Property staff were nice. They told me the ice machine worked and it didn’t. It was one of my biggest concerns when checking in. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Sheets were filthy and areas of the room. There was a whole right ahead of the shower. Made me feel uncomfortable.

Everything was great. The room was nice and clean with a few minor issues. The young Indian lady started off nice until my son 200 dollar shoes came up missing out the room. i asked about them she claimed no one been in the room, but we had fresh towels everyday make that make sense. Make sure take your valuable when you leave.

Nothing this property has been trash the whole time I’ve been there. The owners daughter that works at the front desk was trying to have sexual relations with me. This place is a total prostitution ring Charles Brown room 224. This property is nothing but trash. The owner tried to accuse me of sleeping with his daughter at the front desk. This hotel is nothing but a prostitution ring if I had the ability to get somewhere else and stay, I would Charles Brown room 224.

I didn't like the amount of alive roaches in the room. I do like the location of the place.

The room was dirty, bed sheets and pillow cases included. The ac didnt want to work properly. It was hotter in the room then outside when we got there. The tv didnt want to and neither did the microwave. There was ashes absolutely everywhere in the drawers included.

This property was dirty, not sure when the last person has cleaned it, but I was not satisfied with the looks of it. Me and two other guest checked into this place, two small towels and two big towels were provided we ask for more. The staff said no. Each room only gets two towels, although three guest check in. Very inconvenient considering we are here to explore and it’s summertime so we need to shower twice a day. Had to go out and buy our own towels, which was inconvenient because we stayed somewhere that we thought would accommodate us. I will not be back and advise no one to book here. There isn’t a coffee machine, a telephone or anything in the rooms that one may need on vacation.

Easy stop and conveniently located off I-30 for a last minute stay. Service desk was helpful when there had been a misunderstanding about the room I originally reserved.

The only problem I had there was the fact there was no hot water it was very luke warm water and some of the putlets didnt work

Not the best side of town but very accessible being it is right on the interstate. You can te l on arrival it isnt a 3 or 4 star hotel quick. They are remodeling some so its a toss up if you get a good room or you get the kickstand. I will say for the most part its quiet, the jnterstate can be heard though.

Property was not as shown on website. Person at desk refused us service because my son didn’t have an ID. He was just in a car wreck. His driver’s license was stolen. He had a shattered left ankle. He was unable to walk. Your Employee refused to help us. I understood your company was entitled to one nights stay. I requested a refund on the remaining nights. No one has responded to my request.

They were trying to overcharge me on the second stay.

The individuals inside the office don’t speak or acknowledge you positively. No genuine customer service skills. My room had trash from the previous renters including 3 beer bottles and a roach .

It was the most disgusting motel i’ve ever stayed at. it was so dirty and not cleaned at all, it smelled horrible, stains and hair all over the bed, and there was roaches in the bathroom overall would never stay here again.

Place was under construction and No breakfast was given and the site said that breakfast is available but it is under constitution!!!!

There’s a reason it’s cheap!

We looking for cheap room for an unplanned over night stay in Little Rock. We were not looking for luxury. But this place was a mistake. The TV and and satellite receiver were buth un plugged. The tv was nasty, like smears all over it. The bed was more like a king size cot. The A/C control buttons were busted out. The noise from the interstate by both emergency vehicles and big trucks woke us several times through the night. And the other patrons of this establishment were not the type to care about quiet time outside in the parking lot.

They are great the rooms are perfect.

I DID NOT make this reservation. I have made both the hotel and the booking site aware of this and neither one of them is willing to do anything to make it right. There should be a full refund but nope. Nothing. Thats just bad business on both ends.

Good and bad. Good price with no required damage deposit. Clean sheets and shower. Easy place to stop on I-30. Bad to stand outside a locked lobby and pass payment thru a small slot in what looked like bullet-proof glass. No lamp nor coffee pot but we didn’t care because we had to leave at 0 dark thirty in the morning.

Room was clean big only had one towel and the shower was awful as well as we had a TV that didn’t work. Our door needed worked on as well. I will not stay there again.

No one is at the window when you arrive to check in and also the room come with one pillow and sheets and covers that aren't even thick enough to keep you from being cold. AC/Heat barely works in the room I noticed when I checked in. Also positive I got is the water is absolutely hot for you to take a shower and relax.

