I enjoyed my stay everything went well. The breakfast was really good. The room was very clean. Staff was very welcoming.

This is my favorite hotel I have stayed at. It was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful, the breakfast was awesome and The hotel is super nice looking.

The toilet needed a new seat. It moved around a lot when you sit on it. The shower’s corners could have used a better clean. And one of the beds outlets didn’t work. Overall, nice hotel and decent area to be in. I would book again.

Construction was going on next door but parking lot still wasn't that bad. Nice clean hotel lobby an room. Great breakfast in the morning. Definitely would recommend an stay again. Probably be lot nicer when construction is completed.

I had room 510, which I had requested top floor which was provided, it was a 2 queen, with comfortable beds, it was clean, and at check in staff was friendly and efficient! The room was quiet too. I liked how breakfast was until 10am, and there was a lot to choose from, everything was great, including 2 choices of waffle flavors, and blueberries and strawberry's! There were a few negatives, including BOTH plugs between the bed not working and the shower gel was nearly empty. I liked how the shower head was mounted high although the shower gel/shampoo being mounted so high would likely make it difficult for a child to use. I liked how they provided 2 bars of soap! Overall, it was a great stay. Check out is 11am, in morning I asked if I could check out at noon, but the best they could offer was 11:30am. The pool area outside looks great but I didn't use it but is open until 10pm!

Always clean and comfortable. The beds are great, nice breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff. It’s right off the freeway and close to fast food, restaurants and stores. We always stay here when we pass through the Atlanta area.

My daughter and I, with 3 small grandchildren had to stop late afternoon and book a room unexpectedly. The process was easy and efficient. There was a wonderful employee named Gabriella that went above and beyond helping us find the perfect room and getting us the extra towels/plates etc... she helped us park close to an entry door and helped hold the door as we brought the babies in. She was very kind and deserves a raise!

My employees took a very long time to check in. Staff on the front desk was not very helpful. I shows all receit I booked 2 rooms but they are not letting 1 of my employee check in. and the reception wasnt very helpful

Crowded and congested the parking lot

When I went to my room the door was open , the room was clean. I requested that my room be cleaned every day and they said they would . Room was never cleaned only given towels which I had to get from the receptionist

The room was dirty, the green frame around the mirror was filthy, there was a stain on the wall of the tub/shower. The chair was dirty with stains. The TV would not stay on even after calling maintenance and the fridge wasn't on and had to be pulled out and plugged in. Our room was over the pool and it was a party out there all night. Based on the conditions of the room I didn't trust the free breakfast.

It was our second time staying at this hotel. We love it. It’s clean and safe.

From check-in to check out, we had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the clean and comfortable building in room and parking lot that was so well-maintained that I look forward to our next stay there again.

For the price the room and service was unacceptable. We never did get the TV to work and staff would come look and fiddle with it and tell us if that didn’t fix it they would have to call corporate. After several attempts we gave up.

Nothing Our room was canceled before we got there and we weren’t called or anything. The hotel attempted to charge my card before arrival even though I had booked the reservation to not pay until arrival. Since my card was locked they sold my room. When we arrived they were very rude and stated there was nothing else they could do since they were sold out. This happened even though I was supposed to pay at arrival and no one reached out to me stating otherwise forcing me to try to quickly find accommodations elsewhere

I liked that the property was nice and clean as always when I stay here. The only thing this time my mattress was not as comfortable as before. It made noise every time we moved. I also enjoy the breakfast in the morning.

The property was quiet, clean and very convenient. Parking was not the best but not bad.

The mattress was very firm and didn’t make a good nights sleep and there was hair in 2 of our clean towels. I felt rushed to checkout by the housekeeper. She knocked almost an hour before checkout time asking when we were leaving. Unfortunately, the good didn’t outweigh the bad and I won’t choose this location again for a return trip to the area.

My stay at this hotel was relaxing and well worth the money.

My room was very dirty with food residue or, possibly bodily fluid or boogers on multiple wall surfaces. Unfortunately, after showing the staff pictures and leaving for the day, the areas were still not clean when I returned. Front desk staff was kind but, the hotel misses on being as clean as it should be.

