Reviews
The hotel generally receives positive reviews for its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. However, there are recurring complaints about the parking situation, breakfast options, and maintenance issues in some rooms.

Very poor

Great location for walkabouts Downtown.
- 4/5
The equipped and well furnished room, and the hotel's convenient location. Also the room was very quiet, add great bed, so we slept well, very well. Nice breakfast as well. Somehow the internal communication was not in synch. Thus, upon having ordered two nights independantly, it was not linked together. That meant further that we were locked out the second day after 12PM. We ensured that these two orders had to be synched so we had the same room for the two nights. We checked that over the phone before arrival and also at the time of checking in. Here, we were not only locked out the next day from the room but also access to garage and entrance. Quite inconvenient for a top hotel like Hilton,
- 2.5/5
It was downtown, able to walk to local restaurants and Junction Bridge to Simmons Arena We booked this hotel for the pool, and the pool was out of order during our stay. Would have been nice to know ahead of time.
- 4.5/5
Clean Nothing we didn’t like
- 4/5
This was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed at a lot of places. We liked the suite with the separate living room and bedroom with a door. That was nice to have some privacy away from our kids but still be in the same suite. The food at breakfast was good, but it took forever to get any of it. The trays were always empty, and it seemed like 1 lady was cooking for all the guests by herself, which is why it was taking so long. Every single drink was out the whole time we were eating, so my family had to just not drink during breakfast.
- 4/5
The only drawbacks were that the pool was drained and unavailable during my stay, and the fire pit was also not in service. I was looking forward to enjoying both amenities, so it would have been helpful to know about these closures before arrival. Despite those disappointments, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay overall. If the amenities are restored and available, I would consider staying here again.
- 5/5
friendly staff, good breakfast, clean.
- 4/5
If we could have gotten the room I originally paid for with extra bed
- 2.5/5
The staff very welcoming and friendly. Hotel very tired-looking, needs refurbishment especially shower. Two water cuts during stay. No safety box in room. Limited choice of breakfast. Hotel advertised pool from May and this was the reason we chose the hotel but pool was closed with no prior notice.
- 1/5
Rooms were very outdated, pool wasn't working. would not recommend.
- 4/5
Good property, but the pool was not working. Not a deal breaker but when traveling with 3 kids, it is preferred to have one. Overall would stay again.
- 5/5
Liked our stay here. Staff was excelent. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
- 5/5
Everyone was super nice from the front desk to the housekeepers. We has an issue with our air conditioner in the bedroom and it was fixed promptly.
- 4/5
Everything was great except for the prisoner grade water pressure in the shower. The staff was top notch.

- 4/5
Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Location a nice walk to River Market District. If parking your car …..not a great entrance from parking structure
- 4/5
The breakfast consisted of eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffle maker, cereal, fruit, assortment of bagels and muffins, yogurt, fruit and juice (cranberry, apple, orange juice).
- 5/5
The rooms were exceptional for the price. We will be staying here when visiting Little Rock from now on. Absolutely nothing

Great place!
- 4/5
Everyone was friendly, and our room was very clean. Love the suites that provide so much extra space! A home away from home.
- 5/5
The gate into the courtyard, hotel access, from the garage wasn’t working to get in. Otherwise, great.
- 5/5
I felt safe, room very clean, staff was amazing
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. The first two ladies working there were very friendly and helpful. Our family really enjoyed playing knock out on their basketball court.
- 3/5
Great Hotel
- 3/5
The hotel inside was good, however at the front doors on the sidewalk they have cut down their poles/lights which I TRIPPED over. They are about 3-5 inches high and very dangerous. I knew they were there but I was moving trying to get directions and turned into one. Imagine if it was someone older. Not to mention I cam close to breaking my hand and I had a half marathon the next day. Luckily.. I didn't escalate it.
- 5/5
Ubicacion limpiesa desalluno todo estubo excellente
- 2/5
I did not like how the joining room door had more than an inch gap underneath the door, and I could literally see the person’s luggage in the next room and hear them coughing constantly. The bathroom door did not shut all the way, and the tile on the floor made everything echo. The AC did not work properly either.
