhelming. For the price of the room each night, I would certainly have expected a higher degree of cleanliness and general upkeep to keeping the rooms as nice and comfortable for the guests.

    Room cleanliness was ok. Bathroom sink got backed up, drained very slow. Elevator smelled awfully of cigarette smoke. We just stayed here to get a couple hours of sleep after a cancelled flight. Would not stay here again.

    It was OK; we stayed in the king bed suit; had issues with the toilet flushing, the shower head was not clean (needs to be replaced I bought cleaning product to clean myself), the dining area the sitting was clean (still had food on the chairs) and the bathroom sink was not clean. The staff was nice, the breakfast was good and we were allowed to arrive early, we appreciated that.

    We had a pretty good trip. The pool was freezing cold which was expected because of the time of year. The hot tube was perfect the first day we arrived. It unfortunately decreased in temperature as the days went on and was a little warmer than the pool. They dont play about breakfast times. Once 8:30 they weren't trying to refill any trays durle to breakfast being done at 9. Other than that nice hotel.

    I did like the area and access to many shopping centers and food options. The included breakfast was decent with a different option available each day. However, the hotel itself has seen better days. The cleanliness overall was pretty unsatisfactory. The carpets really need a cleaning throughout the hotel. Then in the room itself there was a very odd smell. There were no other rooms that fit my needs so I requested cleaning materials as it was late housekeeping was not an option. There was food splattered all over the walls in the kitchen and dinning area. There were eyelashes left on the wall in the bathroom area. The floor was sticky. The pull out bed on the couch did not have its sheets changed so there were crumbs left through out the bed. I will not be staying here in the future.

    This was a great place to stay. The breakfast was actually a full breakfast. To have it included in the price of the room, post Covid; and considering inflation is awesome. The room was clean. There were 4 of us. The lobby was clean and beautiful. Would definitely go when in the area again.

    We liked the cleanliness condition, and location of the property and the value was excellent! The check in clerk on 1/30/24 late afternoon was efficient but not very friendly and did not give us a very good first impression. Homewood suites needs to engage in training their staff in professional courtesy to bring the staff interaction up to the level of the stellar level in which they maintain their facilities. The cleaning staff were very accommodating, and very friendly.

    Out of the 2 rooms on my reservation one was terrible and one was ok. The bad room has a loose toilet that leaked water into the floor and hair all in the bathroom floor and tub. We asked the front desk for a change and they had no issues changing the room for us. The other room was good, just kinda dirty. There was food crumbs all over the kitchen counter and thick dust all over the doors. I would stay here again just because of how kind the staff was, but I wouldn't pay the amount of money they charge for a room. My biggest complaint was the whole hotel smelled like weed.

    Our first night was not great. The room #107, which I believe is a maintenance. Nothing worked, smelled like mold. The bath cabinter needs to be replaced, there had to be water issues in the hotel.There was food under the sofa couch. The next we switched rooms. Smelled much better, #309, phones didnt work, bubbling paint, and bath cabinet need to be replaced. The hotel has/had plumbing issues. Food was good. They need to purchase more bell carts. Phones didnt work in the room either. Would return for a second try.

    There was construction debri taking up several parking spots. There was a chopped up light pole laying on the ground. I found 2 hair barresttes laying on the floor in our room when we checked in. In the closet where the extra set of complete bedding should be there wasnt; I had to go request a fitted sheet & a comforter. I fail to believe the room was cleaned properly. We accidentally spilled orange juice & the manager accidentally gave me the wrong size sheets & comforter. (I am told hes new & still learning so I dont hold that against him.) I sent my daughter to the front desk to ask for king size as we got queen size. She was told no & dont ask again. The breakfast items that should have been fresh was old & stale. The bagel slicer couldn't even slice the bagel it was so hard. The waffle batter is old because they made my daughter sick. Your kitchen manager doesn't understand FTS very well nor does she understand that the breads mu st go every 48 hrs. She doesnt understand that batter can only be used for 24 hours. I know because my background is a GM in foodservice. Ive also managed a kitchen with the Hilton Garden Inn in San Antonio. She also speaks spanish only so theres no communication. No hospitality. Just a scowl & a bunch of spanish. Rethink the people you have working for you & maybe you can move some staff around. Not fire them just know their strengths and weaknesses so you can better lead ypur staff & give customers a better feeling of warmth.

    Our room had a strong paint smell and had several cosmetics in the restroom and living room area, the couch sunk in and was discolored. Most importantly people who work for the hotel should not be coming into the room until the guests actually check out! As a parent this is very scary and should not happen at all!

    This is definitely a run down version of a Homewood Suites. The property is older and filthy. The room smelled very stagnant and the furniture was beat up to say the least. The faucet handle was broken off, rust in the tub, carpet coming undone, someone carved into the dresser. I can go on but I won’t. Definitely needs to be updated for sure.

    We stayed in the hotel and it was dirty. The pull out sofa had dirty sheets on it. There were urine stains and food all over the mattress cover. It smelled like urine in the room and we couldn’t figure out why until we pulled out the sofa couch and discovered it. We went down to the front desk to get help. I was told we would get half price off the room but never received a credit and was charged full price. I’m still trying to get that handled. Then we were handed sheets and asked to change them ourself. This is disgusting and a health hazard. I should not have to pay over $100 a night for a room with no where to sleep much less clean it myself. I have pictures to prove but they don’t want to see them now. The lady I called today about my refund took my number and hung up on me.

    Despite of what other reviews stated took a chance and stayed at property, happy I did. The hotel staff was nice. Hotel was clean and quite. The daily breakfast was good. The surrounding area had shopping and places to eat if needed. The hotel room was spacious enough for my crew of Six. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.
