The AC wasn’t working when we arrived. We had to reset the GFI to get it to work. Then it operated but made the room humid. So, though the whole place was clean and nice, I wasn’t so impressed. We told the staff and they seemed unconcerned.

Clean. 3 of the 5 lights in our room didn't work. When reported, the staff knew about this, but didn't even apologize. The bathroom door didn't shut properly and certainly didn't lock. Staff not responsive or helpful (except for the lady on duty when we checked out) Breakfast disappointing. Will not stay here again.

Was a clean, quiet, and cost-efficient place to stay one night for a surgery the next day in town. Couldn't partake in their breakfast but I’m sure it would’ve been good. Would stay again if need be.

As a family who travels with our dog this place is great. Our first time staying in a Spark Hotel, and we were delighted. Spacious lobby bright and simple. Room was very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and linens. Nice big TV. Bathroom clean and arranged nicely, plenty of towels. Nice open space to store suitcases. The grounds were perfect for dogs, with poop bag and disposal station. Reasonable rate, and pet fee the way it should be $50 refundable after room is checked for damage and potty marks. I wil definitely stay at a SPARK again.

Cold breakfast, not hot. Disappointing. Luggage cart wasn’t very big. Had to make 2 trips. (2 of us) Toilet was so low, not even regular height. Not good for us seniors which we are. Tub did have safety bars but I won’t stay at a Spark again.

This place was clean, it's in a great location and the staff was amazing. The only reason I could not give this hotel 5 stars is because you hear everything in this hotel. So if you are a light sleeper you may want to reconsider but other than that I would definitely stay again.

The staff was wonderful, Breakfast was great enjoyed a good hot cup of coffee and the room was clean i did have to take my trash out once after i return one evening I talk to the front desk no problem after that. I will return to the Sparks on my next trip.

Checkin was weird. The guy told me a weird story about firing his coworker over the phone for not telling him his shirt was on wrong. And he didn't give me the usual Hilton water bottles or tell me about breakfast time.

There was a constant beeping noise in hallways throughout my stay. No one came to turn off.Staff was very nice though. Had a hard time finding out that to use shower head you needed to pull down on faucet head. A sign in the bathroom would have been nice.

Well I got there on a Friday and after my buddy brought the rest of my stuff up because I'm legally blind he called me and let me know that the elevator was not working that he said in it for 10 minutes and the door would never shut so I went out there and tried as well and I got the same results so I went back to my room Saturday the same thing happened so I ended up having somebody help me go down the stairs some legally blind even though it did not feel safe and it's hard for me to do I told the lady downstairs about the elevator and she said we'll go up there and shake the door to get it to shut so she knew that this happened so much frequently at this time the next day it actually worked normal that was cool but the next two days once again had to get someone to go up there after I had to call somebody to help me down the stairs so I don't feel safe on stairs and then it was completely out the last day so when I made a complaint to the Hilton guest services they emailed the manager and he completely lied 100% loud said the only day there was a problem was the last day well the rest of the staff knew it was a problem I didn't make up not being able to shut the door of the elevator my friend did not make that up my driver did not make that up he lied to save his own books he knew something was wrong but no point in this state that I feel safe as a blind man cuz I couldn't leave if I had to in a quick time because the only way I could go is stairs which I really have troubl

The room was perfect even had a welcome with my name on the TV when we went into the room. We would highly recommend this brand going forward and will look for Spark in the future.

Was a fairly priced place to lay our heads from a road trip. Breakfast will leave you desiring a bit more with the yogurt machine being fairly wuestionable dripping away. Though the room was clean and employees were friendly and prompt when requesting another towel.

There were tons of lady bugs (Japanese beetles) all over the room. They started coming out after we got all unpacked and settled in or we would have requested a different room. The breakfast was very limited not a hot breakfast. Just pastries, yogurt and cereal. The location and hotel it's self was good.

The lobby was clean and the staff were very nice however the bathroom had appeared to not be cleaned very well which we handled and cleaned ourself. The issue was that we were woken up in the middle of the night by being bitten by bed bugs i took pictures and let the front desk person know and contacted the Hotel manager let them know that we were leaving. They did refund the stay and were very nice. But be advised they do have bed bugs.

