Very good and enjoyable staff

The staff was great! The new girl at the front desk recommended restaurants and gave good directions. Another girl helped us figure out the tv. The couch was stained and the shampoos were empty in the shower. The air-conditioning was awesome. For a quick visit, it was a ok place to stay.

The shampoo dispenser was broken (pulled off the wall actually) and we found out the only way to use it was to put it up to the wall and push. There was also a bubble in the tub that felt strange as you walked along the tub. I am worried that might catch an old person off guard. Breakfast was actually pretty good. The coffee was a step up from what we usually find at hotels.

Close to the hospital Bed was uncomfortable, room smelled like smoke, water damage in shower. elevator operation seemed in need of service. Not a very clean facility overall. Could benefit with substantial updates.

The hotel smells like mildew. It is need of many repairs. At one time I am sure it was nice, but it it is not being maintained. Air conditioner was very noisy. It was noisy in the hotel. Noise level was high.

With mud covering some of the prime spots, an open area behind the hotel with no access from the back into the building, and no signs indicating a short term parking option to offload luggage in the front. A sign noted there was no longer an option for shuttle service, the hotel van was parked in a space that would be good as a short term check in spot. The bathroom was horrid! There were huge areas of mold above the shower/bathtub, and while I'm certain the towels were clean, there were large holes in the towels. The staff at this property were wonderful. My welcome was very friendly. Personnel deserve a better spot to be a representative of. Too late for breakfast, I was offered the fruit I was seeking by the most generous and friendly service member. It's sad that the whole hospital area and its coordinating services are in such poor condition. I do encourage a check of the unit you are in for mold, especially as many are there seeking medical service support. A good manager with a thorough walk through of the property would be beneficial.

The AC in our room didn't seem to work correctly. The cold water faucet handle did not work in the kitchen sink area. We heard plumbing noises most of the night one night, and lastly, the elevator inspection expired in 2025 and we were there in May of 2026.

The shower had mold in it and the sheets had red spots on them. I immediately left and tried to get my money back but I was told no refund because I booked third party! Will NEVER stay there again!

The bed didn't have the latest foam top mattress, but it was acceptable. Room was large with chair & ottoman and a table with 2 chairs. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast offering included pre-made egg omelets, biscuits, sausage patties, yogurt, cereals, juices, fruit cups, oatmeal, bagels etc. from 6-9am. Coin Laundry on site, detergent etc. can be purchased. Plenty of free parking. Would stay again.

This hotel needs a major renovation. It is not handicap accessible. Bed sheets have tears. Bath linen is old & worn out. Breakfast quality is poor. This hotel is the worst that I have experienced.

This owners should be ashamed of themselves for the condition this hotel is in as well as the behavior of their staff. I stayed here to be near the hospital for pre op testing early the next morning. Extremely thankful I wasn’t going in for surgery the next day. The room was nasty, the table was greasy, the headboard had been pulled off and reattached. The bathroom was half cleaned. It was absolutely the most horrible experience ever.

I know this place is cheap and we stayed to be near the hospital. The room was clean but every single piece of wall paper was peeling off in our room. There were holes in the ceiling in the bathroom. The couch had stains all over it and we didn’t want to sit on it. I’m not sure if we will stay again. Staff was friendly. The lobby was clean and looked okay. The rooms need a little TLC.

The room was clean but nothing worked. Remote, lights, no shampoo, soap or lotion in the shower. Toilet wouldn’t flush and ran all night. The staff was nice and checked us in quick but overall the room was really bad.

One of the beds in the room was broken. It would barely stay on its frame. The other was fine. The room was clean. I was not happy with the way they charged $100 deposit after I get prepaid for the room. All I can say about the host and hostess, was that they were there. Not very courteous or friendly.

The hotel is old and smelly. They do not change or do room cleaning on a daily basis, but until you check out. Breakfast was all from the freezer right next to the counter, besides apples and bananas. This hotel is not worth more than $45 a day. It’s only located right next to St. Vincent doesn’t mean worth it.

Room air conditioner/heater did not work. They did offer to move me to another room but didn’t want to have to repack for just one night. Toilet was clogged and they said they fixed it but when I returned to the room I ended up going to the front desk to get a plunger to clear the toilet myself. The box holding the Kleenex tissue in the bathroom was empty. Not sure how long since they had been replaced. When I turned on the water to take a shower there was a large wad of hair floating that had been on the drain and had not been wiped out when it was cleaned last. For price the room was sufficient for my 2 night stay but I believe housekeeping could do a better job in assuring the room had all the amenities offered and is as clean as they can make it. Rooms could use a good coat of paint when possible

we tried to talk to the housekeeper in the hall wanted more towels and coffee but we could not communicate with her. no speak english. had to wait and the front dest staff member had to get what we need. the room was not entered by housekeeper beds not made trash not carried out. other than that the stay was good.

Booked a king size bed and got checked in and got into the room and it was 2 double beds. Told front desk and they said they were out of king beds. Room was clean but old. they are slowly remodeling.

Karen at the front desk was AMAZING!! One of the staff was rude when we asked to have shampoo filled since it was empty. He did not come back to refill it either.

Room was clean, comfortable beds, however there was a smell of tobacco smoke when we first walked in. We ask for a non smoking room when we booked. We contacted the front desk and a lady came up to the room and said she smelled it also. We just didn't want to be charged our deposit thinking we did it. They were very nice and offered to move us to another room, but we declined thinking with the ac/heat circulating would help and it did. Overall they were very accommodating and nice. The breakfast was good also, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, however were out of biscuits when I was there, but I'm sure they making more but I didn't have time to wait.

