Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and convenient location. However, there are consistent complaints about the lack of free breakfast, parking fees, and issues with room amenities such as poor water pressure, funky smells, and uncomfortable beds.

Location Service No one was in restaurant
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay! The staff were polite, our room was clean, and the location in Downtown Little Rock was perfect! They don’t serve breakfast, so we found a cute little restaurant a few blocks away and ate breakfast.

Breakfast was expensive but good. There is a trolley stop nearby so I was able to ride the free trolley to and from the concert at Simmons Back Arena which was really convenient. The employees at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. I was traveling alone but felt safe walking downtown at night. I would stay at this property again.

It was close to the riverfront amphitheater. Perfect for the concert! The parking situation was not ideal. Came on same day as a festival and was hard to even drive down the road without hitting someone.

Great location and nice hotel.
- 3/5
I’ve stayed here a few other times & the beds are usually comfortable but this time it definitely wasn’t. Also the toilet was very low & the showerhead needs to be a rain type shower not just one small shower head.
- 5/5
Great location friendly staff to River market activities
- 5/5
Great hotel within walking distance to downtown and food / entertainment. Great park next to the river.
- 2/5
its a Starbuck but no its not I stay at courtyards to get a coffee in the morning before I leave we had 2 runs and got 3 cappuccino $8 each and then left they where un drinkable this is the first time I have ran into this and the girl said its a new machine 1 touch button and I knew I was in trouble what a waist of money and it was so bad. why would you do this to your customers that expect the same at any Starbucks
- 5/5
Clean, spacious room. Nice gym amenities. Lovely restaurant area.
- 5/5
A great property in the perfect location for our stay in Little Rock.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff and great location downtown.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 3/5
They’ve restaurant cooked did not show up so there was no breakfast in the restaurant.
- 5/5
Love staying at this place.
- 5/5
Always a great place to stay. The staff are always friendly.
- 5/5
It was a very good experience, especially since I was by myself for the first time. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend
- 5/5
This hotel is perfect for a night out on the town or a stay to enjoy other LR amenities. There’s so much to enjoy on the Rivermarket and your stay will allow you walk right out of your hotel into it. They have a nice bar and cafe. You can enjoy drinks on the back patio by the fire pits. My room was clean and the bed is extremely comfortable! 10/10 recommend. This is always my first pick when I’m looking to book in Little Rock.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Very friendly and loved sitting by their outdoor fire place.
- 5/5
Great location, with very friendly helpful staff!
- 5/5
This hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly!
- 5/5
Everything about this stay was nice! It was cozy and quiet, also close enough for me walk outside and grab a bite or site see!
- 3/5
The staff was nice though.
- 5/5
The room was clean and everyone that was there working was very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Great room! Very clean and quiet. Very friendly staff. Easy walking distance to Simmons arena and places to eat and drink. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Clean, convenient, great staff and bar.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Special thanks to their lovely and talented bartender, Emmeline with her knockout smile and expert pours. She's extremely gracious, easy on the eyes and has an awesome sense of humor. One of the most surprising things to me is how this little spot isn't more popular with the local crowd, with service like hers. Anyway, thanks for the comfortable stay. Next time I'm in Little Rock, I'll be sure to check in.
- 5/5
clean room. great service.
- 2/5
Sink in bathroom wouldn't drain, toilet ran entire time, had to hold handle down to flush, hot water didn't work either morning and I called first day and got tips on how to make it work, yet it didn't. Flight was changed and there was no option for a late check out...just irritating stay.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel. Very cleaned and maintained. Friendly staff. Convenient location withing walking distance of the Convention Center.
- 5/5
Great rooms and location but it’s the staff that make the difference at this hotel. Rosie, Mary, Candace and Keke were absolutely amazing! We had a small issue, not with the hotel, and they went above and beyond to help when they didn’t have too. Excellent staff!!
- 3/5
