I booked 2 rooms. One room had a microwave and refrigerator and one didn't. The air conditioner grate was filthy. Very strange stains on the floor.

This was a quick visit and we just needed somewhere to sleep. The things that don’t give it a five stars; they gave us a joining room and the neighbors were up with the tv loud past 1am, our room was facing the brightest light in the parking lot and there were no toiletries other than a bar of soap. There were standing the sheets but we took our own so we didn’t fuss, the coffee bar is powdered creamer, the vending machines do have plenty of options to pick from. The front clerk was friendly.

The mattress had stain marks. The comforter had holes in it. The room we stayed had a common door inside the room to another room. Since we were a group of 6 people, we took those 2 rooms and didn't have an issue with it but it will be difficult for others if someone else took the other room. The room just had one small bar soap where 4 people were staying. Since we were just staying there for 1 day, we didn't mind these much but still the rooms were below par. The front desk did accommodate an early check in by 1pm but weren't as effectively communicated and it felt like disrespectful. Overall a 2 to 3 star experience.

I have stayed at this property about 10 times and it is very nice. I recommend this to everyone.

Let’s be real. It’s a Motel 6 in an okay area. Affordable. Does what you need it to do. But don’t expect amenities, know that your room will smell of smoke, and know that your back will hurt if you are over 30 because of the mattress. If you don’t mind all that, you’re home.

You get what you pay for. Pros-the AC worked, the room was quiet, the TV worked, the bed was relatively comfortable, the elevator worked, the door lock worked properly, check-in was simple. Cons-the bathroom smelled like urine, there were only two small, flat pillows on the bed, there was no hair dryer or shampoo in the bathroom, the room was very small, there was only one outlet to charge phones on one nightstand, other outlet across the room didn't work, the whole placed reeked of pot. Very basic room-no refrigerator, coffee maker or microwave.

Saw two cockroaches in the first minute. Asked to do a refund and was only offered to switch rooms. Expedia contacted property and they still refused to refund the room. When one room has cockroaches th entire hotel does. Never stay there. Also a yellow stain on bed.

Parking was abundant. Staff helpful enough and polite. I could tell hotel was remodeled pretty recent. The reason I gave only three stars was bc this hotel is also an extended stay hotel and the residents are very comfortable there. The hotel smells of cigarette and other smoke. It was pretty noisy up until about 0400, could here kids jabbering and crying, people playing music. For the price the room was good.

What you pay for, nothing fancy but the bare minimum. There were bananas at the coffee area during breakfast time which was a nice surprise. I asked if luggage storage was a possibility the next morning and the evening guy had no problem with it but the morning guy had an opposite message. Better communication/standardization would have been nice. Don’t question the burn holes & stains in the sheets too much either.

Only one elevator and it was a long walk to my room. The room had way to much of a bad air freshener smell. My clothes even smelled bad the next day. The two vending machines were not working. I was happy that I only had one night there.

What made the experience even worse is that the listing clearly stated that the room included a small refrigerator. I specifically chose this motel because of that detail, but when I arrived, there was no refrigerator in the room at all. This was very misleading and felt like false advertising. When I spoke to the employee at the front desk, he simply told me there was nothing he could do about it and didn’t even try to help or offer any solution. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the issue, and no effort to provide another room or any compensation. Honestly, the least they could do in a situation like this is refund my money or offer some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and the misleading information. Customers should not have to deal with false promises and poor service like this. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend staying here unless you want to deal with overcrowded conditions, poorly maintained rooms, and unhelpful staff. I am still waiting for a response regarding this issue.

After second day of no room service, I informed the front desk to which they responded, we'll handle it. They never did so!!! Third day i took pictures showed management expressed my frustration and let them know i would not be back. I stayed one additional day and once again No Room Service!!

There are signs of NO SMOKING everywhere but my room and the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and Marijuana my entire stay. I didnt like that I had to keep getting my card reset. The towels were worn out and had holes in them. The blankets had cigarette burns. Although I appreciated housekeeping tyding up, I did not like housekeeping coming in every day-I was never notified that they did this. But they did a good job tyding up.

