It was surprisingly good.The location at first glance might feel like “oh boy…hope its ok” but it wound up being on point.

Little trouble with the tv .. the streaming apps didn’t work, had trouble using the “guide” - programming would not appear after choosing a program from the guide. However, I was able to view programming via toggle list of channels.

Clean and ample free parking. All is fine. Didn’t like the fact that BOOKING .com held 98.00 on my credit card for no reason when I had already paid the hotel in full. Holiday Inn held a deposit for security of the room and their hold was released in 2 days. For this reason, I will be booking directly through Holiday Inn. It has been 5 days and Booking.com is still holding the 98.00.

The breakfast was hot and tasty everyday. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. The rooms were clean. I stayed on the first floor and it was surprisingly quiet during the night hours. The rooms are a bit small. The bathroom was also small and tight when trying to open the door to walk out.

The room had nerds candy on the floor and above the closet was an half eaten donut and a pack of cigars. I was upset because I was celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday. Luckily the young lady and you man at the desk took care of me promptly. Switched my room immediately. Them 2 made the stay manageable.

Everything but the bed was awesome. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, the staff was great, the breakfast was awesome… the only negative was the bed. Both my wife and I woke up with back issues. The bed was not only too stiff, but not comfortable at all. Would stay there again in a heartbeat…only if there was a different bed.

My only complaint was that the television and AC/heating didn't work correctly. Seems like maintenance should be consistent

The staff allowed us to have a pool party for my granddaughter she totally enjoyed that and we the family appreciated that.

The front staff was amazing. They were extremely friendly, quick, and accommodating. The property is lacking. One ice machine was broken on the first floor and the ice machine on the third floor was full of mold that flew into the ice that was dispensed. The pool had broken shards around the exterior and no towels were available. Lacking in towels in the room as well. The area is not the best either, while we sat at the pool we constantly heard camera warnings about intruders from the vacant property that was adjacent.

First time in Atlanta and I was told the Holiday Inn was one of the best hotels to stay at. They were not wrong. Such nice staff at check in. Gave great dining recommendations and site seeing advise. Everyone had a great attitude and was always so happy. I appreciated their vibe. Very clean and comfortable room. Wil definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for the second time recently. I cannot say enough good things about the place, especially the staff. They are always friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. It’s my daughter’s favorite stay and that kid has done some traveling. I really hope that management appreciates the effort they put in to make guests feel welcome.

Easy access for on/off 20. Ample parking. A few places in walking distances for food, drinks etc. Grounds tidy and clean. Breakfast is a 'mini' buffet style. Simplest way to put how good this is, subtract 15 dollars per person in you party, subtact that by room cost... It makes 'cents'. Of all this, the Staff is what makes this place. From the grounds keeper to manager, there was not a single time nor person that wasn't amazing. The only reason I do not give this 5 stars across the board, the levator went out for a few minutes and I had to take the stairs, things happen..... the other is my toilet backed up an no one on staff to help at that moment, I was offered to move to another room so there's that, however Id already moved once and mentally, due to family situations and being in fear of getting hot again by yet another hurricane, I opted for a plunger... For me this is how human interactions should be. Nothing is perfect..but this place will put a smile on your heart. Human kindness over flows here...and so does their cleaning and kitchen staff and the grounds keeper, well I don't think I ever saw him not cleaning something... ;)

We had a great stay here to visit Six Flags. It was very close. You can walk to some fast food options. It was fairly quiet. Nice breakfast buffet. The staff, however, was what set it apart. They were very friendly and helpful. They even let us leave our car there after check out to go to the park. Overall, great stay for me and my daughter.

I came from Buffalo for a party and as soon as I stepped in the entrance I was greeted with so much southern hospitality, the staff from the time I arrived til the time I left ( three days later) was so pleasant. Would recommend to anyone to stay there.

Each employee at this establishment was super friendly (Chelsea, Elijah, Leonard, Meghan, and Trey). They provided us options for restaurants and gave ratings😂. Housekeeping were also awesome (Oleta, sorry if I spelled incorrectly). Breakfast was fresh and kept very clean. I will stay again when I visit Georgia.

The area around the hotel is a bit inconvenient, no sidewalks means you have to drive what would otherwise be a five minute walk if you want to access anywhere outside the immediate area. But it's close to Six Flags Over Georgia so a good spot if you're planning to visit there, as well as close to the city center itself. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, even holding my bag for me after check-out.

I had a good experience. I will return, if I'm in town. They were working on something a the smell was too strong for me and it wad embedded in wash cloths and towels.

The elevator was under maintenance and that was about the worst part of my stay.

Good overall experience. Conducive to rest and relaxation. Youtube on the tv is a biggie for me. That's my guilty pleasure. Good appointments and modern with actually working outlets and fixtures. Keep it up, and try not to let it deteriorate like most places have in the surrounding Atlanta areas. Price was overall ok, sorry I missed breakfast and the pool cause I needed to rest up for work early.

Stayed to attend a concert, got back to three hotel around 1am, after whining down and falling to sleep round 230am, darn fire alarm woke us up around 6 am on a false alarm, now my head is banging and couldn’t g back to sleep
