Staffing were nice but parking was horrible

Extremely well lit parking lot. Needs met promptly (had a smoke alarm battery go out). Close proximity to a variety of food and the downtown area. It is much too close to the access road and interstate and rooms are not soundproof making the end rooms problematic.

Truly enjoyed the stay there. All things connected to reservation to actual stay was excellent. As anyone would say, a little lower price sure would be nice. All said and done, I'll try to book a room there in future.

The staff were exceptional. We got a non-smoking room because none of us smoke and you could tell that that room had definitely been smoked in before. We were staying at this hotel because it was located very close to UAMS.

The room smelled strongly of marijuana when I checked in. I booked a smoking room but was not given the room type I reserved. There was what appeared to be blood on the wall. The room did not have an iron. The ironing board was dirty and in poor condition. There was no alarm clock in the room. The next morning, I went to breakfast and returned well before checkout time, but my key card had already been deactivated and would not let me back into my room. These are basic issues that should have been caught before renting the room to a guest. The room was not properly prepared, and the problems created unnecessary inconvenience during an important weekend.

Convenient and close to the hospital. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The walls were a little thin so road noise and neighbor conversations were a little loud inside the room.

Location to Arkansas Children’s hospital may be really good, but stay somewhere different. This is right on the highway. It is a motel (do not be fooled by “Inns and Suites” in the name). Be ready for noise and a motel that needs a remodel.

Place was dirty, broken sink, the highway is extremely loud, they don’t serve breakfast. They treat customers like criminals. When you check in they don’t even open the counter window. They slip your cards through the windows crack. For the price I don’t recommmend this place. Terrible service.

This hotel seems like it’s in a rough area, right when we pulled in we were asked by a panhandler for cigarettes and then early in the morning someone was yelling in the middle of the road and then took off running down the street. It was 4 in the morning, I would be cautious with kiddos at this location

The room was ok. The air seemed stale. The baseboards in the bathroom area hadnt been dusted in a while. That led me to feel like the room hadnt been cleaned well either.

Door did not work properly. It was 30 degrees outside when I arrived at my room that had been reserved for a few hours prior to arrival but no heat had been turned on. It took the heater 3 hours to heat up the room. Had to take the thin blankets from one of the beds to make it warm enough to sleep in the other. Pillow covers were like paper bags. Like to have never gotten tv to work and the shower didn’t look like it had been scrubbed in quite a while!! How soap scum built up in it! Two reasons I chose this hotel were closeness to UAMS hospital and 8.8 star reviews. Not sure who has been leaving such good reviews! Would not recommend unless you are on a really tight budget!

Room was clean. Bed was hard as a rock. One tiny circle of soap to use for showering and washing hands. Toilet seat was broken and would throw you in the floor if not careful. It was $100 for a Monday night, which wasn't a bad price, but the amenities were lacking.

This place is not good. Only booked here because they said they had an electric car charger, but come to find out it was broken and would not have been free to use anyway. Room smelled like it had been smoked in for years. AC was on full blast but the room never got below maybe 70. Door didn’t close all the way unless you pushed hard on it and the lock was held on with tape. Hair dryer didn’t work and was filthy and the room was not very thoroughly cleaned. Ran out of toilet paper and there were no extras in the room, and the front desk would not bring any. Guy behind the counter had BO so bad the smell stuck in my nose for hours. Cable TV signal was horrible. WiFi sucked. Not enough parking spots. Only decent things about it were that there was a microwave, fridge and shampoo and body wash and the bed was at least comfortable.

Check in person was amazing. Super friendly and gave us good information to get around. The only thing that we didn’t like was the bed. It was hard.

We always stay here when we are in Little Rock. It’s across the street from UAMS and is so convenient. The people are very nice and the rooms are clean. We call it our home away from home.

I am not sure how these places get there ratings but 8 and above should not have trash outside, be next to a freeway, building patched and broken, room not cleaned properly, clerk should be able to answer questions....now after this trips i dont know that trust expedia anymore

I was satisfied with the property except one thing. The couch in the room was filthy. There was probably a child there previously and food was spilled all in the cushions. I removed the cushions since i checked in late and when i returned the next day it had been taken care of. Other than that the proprty was satisfactory.

Bed was comfortable Had to re-key the room every time I closed the door. Of course the verbal routine is to try to convince you that your phone or key fob is causing demagnetization with the key. Television had a weak signal. The parking spaces are too close. I found a better room less than 10 minutes away for half the price

The motel staff didn't clean the room, didn't bring clean towels, there was only 1 wash cloth, and parking there was ridiculous. Ill never stay there again. The only good side of the stay was it was in close proximity of the event we were attending.

Condition of the room was unacceptable. It was dirty and smelled. Not enough towels or toilet paper. Had a hard time getting my dot to open and close. Curtains wouldn’t stay closed. It was close to where we needed to be but it wasn’t worth what I paid

The stay was fine. Everyone was very nice. Our room was clean and in order. the only complaint is the room had a very mildew smell to it. it was room 101 if i remember correctly. Other than that, everything was good.

This hotel was perfect for our stay except the second night, the smell of cigarette smoke came in our room from the vent in the bathroom so bad that it was sickening. Just a freak coincidence.

A little noisy from traffic, but spacious room.