Roach infested

Everything seemed clean and the staff was friendly. However, as a single mom traveling with 2 small kids, my main concern was safety. When we arrived there were police that said it was safe just a minor issue but the next day when we were leaving there was an ambulance, fire and police. I also noticed random shoes in the middle of the lobby floor and what appeared to be some homeless people there in the parking lot late at night.

Front desk service very nice, check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and smelled good until people started smoking and it seeped thru the door. Hotel location was great and easy to get to places quickly. Room and shower was tiny for 2 people. Bath towels were small too. Noisy neighbors at night. Trash piled up near elevators. Pillows were flat, mattress was decent, can't set the thermostat to turn on automatically. But it heated up finally. The shower water fluctuated from cold to hot the entire time. Woke up to jack hammer doing construction a few yards from our window.

Bed was too hard, pillow was too flimsy and there was no hot water. Other then that everything else was good.

The room was infested with roaches. Had to go to the front desk to ask for spray and had to do it myself and then clean the whole room. If the other hotels in the area were not booked I would have immediately left. I would never stay there again. I couldn’t sleep because I was worried more roaches would come out since they kept appearing after I sprayed.

Really cheap place, if you’re willing to compromise.

I’ve never left a review like this before. There were cockroaches everywhere. The hotel smelled bad in general, you could tell that housekeeping only did a very surface level amount of cleaning, and there were so many bugs. We asked to be moved to a new room because of the roaches, and the next day they tried to charge us all over again and it took days, yes days, to get it sorted. The man working that morning yelled at me and argued aggressively with me because I showed him proof that we had already paid the night before, and then wouldn’t give me a new room key (they had locked us out of our room while we were out) until I paid AGAIN. There were even poop smears on the back side of the curtains. This is definitely not a 7 star hotel. Avoid it at all costs.

We booked 2 different stays because of the sale of our house ... The first 4 day/3 night stay the room had no working TV and were told maintenance was gone. No compensation (that was promised) no bringing a new TV not even moving rooms was offered. The second stay was a premium room supposed to have microwave and fridge - No fridge until the night before checkout. All our food had perished by then. All we were told is we are booked full and sorry. Before you book, ask questions.

I really had a pleasant and comfortable stay here. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was super convenient. The only small issue I noticed was a bit of sink blockage and low water flow, but apart from that, everything else was great. I’d definitely stay here again!

There were constant drug dealers and pimps waiting at the back entrance. I watched several transactions. You had to ask them to move to get through the door. Always groups of people standing around at night being noisy. We had to ask for toilet paper and soap because the maids never replenished them.

This is an excellent property. I will visiting in the area in a few weeks and I would like to stay there again. Staff was very friendly and parking was pretty good.

The facility was smelly. One of the 3 front desk employees we encountered was pleasant. The rooms were incredibly small and out dated.

Even though there system was down ( Wi-Fi, TV, and computer) they were very helpful to get us checked in.

The gentleman mentioned that the elevator didn’t work that I’d have to take the stairs to the second floor. I Had three bags then when I arrive to my room, the keys did not work and I had to haul all my things right back downstairs. It was inconvenient in the room had roaches.

The elevator was broken. The stairwells smelled like hot dog urine. On day one housekeeping came and stole 20$ from my room. Then only took 1 towel. Skipped day two but came back day 3 took two towels and made one bed. At night is the absolute worst. From slamming doors to yelling fighting random ppl knocking on my doors. It is a TRAP hotel. It’s hot during the day and it’s cold around 2am. If you just need somewhere to at night ok but nothing more that 3 days. Nothing for kids we were gins until bedtime. If you check out early like I did ask them to show you the refund on the tablet because they only gives originals from when you first pay.

The room has water damage all over the walls, it smelt like mildew and the AC leaked water and caused the floors to be wet and get out belongings wet. The whole hotel has a stinch to it and just was not well maintained. The key to our room took us 10-20 tries to open the door every time.

A good cheap place to stay

I left my phone charger in the car and the lady at the front desk had an extra one that she let me borrow. I thought that was excellent. I forgot to say I have bad knees and it was going to be hard for me to walk out to my car.

Where do I begin? Have stayed at this place at least a dozen to maybe 20 times. It's a a hit or miss depending who's at front desk. The young lady, whenever you book a room that you've reserved with a refrigerator microwave will not give it to you and say there is at any more. She is very stoic as a rudimentary. There is a younger gentleman that is nice and understanding and will give you what you booked. There's a lot of marijuana smoking here, so if you can't stand the smell then this just like might might not be your cup of tea. They won't do anything about it.