- 5/5
The property beautiful and well maintained. The staff was super kind too!
- 3/5
The room just need a good deep clean. The front of the frig and something all over it. One of the shower doors felt like it was going to fall off. In the bathroom sink area, one of the lights was missing it's cover. The hallway had a cigarette for two days laying in it. The front desk staff was really nice. Think it might be time for a refresh.
- 5/5
Very Nice As Usually
- 3/5
Staff was friendly. Room was tired and outdated. Mold in bathroom. Windows only single pane so lots of loud noise at night could be heard. Breakfast was good.
- 2/5
Check in line was incredibly long due to understaffing and unfriendly customer service. The room smelled like a massive deodorizer bomb gone off with wet carpet stains, likely from the animals that stayed in there prior… Mattress was comfortable, but the thin sheets and comforter did not make for a cozy night sleep. And Powdered eggs are never a good idea.
- 5/5
Yolanda at the front desk was absolutely amazing!
- 5/5
Good!
- 4/5
my wife and I chose not to have breakfast ......we were not to excited about the choice offered very limited selection we hade breakfast off site
- 4/5
Room was clean and overall we had a great stay. Only minor issue we had was when we arrived on Thursday evening the refrigerator was not cold. It wasn't that big of an issue. On Saturday morning they came and defrosted it. Sunday morning we got up and the drinks we had in the fridge were frozen solid. I also used the garbage disposal and it leaked water into the cabinet below. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. good.seemedseemarida
- 3/5
Staff and location is wonderful. The building itself REALLY needs an update. The carpet was torn in our room. Furniture had lost its luster (sagged and was thread bare). My mothers room, the lights in the bathroom did not work appropriately, curtains didnt close and was thread belare as well
- 5/5
Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. We very much enjoyed the (walkable) dinner recommendation and the nature walk (convenient) along the Arkansas River.
- 3/5
Upon arriving at 5pm, parking was scarce and main entrance was locked. Lady that greeted us was nice but stern. Gave us the option to pay for parking but it was never mentioned that paid parking in the garage there isn’t any elevators to access hotel only stairs. HUGE ADA accessibility issue! Other than that room was okay but nothing special. Probably won't stay here again because of accessibility issues and parking situation.
- 5/5
Clean room , friendly staff, (Ms Yolanda) convenient
- 5/5
Friendly hotel staff even when we checked in late evening
- 5/5
Overnight stay for a concert at The Hall. Great place, great price.
- 5/5
Staff was great; room was clean; convenient parking; good breakfast options; convenient location. Definitely would stay here again.
- 4/5
Comfortable rooms, convenient location, secure parking. Only negative is no irons in the rooms.
- 5/5
Clean room comfy bed. Was able to book online very fast. Check in and out was easy. Cheaper than expected.
- 5/5
Stayed while visiting Little Rock for research at the library. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Good restaurants walkable in the area. Nice breakfast. All day coffee!
- 5/5
It was nice and quiet except for the breakfast they could have another meat for breakfast instead of only bacon
- 3/5
There were quite a few things broken in our room (light in kitchen, bulbs out, etc). Curtains don’t close all the way letting in all the city lights. Key card stopped working twice. Pool wasn’t clean. Dudes smoking weed by the pool which was a bummer since I had my three young children with me. Had to pay $15 extra for parking. Just not a great experience.
- 5/5
We were in town for a concert. The room was very spacious, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and had a kitchen. Several restaurants were in walking distance and we had a cheap Uber ride to the arena. Would definitely stay here again if needed.
- 3/5
Room shower in bad shape
- 5/5
The staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean rooms wonderful staff close to dining options
- 5/5
I love the convenience to dining and public transportation
- 5/5
Yolanda at the front desk was very professional and friendly
- 4/5
Front desk staff were so incredibly friendly, particularly Hayley. Very rare these days.
- 5/5
Great staff and service! We really enjoyed our stay and it’s the staff who made the difference.
