The smell on the comforter was so strong I had to turn it around to go to sleep. There wasn’t even 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. The other occupants were yelling/being loud through the night. I would NOT recommend this hotel, especially for someone with children

The lady at the front desk requsted a pet deposit after I presented my federal service animal badge, then demanded that she held our licenses until check out the next day. The room was filthy and had no amenities other than one body towel. The bed linen had not been changed from the prior guest and the sheets were soiled. There was broken glass with drug remnants on the floor between the couch and wall, and the sink in the kitchen area leaked all over the floor. There was loud fighting between several different guests in different rooms for hours into the night, with no hotel staff to alert. No phone was available for use, and our car doors were opened at some point during the night. This was the worst hotel experience of my life.

This was one of the unhealthy room I have ever stayed in. I slept on top of the covers in my clothes. I had the room booked for two nights. Stayed the first night and they wouldn’t allow me to cancel the last night. I lost that money but I didn’t stay. This place needs to be shut down…

The outer appearance somehow coincided with how the room looked as well! Something was flying around in my room the place was not worth $70 more like $25. I will never stay there again.

It was a drug house with prostitution ring. Service was terrible, didn't get the room that was ordered. Booked a king bed with nonsmoking and got two queen beds and a smoking room. Towels were dirty and wet. Shouting and banging occurred throughout the night. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The experience was terrible. First the curtains didn't close so I didn't have privacy then I had no remote control to watch TV for 2 days and the TV in the room didn't have a volume button so I couldn't turn down the TV and leave it had to be off or stuck on Golden girls I was unable to get help in regards to either issue from the help desk. The kitchen area was completely gross and the mattresses and sheets and towels had stains on them.

Front desk was unhelpful, we were going to be arriving late to the hotel so we called in advance to inform them and we were told to come earlier so we drove with uncertainty that we would even have a room to sleep in. The room was bad, cigarette burns in the bedding and stains on the mattress.

Not allowed to check in early even if there are obvious available rooms. When I finally was able to check into the reserved room, 4hours later, the room smelled like someone smoked in the room the entire existence of the hotel. There were holes in the bathroom door where someone kicked it. The curtains were beyond repair with filth...there was a dirty washcloth still in the shower and the refrigerator didn't work. The man at the front desk was rude, unknowledgeable, and not helpful at all

My experience was HORRENDOUS!!!! First of all the front desk associate couldn’t find my reservation even after showing him the confirmation email, the only room he had avaliable was a smoking room and I had requested non/smoking. Secondly I paid more for the room than the Travelocity reservation initially stated. Me and my baby were eaten alive by bedbugs, did not receive towels for two full days, had to endure other guest slamming door and fighting all night, the room floor had not been swept and mopped, and more disturbingly the manager did not care when these issues were brought to his attention! This was the worst hotel stay of my life!

It was good for what I paid had to go without clean towels the last two nights because housekeeping showed up while I was asleep and office said there wasn't any clean ones at that time other than that it was fine.

The front desk guy couldn’t find my reservation at first. I booked a non smoking room, but was told I had a smoking room. When I objected and showed him the reservation, he said they didn’t have any left and that I should just cancel and go somewhere else. Having been up and working since 3am that morning, I took the room instead of looking for another place. I should have canceled. The room looked fairly nice and had a kitchenette, but the towels looked like they hadn’t been washed and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. I was supposed to stay 3 days, but checked out after 2 because I couldn’t take the smell.

The hotel itself is ok, but the customers they allow to stay at their hotel is the issue, huge prostitution trafficking going on at this hotel, and management knows this, they live onsite, and just turns a blind eye. You hear pimps and johns all through the night.

This hotel is HORRIBLE! I paid for my hotel on hotels.com. when i got there, the owner argued with me saying i hadnt paid and was trying to charge me AGAIN. I had to call hotels.com customer service to get them to call the hotel. The owner is Indian and I couldnt understand a word out of his mouth. He was VERY rude. Later, the refrigerator in my room started smelling horrible. I went to complain because it smelled up the whole room and the owner said it was something I had put in there even though I had put nothing in the fridge. I ended up slamming the door behind him on his way out. I will NEVER stay here again and I wouldnt reccommend this hotel to anyone. It's in a bad neighborhood as well. very bad experience. there were also burn holes in the cover on the bed even though its a non smoking room.

We got another room which did not smell. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly but the motel is badly in need of renovation or replacement. The exterior doors did not lock and the elevator was scary. Also, we did not feel safe outside the motel. I would not book here again.

nice amenities included remodeled bathroom with 3 hooks, large bar of soap, nice sink/mirror area. not so hot was 5 light bulbs in room, but only 2 worked; got wakeup call at 7:45, but never requested one. The time given by the call was 7:15:( quiet hotel despite being by the highway; kind interaction with staff; beds were very comfortable; breakfast was your basic.
