My son and I were there for a quick weekend trip, we had no complaints except the beds were a little stiff, normally we love the beds at these hotels.

Really liked THIS La Quinta. It’s very well kept for it being seven years old, which I had asked the lady serving breakfast. Check in was nice and easy. There is a small cute park next to the hotel if you have a dog (we took ours over for a walk and to do his business in which we also cleaned). Pet fee is pretty good as well. Loved the room and the walk-in shower. Only problem we had was our AC unit was really loud, but we managed to fix the rattling noise by putting some of our stuff on it and it worked out. Comfy bed. Lightning in bathroom was a little dark for a vanity mirror but still nice. Overall, really nice stay for stopping midway for our trip with our dog. Easy to get to and had a gas station nearby (good price as well).

The construction on the freeway made it a little difficult to enter the property. The hotel was excellent and the breakfast was great.

We try to stay here every few weeks . We like it for the spacious room . The staff is wonderful. We have never eaten the breakfast, but heard that it was good . Our only complaint is the last two trips the elevator and outside its door was standing water brought in by pool guest . It's especially concerning because we are handicapped and afraid of slipping. Looking forward for our next trip.

Room was clean and comfortable. There was a loose tile in the restroom and on the 3rd night a foul smell coming either from the water or the pipes in the bathroom.

Overall very clean, beds were comfortable. Downside was the bar was closed, walls were thin and doors were loud. Not good sleep.

Ok for the price. Minimally prepared staff , bar is closed with no opening date projected. No wine openers anywhere on the property. Probably wouldn’t stay again even for the price..

First I was there at 3:15 pm and front desk said my room wasn't ready. I booked 3 weeks out for a king room. This was upsetting and checked in a hour later. I should had money returned for my inconvenience. Also my shower had mold around the inside of trim. This was disgusting for the price and waiting. Never will book there again. Breakfast was ok but I had better. ☹️

On the good side, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The hotel was fine. Easy check in. Just some things that make it not as comfortable as it could be. Lighting in rooms (especially bathroom) is terrible. There were 2 elevators and both had their own buttons, which makes no sense. And the TVs had cable. No streaming, or ability to share phone streaming to the tv. So it’s all commercials available to watch.

Beds were comfy, rooms were nice we were on the first floor and there was a very small amount of carpet, which I prefer! It was a win for my family. We will be back

I have stayed at this LaQuinta at least 5 times previously; it was noisy this time I don’t know why it was and I couldn’t distinguish where all of the noise was coming from but it was not quiet and praceful.

When we arrived, it was the beginning of the storm. The room was clean but the front desk clerk wasn’t welcoming and I asked for extra towels and instead of giving them to me he stated that he would send someone up. But never did. Long story short, we ended up checking out Friday night only hours after we checked in. Definitely not worth the $175.00

Some minor issues with loose shower door hardware. I didn’t appreciate the email or text wanting to know when I would check out. The hotel specifies check by 11 and I was checked out before 11. Shower grout appears to be caulk instead of grout and it needs repaired. Towel quality was acceptable, but not impressive.

Very noisy. Kids running up and down the hall, dog, barking, and door slamming. The toilet paper might as well have been one ply…it disintegrates. The bathroom light was very dim and no fan!

First things I immediately noticed in my room was that the handlebar to the shower had lost a connector and was just dangling down on one side. The body wash dispenser was also empty. I would hope there is some sort of checklist that housekeeping has to check or some way of communicating to maintenance a very obvious issue. Next, the fitness center water dispenser didn't work, so you have to go out to the breakfast area or pool hall to refill your cups. One major disappointment was that I had asked the front desk on the first day of my stay if there was guest laundry, to which they said it was on the second floor. I went there 2 days later to see that both dryers were out of service, meaning doing laundry onsite was impossible. 1) there is a service number right on the laundry equipment, so I would've expected them to put in an order to not inconvenience guests. 2) I wish the front desk would've made me aware of this when I asked about the laundry so I wouldn't have wasted 15 minutes thinking I was going to use the amenity. On the positive side, the breakfast attendant was a friendly familiar face each morning and the breakfast was sufficient.