- 5/5
I was in town visiting family for a week and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff were so very friendly. I was greeted each time when I entered and left the e hotel. The staff that were located in the seating area during breakfast time were awesome, very cheerful and helpful. Loved the breakfast options and really loved the outdoor patio area. Everything was so clean and very well kept. Rooms were comfy and beds were great. I will definitely come back here. Loved that hotel was downtown and close by several cute restaurants and nice location.
- 5/5
Friendly staff!
- 4/5
This Hotel is getting a bit dated in interior design and features. The staff were good, attentive to our needs. The elevators though need attention...the auditory notification bell is WAY TOO LOUD and unwelcoming.
- 2/5
Hotel was clean aside from a bunch of crumbs in nightstand drawer. No hair dryers in bathrooms and when I called to ask for one at front desk they said I had to put in request for one and would receive the next day which wasn’t helpful at ten o’clock at night when I had wet hair. We had an early flight and breakfast didn’t start until seven. They didn’t offer bagged breakfast as some hotels do. And the king bedroom had a tv but it did not work. Definitely was not up to par with other Homewood Suites I have stayed at.
- 3/5
Notified property throughout the week that I was planning a party
- 1/5
Our water was out for over 3 hours, poor customer service as far as the house keepers, our room was never cleaned or supplied with towels. We had to call front desk 3 days in a row. Saturday front staff brought towels. Dresser drawer in room busted, dead bugs in living room area. First time we have ever been unsatisfied.
- 5/5
Perfect everything
- 5/5
Great location in the River Market district, Spacious, clean suites with kitchenettes are ideal for family stay. Staffs are friendly, awesome swimming pool, breakfast is good. Parking is cozy but need to pay, and elevators occasionally slow, but overall a comfortable and convenient choice.
- 5/5
The hotel was great for what we needed. The room was spacious and Yolanda at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little outdated with some wear from time, but it was clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
We had a good experience there. Everything was solid. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t in good condition but they were cleaning it out so that ain’t that big of a deal. Everybody was friendly. I’d stay there again.
- 3/5
I remember when this was a nice hotel. The elevator was out the entire time. The room was humid and musty. Housekeeping did not clean my room. When I asked for service, a woman made the bed, grabbed the trash and left. The breakfast was not up to par. The coffee bar has fruit flies EVERYWHERE. This place needs a facelift!!!!
- 2/5
Our family stayed at this hotel solely due to the photos online of the pool. We arrived late in the evening. By the time we saw the pool, we noticed it was completely unkept and dark green waters. Not impressed.
- 4/5
It was fine room was clean staff was nice pillows suckked
- 2/5
It was a very dated hotel with very smelly furniture in which was falling apart. Had my wallet stolen and felt bad I had my family staying in such a dump
- 5/5
Awesome stay. Staff was super friendly. Will stay again when in town for sure
- 4/5
Good location to walk
- 5/5
I always enjoy my stay. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.
- 1/5
Broken elevator. We were yelled at to get out of the pool 10 minutes past 10 PM. No pots or pans for the stove burner. No blankets or sheets for the sofa bed. Hall way extremely hot. 5 mins past checkout, a knocking at the door. Nonstop phone ringing to remind us of checkout time.
- 4/5
They only had one working elevator making it difficult to come and go. No remote for the tv, when asked they said we would have to go down and get it. Maids did not pick up dirty towels when cleaning our room.
- 4/5
Consider adding signs when you exit the elevator that reflect which room numbers are down which halls.
- 4/5
The hotel was great, but the light in the living room area didn’t work. And my son wanted to purchase water and they said they couldn’t take cash, but only charge it to the room instead. I didn’t like that rule, but we adjusted with the rule.
- 3/5
Disappointing experience at this neglected property. The lobby was inviting and the dining area was ok but my room, particularly the bathroom was grimy with who knows what in the corners. I put towels down everywhere to avoid walking on the tiles and carpet too. It could have been so much better.
- 1/5
We get here at 8pm and was unable to check into a room until 12Am.To make things worst they charged us $17 resort fee and the clerk was rude .
- 5/5
No thanks
- 3/5
It is stained very bad and it’s was very uncomfortable!! I couldn’t get it replaced!! No discount was offered for the inconvenience.
- 2/5
The pull out bed is terrible and stained. Could t get it exchanged!! Pull out bed need to be updated !!