Honestly when I arrived at the property no staff we're at the window to provide service during check in and I had to ring the bell more than six times before I got any staff to come to the window to help me check in. No microwave in my room to warm my food up definitely negative side of that and No bed set to stay warm in your room. The Hot takes time to warm up so takes a while another negative for the property.

The first night the young woman who checked me in was very kind and I was met with a smile. Unfortunately my car broke down and my boyfriend and myself were dependent upon someone else for a ride. Our plan was to get the room for another night and again unfortunately this did not work out. Management came to our door at11 and agreed to let us stay in the room until our ride arrived. Due to him not being able to arrive until 1-1:30, we were asked to give a$25 deposit upon this stay which was definitely understandable. We were told as long as we left by checkout or paid for another night by checkout we would receive the deposit back the next day. This did not happen and the same kind and cheerful young woman who greeted us with a smile began to yell and say deposits have always been their policy. I I have stayed here before and never have had to pay a deposit. As far as the room, I swept and mopped the floor. I am not a "must be spotless" person but our feet were sticking to the floor. When I asked staff for towels and soap I was told "a woman should not need soap for at least two days" and a bar was tossed at me in the room and the heat did not work. The tempature dropped to 32. All of this seemed to happen when our car broke down and we stayed past checkout time which was approved by the same staff person. I have never given a review like this but feel a person should be given dignity and respect, as long as the guest/customer remains civil and respectful.

I like everything about it just not the location

I had to sleep on top of the covers while laying on a hoodie and t-shirt I brought with me, and I used my bag as a pillow.

People knocking on doors late at night asking for drugs. Located too close to bar the price was outrageous and bed was very uncomfortable with the feet were higher than the head .

This property should be look into for compliance with the standard expected

This is a great overnight stop on I-30 at LR. It was clean; staff was efficient. Nothing to write home about, but right for the price. The rooms have been reno'd since I was hear last, and now they're just as nice as the most recent reno's at a M...6. Only thing I didn't like was the window with built-in roller shades. I like to be able to see what's going on outside and to be awakened by the light. But they're great for people who like black-out or max privacy.

Worst hotel i ever stay at and service was horrible.

This place was disgusting. Rusted wall hangers, towels with black hand prints on them. The bed sheets and pillows were multiple colours. The it looks nothing like the pictures and it's all dirty. Not worth half of what was paid. Had it not been too cold to sleep in my car I wouldn't have stayed. I have photos but it won't let me upload.

Tv did not work everything was unplugged behind heavy furniture . Sink was broken and floors and surfaces were stained and dirty. There was 0nly 2 towels.

The rooms had 3 different color walls and were dirty. The air unit was rigged with wood around it. The sheets had cigarette burn marks on them. The microwave was dirty and furniture was raggedy. This looked spooky and looked nothing like the pictures at all. False advertisement. I requested a refund and didn’t stay there and haven’t gotten it yet.

Horrible, disgusting. Never again. There was no working a/c. BLOOD on our beds.

We checked in quickly and the room was clean and cool. Later that day we were horrified to find that we had left our tablet behind. We contacted the managers and the searched the room for us and found the tablet! They offered to keep it there for us but we had already traveled about 200 miles. We asked if they could mail it to us and they readily agreed. We received it a few days later. It is not very often these days that we find honest businesses in our travels. We are thankful to the Little Rock Economy Inn that they have restored what we lost and for their honesty and integrity.

It was better than what you pay for, but some things were definitely expected.

Non smoking room smelled like stale cigarettes. Ceiling was literally peeling and the room was not clean. The shower curtain was stained, door had a spill all over it, the ac was full of dust and grime. My 5 year old was freaked out by the place and didn’t want to sleep. I left at 4am just to get out of there. Wish I took pictures of how bad it was.

The bathroom smells like pee, really bad. Half the power in the room didn’t work when we walked in. The young man at the desk is super nice and he was able to get power sorted out, but he could not figure out the TV. Again, the restroom smells like pee. Only 2 towels to shower with and no hand towels at all. And, just a couple random Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers Restaurant cups on the counter in the restroom? I wish I could add a photo of the pee smell.