My Room had roaches, the neighbors had dogs that barked the whole time I was there, the people above me were loud and stomped all night long, MANAGEMENT was never on property and I never received a call back when i complained…. Then when i arrived to my room there was a used roll of toilet paper still in use, nothing new, USED. That is very unsanitary.This property management needs to be changed because it seems the only good employees are the staff… SHAME ON YOU LaQuinta in suites in Lewisville Texas

My daughter and I had a great stay. The updated rooms were nice and the breakfast would have been perfect, but the eggs weren’t great. I loved the variety of the breakfast, however. The beds were comfy and the room clean. I love the walk in shower the threshold to the bathroom was something I had to get used to. I tripped on it the first night. It was the only part of the floor that was raised. Overall, I would stay there again.

Hotel was in neglect. Dogs in rooms were constantly barking. TV didn’t work and had to switch rooms. Advertised a bar in evening and then was told the bar tender was sick (for 8 days!!!!).

We came from Alaska for NBA and NFL games. Clean room, friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating! Definitely recommend.

Literally all the staff at the entrance are Indian and have absolutely no care in the world to say hello or communicate with the people staying there. Everytime I passed they were always texting or on a personal phone call. Never smiled never said hello they just seemed bothered to be there. Until today at check out I had a Caucasian woman she was nice and smiling nice to know someone at the front desk can be nice. The hotel is super beyond busy and I understand the amount of people coming in and out but the carpets need to have a deep cleaning shampooing! The corners of the floors need to get the dust cleaned out. The rust on the shower walls need replacement. The house keeping ladies Latina women were all super nice and smiling everytime I saw them. Very opposite of the people at the entrance. If your trying to get away and sleep in peace ABSOLUTELY won’t happen here the walls are so so thin you can hear EVERYTHING! People’s phone alarms, people snoring, people’s conversations, people walking the halls it is so horrible. You can hear everything. I was excited for my staff but after days of staying there I realized you get what you pay for.

The hotel itself was great but my husband and I, who both have a hard time sleeping through the night, were awaken by the digital alarm clock at 6am. We were expecting to sleep at least until 9am due to our plans but my husband spent two hours getting back to sleep. This put a damper on our day because now we are both tired when we hoped to get at least a solid 7 hours of sleep. Next time I’ll be unplugging clocks in the room.

There was mild wall damage behind the chair and along the wall where it had been slid across the wall. Mainly noticeable because obvious areas of drywall were showing through the dark-painted wall. The lighting in the room was very dim even though multiple lamps were placed in the room. The bathroom lighting was worse which made it challenging to get ready. The gym was very dusty and no cleaner was provided to clean the gym equipment before or after working out. Also, there was some kind of construction going on in the lobby, which was taped off and covered in plastic. It was decent for the price but slightly disappointed that the hotel did not reflect the reviews that I read. On the upside, the staff was friendly, check-in/out was easy and the bed was clean.

Only 1 elevator was working making floor travel horrible. Had to take the stairs or wait 10minutes everytime. Breakfast tables were filthy. Bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. Hallways smelled musty.

Pool was not clean, the shower door in the batherroom was broken, I mentioned this to housekeeping and they were aware. If this issue is known, why were we given the room.

We only spent the night here. We got back to the room late and the air conditioner was not working. We didn't want to change rooms or have someone come look at it that late, so we didn't report it. It would be nice if these things were checked before renting the room. other than that, everything else was fine.

Approximately an hour after checking out I contacted the hotel that I left my toiletries bag with my jewelry, makeup and perfume on the bathroom counter along with a tip for the housekeeper. I was informed by the desk clerk the room had already been cleaned by housekeeping and the housekeeper did not see it. I inquired about the tip I left the housekeeper on the bathroom counter but the clerk was not aware. I was assured that the manager would contact me, but after multiple follow up calls, I received no response. Upon contacting the hotel again I was told the manager was unavailable and there was nothing further they could do. While this hotel is conveniently located close to I 35 and offers affordable rates, I advise guest be aware that your items that are not trackable are left at your own risk. If I had left my laptop or any other trackable item, it probably would had been turned in. Definitely my responsibility to check the room prior to checking out but honesty, integrity, and customer service are just a few important factors to consider when booking a hotel.

Could certainly use better lighting in the bathrooms. It was very dim, even with the lighted mirror. Bed was super comfy and I liked the room set up with the desk and the pretty sofa. The AC worked like a charm. Bathroom was stocked with nice clean towels. I’m not sure there’s a remedy, but the walls between the rooms are definitely “thin.” On my second night, had a young family next door with a baby that cried like babies do and someone down the hall was yelling.a lot in Spanish. May have been watching sports. There was a lot of activity in the hallway. Loud talkers and doors slamming. Things finally got quiet around 10:30. Then at 3:00 am the fire alarm blasted—it didn’t last more than a minute. I couldn’t go back to sleep and the family with the baby were awake next door as well for well over an hour.