Staff was okay. Later arrival, didn’t finish putting code in for parking so we had to return to the front desk to remedy the situation. The cafe was out of most everything once the worker finally returned to the counter after we waited awhile then asked the bar tender who was too busy chatting with a diner, then the coffee machine in the room was broken. No coffee in the lobby for guests and the Starbucks drip was not good either. Won’t be choosing Marriott again any time soon. Second poor Marriott stay in under a week.
- 4/5
Quiet
- 5/5
The cleanest hotel always!
- 3/5
It was just ok.
- 2/5
There was no breakfast when I went downstairs to get breakfast. They said they couldn’t make anything because of the staff didn’t show up for work that day. Instead, I bought two coffees one for my wife and one for me and I bought banana muffin. We then had to go and find somewhere else to get breakfast which was very inconvenient in a town you’re not familiar with. Also, the shower had very little pressure. No place to park except for underground parking and that was another $11. In my opinion, we will not be staying here again, unless it is the very last resort.
- 3/5
Breakfast is not free you have to pay for your own breakfast and there is not a large menu. It’s like a coffee bar with muffins and stuff like that. There is no free breakfast so whatever the bull crap they tell you is a lie.. also streetside Park is only good till 8 AM so you’re basically forced unless you’re leaving at 8 AM in the morning and most people don’t to pay for the $20 garage fee. They leave this out too and you don’t get your money
- 5/5
Vert clean room and friendly staff!
- 5/5
Staff was amazing, the room was perfect and they stay was great!
- 5/5
Room was cleaned every day and the room was huge. TV was clear and easy to set up our Amazon. Staff was all very nice.
- 3/5
Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was clean. Furniture broken down. Loud when trying to sleep. When ppl open their doors it sounds like someone trying to break in to your room. Ran lawn equipment very early and that also disturbed sleep.
- 5/5
Room clean, quick moving and the staff were helpful
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
The room and hotel was beautiful! And clean and MODERN! Right next to flying fish and some nice upscale/ casual restaurants! If I ever come back to Arkansas! I’ll be staying here Plenty of street parking with a few from 8am-6pm and the hotel parking is only like $11.00 a night
- 5/5
The bed itself was great but I didn’t care for the pillows
- 2/5
The staff the night we arrived were great. We ate at the cafe and the food was suprisingly good. The second night we were there they did not supply us with towels. I had three guests and they only had 2 bath towels upon check in. I normally dont complain so it kinda was whatever. When we checked out the person at the desk was on their phone. Took the keys said do you want a reciept and then the second we left she was back on the phone. We walked down the street for brealfast by the time we got back from breakfast they had deactivated our parking pass so we had to pay 24 bucks to get out. We had 2 cars so that 48 bucks. I called the front desk for an explanation and they said they dont own the parking garage (attached to their hotel that they ask you to park in) and there was nothing they could do. Left a review with Marriot and they basically said too bad. So Im out 50 bucks for parking. But the bed was at least comfortable.
- 4/5
The room/hotel was nice, however, I had two concerns. The room was not "cleaned" each day (yes, the bed was made). Also, whenever anyone in the immediate area (next door or upstairs) flushed their toilet, I could hear it in my room. As a light sleeper, this was somewhat annoying.
- 3/5
Real nice room but no hot water. Front Desk did not give us another room just said they would send maintenance the next day
- 5/5
Had a great room
- 5/5
The hotel was great. The staff was terrible.
- 5/5
The stay was excellent
- 5/5
Very nice staff
- 5/5
The parking was easy but it didn't look very safe the rooms were clean we did not eat breakfast
- 5/5
The courtyard used a public parking lot, which was adjacent to the property and easy to use and access. It was very convenient and well lit.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
It was great.
- 5/5
Staff from check in, bar and bistro areas were very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 5/5
Our room was very clean. However, on Saturday morning I found the room was missing blow dryer. I was about ready to walk down to the front desk to ask for one, when one of the maids saw the look on my face and asked me if I needed anything. Through Google translate I told her my room was missing a blow dryer. She responded through Google translate that she would notify her Supervisor at once. I barely returned to my room when there was a knock on my door with a brand new blow dryer! I was profusely thanking her for her super service.
- 5/5
Good stay, good service.