Air conditioner was loud. The room was clean but the microwave didn't work. The bathroom sink was stopped up. Soon as you walked in the room you smelled mildew. There was mildew in the ceiling in the bathroom. The breakfast was great but the guy that got the breakfast together was rude. The front desk daytime and nighttime clerk were very friendly. There are not enough handicapped parking spaces.

It wasnt the hotel it was this booking agency itself yall booked the wrong dates the wrong room and the cancelled the booking as a no call no show before we even arrived.

Had a family member who had major surgery next door, location was perfect, friendly staff, easy check-in, clean, quiet and comfortable room. Did not have time for breakfast but all other amenities were excellent. Highly recommend.

It was close to the stadium, and they let us check in early so we could park and walk. They were very friendly!

The FRIENDLIEST STAFF! Latonya was the only reason I gave it any stars. We booked a total of 3 rooms among the family. Room 400 was absolutely the worst. First observation was the door opened outward. There was probably 30 can lights in the ceiling and no way to turn them on. Moldy bathroom and bad smelling. Visually run down. Terrible sound came from the bathroom lights when on. Bed was not comfortable and did not appear to be a nice clean look. Did not sleep well due to lack of a comfortable feel. Stayed because my dad was having open heart surgery and we all needed to be close. Please give room 400 some attention. I thought maybe it was an old hospital room or nurses station in the past.

I have stayed here to be with family member in the hospital. It is within easy walking distance of the hospital but they have a shuttle if you need it. It is older but appears clean. They have a good breakfast selection. The cost is reasonable. There are restaurants and shopping across University but you need to be aware if you are walking.

Beds comfortable and breakfast had good options. Check ✅ n was easy and Latonya was very pleasant. Really appreciated the shuttle service to the hospital.

I loved the shuttle service to UAMS. The driver even followed us in to make sure we were at the right location.

I enjoyed the stay. It was very close to my appointment location. The price was very reasonable. The staff was friendly & efficient. My only issue was that the hotel seemed dated. Especially the bathroom.

The staff has always been nice when I’ve stayed here. The hotel building itself is clean but it definitely needs some updating. My room was clean but the metal door and metal area around the door was starting to rust, and the wallpaper is hallways was coming apart. I would definitely stay here again if I had someone in the hospital because it’s close to several of them.

The room smelled moldy. It was clean but the air quality was damp. Had a very hard time falling asleep.

Supposedly ran out of king beds, even though the reservation was made and paid, 2 weeks prior to arrival. No mention of being reassigned to double beds when I checked in. Called the front desk as soon as I got to the room and realized, it was the incorrect room assignment. They were totally full and had no other king beds. So even if you reserve something and prepay 2 weeks in advance, dont expect to get what yoy chose.

Upon entering the room a very strong odor of disinfectant. The beds had a plastic layer between the bed and sheets. Pillows were lumpy. Shower head is very low, requiring to bend down just to get hair wet. Air conditioning unit was very noisy. The worst night of sleep at a hotel.

This is A WONDERFUL service for families/patients. Just do not expect ANYTHING extra.

Walls are very very thin. We could hear the TV and normal conversation between 2 guests. Air conditioner made a noice when kicking off, but luckily it had a constant fan control we left on to prevent noise from kicking the fan off and also to help with the next room noise. Ridges in king bed, so finding a spot to lay was challenging. I was having surgery at 5 am so I survived but my fiancé had a long wait and a long drive home on very little sleep. I would Not stay again even though the lady at the front desk was super nice, it was a large room and close to Hospital.

Good Budget hotel stay when the power is off or renovations are occurring in your home because of the central location and reasonable price. Staff is friendly which is always a plus. I notice that the furniture in some of the rooms was a little dated but not too old or in disrepair.

We have stayed here before for medical appointments. Will come back!

The staff were great….. the property, well,, old and tired. I struggled to find smoke detectors, saw no sprinkler system, the room smelt slightly of cigarette smoke, the remote control only changed the channel, the rest was old school. It was noisy but the noise came from inside, not outside. No maid service (don’t know if that is how it was supposed to be or not). Just say that I was disappointed.

Convenient to hospitals. But beds are outdated and hvac units as well. Staff was great and all was clean, however the facilities were drab and uncomfortable.

The rooms are definitely dated and could perhaps use a little touch up work (bathroom door was splintering at the bottom and the room needs a few more outlets for devices). For what we needed, though it was good. When I laid down on the bed and closed my eyes it looked just like a more expensive room.

The beds were inconsistent. One queen bed was very firm, the other was very soft and bouncy. The bathtub did not drain well so therefore we had to go without bathing during our trip. There is also limited parking near the front door.

Lighting was horrible. The bathroom had no airflow and the toilet leaked. There also wasn't enough accessible plug ins for chargers, cpap machine.

The check in office staff were extremely kind and upon check in the lady kindly offered me their free shuttle service to the cheeders and target down the road which I appreciated after a long drive. I would return because the staff here are exceptionally good at delivering on customer service. Highly recommend.

The beds in the room are awful. The hotel need new beds. The beds have me and mom back hurting. I don't think that I will stay here again.

The room had so much cleaner unit it was hard to breathe. We had to open the window to make it manageable. My husband even threatened to sleep in the car. The floor had so much cleaner it was like an ice rink. I am disabled and can’t walk much due to knee and back pain. The floor caused me to fall hard. I ache all over now from my neck to my toes.
