    this hotel's policy for a week stay was "empty your own trash" "Bring your used towels down to the desk for new ones" and "We service the room every 7 days". All I heard was there will be no actual service at this hotel, thank you for staying.

    The room had good size so it was easy to navigate. The room wasn't as clean as it should've been. The countertops were dusty and sticky, there were crumbs around the stovetop, there were pubic hairs in the bathtub. We always disinfect hotel rooms that we stay in before sleeping in the bed or sitting on the toilet so we noticed all of this during our cleanup. We informed the front staff and they offered to recheck room but we took care of it.

    I did enjoy the pool area although it could have been cleaner, there were a lot of bugs and dirt in the water which turned me off from going in it. But it does have a nice bbq pavilion attached. There is no breakfast included because they provide the kitchenette however mine did not work. The stove burners would not come on and the telephone in my room also did not work for 95% of my stay. They requested the towels you used already be returned soiled before getting a new set. And on the last day I saw 2 cockroaches in the bathroom of my suite. I made sure to bring it to front desk attention but was very briefly brushed off to the next point in the conversation. I was disappointed with the quality of my stay this time as I did stay here once before and had no issues. Now I am not sure whether I will be back again.

    Location was good. There are a multitude of other hotels up and down the same road. No daily room servicing. Evidently they state it is an extended stay location and the rooms are only serviced every 7 days. Had to get new towels each day and the plumbing has issues. Would recommend almost any other hotel that are located on the same road nearby.

    I stay here every year in July for 4 years now. Convenient to the city! And clean! This time i stayed, i was charged a smoking fee and did not smoke in the room! The employees are smoking weed at the front decks door all night, and through the night you have to wait for a extremely long time to speak with a worker, the manager Daren i think thats his name was able to help me, but im really indecisive about coming back to this location.

    The shower was lacking a sitting mount, especially if having balancing issues and leg pain. The bed was not comfortable, the head side was sinking down. A chair was not working properly as if someone broke the reclining locking mechanism.

    I can’t believe Expedia asked me for a review. I got an email from Expedia telling me the property had cancelled my stay 4 days before it was due to begin. The attitude I got on the phone from the location was, “Oh well! You shouldn’t have been able to make a reservation, we’re booked out for the entire month.” I made the reservation a month ahead of time.

    The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Few things they need to check: 1. The bathroom door would not completely close or lock 2. The chair in the room was not pin good condition and 3. One morning i had to tskr a cold shower. I did report the water temp and the next day it was working fine.

    We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We booked a king size bed and when we got to the hotel around 11:30pm, the lady at the front desk checked us in and gave us the key to our room. We went upstairs. As soon as we entered, the room had a queen size bed. We went to the front desk and told the lady that we booked a king size bed. She apologized and said that there is no room and she can talk to the manager and if they would give us a refund. I said okay, now it’s midnight and I can’t book another hotel so I would stay…. In the morning when we went to check out, another rude and unprofessional front desk person told us there is no refund!!!! You shouldn’t have stayed at the room!!!! She ignored us completely. It was very disappointing. The bathroom sink was clogged, there was no clean towels!! I’ll never book with the hotel again!!!!

    It was a great stay overall. My first night was a little frustrating. In that the room I had reserved wasn't available. I was put in a room with 1 bed, and I specifically requested 2, because we had 3 adults and a pull out couch isn't comfortable. Was able to move into a room that I reserved thd next day after one was clean.

    Noisy, walls are thin could hear all noice and hard to tell if neighbor was opening our room door. Think room was near maintenance and staff work space, could hear their music and going in out of doors. Didn’t last long but would prefer not to be with working staff .

    Great price. Not so great service. The night staff was rude. Our room door wouldn’t shut. Had to get special remote from the desk to use TV. They didn’t want to give us any towels or wash cloths nor did they dispose of trash. Other than that great location very convenient close to all the essentials. Probably won’t stay here again unless it’s a last resort situation.

    The toilet seat was broken. The bathroom sink was clogged up. So it took a minite formthe water to go down the drain after washing your hands. It was very noisey in the halls all night.

    Spacious room with a kitchenette with exactly the items you’d need for making a few simple meals vs dining out every meal. My room looked out on a lovely stand of trees, which was much prettier than hotels I’ve stayed in for work that cost triple this location and looked out on a brick wall or the building’s boilers. My room was very clean, although the elevators could use a good vacuum. The glassware in my kitchenette could have been cleaner, but those are pretty minor in the overall package. Very friendly and helpful desk staff.

    This is the worst property I have ever stayed. I’m glad I put my suitcase in the shower because I woke up with bed bug bites. When I left I told them everything and they didn’t care. They said I booked through a third party and said it wasn’t our problem.