Hotel Staff were very helpful and nice!
- 5/5
Great place in Rivermarket distrcit
- 5/5
Really nice and clean. Little confused when had to park. But staff helped me
- 4/5
DO NOT GO OUT AFTER DARK! This property is fine during the day, with a little shopping and dining options around. LOOK OUT….after dark, it is NOT safe, although there seemed to be a plethora of police presence. Of course it was a Saturday night, but will probably NOT stay downtown again in LR. OH…..hotel was great with friendly staffers!
- 4/5
Nice
- 5/5
Excellent property for both location and services.
- 5/5
Over all great.
- 5/5
Really nice lobby and room. I have stayed here a couple times and will again. Love the patio out back too.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, easy parking, walkable shopping and dining. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Parking, parking, parking.
- 4/5
The doorman greeted us promptly and was very pleasant and helpful. The front desk clerk on the other hand was unwelcoming to the point of being sullen, did not greet us when we entered and spoke in mumbled monosyllables. Obviously having a bad day.
- 5/5
Really helpful staff. Try their very best to help.
- 4/5
Hotel was great. Unfortunately it was a Sunday and 99% of the shops and restaurants were closed 😔
- 4/5
Always like staying here
- 5/5
We stayed on Friday and Saturday night. Friday night was noisy outside with cars and motorcycles reaving up their engines. There was also a possible homeless person who was flashing us across the street and then came up to our car while we were trying to pack back up to leave. We had our grandchildren with us and this was not something we wanted them to see. The hotel staff was great and they were outside with us trying to get the lady away. One went back in to call the police to have her picked up....this was very much appreciated.
- 5/5
The room was huge and clean. The front desk help was super friendly. And the parking was covered and included. Couldn’t have been better.
- 5/5
The location is excellent
- 5/5
I did not like that breakfast wasn't included nor was parking. Everything else was great!
- 5/5
Always hospitable! RT
- 5/5
The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean.
- 5/5
A great room for our overnight stay, no issues, ease in finding a restaurant for dinner.
- 5/5
This was our 2nd stay here in 2 years. The hotel was clean and convenient. Room was large and spacious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location felt safe. We walked to dinner 2 nights. Coffee bar with pastries was nice. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Little Rock again.
- 5/5
The second stay we got the room with 2 queens and a pull out a couch which made 3 beds in one room - a family of 5’s hotel dream come true 😆 The courtyard outside was a nice addition for 3 young kids who had been trapped in the car for 12 hours that day and the little bistro in the lobby was super convenient and delicious! Would DEFINITELY stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly
- 4/5
No restaurant in hotel. Just a bistro with little options. Felt unsafe walking alone in the evening.
- 3/5
The area around was a little rough but did offer lots of restaurants and things to do. You park in a parking garage behind the hotel which is fairly common for downtown hotels but not the most convenient for people with a lot of luggage - especially people with several small children and their luggage also in tow. Overall a good hotel and I would stay there again.
- 5/5
The desk agent was lovely. Rachel was accommodating and very patient. I had made a reservation for my colleague Elliot, and there were issues with the original flight and connecting flight from Florida to Arkansas. I spoke with her several times within a 2-hour time span. She was kind, patient, and very empathetic, demonstrated true customer care, she was next level. Thank you, Rachel
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Very accommodating. Excellent communication!
- 4/5
Other than that, the staff was nice and everything was clean.
- 5/5
It’s a convenient hotel on the Rivermarket
- 1/5
Experience was horrible stayed there for my Birthday to start out the room I requested I was told wasnt available was after I clearly seen them give out rooms on 6th floor and elevators werent working so we had to walk from the 5th floor parking all the way around the building to front door that was ridiculous
- 5/5
Great Location, Friendly Staff, Clean!!
- 2/5
Parking is in a garage not attached to the property, lot of homeless in the area, first room we checked into had soaking wet carpet. We were able to move rooms thankfully. No trash bags in the rooms and the shower made a very loud noise in the pipes. No pool either. Wouldn’t stay here with my two young children again.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Very helpful staff, good food and very comfortable lobby.
- 4/5
Nice hotel good price and location
- 4/5
Also all the elevators leading from the parking garage to the hotel were broken when we got back Friday night. One was working Saturday morning when we checked out.
- 5/5
Comfortable room. Very clean. Easy access to downtown
- 5/5
The only thing that I was disappointed about is the rooms not having a microwave or having the full sized mirror in the bathroom instead of the room. Other than that everything was great. Oh and a small continental breakfast would be great too😂😂😂😂
- 5/5
Just perfect
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Have stayed here several times. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel staff was helpful. Nice lobby. Very convenient location!
- 5/5
Always consistent and always clean 👍
- 5/5
Great location! A lot of eateries and things to do walking distant. Would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Great folks nice hotel. In house Bistro was a little lacking and kidda $$$. Other than that it was great.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Nice stay.
- 5/5
Great property!
- 5/5
The convenience of being able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was very polite and helpful when ever we asked them any questions.
- 5/5
It was a very clean hotel. I loved that both sides of the bed had USB ports to charge devices
- 4/5
No issue with my stay
- 5/5
The staff were friendly and the room was clean. There's limited street parking, but a parking garage attached to the back that's not too expensive. Walking distance to the river was nice.
- 3/5
Check in was at least 15 min because some rude woman was yelling at the clerk and we stood there while she kept trying to explain something. I know it wasn’t the clerks fault but after I walked up closer and had my id ready then she decided to ask if she could put the person on hold to check someone in.. this was after trying to check me in while still on the phone and I couldnt understand what she was whispering to me. Then the toilet roll holder was broken and apparently they knew because the roll which was used was barely on the holder and it fell when we used the bathroom. Also the metal tray for the shower was just standing against the wall… the next morning we tried to get more bath towels (since our room of 4 only had 3 towels) we were told the entire facility was out and there was no way to get more until housekeeping arrived. Were we supposed to bring our own towels? Funny because I went down a couple hours later and a manager (I guess) said yea I’ll get you some right now. I told her I myself had to dry off with hand towels because we were told of “no towels on the premises” she looked like she was shocked but hopefully they will address with employee to make sure they assist guests in the future
- 4/5
Room was very spacious & clean. A couple of small issues with cleaning staff. They left no hand soap and very little toilet paper. Also had problems with my parking voucher not working but this was resolved on the 2nd day. Will definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
The rooms were very spacious, clean. Bathroom was well lit, The staff was friendly. We did have problems with our A/C. The maintenance guy was very friendly. He did state that something was wrong with the a/c in our room. We remained there for the length of our stay because we did not want to move all of our stuff to another too.The manager called me on the Monday to see about our complaint. She did not give us credit off for the nights we stayed uncomfortable which was disappointing. She gavw me points on my Bonvoy account. Other than that it, its conveniently located near lots of restaurants in walking distance.
- 5/5
Close to arena
- 5/5
Very well maintained. Updated rooms. Great beds!