- 5/5
Huge room, very clean. Wpuld definitely stay again
- 5/5
Was great.!
- 5/5
Very convenient and very clean
- 4/5
The elevator went out while we were there, which is not necessarily their fault, but it was a bit of an inconvenience
- 5/5
One long stray hair at the bathroom sink otherwise spotless. Nice staff, great location, a very pleasant night’s stay.
- 4/5
Hotel appears to have had recent water damage and has holes in the drywall in ceilings and damage in other areas.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the walk down to the river market and the food selection in the area.
- 5/5
Me and family loved our stay. It was our second time at the property. Very clean and spacious room! Walking distance to dining and entertainment. The river walk was exciting!
- 5/5
Wonderful stay it was Marathon weekend and they set out breakfast early for the runners. Wonderful hospitality!
- 5/5
The staff was very pleasant. Easy walk through downtown.
- 4/5
Walking distance to convention center and good restaurants. The rooms need an update but the staff was very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Everyone was super friendly
- 5/5
Exactly
- 5/5
Great value. Really good service. Clean and comfortable setting.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Nice room and Hotelconvenient to downtown
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and great amenities
- 4/5
The lady at breakfast was amazing. The most polite EVER. The guy at checkout was nice and informative about information with the hotel. No one told me about a deposit nor did they inform me about paying for parking. I asked about the check in deposit myself upon arrival and I didn’t find out about the price of parking until after I arrived back home after my trip and my full deposit did not return to my card and I called the hotel. My stay was pleasant and comfortable but deposits and paying for parking are important information when family traveling so it should be said UPFRONT. If I have to draw away my biggest negative is the parking lot. Barely fits larger vehicles and hard getting in and out of parking garage.
- 4/5
Even need a room key to enter main gate, I am a bit concerned about safety.
- 5/5
Staff were helpful, kind and responsive. Rooms need a bit of TLC, deco and fixtures are a bit aged. Beds and pillows were comfy and supportive. Breakfast was adequate. Staff and location made it comfortable.
- 5/5
Haley, the front desk clerk was amazing, very friendly, courteous!
- 5/5
It was very good.
- 5/5
Perfect location
- 5/5
Very nice hotel in a great location
- 3/5
charged for parking. i didnt know until i was checking into the hotel. seems greedy to charge $16 to park our car.
- 5/5
I like that the property is reasonably priced and conveniently located downtown.
- 5/5
After a rainy day of travel, this was a very welcome respite. We found our room spacious, clean and quite comfortable. Staff was friendly and we had a large selection to choose from for breakfast. Thank you!
- 5/5
Convenient walk to restaurants and sites.
- 5/5
Great stay! Excellent customer service!
- 5/5
Great host
- 5/5
This was an amazing place, very nice and friendly people. There was someone always cleaning no matter what time. We will be back there next time in town
- 4/5
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Homewood. Staff was extremely friendly, amenities were good, the room was nice and we enjoyed the Wednesday night social / happy hour. Breakfasts were good. Only complaints, the cleaning in our room wasn't great (crumbs on the floor and the microwave was dirty), there was a burned out bulb and $17 a night to park seemed like a bit of a ripoff. All around a solid 8 out of 10.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, great customer service and good breakfast!
- 5/5
The Manager was amazing.
- 5/5
I loved this property and the staff. The kitchen staff was amazing as well. Thanks so much
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Never nice space. I specifically chose this to have a separate room to sleep and live
- 4/5
I thought the hotel security was great except for the broken gate to the parking lot that let anyone into the outdoor area. Breakfast staff was lax in keeping food supplied.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel with lots of amenities. Very safety conscious with only customers allowed on property (It is just on the outskirts of downtown Little Rock). Breakfast was very good with hot and cold options. Room was large and clean and very soundproof. My wife was quite ill the day of our check-in and management was kind enough to let us check-in early. Highly recommend the property.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Was in Little Rock for two weeks and this hotel was ideal. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and decent size. Bathroom was nice. The only issue was the microwave was on its last legs, I used it once and it sounded like it was about to die so I avoided it after that. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Nicest feature was the outdoor firepit, which was a great place to relax at the end of the day.