The room qas filthy. The aheets were stained and dirty. The people there were super sketchy. There were actual families loving there so babies were crying throughout the night. No microwave, or refrigerator. It was so bad we ended up leaving.

Have stayed here before and will stay here again. Kind of a hidden Gem for the price. Cleanliness of the room gets an A++++++. They have a polite staff and when housekeeping knocked at 9:00 all I had to do was tell them once I knew check out was at 11. Most places will continue to bug you every 15 minutes long before check out. Was a bit noisy after our dinner but quieted down by like 9:30. All in all a fantastic place to stay if your on a no frills budget.

My room constantly smelled like backed up sewage, the a/c barely worked. The bed sheets had yellow stains all over them, and the housekeeping would knock on the door and yell "Housekeeping" on every door in the hall so when I opened the door she would just stare at me with this look on her face but wouldnt say nothing! And when I asked for towels or something she would just stand there so I ended up having to ask like 4-5 times.

We have stayed here multiple times with little to no complaints. You get what you pay for. But this last time was horrible. The first room we were in was infested with roaches. I walked in and immediately saw atleast 20 running around. Still did not complain. The male manager during the day is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered. He likes to belittle women and put them down. Ofcourse whenever my husband came around he didnt have anything to say.

Everyone in the front is very nice except the lady that's in the front in the evening time. She's rude, I don't know if it's just to me or other people, but I finally had to let her know she doesn't need to be rude bc I myself have done customer service for many years. If you don't enjoy your job she doesn't need to be up there.Other than her everyone else is very very nice and welcoming each and every time. Thank you.

The property is located close to my business in Dallas/Coppell. It is clean and quiet, but simply the price and the refrigerator and microwave are the huge advantage. Nothing fancy about the property but the price is bottom line.

The cost of a room per night was awesome. The staff that did the room cleaning was very sweet and cared about my needs and made sure i had what i needed. I feel like the property manager and owner needs to be aware of the activities thats takes place on their property day and night. There are cameras on property to endure the safety of every customer and their property (meaning) vehicle. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone as long as the are aware of activities on their property

I was very impressed by the cleanliness and the modern look of the room. The beds were comfortable. The television was kind of small but the HDMI port was in the front and easy to access. We did not have any shampoo or soap in our bathroom but i always bring these but what if I didn’t?

Very basic but also cheap. I spend my $ on better breakfast elsewhere than a 'breakfast' included place. Also this place was clean, staff very nice and area was safe and close to my grand children so that makes for a good motel.

My water at my apartments went out. People were working on it but had no time frame. So I got a room for 90bucks down the street, at this motel 6. Familiar with this place cause I use to stay at this one a lot when I was in town from the oil fields back in the 2013 and so. About one hour later, as we we came back to get some food to take to the motel-our water was back on. We didn’t even unpack in this motel room so I asked the front guy if I could get a refund because I don’t need the room anymore. He said no and it was over two hours and just rude and seemed to careless. Not his money. So I basically, No I did pay for a room that I didn’t even use at all. Why shouldn’t I get a refund back??? And it was not even two hours after I asked for a refund. More like 1hr. That’s just not fair, it’s not professional and i didn’t even use that room. I do deserve a refund. But up to Motel 6.

The room description specifically states refrigerator & microwave. There was no refrigerator which i was depending on!

Didn't have any breakfast.. no cereal & barely any coffee... the room had what looked like mold on the roof and the bathroom... there was supposed to be no smoking but the room smelled like nothing but smoke..

The staff is very friendly, and both the room and the overall feel of the hotel is very clean. Everything smelled fresh, which is not common with low cost hotels like this. It’s nice to have a fairly large fridge and solid microwave as well. The only little nitpick is that the top blankets had some stains and a couple of cigarette burns. They were very clean, but these were things that would never come out with cleaning. It’s strange that it would be so clean in every other way, but not replace old, worn out top covers as they become blemished like this. Again, it didn’t ruin anything, and this is truly the best it gets of the budget-friendly hotels in this area (and I have tried others), it’s just odd.