The room was clean, good size and everything worked it should. Breakfast daily was great and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Pet friendly was a huge bonus and the park opposite the hotel was perfect. Let downs were the gym, pool and laundry room on our floor.

Good location. The ceiling was bad and peeling from water damage and our shower was missing a grab bar that had come off. The elevator broke down while we were there. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Staff was great.

We liked the hotel overall but being on the top floor near the hotel A/C unit on the roof, that’s all we could hear at night, a constant hum, that’s in addition to our room A/C fan and the bathroom fan that was constantly on.

In the beginning, there was a problem with my room and the front desk person seemed a bit reluctant to help me. The manager stepped in and got me more than sufficient accommodations for the rest of my stay. The demeanor of the manager was one of willing to go above and beyond to help me with my issue.

I selected this property because of the overall "wonderful" rating it received from other reviewers. It's not wonderful. The room doors are so heavy and close so rapidly you'll be listening to slamming doors up and down your hallway for the entire stay. You'll also hear pounding footsteps from the people walking on the non-carpeted floors above your room, so try to get a room on the top floor. Finally, the way they do the free breakfast is strange. They have a staffer serving you the hot food. That's not the way free breakfasts are supposed to work. You serve yourself. I guess they're afraid of people taking too much and being wasteful, so we have to be treated like children. I wouldn't stay here again.

The location was great! And people are so helpful and amazing! Everyone was friendly. But quality of breakfast is not that good. The pool was fun but I will question about cleanliness because it looked and smelled little weird to me.

The front desk was wonderful as was the room. It was clean and comfortable. Slept very good even though there was quite a thunderstorm and we were on the top floor. I slept through most of it. Only issue I had was the lady serving the food. I’m sure she had been directed to do as she did. She was very professional. She was telling everyone things like, you can only get half a cup of juice, only 1 banana per person, etc… I only got juice and some potatoes. I didn’t get a banana but I didn’t take kindly to being told that especially since that is all I got. I wasn’t the only one talking about it. The food wasn’t ok. I have traveled all over the United States and never had this issue.

It’s a nice stay at a good price. It actually has a full bar and good breakfast. I use AT&T and the cellular service is surprisingly poor, one maybe two bars at best. La Quinta stepped up their game on this one, 3 star+ hotel.

This is a decent hotel right off of a busy freeway. Staff was nice, breakfast was average at best but filling. Coffee was good. Area seemed safe. Room was in good condition and clean. I would stay here again.

Find another place. This hotel needs to be fully renovated, not just a face lift. Even the the door knobs are busted. My wife cut her hand on the bathroom knob because of splintered sheet metal protruding from the handle. The room stunk, the furniture full of sweat and body odor. Holes in the wall, lots of trash in the parking lot, etc..

Love the property and room itself. My only complaint is the TV. It's not a smart TV. We have been staying at various LaQuintas over the past week and haven't been able to access smart TV options such as Hulu, Netflix, etc. I don't expect them to pay for them, but I am surprised that a hotel as nice as this doesn't have the option.

There is some construction in the lobby, and the breakfast was okay for a buffet. It was a little odd that a server had to help at the buffet and confirm our name / room number before giving us eggs and turkey bacon. They must have people try to come in for free breakfast. The room was very nice and updated, and I enjoyed the gym.

Our stay in flower mound/Louisville, was just excellent. The room was very nice and the accommodations were unexpectedly clean. The shower was better than average. In the mini fridge, of course made it easy to keep my snacks and drinks cold and ready I would’ve liked to get the room down to 64° for sleeping, but it was limited to 60 60 well you can’t have everything you want. The breakfast was also better than average served by an attractive young woman with a very friendly attitude. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Everyone was incredibly friendly & helpful, and the room was spotless. However, had a few bumps in the road. My room phone didn't work - I could call the front desk, but they couldn't hear me. Reported it on Day One, but was not fixed, so I had to go to the front desk if I needed anything. Stayed in a Deluxe King room, and the bed was so hard it felt like they poured concrete down and then laid a comforter on top. I hardly slept the 3 nights I was there.
