I didn’t stay in that horrible place there were drug trafficking and prostitution happening in front of me I was terrified they couldn’t find my reservation so I had to stand in the parking lot and wait for 15-20 for the owner to show up and refuse my refund. I will be taking legal actions if I don’t get my refund.

Honestly, we were kind of in a jam. My fiancé and I were having car trouble and it was too late to do anything about it so we got lucky it was right next to the gas station we fueled up at. After check in we got into our room and found a stained hand towel on the rack with the clean towels next to the sink. Then when I went to take a shower I found the shower curtain on backwards with some of the rings broken. All that was on the shelf over the toilet was the towel mat they give you to step on when you get out of the shower. We had to go down and ask for towels. Next when I went to lay down and get ready to go to sleep the TVs power cord and HDMI cables were disconnected and unplugged which I had to take care of myself. After correcting all of the infractions I turned on the to let it boot up and let the direct tv to start working while I listened to vehicles with high profile exhaust blow by the hotel, and cars playing loud current rap beats.

No shampoo and conditioner, no bath soap. Only one package of old coffee for two people. Water pressure was awful. Lobby was terrible, looked like it was being used asa storage unit. Management under a Rhaul Patel.

Stay away! We stayed here for the hot tub in the room, and big mistake. You are 75 feet from a freight line railroad track, that heavy freight trains pass by every 10 to 15 minutes all night long right behind the room. The floor was broken and dirty, as my socks were black by the end of the time left the room. The staff was rude. It’s in a rundown area that seems dangerous thank goodness I carry a pistol. It was a non-smoking room full of old tobacco smelling room. You have been warned stay away. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Certainly not worth the price.
- 1.5/5
Unsafe neighborhood, built right next to active railroads tracks so very noisy, very scary people just hang out in the parking lot and the person who worked the overnight shift was extremely rude.

My first time encounter a check in counter by the outside window and there’s not much choices. Booked with 2 beds room but ended up with 1 bed room.not to mention all noise that made sleepless all night, from air on noise to the laundry utility room beside our room and train noise. The room was for disabled person obviously but the bed was so high. I am so much more disappointed!

I didn't like anything about it, it was nasty and dirty! We were given a smoking room when we didn't asked for a smoking room! No where in the advertisement did it state it was a smoking room! We couldn't stay in the room, because it was hard to breath!
- 2.5/5
The floors were dirty, there were cobwebs behind the bathroom door, there was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. Had to wait outside to check in or out. Will not ever stay here again.

Everything was ok was wanting a downstairs room but overall it was pleasant experience

We are in room 203. The tub faucet was continuously running. There is a hole in the wall in the bathroom sink area. We kept seeing baby roaches and one adult one in the room. The loveseat in the room was clearly very old with a cover over it that didn’t look sanitary to sit on. The property looked clean and well maintained on the outside.

Checked in with someone who had no idea what they were doing. We put our luggage in room then went and ate. Debating whether to stay there or not. Pictures are not accurate. This place was run down. Holes in walls, no lock on door. Absolutely filthy. We went to get our stuff as we were not going to stay there. Owner would not let us in the room to retrieve our belongings. We had to call police before he finally let us in. Steer clear

We had a 3 day stay and the check-in was good friendly service. We got to room to find towels that were freshly folded and opened the face cloths and bath towels when unfolded to dry off were the same way they had dirty stains that had not come out in wash. We carried them to the office and got more of the same. We finally went to Wal-Mart the next morning and purchased more towels. When they came in to change beds the 2nd day spreads had holes in them from wear and tear and on one bed it had a stain on it like blood or bright red nail polish. We didn't ask for a cleaning the next day of our room we just removed the spread and got our traveling blanket from the car and used it the last day.. Will not stay there anytime soon when we travel to Little Rock

We were stopping thru on our way to a family vacation had 3 small children and a grandparent with us. While the manager was very polite held our room till we got there late and the room was clean and neat. The part of town and the patrons staying at the property were not family friendly. THIS IS NOT A FAMILY PLACE! We did not feel safe we were stalked we were openly propositioned we understood we were targets and we left I forfeighted my two room stay drove another 30 min down the road and found a place I felt safe. My kids now ask if we are ok at a hotel with an outside door. Makes me sad their first experience at vacation was at a place I had no idea was like that. Had to have that important talk again about strangers and always trusting your instinct if it feels wrong it is leave. I went off reviews here so I hope this helps the next mom.

Raul was very nice and helpful. The room was pretty big and descent. Unfortunately the a/c was not able to cool the whole room which was uncomfortable. Area is not the best location for a family stay but price for a day was affordable.

Very nice establishment and management friendly. Breakfast was ok enough. Much to close to railroad so quite noisy at crossings. Only real negative if a light sleeper.

They only had two face towels in the room even though my reservation was for five people. When we attempted to get more towels and sheets they gave us a very hard time. Every time! Then there big towels are cut in half. I’ve never seen that before. Their couch bed was disgusting and stains all over
- 2/5
Staff very rude at check in very little parking will not stay there again

Area unsafe. Ck in was pleasant. Room dirty covers, bathroom door unpainted. Train horns run every 15 min all night long. Marquee says "best property since 2005" !!! Not possible. Not happy at all!!
- 5/5
There was a problem with my reservation. When I got to the hotel, they could not find my reservation. The management looked for it for over 45 minutes. Even though hotels.com was of no help, the hotel management took care of everything.
- 5/5
I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and condition of the room. They also have a great channel selection as well.

Thereare train tracks immediately outside of the hotel. The trains run 24 hours. The trains all have horns. I literally slept 1.5 hours. Terrible, management unconcerned, told me I "should have read online reviews before booking."
- 4/5
Hotel was nice, the room smelled like pinesol which was assurance that it had been cleaned. The bathroom was small but big enough. The air conditioner worked great. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. Will use again
- 4/5
Very close to a busy railroad crossing and horns blew frequently.
- 5/5
Good location and price.
- 2/5
They upgraded our room for free and the room was nice, but it flooded in the middle of the night due to a rain storm. Between the many, many trains that blew by and the water in my room, it was not a pleasant stay.
- 3/5
Noisy location between major roadway and RR tracks, minimal breakfast possible unless you like waffles, if you just need a bed then it's ok.
- 5/5
Mr. Patel went out of his way to may sure our stay at is hotel went well.

This older hotel was in a shady part of town and right next to railroad tracks. Trains ran about once an hour and were very load...woke us out of a dead sleep. Thankful we only had to stay there one night.
- 5/5
Was very pleased with everything..Told manager we will be returning here.

Good economic

Arrived later at night and the manager, Rahul, greeted me by name and had everything ready for me. There were no more rooms available in the non-smoking section of the hotel with the beds we needed, so Rahul upgraded us to a queen suite at no charge for us. The room was super clean and had amazing new floors. Such a great experience at this hotel. 10/10 would recommend this hotel for any in the little rock area.

Hotel is right next to train tracks, so I woke up a couple times during the night.

The hotel is decent for the price.
- 4/5
Before our arrival, the staff called to confirm our arrival and upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge. The staff was very friendly and efficient upon arrival. The room was nice enough and having a fridge and microwave was an added bonus. The beds were comfortable. We could have used a couple more towels and wash cloths but didn't bother to call for more. On the downside, the train tracks are nearby so you do hear passing trains. It didn't bother me, but I slept pretty soundly. I would definitely stay here again.
