King suite was very room with a divided room from bedroom. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

They also had a birthday party going in the space that's in the middle of the hotel and the DJ was way too loud. I contacted the hotel about it and they said they will be done by 9:30pm for the quiet hours. I'm sorry but an event like that should be in their event spaces that were on the first floor away from the guest rooms. It was very loud inside our room that we had to leave until they were done.

Great hotel with great amenities. Not sure why the Fronr Desk person gave us a Handicap room. Seems to happen a lot when booked onlibe

Room smelled strongly of marijuana. Contacted the front desk, they stated no other rooms were available and handed me a canister of disinfectant to spray in the room.

Suite was clean and well kept but bathtub was narrow and dangerous. My husband slipped. There’s no grip on the bathtub floor. The bathtub floor is also not flat it curves and is narrow.

Then the next night there was a large party happening in the hotel and had music going until at least 10pm very loud that it disturbed my small children

Pool was absolutely out of control. I was there with my kids & had to shout to my spouse right next to me for him to hear. So many other SCREAMING & SHOUTING unsupervised kids while parents were either out on the patio having drinks, or poolside on phones

Great food clean rooms and service definitely recommend

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast selection was plentiful, hot and filling. Bar staff and selections were great. My room was comfortable and the bathroom clean. Yvonne at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind.

Love this hotel, this is our second time here and will return. The room was clean, good size and the bed was very comfortable with excellent quality sheets and pillows. Slept very well thank you. Bathroom not large but well stocked with all necessities. Gym is good sized and will definitely use it the next time we stay here. Also nice having 3 elevators so wait times were not very long.

The bath and room were cleaned well later in the stay so overall we were very happy with our stay.

The bathroom needed a deep cleaning. Visible mold was in the air vents and the sink had visible debris in the bowl and overflow drain. Floor needed to be mopped. Bathroom was a little smaller than other rooms I'd been in.

Hotel rooms need updating toilet seat was worn and chipped. Staff was friendly at all. Felt unwanted.

The room was clean and check in was fast. Pool rules and regulations are not followed and it is extremely unsafe for children. There are to be 30 people max in the pool area at a time, when my family and I attempted to enjoy the pool 3 times it was packed full with the same crowd of over 30 people. I filed two complaints with the front desk and nothing was done. What I gathered was they don’t care as long as they have people flowing through. Yes, it seems to be tailored to families. BUT you’ll also have people shouting and yelling in the common areas until 11pm-12am which you can hear from your room.

The room and bathrooms were clean. Could've used a better sweep under the bathroom sink under the shelf though. The elevator, halls, workout room, and all entrances/exits were also clean

We have stayed at this property previously but this time was not as good as the last few times. The room was clean but the cleaning agent used left a “film” on the hard services. The bathroom sink had a smell and the overhead light in the sitting area did not work. The shower also had a loose fitting on the curtain rod. We did contact the front desk and they did make attempts to fix the issues but the sink still had a smell but the light was fixed. We asked for housekeeping but only got it once during our 2 night stay and extra toilet paper was not provided so we needed to ask the front desk for extra to be sent up. There was some garbage in the hallways when we ventured out for the day. We do like this hotel but may try and upgraded room to see if we can have a better experience.

Well the first room we got was nasty so they had to give us another room. The entire stay there was horrible, marijuana smells through the vents, kids loud & playing knock and run, loud all through the night. Many kid birthday parties going on. I wouldn’t visit there again.

The tub was pretty dirty. The bathroom felt pretty dingy. The door was warped at the bottom and kept swinging open. The wallpaper was peeling. The toilet didnt even flush just toilet paper with one flush.

Bedrooms are dated and dingy. Staff is friendly, bar and restaurant are a nice touch.

The only aught I had was very limited places to eat. Only one restaurant and it didnt open until 4 and it was specific in choice. None stayed open late including Starbucks. So when service ended if you had no transportation you just suffered if hungry and most people were.

Yes, clean room, but the whole place was clean as well. It was also very quiet and I was there on a Saturday night. Every staff member I had an interaction with was nice and helpful.

The shower, not only that, no garbage bags, the tub was filthy, mold in the shower, dust hanging around the mirror and the vents..stains all over the floor. And the manager Diego Eloisa was very uncooperative and nonchalant, as if it was normal. Offered to give me points instead of a refund. Totally unacceptable!