Before I first arrived I had called and asked if their was any available parking in front of the hotel so I could check in and bring some luggage in and I was told yes their is available pull up parking in front of the hotel. When I got to the hotel this wasn’t the case. I parked a long ways away and made multiple trips to get my luggage. Then I had toilet issues I called the front desk and they said they would bring me a plunger in 5 to 10 mins. I checked out the following day and it still hadn’t showed up yet. I couldn’t use my toilet and it still hadn’t been addressed yet. I’m very disappointed especially with how much this hotel stay was.
- 5/5
Staff was great and the room was large. Within easy walking distance to the FSB Amphitheatre. Great stay!
- 5/5
The property was well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is within walking distance of several restaurants/bars.
- 5/5
Overall very enjoyable experience. Comfortable and clean rooms. Lovely lobby and outdoor seating. Safe was very pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
Had some issues with the TV working, the Maintenance man did everything to fix the problem. The fridge work great, would have liked to have a micro in the room. The staff keep the room spotless and the lady at the front desk were vwry friendly
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Everything about my stay was so easy! Sharonda at the front desk was peak customer service and made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. Everything about the hotel was so clean and so nice and very comfortable! Also love that it’s literally next to flying fish! 10/10 would stay again and again
- 5/5
Clean and nice facility with a great staff
- 3/5
The room was spacious. I had to go to the lobby to get sheets and a pillow for the pullout bed. They tv volume, even as 100, was like a soft whisper. I called to see if they could send maintenance, they never showed, find out at check out nothing was ever recorded about my request. The pillows suck, but this is almost every hotel these days.
- 5/5
It has just been renovated. Everything is so beautiful and clean.
- 5/5
Overnight stay. Excellent location.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly and it is in a good location. The beds and pillows were not comfortable, kept running out of hot water, and asked for extra blankets and was told that there was none. Did run into a housekeeper the next day and asked her for some extra towels and she was friendly and brought them to us immediately.
- 5/5
More than anything else the staff and personnel were EXCELLENT ! Everyone we interacted was polite, happy, and went above and beyond to assist. My wife and I have stayed at over 100 hotels and this staff is one of the best we ever encountered. Please make sure they have a chance to see this review.
- 5/5
Outworldly experience while staying in downtown Little Rock. This will always be my go to in the future✝️
- 4/5
Everyone was very helpful and nice. Room was clean and enjoyable. Will stay here again. Thanks! Mike
- 4/5
Hair dryer was missing. Trash can was missing. Had to switch rooms on last night as there was water running in a pipe that couldn't be located or quieted. Starbucks disappointing. Best thing was the "Flying Fish Restaurant" next door. I feel like the "Courtyard" Marriotts have slid down hill, they used to be great.
- 5/5
Love this property! Have stayed here twice within a month! Super convenient!
- 3/5
Coffee maker in the room didn't work, then when I asked for coffee in the lobby it was not ready after 15 minutes and I had to leave.
- 4/5
AND - please put some kind of a mirror by a plug somewhere else in the remodeled rooms. If you are trying to get 2 people ready, a steamy shower bathroom is not ideal for makeup and curling hair. Otherwise, the new color scheme and lay out is terrific. I liked having the king bed evenly across from the AC/Heater. It was perfectly distributed for a comfortable sleep.
- 5/5
Down town , close to arena
- 4/5
Excellent location. We are repeat customers at this hotel.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay!
- 5/5
Parking, not so great, but understandable in that area.
- 1/5
None of the exterior doors were working, and you had to walk from the parking garage (to the rear of the building), all the way to the front. This was highly uncomfortable due to it was cold and rainy, and had to walk the front area of the building with no cover! There was also construction being done on the floor above me, and they made noise until 10 pm! When I got up the morning after the Super Bowl, I went to take a shower and there was no hot water in the shower. The sink had scalding hot water, but only cold in the shower!!! Not the experience I expect from a Marriott
- 3/5
The property on the second floor was under constructions so to their defense I can understand the condition but would have been better.
- 4/5
Parking isn't free nor is coffee!
- 4/5
Nice place. Great location with nearby dining and entertainment within walking distance.
- 2/5
I paid decent money to stay and when I arrived from out of town that’s when I was told about not having water from 10am -3pm… on a Saturday… that’s a big deal and stayers should be notified before arriving.
- 5/5
Awesome hotel. Would definitely stay here again
- 4/5
Very nice and quaint.
- 5/5
The only downside was there is only a mirror in the bathroom, which was a bit of a hassle with three girls all trying to get dressed at the same time. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in LR
- 5/5
Visited for the Clinton Library and could walk there. Great steak restaurant across the street.
- 5/5
The entertainment district was cute and clean. Plenty of dining options. The hotel itself was very clean and we had no problems while we traveled for a wedding.
- 3/5
The room was very clean and cozy, but the shower head was broken and water spewed all over the bathroom floor.
- 4/5
Showers were cold
- 5/5
Property is well maintained and easily accessible from highway. How ever transportation in the area was limited.
- 4/5
THere was some renovations going on on the floors and the entrance from the parking garage was broken and had to walk around to the front of the building
- 4/5
Stayed here over New Years , staff is the nicest , had a great time.
- 5/5
They have updated things apparently. Was very nice and smelled good
- 2/5
We moved rooms do to no hot water and the next room also had no hot water
- 5/5
It was a pleasant trip clean rooms great location close to resturaunts bars and tons of other things to do.
- 2/5
My stay here was trying. My first room had a broken sink, and my second room had a broken toilet. I was eventually settled into a room that met the basic standards you would expect from a hotel, though my first room had a sofa and the second room did not. Some basic ammenities at the hotel were not functioning. There was a filtered water fountain on my floor that had no water running to it. There were bags of ice in the freezer, but I really don't like the idea of somebody else handling and transporting the ice up there. I made it work, but I expected better for my money.

