Pool was fantastic Rooms were a bit outdated. Didn't care for needing arm bands at the pool. Would have preferred breakfast included

The bar was not equipped to make a simple cocktail. The bed was hard (but up to person preference). The staff was helpful and checked on us during our several day stay to make sure we didnt need anything. They made sure we had extra towels and everything we need but we did request extra pillows and did not get them.

Rented a handicapped room, the toilet was very old and very low. Although, there were secure safety bars in the tub/shower. Good water pressure and the mattress was the best. The room was quite large and comfortable.

It was old. I was surprised as to how modern the lobby looked to then travel to the floor my room was on and it was dark and in need of major updates.

Bathroom was dirty. The carpet had stains all over it and it smelled terrible. Airfreshner and Lysol. Over all unsold never stay there. Noisy. Carpets even in the hallways was nasty.

Our stay was great, loved the area of the hotel, it was closed to everything we needed.

They're was nothing available for us during the stay to engage in. The hotel has terrible access, especially in busy traffic. It takes a long time to walk anywhere in the hotel.

I really had the perfect stay at this hotel. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and kind. The front desk attendants, shuttle drivers, etc., were truly so amazing and I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Everything was very clean and enough towels in the bathroom. Truly a great stay!

I stayed here about two years ago. It has gone downhill. I will pay more and stay at a different location of town. Breakfast was bad and the coffee creamer ran out on our third day there. One morning no one showed up to make breakfast.

No hot water in the shower for three separate showers. Place was just ok. Smelled like men’s cologne or aftershave in the entire hallway area of floor two. Beds were comfortable tho!

Hot water was not working. Originally had to leave the shower running for at least 15 minutes before stepping underneath, at best, lukewarm water.

The staff kept knocking when it wasn’t check out time and their was a roach in the room(2027)

The room was nice, the hotel was clean and well decorated, but the hotel was very short staff so no cleaning of our room occurred and no clean towels unless you called and went to the front desk to pick them up.

The bed, elevators didn’t work, if a fire started in that motel, no one would’ve got out you cannot make a purse out of a pigs ear. The bathroom was so little I was fixing my hair in the mirror and almost fell in the toilet never again for this old granny.

I loved how hospitable the staff was and how clean the rooms are

No curtains pull down shade was Filthy dirty black fingerprints all over it. Also the bathroom door needs Cleaning visible signs of not clean. Waited for maintenance to come fix the blinds that took a very long time. Don’t stay in room what room is this 2021. Wish I could upload some pictures but there’s no place for me to do that.

This was the third time we stayed here. We enjoy the staff and location. This time one of our rooms was not cleaned prior to them assigning us a room, but they quickly fixed the situation and got us a new room.

I dont like how the pool doesn't open till 10am. With check out at 11am cant get morning swim.

The room we received was below the first floor. It was extremely far and felt very isolated. The room was filled with ants. We did move rooms, but it was still in the same location. It was extremely loud throughout the night. The pool area was being rented out by a family I believe. There was a birthday party, and the adults were intoxicated and falling all over the place. this location is good, but the price was a little high, especially for not being clean and noisy. I had my son with us and this hotel was not family friendly.

It was conveniently located and reasonably priced, but the hotel is long overdue for some updates.

Stayed in this property for a night. Staffs were really good and welcoming but the problem was the property, it’s really old and the rooms smells really bad, the staffs were really sweet to change our room but all rooms were same and had same problem,. The noise from the AC is also loud.

I usually have good experiences at the 4 Point Sheridans, unfortunately this location wasn't great. The food isn't great, the bed was old and felt like it was broke down with a foam topper added to it. The thermostat didn't work in the room. The people were very nice, so I don't blame them but clearly they're trying to run this hotel on a low budget.

The bed was fine, comfortable. The room and all its decor and amenities are old and worn out. Picture window treatments hanging sideways from outside many rooms. The hotel was chosen for its pool but in real life the pool and the common areas are nothing like the pictures. For example the pictures of the pool show flowering pots and lounge chairs in a row. These items are no longer there. Do not recommend this pool. This hotel needs major updating to earn 31/2 stars. It deserves maybe two stars. The staff and other visitors were very nice.

The staff was great, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and pleasant. The food was really bad. Overcooked, limited choices and over priced. There were 2 bartenders during my stay. Both were excellent

Property was nice with a nice pool, but was kind of rowdy and smelled like weed. Breakfast was said as a breakfast buffet but it’s is just a really expensive continental breakfast, technically a buffet but paying $15-$17 dollars a person for a breakfast most hotels offer for free

Super friendly staff. Very helpful. they even held a parking space for me and called me when I left my lights on.

Fair but not great. Older building but well kept hotel. Staff was going to bring toiletries to our room but never showed up. Bathroom sink was clogged up and wouldn’t drain. We were at hospital all day so the beds were clean and comfortable and we were thankful to have somewhere to stay in such close proximity to uams but I think I will be trying another hotel next visit.