The convenience to the cancer institute as well as the cleanliness was excellent. It would have been nice if the restaurants around the area left menus here but regardless it was a pleasant stay except for the children that were staying above us running around. We will definitely return for my future appointments and ask for a room that has no kids staying above us LOL!

Not sure how this place has high reviews. It’s a dump in an economically depressed city. Room was very smelly and dark.

Very basic accommodations for a very basic price.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed into. I’ve used Hotels.com for 20 years. There’s open drug use. The manager knows about it. I called the police. The police did nothing about it. I had to leave and driving rain because I could not stand the smell of the illegal drugs you need to get this hotel off of your list. I would like to be contacted as I want to file this complaint as far as I can.

We have stayed there for the last three years for our yearly med check up. It is convenient ly located to the Med Center and the accommodations are good and we would recommend it to anyone.

Easy check-in with polite and courteous people. This is my second stay and it’s always clean. The parking area is well lighted facing an interstate. I was not afraid to stay by myself the first time. The second time was with my husband. Its close to UAMS and Veterans Hospital just across the interstate.

This hotel really depressed me for the evening. Everything looks like it was 50 years old except the television. Very close to hospital. The review of an 8.8 is extremely strange.

Great for the price, quiet, only problem is flat pillows and no vending machines and ice machine didn’t work but wasn’t a problem as there are nearby places with short drive to get ice, overall satisfied for the price and will stay again

The staff were fantastic and very generous. Though, there were feces stains on the ironing board and some towels were stained. Advertised to be 3 minutes from UAMS but closer to 15 minutes to the hospital. Very noisy during rush hour due to being next to the highway.

Room was clean and very close to my the hospital where I was having surgery! But the surrounding neighborhood was not the best.

Booked this room for the night before my daughter's surgery. I was booked for the 6-7 on accident I was needing the 5-6 and they got it fixed right up for us. Clean, comfy, super friendly and helpful, close to children's. All in all a great stay.

Check in went smooth. But, i went back to tell him the door wouldnt open and he kind of rudely told me to stop talking and let him talk. We couldnt use the tub right because there wasnt a stopper. And one of the comforters had what looked like blood stains on it.

Outstanding service! I asked the manager about some restaurant recommendations pointed me to some amazing places to eat. Every time I cam in he was always working on something trying to make the place as nice as possible for guest. Enjoyed the stay, will book again in the future.

I don’t know how this property has such a high rating, continue reading and judge for yourself. The front desk area is extremely basic. There were tools piled behind the counter, and no one at the desk to greet guests. Although they must have been in the next room because they did appear almost immediately after I knocked on the glass partition. They provide coffee in the morning but nothing else. The room smelled strongly of weed/pot. The bedding/bathroom/carpet/furniture appeared clean although some of the veneer was peeled off one of the nightstands. They only provided 2 thin towels and 2 washcloths for a king room for 2 nights. There were no hand towels at all so you have to use the bath towels to dry your hands. Water pressure, temperature and drainage were all ok. The room was not serviced at all, and when I asked about the lack of service when I checked out. The attendant replied that they do not have daily service and I had to request that if I had wanted it. I wish they had made that clear when I checked in. In summary, it’s an average but safe hotel that I feel should be related in the mid 6 to low 7 range. Their current rating in the 8 range is vastly overstated, and they need to do something immediately about the marijuana smell and lack of appropriate towels.

I feel this property was accurately represented in the description, Good value for the money. It had what we needed, and didn't have what we didn't need. Would stay here again. Traffic is noisy, but not a problem inside the room. The room was absolutely clean (I used a blacklight)

I will ONLY stay here when I go to Little Rock. The staff is friendly, especially Harvey, I feel safe, the ease on getting on and off the interstate is easy, the bed / pillows are so comfortable. The room is very clean, the bathtub in one you can lay back in, stretch out and soak. I referred my daughter and her husband there when they went to LR for a concert. They really liked it. A friend is coming in from Kentucky, I have referred them there this very weekend. The price is very reasonable and they have all the amenities you need.

Also no breakfast and the coffee pot in our room was missing a piece.

The hotel was not great. There were no hand towels, no service. Had to go down stairs to get clean towels and again to get coffee etc. No decaf. Staff was ok.

This hotel was very clean, I felt safe, as I was staying alone while my loved one was in the hospital. It was easy to get on and off the interstate. The bed/pillows was VERY comfortable. It was my second stay thwre, and will be back as long as loved one is in hospital and Im driving from out of town to be there with them.

The rooms appeared to be recently renovated. Overall it was clean and great for a last minute stay. Only "complaint" was the bedding was a little thin, but thats a personal preference and wouldn't have been an issue if I had actually planned for an overnight stay. Very conveniently close to UAMS and VA hospital. Flip side is since you're so close there are sirens thru the night. Recommend to stay here for a cost effective hotel within 5 minutes of the hospitals!

I was baffled by the high rating of this establishment. The room was grimy, there were brown spots on most walls and mildew growing on the wall art. The smell of air freshener was overwhelming and caused a sore throat. The motel is right on the highway, so there is a lot of traffic noise. Staff was very blasé. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Its close to the hospital so there are constant sirens, Not to mention the noise from the highway. The tv signal kept going out so you couldnt watch a movie or TV program all the way through. There are no vending machines at all.