- 5/5
Nice updated clean and reasonably priced for the downtown location
- 4/5
Nice hotel, but in the process (and need) of a remodel.
- 3/5
I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Room was dated. TV was on a pull out rod to turn toward bed and was awkward to use. Tub had dirt ring around it. Toilet flushed slow. Limited outlets and no usb outlet. Pretty sure there was blood droplets on sheets. Thank goodness I was able to go get some at the store
- 5/5
Easy to get a room at reasonable prices
- 4/5
Is a nice place, you has everything close to you
- 5/5
We were thrilled with having this wonderful place downtown with many places within walking distance. The staff was wonderful; friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The only downside was paying for the parking.
- 5/5
It was clean the staff was very very nice what I didn’t like about it that yall didn’t have swimming pool and the rooms I was is had rust in them
- 5/5
Our stay was relaxing!
- 5/5
Good experience, front desk staff was great very sweet
- 5/5
This is going to be my forever hotel there. The staff is amazing, Kyle is a great bartender, there is a locals bar next door. Clean comfy, and across the street from a science museum for kids.
- 5/5
It was a Nice weekend
- 3/5
Overall old and dirty facilities and average cleaned rooms. Parking is conveniently located but costs extra.
- 5/5
It just overall the best hotel I have stayed at.
- 5/5
Everything was great except for parking.