Everything was good except that the walls were really thin! I could hear the people on the floor above me walking around and the person in the room next door snoring. If you’re a light sleeper you might want to look elsewhere. The pillows were also all lumpy or too thin.

For the price we paid I am fine with it but I most likely won't return unless there's some super special deal. Really no breakfast to speak of they had some yogurt and some pastries and maybe some hard boiled eggs but I remember correctly. Very limited protein mostly just carb items.

only real issue i had was i was told prior that is was going to be $87 and ended paying $136

Never staying at this “hotel” ever again. Starting with our original room, we were non-stop itchy in the sheets and could not sleep. To make matters worse, there were three poop stains on the bed, which almost made me throw up. We could not sleep here, so we presented this issue to the front desk. No apology. Very rude tone. Said all rooms were fully booked. But ended up switching us to another room. Was about to go to bed when I saw a bed bug crawling on my pillow. I screamed as I have never in my life seen a bed bug. The room also had a peculiar smell. Presented this to the front desk again. She said there was nothing she could do but said this was our last chance to getting a room. We accepted the odds and just stayed up in that room. Never felt so gross staying somewhere. If you are looking to book here, look closely as you might spot a thing or two.

Quiet, nice place to stay. We stayed 3 nights and only had maid service once. shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles on shower wall were empty. The breakfast buffet was nice and clean. Bagels, cereal, yogurt, muffins, coffee, etc. Overall pleased with hotel and the rate I paid.

When we arrived the foyer smelled clean. Our room was very clean. We enjoyed the stand up shower and rain like shower head. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast bar had a good variety of foods like bagels, cereal, eggs and yogurt. We enjoyed our stay !

Eventually, my boyfriend had to go find another employee, and that’s when we learned the receptionist was in another room with both AirPods in and didn’t hear anything. When we were finally assisted, the interaction felt neither friendly nor welcoming, which added to the frustration after the long wait. Once checked in, things moved along, but the initial experience set an unfortunate tone for our stay. I hope management addresses this, as timely service and a welcoming attitude are important parts of hospitality.

Updating is happening but both our rooms were far from being acceptable…actually sleeping area was ok but both bathrooms’ showers were horrible…moved from one room to another but the shower doors in each were not fully functioning. The doors closest to the controls were not moveable so to turn on the shower, one had to get in the shower and get wet in the process with cold water! Staff was accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was minimal….

That said, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for stays more than a day or two. The room has so much unused space and there are no drawers or wardrobe to store clothing in. There are coat hooks attached to the wall and a rod for holding hangars, but that is all. Breakfast is also disappointing. Nothing hot, very little variety. Only cereal, oatmeal, bagels, sugary yogurt, apples, and hard boiled eggs. I would expect to at least have a waffle maker and some other fruit like bananas or oranges.

The lady at the front desk the big one with the camouflage jacket was very rude . The noise was all night 2am -5am was the the worst. The rooms was clean the the elevator had and sticky stuff all over it

The staff were helpful & nice. I couldn't find anyone for my morning checkout, but there was a tray to put your room key in at the front desk. The shower was missing part of the enclosure so water would get all over the floor. Also had mold along the floor where the shower is. The elevator was super slow. Other than a few minor things, over all it was a good experience.

Also someone spilled coffee in the elevator. I saw it while going to room at 7:30pm. Came back down around 9pm and it wasn’t cleaned up- someone just put a sign up for wet floor. Came back up to room around 11:15pm- still there. Left early morning around 6:30am- still there. And this was a whole cup of coffee and powered creamer- not like a drop etc. took up half the elevator. Really made me question how clean the place really is. Also wild how paper thin the walls are. You can hear everything.

The shower only had one door because the other one had been removed and so water would get everywhere. Shower water was backwards, hot was cold and cold was hot. When I told staff, they were like "oh we know". Not sure why they didn't let me know before I had to figure it out myself. Floor tile wasoose in bathroom, which is probably from water coming out of shower.

The staff member weren't very attentive to the front desk. It was also left unattended alot. Housekeeping never serviced my room but once and i was there for a week. I was out of the room majority of the daytime and returned at night with dinner. My trash wasnt emptied until i sat my trash can outside my room door. Just horrible. Will not book at this place again.