If you have never visited this hotel you definitely are missing out on some really great rooms and superb staff. The rooms are very clean and refreshing. I love this hotel so much that I don't and won't go stay any where else. I love that the staff here have become like family. They greet me at the door with my room card in hand waiting for my arrival. That toe, says so much more than just another hotel down the road some where. This is by far the most clean and exceptional rooms you just can not go wrong with staying at this hotel. YOU SHOULD STOP BY TODAY AND RESERVE A ROOM OR BOOK ONLINE YOU WILL DEFINITELY LOVE THE COMFORT AND PEACE AND QUIET THAT COMES WITH YOUR STAY AT ECONOMY INN.

Still no good services from house keeper. I will continue to give bad views until it get better service. It is ridiculous how they don't come on daily basis to clean the room or for clean towels n toilet paper. I shower daily....I hope they soon upgrade n do better with house keeper.

House keepers don't clean the rooms. They don't wait 2 days to come clean. I had to asked for toilet paper and clean sheets. I used my own cleaning supplies to clean the room. It hasn't got better with house keepers cleaning everyday.

I did supply my own toilet paper. If you pay live there temperarly I should be able to get the service I pay for. I pay my money faithfully every week. It's not cheap to stay at hotel and don't get good services. l know this place has a low score n not good views do to the condition. At least give good services n customer service it will bring good business.

The hotel is in the perfect location to all amenities in little rock. The rooms are always clean and the comfort level succeeds superiority on all levels.

It has not been good experience here at this hotel. I been staying here since April. The reason I stay because it's closer to my job. I will find a hotel that's worth my money. I will garunteed great service.

The house keeper had attitude when asked to change sheets on bed. They didn't mop floor or vaccum. I had to asked them to do the cleaning. If not they want clean just empty the trash and leave. I had to call office for my room to be clean or for to toilet paper and clean towels. Only problem I have during my stay is the room not being clean like it supposed to be done. I continue to stay because my job is not far away. I work at the hospital.

The door to the room looked liked they were in the process of scraping off the paint. The room had an odor, the air conditioner temperature would only go as low as 76 degrees, so I was hot all night, because the air never kicked on. the bed spread had cigarette holes all over it, and sheets were stained

It's gross as hell

They do not change sheets on the bed daily since I been here. They don't deep clean the room at all. They change trash and bring clean towels and make up the bed with same sheets on it. I never seen them mop the floor or sweep. I had to buy me some cleaning items too keep the room sanitize. I purchase Lysol spray, Clorox cleaning spray to clean the bathroom and wipe off cabinet n table.

I didnt pick the hotel one of your people did. She even said oh the hotel is in the same area as the hotel we over booked we as in Expedia it was 15 min away from were i needed to be in one of the worst areas in Little Rock. I think after this experience im taking my business else were. And this hotel is know too have human trafficking. If you want sleep your not gonna get it there its right next too the interstate and its not worth the money.

As always hotels. Com is by far the most rewarding company I've come across on room deals. Economy inn is still my favorite place to stay my home away from home.

It was so dirty and the room was falling apart! I had to stay because if I canceled I wouldn’t get my money back luckily I am a professional cleaner and own a cleaning business I had to clean room before I even went in! After waking in the night to see roaches climbing around they woke us by banging on the wall trying to fix next room and knocked a hole through the bathroom where I was takin a shower we ran out of there by 9am!!!!! Do not repeat do not stay RUN!!!

You can see from the pictures. Ripped chair, stained towels, and dirty room. I found a six inch black hair in my sink. There is a broken car and bbq grill in the back as well as trash and crap every where. Spend the extra little bit of money and go anywhere else.

It was very difficult for us to find with my GPS called the desk not much help with directions…very nice bed and although the Expedia web page states something about not having “sheets” there were sheets and clean towels too. Nice exterior grounds but interior dated and has lighting better left turned off

I love the workers here. They are always extremely courteous and friendly. I love that they know who I am each time I stay here. The rooms are always perfectly organized and neat and super clean👍👍

It was ok i got a great night sleep parking was right in front of room door. Manager was very helpful because i have a disabilty and cant walk to far he made sure i didnt have to nobody was knocking on door 30 mins before check out disturbing us in all stay was very nice.

They remodel the bathroom tub was clean. When i walked in the room and turn on the light roches scatteted everywhere. The comforter was dirty i took it off the bed. The microwave was awlful. I wish i could add pics.

We ended up leaving. The door had been kicked in at some point and poorly repaired. There were multiple holes in the drywall, the smell was awful, the bathroom filthy, and the bedspread ripped up the side.

It was clean all though it needs more updates with furniture. Had to clean my self and make sure it was santizied.