    We checked in, exhausted from a long drive, and after a few minutes realized there were little bug traps in the room with bugs in them. I had turned on the sheets by this time and went down to the lobby to ask for a different room. They had no other rooms. We checked out and went to a nearby hotel paying double unfortunately. After a few phone calls I was told that our stay would be refunded but it took two more calls a week later to actually see that money. I am still waiting on our $25 deposit, have called twice , but I think because we did not actually stay there it will be difficult for them to refund the deposit. We found the room dingy in the kitchen area because everything was repainted a grey although the sheets appeared clean and the bathroom was clean. The thermostat was grimy. Not impressed.

    Property exceeded our expectations for the rate. Modern decor & appliances in our suite . Very roomy for our family & great location to SIX FLAGS , WALMART , AIRPORT & very accessible to shopping & area attractions downtown ATL. The pool & grill area was an added plus during our holiday family trip, all above items were great - but Mrs Shirley from the housekeeping staff was stellar nothing went unnoticed or undone even during Labor Day Weekend .

    Two comments: There was a dead roach in the hallway. Maid service should have been taking care of that. Bad enough that there are roaches there (didn't see any in our room), but cleaning folks should not have missed that. Seems that in GA, roaches are an an acceptable part of life, sight, but as an FYI, for folks from other places, it is not. Tried to get some towels from housekeeping after our first night, and that was unsuccessful.

    Room was large, although I had a bedroom suite with a King bed. Room, furniture, and rug was old, dusty. Bathroom. Barely had basic towels, although very roomy. Bathtub had rust corrosion. Kitchen was very outdated, although had everything you need to cook and eat in room. There was no drive pass thru to load and unload luggage. There was no extra linen or pillows in the room for the sofa bed. Hotel was located among many other hotels in the area, that were more updated and less expensive. I overpaid for this room compared to the many comparable options in that area. Lamps were rusted and dirty. Free Wifi, free laundry services, and free parking were the highlights of this stay.

    Under construction, but still had issues. My wife wouldn’t get in the pool after first day. They never cleaned it. Full of old nasty leaves that were rotting. We stayed a for 9 days and hot water was an issue every day

    The staff was really nice but the hotel was under renovations which was not disclosed on website so they would beat and bang during the day so forget about a nap. the room wasn't very clean and the cabinet doors were half hanging off, doors wouldn't close and the mess of weed, mostly outside which I know isn't the hotels fault.

    First of all I was given the wrong room. I had ordered a one bedroom suite and was given a queen double. The facility was under renovation which is fine. But, our room was infested with ants and I killed a cockroach one night. The staff were overall unhelpful when it came to the room issue. My third-party booker tried to call them several times but was unable to get in touch with the staff for a couple days. I will NEVER stay here again!!

    So, so bad. We had our rental car get stolen from the parking lot, and apparently their security cameras didn't get it on camera. The elevator didn't work the entire 5 days we were there (sucks for bringing luggage up and down from the 4th floor). The pool was so dirty. The entire place smelled like weed. There were messes all over the carpet and they weren't cleaned the entire time. A pipe burst one night we were there and we therefore didn't have water at all that night. Honestly, just don't stay here.

    I found the hotel to be a little less than expected based on reviews. Things looked very old. There was rust on the bathroom door, hair all over the tub, areas of the walls that were peeling and chips in counters all over the room. The pool was not open which was irritating because the main thing i was looking for in a hotel when i booked was a pool. Kind of falsely advertising the amenities. There was also an elevator issue so it was closed for about an hour. We chose to just stay out of it. It was not the worst hotel i have stayed in but for sure not the best.

    Front desk was nice. The entire room was filthy. As soon as we walked in, our shoes stuck to the floor. The doors and walls had numerous stains. The microwave and cabinets had food particles left on the outside. There was no shower gel or shampoo. Random sock in the closet which was not ours. Awful experience.

Overall the room and the entire hotel had significant signs of wear and tear. The entire hotel and the rooms are in need of renovation. A hundred dollars a night price was excessive for this state of the property.

    The front desk attendants were so pleasing. I tried to get the complimentary tea but there were no more packets and front desk went out her way to make sure I got what I wanted. She could have just said we are out and kept moving. Great customer service and comfortable beds.

    Enjoyed the saltwater pool and the friendly staff. The hotel itself was cleanish but the walls need painted, the carpet, some furniture showers, bathroom cabinets need replaced. A fresh coat of paint could go a long way to covered up all the dirty smudges. Location was good.

    The staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean, but there was some wear (especially in the restroom). However the rooms were very large and we were able to set up two laptops on the workspace. The full size fridge and the cooktop were nice to have, as was the tv we could hook up to our laptops to watch DVDs and our streaming services. We didn't use the pool but did bring our dog; it was nice to have the small dog area out back of the hotel, however I do wish that we didn't have to walk through so many cigarette butts to get there - but the smokers probably wished there wasn't dog poop, so whatever. Honestly this was a very good, clean budget find for our unexpected long stay near Atlanta with our dog, and we would recommend this if you don't care about free breakfasts or the most updated rooms.