The property is older and it shows. Also it’s dirty. The first room we were given had hair and crumbs in the bed. Switched to another room that had hair in the shower. The sink was super slow to drain. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. It’s convenient to everything which is a plus but for a Marriott brand it’s disappointing.

The toilet did not flush properly and then the handle fell off.

Two couples staying overnight for a concert at Simmons Bank arena. Easy to find, smooth check-in. No valet; only self parking in garage behind hotel. Location is walkable to arena. Close to restaurants & bars. Great stay.

Very nice. Staff was very friendly and informative. Only drawback was no continent breakfast. Would stay again.

The hotel was wonderful however, we had to pay for parking and there was no microwave in the room or lobby. There is an onsite bistro and bar. Breakfast is available for purchase. Outdoor patio was beautiful

Bisto prices a bit high.

Only had a brief stay here. My check in was delayed due to travel issues, but communication with the hotel about delayed check in was easy and warm. The hotel offered me a late check out, which was really welcome. A nice comfortable stay in a great location. Would recommend.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. However, we ran out of tissues in our room, and asked for a new box of tissues at the front desk. No tissues were ever sent up to our room.

Perfectly located to the venue we were visiting.

Although no dining room, they do have a small vending alcove with sandwiches, chips, etc... In addition, they do have a coffee shop with breakfast breads, ect... Easily walkable to a variety of dining establishments.

Every time I visit Little Rock, I stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. I consider it a pretty safe area! Barbara, at the front desk, was very nice, professional, and polite. She signed me up for the rewards program because I come to this hotel often. Thank you, Barbara!

Super nice staff!

i really didn't like that the parking garage was behind the building. The garage was safe and well lit. I wasn't prepared to pay $11 a day to park. It was fine, cheaper than alot of cities. It was just awkward

The hotel very clean and I loved the location, it was walking distance from just about everything we wanted to do.

Tried to call the front desk about ice, but the phone rang over 5 times. It was never answered. Finally another guest told me where the ice was located. Would stay again as a good deal for the price.
