I paid for a non-smoking room, and the smell of fresh cigarettes was terrible. But that wasn't the worst part; they gave me a FILTHY room. There were stains of personal fluids on the bed and pillows, a dirty refrigerator, and trash everywhere. When I complained, they didn't even apologize; they just gave me another room, and obviously, I couldn't sleep well or trust the cleaning. My body was itchy. The most disgusting experience I've ever had.
- 1/5
It was filthy and did not stay. Went in the room and live bugs. Everything was dingy dirty yellow color there looked to be poop stains on the covers. Would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY THERE!!!!
- 1/5
The staff upon checking in was unaware of Red Roof Inn’s two pet policy. Tried to say we had to pay extra fees for two animals. The main reason we stay Red Roof Inn is because of the two pet policy making it easy to travel with pets as needed. The room was filthy, missing the exhaust fan, missing a smoke detector, and when we ran the shower it leaked all over the floor plus the bathroom door handle was coming off the door.
- 3/5
Very limited in service N0 cofee or other common drinks Limited help from employees.
- 3/5
No breakfast or coffee! Beds had stains on sheets, opened up drawer to weed and tweezers and blunt wraps, tv didn’t work, remote was broken! Overall cheap hotel!
- 3/5
Pool was closed off Elevator not working
- 2/5
Elevator out of order. Put us old folks on 2nd floor. Light out in stairwell. I really was afraid we would fall. No coffee pot. No Kleenex. Small amount of toilet paper. Sliver of soap for 2 people. No shampoo or conditioner. One pillow. The rest were like throw pillows. Maid left dirty sheets in the chair. Shower would not turn on. Could have taken a bath but no plug to hold water. Will never stay at red roof inn again. Don’t like to complain but this was bad.
- 1/5
Towels was very nasty and undesired use for them. I found a bedbug in my bed. It gives ran down motel for drug addicts.
- 1/5
Yes I submitted all the issues to your subtotal email labeled “Red Roof Inn issues”
- 0.5/5
The manager a short Indian lady repeatedly ripped me off first of all she lied and said they did not honer online booking. Then charged me 50 extra for my service dog
- 1/5
This was not a good place to stay especially for the price we paid. The pool was closed for service during a hot week. The towels were stained, holes in the comforter, and the soap looked used. There was no breakfast provided either. We booked a two bed room in advance but they didn’t have it available for us. They faced a king bed instead with a suite but really we just wanted what we paid for: 2 beds. I do not recommend this place at all.
- 1/5
Worse experience ever. I will never come back here again. I’d advise anyone to not come here. Staff is racist. It’s dirty and nasty. Plenty of other things they won’t let me comment on here
- 1/5
Horrible, horrible, horrible. Do BOT stay here unless you need to. Person at check-in was very pleasant but at checkout lady was very rude and didn't care that we had a problem with our stay. Dirty towels, no working elevator and shower/bath didn't work. Couldn't shower because no way to turn on the shower head and couldn't take a bath with no plug included. Toilet paper holder broken and paper was just in the wall. Will not stay at a Red Roof Inn again, two bad experiences.
- 1/5
Would not recommend room had no smoke detector. Bathroom had no vent fan the hole was there and the wires were there looked like it had gotten hot and they had unplugged it. Towels were dingy and looked stained. Uneven floor coming out of bathroom. And a strong smell of cannabis every night at the entrance near the check in area. Also broken light in the light next to the bed bulb laying against the lamp shade. Can see this getting hot and creating a problem
- 1/5
Was charged a extra $60, and we could not stay the entire 2 nights because the beds hurt our backs so bad we couldn't sleep. We left in the middle of the night to go back home.
- 1/5
It was the dirtiest nastiest hotel room I’ve ever been in. I immediately requested a refund and had to go to another hotel

Poco ruido

We entered the room and say filthy towels so while my husband started to unpack the car, I took the towels to the desk and asked for clean ones. The clerk began a barrage of the most vile, filthy language. He said he was sick of people like me (an elderly, white woman!) And to get out of his hotel! Every other word was a vulgarity, or outright filth. He literally chased me down the hall way screaming and swearing to get that cat out of his hotel, that he was going to call the police. It was quite frightening and we feared for our physical safety. Hotels.com was able to get our money back, including the $50 he took. A nearby hotel took us in and told us they've had other people come in telling similar stories. We asked hotels.com if it is possible to eliminate this hotel from their list. No elderly handicapped person should ever be treated this way. This review page wont let me enter photos.

Would not honor reservation nor return my payment.
- 3/5
strange things we encountered: 1) $5 charge if you don't return the room key (this is the credit card plastic kind, not the old-school metal kind). This is beyond our understanding since at other places they tell you to toss or just leave the key in the room when you leave. The net result: 10 min to checkout at the front desk 2) TV remote didn't work; had to get front desk person to come fiddle with it (another 15 min) 3) no breakfast, despite other Red Roofs having it. This should figure prominently in the property description, not that we only find out about it after we are checking in 4) no guests -- we didn't have any guests but the concept seems weird in the US. 5) very old bathroom, with one itsy bitsy tiny mini-bottle of shampoo (the kind that is small enough to get thru TSA). Towels are threadbare and dingy gray color.
- 4/5
There was no breakfast. It was close to fast food restaurants. It was close to interstate and shopping.
- 3/5
It was ok but for $85 I kind of would have expected the mini fridge to be plugged in and cold not left open an hot. The AC was off so the room was as hot as out side.
- 2/5
First of all i never received my deposit back. I don't know why my price changed so many times from the time i booked the hotel in my app to checking in... the lady said if i just go thru her then I'd just be paying 102... but if i stayed thru the app it would've been 137. That's a no brainer right! WRONG!! AFTER THAT SHE INFORMED ME I NEEDED 150 SO I GAVE HER 160 AND SHE DIDN'T GIVE ME MY CHANGE THEN REQUIRED MY CARD AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME 125 FOR WHAT? AND THEN NEVER RETURNED IT! ALSO MY BROTHER IN LAW WAS VISITING FROM OUT OF TOWN I DIDN'T THINK ANY THING OF IT.. I WAS INFORMED WHILE WE STEPPED OUT SIDE TO SMOKE.... CAUSE WE DIDN'T WANT TO SMOKE IN THE NON SMOKING ROOM WHICH THEY WERE UNBELIEVABLE RUDE ABOUT INFORMING US. THAT IF MY BROTHER ENTERED THE HOTEL THAT WE WOULD BE KICKD OUT IMMEDIATELY...WE HAD JUST CHECKED IN 1 HOUR PRIOR TO THIS. THEY SAID FOR HIM TO BE THERE THEY WOULD NEED AN ADDITIONAL $24 THEN THEY ASKED HOW LONG HE WAS STAYING I SAID I DUNNO AND LET THEM KNOW HE WAS NOT STAYING WITH US OVERNIGHT. I TOLD THEM HE'D BE GONE BY 10 PM ISH? THEY SAID I HAVE TO PAY$ 28.00 RATHER THAN THE 24 WHICH WAS CRAZY TO BEGIN WITH...ALSO WHILE MY BROTHER WAS ON A BUSINESS CALL SMOKING OUTSIDE OF HOTEL HE WAS TOLD THAT HE NEEDED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY!!!!! I ABOUT LOST MY COOL! I JUST PAID AN ADDITIONAL 28.00 FOR HIM TO BE THERE TILL 10:00 PM. AND IT WAS 5:30 AT THIS POINT... HE ENDED UP LEAVING AT 6:30 PM NOT EVEN 10 WHICH I WAS NEVER REIMBURSED THE DIFFERENCE! .... THE

The room did appear to be clean! Number one priority. When I’m staying at a budget motel, my expectations are low. This property did not exceed my expectations.
- 1/5
There was a smell of sewage the whole night. We wanted a non smoking room and it smelled like we where the only ones that didn't smoke in it. The bathroom was filthy and the carpet was dirty. I was scared to cover myself with the bed sheets.
- 2/5
Charged $50 per night cleaning fee. Stayed 2 nights and did not have any maid service. Feel like I got ripped off. Sketchy part of town.
- 2/5
Everything broken. Bad maintainence
- 3.5/5
No cofee or breakfast.
- 3/5
I made the reservation months in advance. I confirmed I had a top floor weeks in advance. When I arrived they tried to give me a 1st floor. The room they gave me on the top floor had no towels or wash clothes. A pillowcase was missing. There was a stain in the toilet. The door to the bathroom did not close easily. One of the electrical receptacles had red paint (I hope) on it. The tv would not work because a password was missing. It took staff 30 minutes to fix the problem. On a positive note the room was quiet.
- 5/5
It was clean and the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
by the friendly staff. The hotel's ambiance is simply exquisite, with tastefully decorated rooms that offer both comfort and luxury. My room was impeccably clean. Last but not least, I would like to commend the hotel's staff for their exceptional service. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect..
- 2/5
Mold on the bathroom wall. Nothing like the pictures!
- 1/5
Bad area to stay. Very rude staff.
- 3/5
Stained sheets, pillow cases. No coffee pot. Very few amenities. Was better than sleeping in my car I suppose.
- 1/5
Unable to check-in hotel would not honor reservation from Hotels.com. Since we arrived after midnight we had to make another reservation directly with them and pay twice. Front desk suggested we call Hotels.com for refund. But they closed all reservations at midnight even though I hade guaranteed the room for late arrival. Regardless of this issue, at 1:30 a.m. there were approximately 25 people in the parking lot behind the hotel standing around in little groups smoking, sitting on cars. Not what you would expect to see at a hotel in a reputable neighborhood. Very unsettling situation and area. Avoid this hotel at all cost
- 1/5
Was turned down after reservartion was made because i have kids even tho i didnt need any extra room and then i was told i could re book the same kind of room at a 30 percent higher rate after i explained to him that it would be pointless because that would be the same exact type of room he proceeded to shut his door in my face with his clerk and they left me at the desk and did not come back i would like my refund and i will bot be coming back and i may file a complaint as well this is terrible i am coming from out of town and to get that treatmwnt when its already late at night leaves me scrambling to find another room
- 2/5
No shower!!! Couldn't get a receipt because it was booked online. We have stayed here several times and it has always been great. Not this time. Now we will have to find somewhere else.
- 1/5
The bedsheets had red & burn stains on them. The shower curtain had mold. I was suppose to stay 2 nights but I left after 1 night due to the uncleanliness of the facility.
- 1/5
Made accommodations at a competing inn in the city.
- 0.5/5
Everything it was dirty run down and staff was rude.
- 3.5/5
1. Counter check-in clerk appears not to readily know what reservations meant 2. I have a pending complaint regarding my security deposit not being completely returned.
- 1/5
Horrible place to stay from the guests services, to bugs, to cleanliness!!! Horrible
- 0.5/5
They wanted to charge extra for my 10 yr old son. I walked out
- 0.5/5
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
- 2/5
Also evidently not a good part of town as there was a double murder within 1200 feet of hotel.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Traveling with a senior dog to see specialist. They were very accommodating, gave me a ground floor room so I did not have far to carry her. The large room could not have been cleaner or more comfortable.
- 1/5
We did not stay after attempting to get on the elevator and the elevator was inoperative. Hallway carpets were very stained. Pool was covered and closed, breakfast area was storage for furniture and closed. Parking was very limited and a few shady people were sitting in vehicles facing front door appeared to be monitoring people walking in. No entrance except for front door. The desk Clerk was very nice though. Just very disappointed and felt unsafe in the hotel.
- 2/5
Property and rooms very shabby. I'm sure the linens had been laundered but they were badly stained. Not sure what's up with the trend toward small, square bed pillows. Had a heck of a time getting on the very slow internet.
- 1/5
VERY DIRTY left and stayed somewhere else.
- 2/5
Hotel in a very shady part of town, didn’t feel really safe, was concerned that car would either be stolen or broken into bu morning. People hang out in their cars doing who know what for hours and then leave. Carpet very dirty in halls and room really needs replaced
- 1/5
Had to pay again. they did not accept the reservation through CheapTickets. Cheap tickets charge me one price the hotel charge me again and a much higher price so I paid twice
- 3/5
Gave me an unrecognized charge without a notification.
- 1/5
The hotel is in terrible condition in a very bad area of town. I stayed 30 minutes and had to check out for safety reasons. This hotel should not even be available on Expedia. I tried to reach costumer service by phone to get my money back. after several hours on the phone I could never reach anyone. I should be refunded the money for this dump since it was not even good enough to spend one night. Please refund my card $94.77 ASAP.
- 2/5
The maid walked in at 9 am, no knock, just busted in while I was standing there naked, almost got attacked by my dog, in room phone wasn't working so yeah. Was not fun. Whole place smells like weed and cigarettes. People were knocking on doors all night, woman who were not guests were there for 30 min at multiple rooms, then leaving. 🙄. We all know what that means. Not family friendly, nor will i be returning.
- 3/5
Room was clean. I guess it was worth what I spent.
- 0.5/5
Not a thing Everything was outdated; the jacuzzi tub was out of order, the hotel was so close to the interstate the road noise was very loud. They didn’t mind charging me for the night despite me only staying about 10 mins.
- 1/5
I book this room after 12 am and rhey told me that i couldnt stay so I DIDNT NOT GET TO STAY AND EVERY TIME I TRY TO CALL HOTELS THEY HANG UP ON ME AND NOBODY CAN GIVE ME NO ANSWERS.
- 1/5
The room was dirty I paid online and they made me pay cash on site saying my card couldn't be charged because it didn't have my name on it yet the money was taken off my card. The pictures and discription were not of the room they gave me. They told me money would drop on my card and I still haven't received it!! I had to pay extra for my 2 year old daught plus a deposit. When I confronted them about the room the deny everything even after showing the reservation I made on here!! Never again
- 4.5/5
Close to everything needed Nothing
- 4/5
Very good

Management was very nice and helpful we had a nice stay

A bit expensive for one night but the guy at front desk was nice and cut me a break on the cash deposit. A bit expensive for one night but the guy at front desk was nice and cut me a break on the cash deposit.
- 2.5/5
Passable
- 1.5/5
It was the worse... the building wasn’t clean at all just neat the carpets were so gross it just didn’t make any sense and my room let just say I should have slept in my car if it wasn’t so cold. The furniture was worn out and nasty the bedding had all kinds of stains and holes. It just wasn’t worth the money spend. Nothing!
- 3/5
Outdated, clean but not impressively so. Could definitely use some improvements
- 1/5
Holes in the wall in bathroom. No person on reseption. Very used rooms.
- 1/5
This hotel is disgusting. There was no breakfast as advertised. There was mold in the shower, body hair in the shower and on the floor. The sheets were dirty. And to top it off it’s next to the ghetto, so we stayed awake worrying about our truck being broken into. The front desk was non existent. There was a phone number to call and then the person who was sleeping came out of a dark room and said y’all can leave when we said we were checking out. Absolutely terrible
- 4/5
Was disappointed by the small coffee service in our room. Sure wish I could have had at least 4 cups of coffee
- 4/5
Its fair for the price and location. We didn’t have any problems. They don’t charge extra for pets which is awesome.
- 4.5/5
The room was clean and quiet, and very restful. The staff was friendly and it was overall a very enjoyable experience. The staff was complying with pandemic requirements, so breakfast wasn't an option - but I'd prefer to see that over places pretending it didn't exist. There was a lamp in the room with a severed cord. The TV did not function well, requiring me to stand within 3 feet of the cable box in order for the remote to function. The RFID keycard to unlock the door was not as reliable or powerful as some of the other places I have stayed, requiring multiple attempts to unlock the door.
- 1/5
I went there to relax and was told I coulnt book because I disputed charged that I never knew of and messed up my whole weekend I hate this hotel and will never go back..And they make up their own prices
- 1/5
The rooms smell of Smoke, musk, mildew. No hot water except in the sink. The vending machines were empty. I usually like this place, has gone down since last visit.
- 4/5
It's an older building, but very well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In the new Covid world some amenities were not available which I was already aware of. The room was quite and beds comfortable.
- 1/5
Booked a room two weeks before my stay, ad said there was a jacuzi tub in the room. When i arrived i was told that despite reserving my room ill have to be put in a different room because they let someone else stay there the night before and it must be vacant for 24 hours based off of new Covid guidelines. After staying in a subpar room for one night i was finally allowed into the sweet that i reserved. Walked in, saw no jacuzi tub (whole reason i picked the room) and turned around and checked out. 0/5 stars, would not recommend.
- 1/5
As they called the room an asked who my grandkids were. They never explained that they would charge me $50 on top of the $70 I just paid for the room. They simply said okay and hung up the phone and later the next day I see and extra charge on my card that I DID NOT APPROVE FOR and it’s was the $50 I was not informed about if they had told me they would charge me extra I would have LEFT THAT DIRTY HOTEL. I am beyond upset and demand a refund.
- 5/5
Comfortable bed and linens. Nice lobby. Helpful staff.
- 1/5
I booked the room online because I was working in Hot Springs and the girl I was seeing was in Little Rock so I called and asked them if she could go ahead and check in if I sent them a copy of my ID and my credit card and they said yeah that was fine well apparently she used her friends ID by mistake I don't know but they refused to give me my money back for the room even after I called and requested to cancel it they just wouldn't hear it as a matter of fact the days inn by Wyndham in South Little Rock charge me for two nights when I canceled one night these hotels just don't want to listen when you tell them to cancel they'll tell you okay I've canceled it and they haven't and I'm pretty pissed off about it to tell you the truth it's f****** b******* that people like me that run a business and take care of an elderly sick grandmother got to worry about hotels stealing money from me when I don't even stay in their goddamn room
- 5/5
This was a wonderful hotel after a long day of driving. It was pet friendly which is what we need since we had a dog with us. The rooms AC worked perfectly along with the mini refrigerator. If in the area again, we would happily stay again. Thank you for the great nights rest!!!!
- 3/5
The beds were rock hard.
- 1/5
The room was filthy, food on the floor (we had 2 rooms and both were in the same condition), the sheets and blankets had hair and signs of recent use. The pool was closed and looked like it has not been kept up. Would never stay there again.
- 2/5
The room looked and felt dirty. The air conditioning was completely off when we got to our room and took over an hour to reach a somewhat comfortable level. The refrigerator was unplugged so again had to wait for it to reach a useful temperature. Parking was very limited due to construction vehicles. The pool was not opened.
- 1/5
The room was just Gross!!! Everything was dirty!! Floor, walls, bathroom was so dirty
- 4/5
Could be cleaner but comfortable.
- 3/5
The staff were lovely and doing their best. Common areas were pleasant and overall our room was as well. However, all the appliances had been unplugged and our bathroom had the filthiest shower curtain I’ve seen in years.
- 5/5
Its was great. The shower was amazing
- 3/5
Ice machine didnt work. At 4:30 in the morning the smoke alarm kept beeping low battery it took them 2 hours to just come and take battery out. The 2nd night the mini fridge didnt work and the air barely worked both nights
- 5/5
Clean rooms friendly staff i slept so good
- 4/5
They didn't serve breakfast
- 1/5
We were on a dance competition trip with over forty five people. Entering the hotel the manager who was also the housekeeper as well was pleasant and friendly. After checking in, my family and I went to the room to put our luggage up. Entering the room it smelled like someone just cooked noodles in the microwave. The microwave, fridge, bathroom, bed were all dirty. Not to mention there was still a Church's chicken box with food in it still left in the fridge. The clean towels in the bathroom were not so clean nor was the tub. The bed had hair and stains on the sheet and pillow. This room was clearly unacceptable. It was nasty, dirty and unsanitary. To not my suprise almost everyone's room was nasty and uncleaned. After going down to let the manager know and to get someone to clean the room, his professionalism maneursym changed. He became rude, disrespectful and a bully. He refused to give anyone their money back. He then told everyone that he would refund 1 night and this was the end of January and I'm still waiting and it's April now. So a dispute with the bank with my receipt that he was suppose to refund me and many others that he didn't. Management lies and tries to get over. Not to mention not only is the customer service is bad, but all around it suck. The rooms are nasty and filthy, and the location is a bummer.
- 5/5
booked through Hotels.com on the road, and the room was just what I needed.
- 2/5
Front desk was very nice however the hotel was old, not clean, and smelled funny. Beds were old and stained
- 5/5
Very happy and attentive staff, they wanted to make our stay great. We had our Lab with us and all was great.
- 5/5
It was a great location for someone traveling. Any store you could possibly need was within half a mile.
- 2/5
Will nit be returning.
- 5/5
Everything was good, no complaints on my end. Nice stay.
- 3/5
Not clean, poor breakfast
- 1/5
Broken door lock, toilet running, bowed floor, unsafe conditions, refund required
- 2/5
Stayed one night. I saw the spot on comforter and holes in comforter. I wasn't going to say anything until I discovered the mold in the tub and shower curtain the next morning. The faucet had not been cleaned from previous person. The was a used bar of soap on top of the mirror. I told the front desk about it at checkout. I even told her I wasn't looking to get any kind of refund. Her response was, why didn't you report it last night. Housekeeping will not believe me. I took the shower curtain down myself and soaked it with water so they could just put it back up.
- 5/5
It was a very pleasant stay! Best customer service & I will stay here again next time I'm in little rock!
- 1/5
The staff was rude, and we traveled with our 15lb dog and they said there is no extra fee. Once we checked in he charged me an extra 14$ for saying because we have a dog. Not just that he charged it twice on my account.
- 4/5
Excellent customer service and cleanliness. Only thing that prevented it from excellent was the breakfast which consisted of cold food and hard biscuits. Meat and eggs was not an option. Could have been much better to take care of customers.
- 1/5
Nothing was unique about this motel. It was shabby.
- 3/5
Clean room, nice bed, simple but quite and clean for the money
- 4/5
We stayed five nights but only received house keeping our last two night after we had to go down to the front desk and ask what was going on. We had to get our own towels from the front desk too because no one would bring us any. Shanica fixed all of our problems and was very polite. It smelled of weed most of our stay because of other guests but overall it was a decent stay.
- 2/5
Heating unit, terrible odor in our room, we checked in with another couple, their room had 2 1/2 full bottles of water and small amount of trash in waste basket, not full attention to cleaning in our opinions. We checked out with refund, perhaps with no problem because we had booked with Expedia.
- 3/5
Smelled stronglg of smokeing in a supossed non smoking
- 3/5
The area did not feel safe. The room had a strong mildew smell.
- 1/5
The room was very Hirt and messy. The bathroom was old and falling apart.
- 3/5
The bed was comfortable which is a real plus but it he furniture was kind of run down. I think what really bothered me was the breakfast. It was AWFUL. The coffee was bad too plus they didn’t have regular cream - only sweetened fake cream. Plus there was no conditioner for my hair.
- 5/5
The staff were great. Talked to me like I was a long lost family member, home at last!
- 4/5
Friendly and helpful people, good amenities for the money and location near the highway, restaurants and gas station make this a place I would stay at again.
- 1/5
Bus in bed very unclean hardly slept after finding little bug had red bites in two locations on back left and right shoulders was stopping for nite to go on to ft. Worth
- 5/5
We stayed somewhere else the first 2 nights but it was terrible so we booked at Red Roof and it was perfect!

The room was ok, the remote for the TV did not work, called the front desk, he came took a look said it was working. It wasn't working. Remote
- 1/5
It was not at all as pictured it smelled terrible and the staff was not great
- 5/5
I loved that they had a room with a jet tub. It's impossible to find a hotel room with one these days~
- 4/5
Breakfast wasn’t until 6am, but I didn’t know that because no one told us when we checked in. I woke at 5 & headed down there & was getting a drink when a female employ rudely hollered at me that “big-uh breakfast ain’t ready till 6”..I said I wasn’t aware of that & that I’d be back. Went down at 6, there was no cereal, no fruit out, just cold lumpy sausage gravy, half scrambled eggs, & hard dry biscuits.

Located directly in front of project housing, does not feel like a safe area at all.