    Overall the hotel is definitely not new or renovated. Walls in the bathroom are dirty, drain in the shower is rusty, carpets are filthy and dirty. No remote control for TV was in the room. And last but not least the room was loud. Even there is a policy from 10:00-08:00 quietness in the hotel. People slammed doors, talking loud and the room above was doing something that I had the feeling the ceiling comes down. Not worth the price.

    When I arrived to check in, the lady at the front desk had an attitude and told me that I could only have a regular room, instead of the suite I had already reserved because I "didn't pay enough". Then she told me that if I didn't like it, it was already too late for a full refund and I would be charged at least 1 night's stay. The next day, I saw her sitting in front of the hotel in an office chair playing on the phone. I found the entire situation and my interactions with her to be unprofessional and not becoming of a hospitality professional.

    The lobby was clean, the staff was friendly, the area is nice. The room was a suite with a full refrig, it was roomy, and even had a small stove all of which we didn’t need, but it was nice. The room had a foul smell. I think it was the carpet which did have several stains and was pretty soiled. Looking closer, there was a fresh red stain on the bedspread. I went down to the desk to get a clean one and was told that if I wanted a new one, I would have to bring the dirty one to the front desk. I honestly didn’t want to touch it. The red dried substance on the bed was nasty. So I carried the soiled nasty bedspread through the hotel to the front desk and got a new one. How embarrassing. We were given the last room in the downstairs hallway. I don’t recommend it. There were construction workers staying there, I’m not sure if it’s an extended stay hotel or not,but they had just gotten off work.They were gathered around their trucks by the back door getting high. My pregnant daughter and niece didn’t appreciate having to walk through it. Then, my TV didn’t work! The HDMI cable was too short and when the TV was turned toward the bed, it unplugs its self. What a aggravation. Also there was a distinct pungent odor of pet urine in the hallway. There must be pets allowed as I lady with a dog. I’m a pet lover, but there’s no excuse for urine odor.

    Check in was easy and staff provided details of services available on-site. Super welcoming and I constantly saw staff cleaning common areas. The room appeared clean and I appreciated the comfortable reclining chair. The beds were comfortable, but that pretty much erased after the next events. The coffee maker had not been washed from a previous use so I had to rewash it. My dtr woke up to a bug crawling on her comforter. I dismissed it as just an unfortunate issue. At 1am on our last evening, she encountered roaches in the bathroom. While the location was wonderful, I will not be staying at this facility again.

    The room was extremely comfortable. I have never seen a hotel like this. Staff is very sweet. I would definitely stay again. The rooms are big and the bathrooms were even huge. Very satisfied.

    Big room. Plenty of towls. The kitchen was clean. We had everything provided & even cooked a meal. The front desk associate was superrrr nice. Love the fact that she took the time to let me know of all the amenities such as free laundry & gym. I totally recommend. It was also conveniently located about 5 mins from Six Flags.

    With all the emphasis being put on enhanced cleanliness measures I expected the room to be much cleaner than we found it. The bedside table was sticky from a coffee or soda spill, there was grey junk in the kitchenette sink, there was grease on the backsplash, and yellow stuff on the bathroom counter. I chose this property based on it’s star rating compared to others around the area but after staying believe that it could use some sprucing up. The carpet was snagged and stained and the furniture looked dirty. The bathroom was in need of repairs/ remodel. There was missing caulk on the tub, there was a cracked tile on the floor, the shower rod was about to fall off, multiple cracks in the sheet rock, rust behind the toilet, I could go on.

    They only clean the rooms every 7 days I was told, so you have to sleep on the same sheets and we stayed 4 nights. They didn’t have breakfast. Some of the staff wasn’t friendly and you had to take your dirty towels to the lobby in order to get fresh ones. I checked out on a Sunday and it’s Friday and I still haven’t gotten my deposit back.

    I was a little skeptical at first but once I arrived I was please. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant. The room was clean, bed was comfy, and stay was pleasant. Will be returning in about a week

    I was greeted by a terrible receptionist. When I gave him my name to check in he informed me the hotel was booked and that he did not see my reservation. I showed him confirmation through my email and he was dismissive. After several minutes of him clicking on his keyboard, he finally told me a room was available however it was not the room I had originally booked. When I came to the room at first glance it looked decent. Once I began to settle in I noticed there were silverfish bugs hidden throughout the room, the towels were filthy and full of pubic hairs, the room was uncomfortably hot, there was a large hole in the sofa chair. recliner. Overall my stay was quite unpleasant. I will likely never book a candle wood suites hotel ever again.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone
