I frequently stay here when I am traveling to Little Rock - it's always clean and the staff is welcoming. It's a close walk to the convention center.
- 4/5
We stayed for two nights. We used the valet parking. All the staff at Valet were very friendly. The roof top restaurant was closed due to remodeling. It was very quiet for the most part except the fire alarm went off the first morning. When we asked about it they first told us it was a test but then it ended up being the engine room was overheating. We would stay there again if we are ever in the area.
- 5/5
The valet workers were EXCEPTIONAL.
- 4/5
The hotel room and lobby were clean, but having to pay 27 dollars a day for valet parking, especially being that this is their only parking was not pleasant. The pool is not very clean and the light in it was starting to hang out.

Everything was great about my stay. I had slight confusion on where to go for parking, but got it sorted out. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean. I'd stay here again.

Love the place ❤️ clean and spacious! Only thing I don't like about it is u got to pay for water bottles that sitting in the room for 2 dollars if u not a current member of a club or something.. I see u got to pay for parking when u get a room there it should be for free or u gotta find a free parking on weekends.. snacks 4.50 and up all in all as the rooms and staff great people... u gotta pay for for breakfast even if u get a room

Room was very clean. Great location in downtown Little Rock. Easy walk to restaurants and bars.
- 5/5
The room and bathroom were clean. The shower was hot. They upgraded us to a city view room and the staff is extremely friendly! The pool is heated but not really, so, it was cold. They also only have valet parking which is another $30. The location is also good for downtown.
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff was extremely helpful. Will be back ..

The hotel was clean and the breakfast (that you can purchase) was delicious, but be aware the hotel does not have free parking available.

No hot water for a shower in the morning.
- 5/5
Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. Very prompt with request. Very clean. We loved the indoor pool. The proximity to our events were perfect and great local places to eat and walk for shopping and relaxing. Valet parking was fabulous. Thank you all for a very nice stay. We will return
- 3/5
The rooftop bar was closed for renovation. If I had known that ahead of time, I would have selected a different hotel. Additionally, there was a gas leak during our stay which caused the shower to not have hot water, and breakfast was significantly impacted as well.
- 4/5
It took over an hour to get checked in. I guess they were short staffed
- 4/5
Nice hotel friendly staff. Shame roof top bar wasn’t open

We stayed here for the marathon & it was perfect. The location is only a couple min walk to the starting line, the rooms are clean, bed comfy, & the shower was really nice. I locked my self out after running the marathon & staff got me right back in, I was so grateful. My only critique would be that the rooftop bar is closed & they don’t offer room service. All the staff we interacted with were lovely. I’ll be back next year!
- 5/5
Spacious room, great shower, comfortable bed, quiet, and great location for marathon
- 5/5
All good.

- 5/5
The staff was amazing.
- 3/5
People were extremely noisy couldn’t sleep at all at night from the outside noise. Probably wouldn’t book again, parking was non existent and there was a valet fee 30% of the room cost or you had to find something in the street. Overall 2 stars
- 5/5
Service was great including the valet parking service. Room was comfortable. Carpet was beat up and needs replacing otherwise a nice place.
- 5/5

- 5/5
The bar was amay
- 5/5
TV was frustrating a little and then went out of service but that was a directv issue. Note when booking, this is a valet parking hotel. Arrival line was a little hectic as it is a small area.
- 5/5
Room was clean and quiet. Staff are nice. Facility is modern
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the hotel was within walking distance from great restaurants. This hotel was clean, quiet, and the location was perfect!

You request your ride whenever you need your car! I enjoyed my stay, definitely will stay again.

Front end mgr so professional and kind!!!
- 5/5
Clean nice property. Easy check inn. Valet parking only.
- 5/5
Great environment
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and room was clean. Very convenient if you want to walk to river market. If you don’t want to use valet, there’s a parking garage at the bottom of the same street. There’s like even a little bodega very close. Really like the location. I booked this hotel because of all the amenities but didn’t use. The only critique I can give is to have the pool open later than 9pm. I like to go when all the kids are in bed or maybe have a no kids after 8pm policy
- 5/5
Everything was clean and very comfortable.
- 5/5
Very nicely renovated hotel! We enjoyed the pool, the beds were comfy, and the rooms were spacious. Expedia had that parking was an amenity, but it was not. You have to valet for $30 a night. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location.
- 5/5
Pleasant and quiet location conveniently located in the heart of the city.
- 4/5
Very nice room! Comfortable and large enough.
- 4/5
Excellent service- questions answered, remote wasn’t working in room, called front desk and he brought me a new remote right away
- 4/5
Hotel is very nice and rooms and bathroom are spacious for a new hotel. Only downfall is the required valet service. Sometimes they are readily available others you have to search for help. You can tell it’s a reoccurring theme by the reactions from the front desk.
- 5/5
Indoor pool.
- 5/5
Loved the rooftop bar upstairs. Great service and rly good food. Room was clean and comfy. Staff was friendly. Great location! Able to walk to many different places.
- 5/5
Cleanest downtown hotel I’ve stayed in.
- 5/5
Easy and quick check in. Clean room. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
The staff were very nice at this location. The lobby was very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
Indoor pool below average. Valet is convenient but $30. So limited parking. No rooftop bar (under renovation) so no where really to chill outside, no patio.
- 4/5
Attempted to contact a Manager when the Valet service was overwhelmed and taking a very long time for multiple guests, but was told no manager was available.
- 5/5
Great desk & team staff, excellent breakfast chef,
- 4/5
I like everything except for the fact that you have to pay for breakfast when every other hotel is already included in your state so for the simple fact if I'm going to pay for breakfast I might as well go to a restaurant Denny's The waffle House or the corner if I got to paint
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable place, nice roof top bar/restaurant with great service and breakfast is above average for hotel dining.
- 5/5
This hotel was very nice and clean the location was excellent. The roof top bar the two bartenders Karen and I’m not sure the young man’s name were AWESOME!!! I would give them a ten if I could. The waitress was also nice. This hotel was exceptionally pleasant and clean, with a great location. The rooftop bar was fantastic! The two bartenders, Karen and the young man whose name I can’t recall, were incredible. I would give them a ten if I could. The waitress was also very friendly.
- 5/5
Very good staff and valet.
- 3/5
We enjoy the location and the cleanliness of the room. Our biggest problem was parking, the hotel doesn't offer guest parking you either have to pay for valet or pay for garage parking. Location doesn't have much free parking around it. We enjoyed hanging at the rooftop bar food there was average but vibe was cool. Also wish they offered a complimentary breakfast but again you have to come out of pocket for that as well.
- 5/5
Super cute and clean. Good location.
- 5/5
Easy parking
- 5/5
Clean, and quiet-
- 1/5
I would like a refund. I had a horrible experience during my stay and so far the hotel and Expedia has refused to remedy this. It was insanely noisy until 4am with loud music, yelling and slamming doors the first night. I was unable to rest. We went to the rooftop bar which was very busy. The service was absolutely horrible and it was very dirty. They were also playing very vulgar rap music. It took nearly an hour to get our 1st round of drinks. The second night was quieter and I tried to rest but that’s when I was able to discover just how uncomfortable the bed was. I could not sleep at all. It was definitely not the experience I paid for. These are things I would expect at a Motel 6. I would like a refund from my stay.
- 5/5
Hotel room was very clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Everything was great, check in was easy and fast. My room was under the roof top bar so it was loud, but I turned up the TV and fell right asleep
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
Everything was great, except for the shower gel was too high for short people. And, I was used to being or having a complementary breakfast at all the other facilities I’ve ever stayed at this was the first hotel that I had to pay for breakfast which I did not I ate elsewhere.
- 2/5
The check in service and the rooftop bar service was terrible. Not many options for parking. The hotel was okay. I paid extra on Expedia to pay for breakfast but the staff knew nothing about it, it doesn’t show up on the reservation. We will not be back to this location.
- 5/5
I stayed here during the Little Rock Marathon weekend and loved the convenience of this location! The staff was friendly and my room very clean & comfy.
- 3/5
The heat didn’t work in the suite I was in I felt like I was sleeping outside
- 5/5
The staff went above and beyond.
- 5/5
Beautiful property very clean and breakfast was amazing plus valet was amazing
- 5/5
It felt like home.Felt very safe as well
- 5/5
Great location. Very clean
- 3/5
It was the simple things that were handled poorly. Bad signs to tell you it’s valet only and then you made me go get my car to pull it up front instead of just checking in. I offered to still pay and had the license plate because I was in a big hurry. Then took 15 min to sort out getting the car valeted and checked in. I had to literally jog to and from my room and the valet then screwed up finding my car. Went to leave and requested car ahead of time and the wait was bad again. The guy struggled to check me out it seemed. Everyone was friendly and the facilities were very nice which is why I prefer Hilton’s when I travel, but I was disappointed in the poor organization and training. I will still happily go back, but wanted to leave an honest review of why I’m a 3 star and not my typical 4-5 of hiltons
- 5/5
Had a very nice 2 bedroom suite that was absolutely perfect for our family of 4.
- 5/5
Very clean room, staff helped me a lot and have zero complaints.
- 5/5
Great room and very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Customer service was great! Great variety for snacks and drinks in the lobby. You must try the rooftop bar and kitchen on the seventh floor! Food was delicious. Bartender and server were super nice! They went above and beyond for my spouse and I but mostly me. LoL. We went semi late and there weren't many people. So, they let me listen to the music a little louder than normal, so I could sing along and enjoy the early 2000s r&b/hip-hop station. They enjoyed the music and my jokes with me. Definitely a great hotel experience!
- 5/5
Great place with very nice staff. The bar on the top was a nice place to spend time with the family kid friendly also love that
- 5/5
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Jay was kind, understanding, and a great help! He deserves a raise.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff.
- 4/5
Never looked at mine as it was 5am....worked out over $70+ for 3 draught beers.
- 4/5
Overall, the day was great. The location wasn’t the best but we weren’t staying for the location just passing through. We did enjoy the room. It was very spacious and slept all eight of us. There was no parking and it was very busy so we had to do the valet parking which cost about $27.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 5/5
the 2 bedroom corner suite has a large seating area and a micro kitchen. The stocked snacks were very welcome! Worth mentioning that parking is valet only,
- 2/5
Our room literally flooded at midnight. Water everywhere. Guessing from the rooftop kitchen. Property staff didn’t care. $260 plus a night for crappy rooms and service. No included breakfast, not even offered after being up all night moving kids to another room. I’ve stayed here a few times and I’m always disappointed. Roof top bar…Expensive and overrated. Required valet service for our car but was then mailed a parking violation notice a month later bc valet didn’t do it properly. $60 fine parking fine?! I prefer the residence inn or Marriott in Little Rock. I stay in hiltons across the world and this one is such a joke.
- 5/5
Overall experience was amazing for the little amount of time that I was in Little Rock. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.
- 5/5
Was a great stay!! The rooftop bar/grill on the 7th floor is simply awesome!! Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Great property!
- 3/5
The rooms were clean and comfy. The location is within walking distance from several locations we wanted to visit, so it was disappointing to have such a horrible experience with staff.
- 4/5
The room was very nice and clean. The closet area and coffee/refrigerator was convenient and neat. The rooftop lounge was awesome!
- 1/5
Unable to solve a reservation issue
- 4/5
Our stay at this location was really great -- easily walkable to many locations in the area -- museums/restaurants, etc. The room was very comfortable except for the 'sound bleed' from the rooftop bar/music into our room at night (we were on the 6th floor). To cover that noise, we turned the AC fan on high and lowered the temperature so it would mostly remain running. The 'pulsating beat' of the music was what carried most into our room.
- 5/5
Exellent
- 5/5
Rooftop bar, fried green tomatoes and drinks, excellent!

Loved that we were able to secure transportation to and from a concert venue

We had a relaxing stay. Comfy beds. Nice walkable area.
- 4/5
Wonderful hotel, friendly staff and very clean. My only complaint is beds are too firm. However, I enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
Very close to several food options as well as access to the river market and amphitheater. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.
- 3/5
Clean hotel, great breakfast, friendly staff, comfy beds. Only big downside was LOTS of music/noise going late into the night from somewhere nearby.
- 4/5
The walking distance to a few restaurants and the park.
- 5/5
I love everything!!!
- 5/5
Close to the museums in town, several restaurants nearby, and having a free airport shuttle was a real plus.
- 5/5
Great property. Nice location. Affordable
- 5/5
great place and highly recommend
- 5/5
My room was very comfortable and I liked the little foyer area for storing luggage and other items.
- 5/5
Staff was AMAZING
- 5/5
Loved the rooftop bar and dinning. It was so clean and nice. Staff was friendly and quick.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.
- 5/5
Easy walk to River Market and sculpture gardens and several restaurants. 7th floor bar has good beer and food options on nice rooftop deck with view of the city.
- 5/5
Great location in Little Rock. Really clean hotel with a great looking breakfast. We did not have the breakfast but it looked good. Hotel was right by everything. My only issue would be the parking. $27 per day with valet. Your car is kept in a gated lot so really safe. It is what it is and worked out fine for the weekend.
- 5/5
Very clean. Friendly staff. Will come back!
- 4/5
It was so clean and everyone I spoke to was so nice. The parking was expensive and it’s confusing because they keep your keys. The breakfast situation was also confusing because some things cost money and some don’t. It was in a great location.
- 4/5
Broken elevator
- 5/5
Very nice staff, very clean hotel & very nice amenities. Highly recommended!
- 5/5
valet parking is in front of the hotel. gps took us to the backside and we park when no valet showed. front desk courteous and the valet guys did some paperwork for the car and all was good…
- 5/5
Service at the restaurant was good
- 5/5
Check-in was very easy, staff is super friendly! The valets are quick at having your car ready for you
- 2/5
Hotel staff was not friendly at all. None of them!!!
- 5/5
Nice location
- 1/5
The girl at front office was rude and said she couldn’t get me a new card for my room without a license. Clearly my license was in my room I gave all my information to her and still wanted argue with me bout how she can’t give me a card.
- 1/5
I was happy with the reps I spoke to, just unhappy with the outcome. I will now be using up my OneKey rewards and booking through a different site going forward.
- 5/5
What a wonderful stay in every way!
- 5/5
Staff was amazing, went over the top to assure i was taken care of and my stay was good. Comfy beds, quiet rooms & beautiful lobby. Breakfast & service was also great!
- 3/5
We were greeted at the door by valet and immediately told we must put our vehicle with valet if we were staying at the hotel($30 cost). The room was nice, but we mainly booked here as they had a heated, indoor pool. Unfortunately,we went down to the pool, got in the water and found it to be ice cold. For the cost of the location the value was not there.
- 3/5
Everything was amazing until we got a call from Little Rock PD today asking us about a gun under one of the beds, which is not ours and not registered to us. This tells me that whoever cleaned the room before we stayed did not do their due diligence in cleaning properly or they would’ve noticed this under the bed when changing sheets. It scares me to know that we slept on a bed with a gun under it with no idea. Had our daughter been staying with us, this would’ve been even scarier. The front desk staff were amazing, and the stay was great. But this definitely put a damper on things.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel wish the roof top was open later
- 3/5
Parking was inconvenient. Took too long to park and get car to leave . Also more outside visitors than actual customers of hotel to enjoy the rooftop bar . Also the downstairs bar was never open . The staff was great .
- 2/5
The property had multiple water leaks at one of the entrances. The hotel had three carts only and none of them available due to the crowd checking in. One of the elevators had been broken and caused a major lineup at the other elevator. It was difficult to carry all your bags and items without a cart and a broken elevator. The staff was undermanned and would not pickup the phone for room service orders.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Hotel was great. Great location right off I30. Some internet issues at check in that led to a delay in getting my room, but all staff courteous and kind. Will definitely stay here when in Little Rock aagain!
- 1/5
I was delighted to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Little Rock. The location was perfect for everything I needed during my visit. It wasn't until after checking-out that the issues started. I checked out 3 weeks ago from the date of this review. I was CHARGED the incidental fee when there was nothing wrong with the room. They told me after I called a week after check-out that it wasn't going to be the 3-5 days they mentioned, it could take up to 11 days. To spare, the hotel and I did this exchange 3 other times. They told me the same thing, it could take another 3 days and it depends on my bank. We are on day 21 and I finally called my bank and they told me it was NEVER released for a refund. BEWARE if you stay here you are at risk for fraudulent charges on your banking card.
- 5/5
Clean, great staff and great location
- 5/5
Huge rooms with comfy beds and a great shower. Breakfast was very good and very very well priced.
- 2/5
I was so excited to stay at this property due to the easy location to just about everything downtown Little Rock. When I arrived I waited in line behind a mother and daughter who were purchasing alcohol from the “store” in the lobby. The front desk clerk was very friendly and polite with them, smiling and joking. Whenever, it was my turn at the desk I informed her I had reservations. She bluntly asked for my driver’s license and my form of payment. Saying absolutely nothing to me, she handed me back my cards, asked if I was going to valet? I asked if I had to, her response “If you want to wake up with your car still here it’s your only option”. So I pay an extra $27 dollars. She hands me two room keys and that’s it. No this going to be your room, the WiFi is, have a good evening. Nothing but go see those guys about your pass. The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and new. The view was not so much but hey. The rooftop bar was a nice touch. But that front desk clerk left a bad impression from the time I stepped in.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff beginning with the valets thru to check-in, the 7th floor bar/restaurant and the breakfast crew. Sadly the 7th floor outdoor area does not offer a view of the river. The valets, while very nice, could not drive my manual-transmission car - so I parked it myself and didn't have to pay the valet charge ($27.50/day). There is more affordable parking but its not adjacent. The place is very clean and modern, room was comfortable with all the amenities. Recommended for a downtown stay.
- 5/5
Very clean and great location.
