Holiday Inn Express & Suites Little Rock-West by IHG

We were very pleased with our stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was extremely quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Great shower. Everything you want a hotel stay to be. We did not utilize the breakfast, because we were in a hurry to get on the road.

As always, it was wonderful stay!

The beds are like stone, hard the pillows a little to soft, and the air conditioner would not stay on kept going on and off. There was hair floating in the pool.

The look of room. It looked clean and safe I was awaken at 1am with a bed bug on my pillow where my 2 yr old grand child slept.

The room was clean, and the decor was tasteful. I liked the art on the wall and the window. White bedding and towels are a plus. I could not figure out how to work the TV, and I think there may be some plumbing issues in that particular room.

Breakfast was good. Room was ok. The pool wasn't clean.. smelled like sweat. The area was not a safe location. Not a good value for the price. We were traveling and needed a place to stay for the night. Will not return to this location.

Great location and had a good breakfast. The lighting in the room wasn't the greatest. While trying to watch the TV, the screen would constantly dim. Turned a light off and back on and that would brighten the TV for a little.

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and able to answer all our questions. Breakfast was standard. A hot entree of eggs, sausage of some sort and potatoes. Breads, muffins, Yogurts, cereals, fresh fruit, and oatmeal. Juice, milk and coffee which was decent. Check out is a breeze. Would stay there again.

The room had all the cabinet doors open and all the lights when we opened our Room 224. There was no coffee pot (I understand that those are becoming obsolete). It just wasn't what used to be.

Every thing was ok but, the WiFi would not work for us during our stay so we used hotspot the entire time. They didn’t have and extra covers for guests and the pool had way to much chlorine in it not to have anything circulating in the pool room ! Outside of that stuff it was a great stay breakfast was good staff was friendly

The breakfast had everything for food allergies. I can tell you its very hard to find. Cause my husband is allergic to pork. Everyone was very friendly. I would recommend and I will go there again.

The hotel was great. However I could not get any sleep . My room was located on the 1st floor near the pool and housekeeper close. It was constant door slamming and noise all day.

The coffee cups are not well insulated, so needed an extra cup to be able to carry it to the room, so one of those band around the middle would help a lot. Also, a carrier for multiple cups would be great.

The room was great! Beds comfortable! The pool was too cold. The breakfast was ok.

This is my second time staying here. It’s a very clean facility with many amenities and very friendly and helpful staff. The prices are quite reasonable as well. I feel very safe here, with no concerns for my safety or my vehicles safety. This is the only place I’ll stay when I need to come to a Little Rock.

We love the room darkening blinds! We visit family there and this location is VERY convenient for us! And the breakfast is great, too. Only need breakfast until 10 or 10:30 am on Saturday and Sunday. Our room was marked as a smoking room even though the front desk staff reassured us the entire hotel is smoke free which is what we like.

- Safe, well lit parking lot - Clean, no bugs, nice amenities like the pool - Location is great, very quiet Cons: - Per the Expedia listing, this hotel was supposed to have baby cribs available for free if requested. I did request one and put it in the notes during my booking, but the lady at the front desk said they did not offer them and didn’t see my note from the Expedia booking anywhere. - The $50 incidental charge that was incurred upon check in was a surprise to me and the only explanation given was that it is “in case you come down to the lobby to get snacks” and that the charge would fall off. I am not sure when it will fall off but I will be watching to make sure it does. This might be normal at most hotels though, I’m not sure. - The air conditioning unit in our room dripped condensation continuously which caused the carpet underneath it, in an approximately 2 foot radius, to be soaking wet. When we got to our room, I walked to the window to look outside and immediately soaked both of my socks by stepping on the floor in that area. The carpet around the big wet spot felt dry and crusty like it had previously been wet and then dried out. It continued to drip all night when it would shut off. Since this was only in one corner of the room, it didn’t bother us or affect our stay other than just having to avoid that area of the room. We had already settled in with a toddler so it wasn’t worth it to try to change rooms.

I selected this hotel to stay while in Little Rock for my girlfriend's birthday. It seemed to be withing 15 minutes of wherever we wanted to go. Breakfast was very good and the room was very comfortable. The beds were probably the most comfortable than any other hotel i had stayed in for a ling while.

Location was central to everywhere we wanted to be. Facility was newer and very clean. Staff was very helpful. Only downside was the breakfast - we got there 25 minutes before breakfast ended and practically everything was gone/empty and we saw numerous other guests come in and walk out before the end of "breakfast time." Breakfast also ended at 9:30 which seems earlier than a lot of other places.

What a wonderful place to stay! I was pleasantly pleased when I walk into a clean, spacious room! It was beautiful! Holiday Inn has really stepped up to luxury still st a budget price!

We had a good stay

Hotel was very clean, the front desk was very quick & polite. Breakfast was great only issue we had was there was so much chlorine in the pool and so humid in the room and no ventilation that thd chlorine burned our eyes.

The hotel s is a great area just off 430, and our check-in process was easy. The rooms are clean and the amenities are perfect for road-weary travelers.

Family trip, stayed 2 nights. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was lacking. I think Holiday Inn needs to revamp their breakfast options. We travel a lot and usually try to stay with the Holiday Inn chain and all breakfasts are the same and needs updating. Only interaction with staff were at check in and when we were told the pool was closing.

Met most of the quality standards we expect at Holiday Inn Express. Our bed had hair in it. The microwave had burn marks in it but it worked.