The bad, sheets or dirty. We have to take the bed apart because we couldn't find my son's wallet, removing the sheets from the bed there were blood stains on it. Not good. In the bathroom and behind the toilet there was a yellow stain that look like a urine stain. Not good, It was very light but noticeable if you're staring. Could be to leave missed if you're not paying attention.

It was a great stay for a quick visit to the nearby amusement park, only issue was minor in the sink drain, but otherwise it was and the employees were great

I had a great time. My family and I visited the city of Atlanta for the first time. We enjoyed six flags and neighboring restaurants. This hotel is near all the attractions and stores and also restaurants and highway, perfect. The only thing that was missing is a jacuzzi next to the pool, that guess can enjoy.

Great front desk staff and very clean everywhere. Fully stocked with towels, pillows, and toiletries. Only complaint was breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am but was being taken down at 9:45 with most items gone.

Internet was spotty at best and first 2 days the cable did not work. No shampoo in container in shower. Several of us from my office checked in at the same time and one lady requested a bottle of water at check in and staff was very rude about it not being free and then the one staff agreed to give her a bottle of water but said I could tell she was going to be one of those. Seriously it was a bottle of water, and you are checking in 4 people for rooms for multiple days. Just not the stay I would have expected. i will openly say I typically stay Marriott, and this did not make me think I should switch.

This hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean, the property was clean and the staff was beyond nice and extremely helpful. The breakfast in the morning was really good with lots of options that changed each morning (the hot breakfast), with you standard staples fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and waffles and much more. The beds were very comfortable- but the pillows were eh, very soft. We would have loved to go in the pool - it felt like 120 degrees in the shade - but don't be fooled by the picture, the pool is very very small. With just 6 kids in it jumping and splashing it is not relaxing at all and feels way to small for me. I take into consideration that it is in Georgia not my home state of FL where hotel pools are at least twice the size. All in the all the hotel was wonderful overall even with the disappointing pool. We will be back in the area a few more times this year and this will be where we book again.

I love this hotel. The rooms were large, spacious and beautiful. The only reason I didn’t put excellent was because the AC didn’t work in the room. It kept turning off during the night despite turning it really low which caused it to be hot inside the room. Otherwise, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would stay again for my business travels.

There was no chair in the room so everyone had to sit on the beds. The bed seemed broken down a bit I think from everyone having to sit there all the time.

We stayed for a family weekend . I loved the building and staff very nice . Only problems was that TV in 426 and the microwave did not work . The microwave wouldn’t work at all and never did. The TV would only play One channel for live tv . I reported both issues to front desk and they said they would follow up . We were only there 2 days so we streamed Netflix instead and did not try to heat anymore food. Hopefully they will fix it for the next guy. I would give them another chance if I returned.

The pillows were soiled and there were little black stuff on the sheets. I wasn’t completely disappointed with me stay but clean beds are very important to me.

Walls are thin hear people in other room but overall fine stay for over nite. Nice fro t desk people satisfying breakfast included.

Our stay in Lithia Springs was very nice, the staff was helpful and friendly at check in and check out. The rooms were larger than typical hotel rooms with comfortable beds. When the TV went out, the maintenance man was there immediately. The pool as well as the breakfast area is beautiful. And a shoutout to the breakfast lady, Ineesha (spelling?), thanks for your expertise in making “grits”, they were amazing!

It was one of the most beautiful and clean motels I have stayed in.

The nicest hotel the closest to Six Flags Over Georgia. The staff is friendly. The place was mostly spotless. I didn’t notice the pint of ice cream in my fridge for 2 days, but there it was and it wasn’t mine. The condition didn’t get 5 stars because of very small things that plagued the place. Bulbs out in the elevator. The door had a gap in room 311. There was what looked like burn marks on the bathroom wall? Water had pooled (condensation?) on the heating / ac unit causing water damage on the blinds. There are nicks on the furniture that could easily be fixed with a wood marker. And why do all hotels insist on bright white bulbs in the rooms. The bathroom, ok, but the sleeping area? 2700k please.