- 4/5
The staff were very hospitable! The room was clean and fully operable. Almost everything I found interesting was in walking distance. I'd stay again!
- 5/5
Very nice facility
- 5/5
Ricardo was very nice and very professional. Our key card was not working for the parking deck and he assisted us with it.
- 5/5
I've stayed a few times for work events that the company has paid for the rooms and it has always been pleasant. This time I was traveling for the event with my partner and chose to pay for my own room so we could stay together since he wasn't working the event. I still chose to stay here with my own booking because it has always been a great experience.
- 5/5
Spacious room, good breakfast, nice pool and outdoor area with grill, great location in walking distance to the Junction Bridge, restaurants and museum, excellent for families!
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
Got a king room and had to wait till nearly 8pm for the room to be ready, check in is at 4, breakfast was nothing special but its in a nice location.
- 3/5
It was an ok stay front desk lady was halfway helpful she seemed to have an attitude.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 2/5
The temperature was set to 65° when we entered the room. It was freezing cold. Even after we turned the air conditioner completely off the room was cold until the following morning. They set the temperature to 72 would be much more comfortable, they would save money on electricity, And they could more easily achieve their sustainability goals. The stopper in the sink was also broken And one of the lights in the bathroom was out.
- 2/5
Staff seemed not friendly at all.
- 5/5
Front doors locked, receptionists not happy
- 2/5
Very dirty and grungy. It was ok.
- 3/5
The tall man at the front was very rude..The ladies was so sweet and nice…The elevator kept messing up.. We had to take stairs with food and luggage. It was horrible for real..
- 4/5
My only point of criticism was the staff we interacted with weren't particularly helpful. When we checked in the concierge seemed put out and even threw shade when i asked typical questions at checkin. And in the morning 9am the cleaning lady who only spoke broken english rushed us out of our room insisting it was checkout time even though checkout wasn't untill noon.
- 5/5
PARKING IS NOT FREE. This should be included in the purchase price of the room, but is not. The hotel was excellent otherwise! Breakfast was amazing. The suite was excellent. The staff was so kind and helpful. The location is right near the river walk area, and there are like 4 or 5 walking distance restaurants to choose from.
- 4/5
Check in was kinda slow because she was trying to check me in while she was telling her fellow coworker about the strip show she was going to that night and how some of the dancers would be staying at the hotel. Rooms were spacious and cool, and had a nice view of the pool. We stayed here specifically for the location and the pool. My kids wanted to swim swim swim. It’s hot mid day so the best times to swim are morning and night. The first day we waited until after 11 for them to open it and on the last day we just left because we were tired of waiting. When we checked out there were still towels and trash from the night before out and pool still closed. Not to mention every night they were there at 9:59 to close the pool. The food was decent but the lady who served the food was not personable and seemed irritated everytime someone asked her for something.
- 5/5
Great area when visiting the city.
- 2/5
Most things were adequate, as expected. But there was a problem with the cooling in my room which could not be corrected. Management didn't seem very responsive until I persisted in pushing the issue. Also had to pay for secure parking, even more than was stated on the website. Management seemed indifferent. I expected more from a Hilton!
- 5/5
Its was very nice and updated
- 5/5
Nice room :)
- 5/5
Hotel is older, but has been well maintained and is very clean. I like all of the added security measures.
- 4/5
The room was great! Very comfortable bed and pillows. Having the kitchen with all the amenities was very nice. The pool needs to be cleaned and some of the loungers were broken. We enjoyed the pool but it needs some attention.
- 5/5
This was my favorite hotel during a long road trip with 🆘 many stops. The room was so spacious and comfortable that I wanted to stay longer.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the staff! They were friendly, welcoming and accommodating!
- 4/5
I've stayed at this property often and I have always loved the location and the proximity to downtown attractions and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend!
- 5/5
It was very lovely
- 3/5
I was assigned two rooms that were situated in different corners of the hotel. When I requested rooms closer to each other, the receptionist casually explained that no such rooms were available. I then asked if we could be moved to a different floor, as I have a special needs daughter who sometimes cries at night, and we need to be near her. Unfortunately, my request was in vain, and the staff's behavior was rude. Secondly, we were not provided with drinking water bottles. When we requested some, we were told that they were out of water and that the ones in the dispensers were for sale.