Took too long to get housekeeping services (additional towels & toilet paper. Everything else was good, everyone was helpful.

They added charges to our room that were not made.called several times to resolve it but never could speak to a manager as they were not available.

Used this hotel as it was close to the Little Rock Zoo. Layout is awesome with the pool entirely enclosed by each section of building. Keeps randoms from gaining access and limits it to those staying within the hotel. Clean and the staff was pleasant

Overall not a horrible place. Room was adequate and clean. Wasn’t happy with all the noise, especially the dogs barking and fighting.

The rooms look nothing like the images on line. The first night Our shower had standing water in it after showering . Maint came unclogged it while we were out and left hair and gross stuff all in the the shower. So we were moved to a 2nd room once we got back around 1am. The next day we left early to explore and our room wasn’t touched .

This hotel was horrible. First I booked on Expedia and chose pay at the property. They disregarded and authorized before I arrived and would not reverse it. I was going to use another particular card for the transaction. Never received new towels. We requesters early morning and they stated they are laundering some and they have a skeleton crew. When we arrived back at the hotel close to midnight they claimed they were still out of towels. We were not the only ones with this issue. There were quite a few guest downstairs requesting the same as well as tissue. When they realized no one was leaving the front desk until the request was fulfilled, towels magically appeared . Do not patronize this establishment!!

I booked the wrong night and front desk was excellent in helping to correct that. But then paid more for the room than I would have liked. The room was on ground floor and we could hear every noise in the hallway and outside. Maybe upper levels better?

I could hear at least three TV sets from other rooms. In the room next door, a small child was anxious and eventually fairly hysterical, then settled down about midnight. That family left their TV on loudly all night, I assume to help the small child to feel more comfortable. Then at 7:00am the people in a different had a loud yelling fight. We could hear and understand every word. This night was unusually loud, but would not have been so exhausting had the hotel walls and doors been reasonably insulated. Even normal sounds like the three TVs that I could hear would not have been so irritating if the walls and doors were properly built to be more effectively insulated, because I would not have been able to hear them from inside my room.

It was clean and good parking.

Property double charged me on the second night. When I asked I was told that the system does weird things and that it would all work out in the end. I had to speak to the manager in the morning to get it fixed.

Nice hotel. Noisy, close to interstate noise. Neighbors were very noisy. It was nice to be able to get food there at the hotel even though it was at the bar.

The finishes in the room and around the hotel were dirty and/or poorly installed to begin with. Build up of dust and dirt in the light in the bathroom. The room was clean enough, and we didn't have any issues with that. The people were very nice and accomodating. I will stay here again it just seems like its old and not maintained really well.

The facility is always clean and comfortable. The people are always happy to serve you and very courteous. Having said that, I didn't get to stay there because the hospital canceled my surgery late yesterday afternoon. Four points was willing to not charge me but couldn't do anything because the reservation was under the control of Expedia. I couldn't contact anyone at Expedia to discuss the matter. Expedia is very difficult to deal with when there are difficulties. You are too automated.

The heating units in this facility are very old and function poorly. I did not ask for a refund tho I should have. No heat is no good...

This is our place to stay when we are in town for Dr's appointments. We always have good service, clean rooms and a good breakfast. The morning clerk was especially nice and he also was working the ticket taking for breakfast, cleaning tables in the breakfast area. He was very efficient in his job.

Stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to the hospital as we had an early appointment. There were better fis at other locations but they were too far away.

I've been here several times and always have enjoyed coming back. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony facing the Pool.

The property is pretty nice in the main common areas. However the rooms are quite rundown unlike how the photos look. The pillows are so soft that it is like you are not even sleeping on a pillow. Bathroom was in much need of an update. My window covering was ripped and would not work to raise or shut. Maintenance did come fix this promptly though! The food was absolutely horrible!! But on the plus side the bartender was great so just order an extra cocktail or eat out. For the price I would have expected a little nicer.

There support and help of my wife while I was having surgery at a near by hospital was really nice.

Overall I won't complain, however I will say I'm not use to coming to a hotel and not having the staff in some sort of uniform. Requested a room with a view only to be put in an outside room. Change rooms then the new room the TV didn't work. Couldn't reach the front desk so had to go back to down to the lobby, just to see the worker playing on ber cell phone. The Maintenance Man came up and he couldn't get the TV to work either, so another room change. Finally got a room that was worthy of being happy about. Good hotel, just needs to take care of a few things to be Great Hotel.

Staff was very friendly!! Hotel was easy to get to. A/C in the room was struggling to cool down. We did have a west facing sliding door but still should have cooled down more than it did. Never got below 73 at night.

I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Hotsprings, Ar. I stayed here on a vacation with my wife and we both loved this hotel. I recommend getting a room with a lake view, as the balcony was relaxing and the view at night was beautiful. The room was well stocked and included dishes, cookware, and a stove. For the price you will not find a better place to stay. Staff was also extremely helpful.