Amenities. I guess it was kids birthday parties in the pool so you couldn’t enjoy the pool or even get a cookie at the desk because of the large groups of kids. It’s the first time I’ve stayed at a Double Tree and they didn’t have a cookie when I checked out. But in the morning the front desk lady didn’t have any prepared. A bit noisy with so many kids and so few adults. It was like a kids resort, they just roamed around in swimsuits between the pool and front desk, no adults escorting them to the lobby/front desk. Impossible they all had rooms as there wasn’t enough adults. Felt more like Great Wolf Lodge instead of a Double Tree. The gentleman who worked in the evening and checked us in was pleasant and provided good service. Room was clean.

No free breakfast offered though. During our stay there was a boys hockey tournament. So the pool was a 24 hour splash fest & obnoxious noodle fighting. It's a small pool area for such a big hotel.

On the positives, the staff was friendly, the hotel was quiet, the pool and fitness center seemed to working as people were using them. It's a good location and had ample parking.

Front desk was kind upon arrival, bartender was awesome too. Unfortunately at 7:30 am house keeping came knocking on our door. We had just checked in at 1130 pm with a wedding party. I asked her to please stop. She kept trying to enter my room. She tried 6 times as I repeated no, please stop this is my room someone is sleeping. She finally gave up when I put my hand on the door handle. I spoke to front desk all they offered was an apology, honestly it wasn’t enough. We paid $275 for one night to be woken up early and the fact that this housekeeping employee couldn’t understand the simple word “no” the first time was concerning.

Saturday afternoon pool was busy with families. They have a time for adults 10 - 11pm. I had the gym and pool to myself in the mornings. Gym was open 24/7 and the pool opened at 6 am.

Security needed involved, which the poor guy had no chance standing up and handling a basic incident. Couldn’t imagine if something serious went down. Pool was nasty. Staff I saw was okay. Expensive restaurant and Starbucks in hotel, so no complimentary breakfast or even coffee. Coffee maker in room was dusty and dirty. Bed was uncomfortable as could be. Squeaky and springy and stiff. It seemed to be a big party hotel that cared about making money. Find somewhere else! (I should have gone with a lower rated hotel vs trusting the ratings on this one.)

air conditioner wasn't working properly

Would i go back here? Sure! Staff was friendly and allowed me to check in early since the room was ready without a fee.

The only problem we had was the air conditioning seemed to be on the fritz. We called the front desk, they sent up a gentleman to attempt to fix it. It did help some, but the room was 80 when we arrived and only managed to drop down to 75. The front desk did supply a fan.

We had to change rooms three times before we got a clean one and then on our last night there was a roach in the bathroom. The staff were nice and accommodating though.

Our first room reeked of smoke (weed) and we needed to switch rooms. Front desk seemed irritated by the request. The pool area was run down, had many broken tiles, and there was food all over the floor of the pool deck not cleaned up for days.

Not impressed. Many amenities in the room were either broken or non-functional. I was very disappointed and had to switch to a different room due to non-functional lamps in the bedroom.

This wasn’t my First time staying at the Doubletree this exact property and I’ve never had any issues but this time I can say my room was dirty when I checked in I found so many stains on the carpet items left under the chair in the room bathroom floor not mopped just not clean it all

I have never experienced a more disappointing hotel stay before in my life. First of all, there was no control by the parents or staff on the numerous black children running up and down the hallways screaming and yelling. The pool and hot tub was so loud and overcrowded by these families that you couldn't even find anywhere to sit or even try to enjoy either of these. The center courtyard and sitting area was completely closed off due to construction that was never mentioned when checking in. Thus giving nowhere to sit and chat with other family members unless you wanted to be cooped up in your room. The restaurant was also extremely disappointing. The food was way overpriced and had absolutely no flavor. I ordered the linguini garlic shrimp and broccoli for $30 and got 4 shrimp, over a bowl of linguini in a pool of water with broccoli and a little parmesan cheese sprinkled over it. The next morning the hallways were a mess and we even had to step over vomit on our way out. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.

Our family of five needed a place to stay over Christmas weekend and this was the perfect spot. Plenty of space, clean, quiet, restaurant and bar were great, food pantry was convenient, lots of a great food and shopping nearby, pool and hot tub were well kept, etc. We will be back!

We stayed for 2 nights through the holiday season and enjoyed it very much. The pool was unavailable which was one of the reasons for 4 stars. I planned on swimming this stay, but could not.

Free breakfast needs improvement. Croissants was old, eggs and bacon are missing. Coffee tasted like water.

Hotel was in a convenient location, staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, the lobby shop, Starbucks, and restaurant/ bar were additional pluses. Downside was this property is aging and really needs some upkeep. Lots of cracked tiles in lobby and elevator, older carpet, and older furniture in rooms, dirty grout in bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but think management needs to do some capital improvements on this property.