- 5/5
Me and my husband wanted to get away from home for our 16th Anniversary and decided to book the room. It wax more than we expected. It was big, nice and clean. It was very quiet and it was by everything walking distance.
- 5/5
The staff was great I did a late check in and Tameka made sure she took care of me well. Thank you so much! The rooms were nice and clean.
- 5/5
Well the keyed entry into the building and parking garage threw me at first, but realizing it added safety in the middle of the city made it worth it. Definitely felt safe once inside! Great facility, comfortable, lots of great breakfast options in the middle of the week. The firepit and pool looked awesome from the window. Only stayed 1 night for medical reasons though, so didn’t get to use it. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Our stay was a good one, fast, quick check in, courteous staff. The local eateries were amazing and within walking distance.
- 5/5
We liked the large rooms, ample breakfast, and friendly staff, but did not enjoy the $17 per day parking fee!
- 5/5
They don't really have much nice choices of food to pick from for breakfast. If you don't care much about too many choices on breakfast then the facility will be great for you.
- 3/5
We have been here a couple times before but this visit was disappointing. The fridge, sink and stove top were dirty. The sofa and beds were uncomfortable for all of us. Its time for some updating. Please replace those mattresses ASAP.
- 5/5
Loved their Wednesday night social, breakfast was amazing for a continental, and the room was fabulous!!
- 5/5
The front desk clerk was great! I think her name was Tamika. She was very helpful friendly and personable 😊
- 2/5
The had no towels or wash clothes. The hotel only had Managers Time on Wednesday. I had to pay an extra $15 a day to park on the property. The breakfast was mid.
- 2/5
Staff were non-existent throughout my stay. The elevator is beyond slow. Far better options nearby at the same price point.
- 5/5
They staff was very nice. Breakfast.
- 3/5
The hotel was good but the staff and employees need to step up their efforts. The breakfast was sub par and missing so many items due to staff lack of refilling items. The entire staff was sluggish and lazy. Usually homewood suites are on point with service and the breakfast buffet is usually great- but not this particular hotel. Do better
- 5/5
Basketball area
- 5/5
Excellent staff.
- 4/5
This is a fantastic hotel, and we love staying here. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast which we found lacking.
- 3/5
The condition was not as advertised. Sting used to replace a fan string. Ragged shower curtain hung using tension rod around the still remaining shower door tracks that are no longer needed as the glass was missing. Rooms were cleaned so late when I returned I had to wait in my room while they finished. No way to display that you do not request cleaning at least in my room. Carpet had holes. Desk was protruding from the wall with screws exposed. Make sure you remove anything important as they leave your door wide open during cleaning and leave to go grab things from carts far way. Food in the morning was sub par. No restaurant in the building and the hotel lobby will not be held at the desk. Service desk was at least friendly.
- 4/5
The location is great. The property is old and the lobby smells of urine at times. The pool had an oily film on the surface, no showers by pool. The gym was well equipped. The treadmill screens wouldn’t start and staff didn’t know how to get them to work. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling and leaks from wall above shower every time the water was turned on. Beds can be more comfortable.
- 3/5
The gate to the paid parking garage was broken. It was broke 2 years ago when we stayed here. Air in the sitting area of suite wasn’t working

Great stay….. spacious rooms….breakfast quality typical!

The place was very comfortable and the area is also nice. The breakfast was very nice! Would have preferred plain eggs but that’s a nitpick. The only thing is that I was unaware of the “convenience fee” of $50 dollars. Other than that, i will definitely stay again!

Loved the hotel and convenience to river market and shopping. Parking to checkin is nonexistent. There are no luggage carts available. My daughter couldnt get the room she reserved so part of her family had to stay with my other daughter. Not even a sorry for this. Only 1 working elevator. No staff ever at the desk Pool was green. Breakfast wasnt kept stocked. Will never stay again nor will any of my family and we go once a month to visit my daughter in Little Rock. Every one I met there had the same complaints