Close to highway. Walking distance to mall, food, restaurants and bar. Newly constructed. Fast check in and check out. Pro/Con: Animals welcome, great if traveling with pet but awful if you’re allergic or prefer not to be greeted by large animals at the elevator. There were too many dogs for me during my stay. Cons: Don’t expect a southern breakfast nor water at Spark. Cleaning regimen unsatisfactory. Upon entering the room Wednesday night, it appeared neat. Further inspection I noticed carpet hadn’t been vacuumed because crackers were under desk chair and bathroom floor was not clean. Thursday morning we asked housekeeper if they would be cleaning our room and was told no we don’t clean daily. Since it was Thanksgiving we assumed it was due to the holiday but Friday we had to request she empty the garbage and exchange out the used towels. Still no vacuuming of carpet nor cleaning bathroom was done. Saturday the same but no clean towels. Stayed Wednesday-Sunday; but not once did the cleaning staff service the room, hopefully they did a better job once we checked out. This was not the exception for a Hilton associated hotel. Thankfully we got this hotel on an Expedia discount otherwise we’d be outta there! We came with 24 people for the holiday, they were served hot southern breakfasts, a variety of fruit, juice, water and had daily cleaning without asking at the two other hotels booked. I will pass on booking a Spark hotel in the future, discount or not.

I’ll preface this with the fact that we showed up after 11pm and we were exhausted. We booked a room specifically with a king bed. When we got into the room it stunk and had double queen beds. It was stale and one of the beds smelled like urine. The fridge door would not shut so I had to put my bag in front of the door but my Red Bull was barely cooler than room temp in the morning. If someone books a king bed they should get a king bed. Wouldn’t book at this place again.

There were several deficiencies in this hotel. Carpets throughout were dirty and needed cleaning. The room layout was awkward. The bed was not comfortable at all. The noise level was very high. It sounded like construction or some type of maintenance was going on the 3rd floor. Our room bathroom door frame was not installed properly. The bathroom door will not close properly. The room had a foul smell. We went out to buy candles to help with the odor. We will not ever stay here again.

The clerk was amazing. I had left a Mypillow pillow the week before and she took the time to find it and get it back to me! Room was clean, bed was comfy.

The room has stains on the accent chair there was no sofa as was advertised and there were multiple light bulbs out, not to mention having to kick the door to get it to shut. This was the worst hilton I’ve ever stayed at and truly wish I hadn’t. GROSS!

We stayed four nights recently here. After the 3rd day I had to request our room to be freshened up with towels, additional cups and Kleenex. Breakfast was grab and go muffins, bagels or cereal so I did not eat there since it was very limited. My largest complaint is the nose of the rooms. The walls you could hear conversations and the doors all squeak (wd40 would help!) Minor details could really set this property apart. Overall average but great location.

Staff was friendly the room was nice and it’s close to a lot of shopping and dining spots.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and a/c was cold! The work space in the room was nice as the work desk had an additional that would swing out adding additional space. The only down side was the wifi speed. I was not able to maintain a Teams audio call. The up and down speed was 9mbps - this is not sufficient for working report and will not support audio, much less video. Overall I will stay here again but will ensure I have plenty of data available on my hot spot if working remote.

It’s obvious that Spark is new or newly remodeled because it does look so fresh and clean. The room I had was spacious, clean, new amenities, and quite affordable. My only complaint is that the ice maker in the 2nd floor did not work, so a person would have to go up a floor or two to get ice.

Our stay was ok. Nothing extra special. It was clean, but needed some repairs in the room we stayed in.

Room was horrible, bed smelled like urine, no one came to clean the room, called front desk and there was nothing they could do to accommodate, needle was found on the side of the bed, highly don’t recommend staying here.

Rooms are vlean. Nice staff. Says free hot breakfast on line but the only thing hot is a bagel if you toast it. They have yogurt cereal muffins thats it . I guess my expectations for hot breakfast was something else.

Beds were very comfortable, bathroom counter had some dirty areas missed while being cleaned i guess. The rates were very affordable so the very limited breakfast should be expected.

I have no complaints about the building. It was clean, comfortable and well taken care of. Only a couple criticisms. There were some staff communication issues. I called the front desk on two separate occasions and no one answered. Fortunately, it was not an emergency. During my stay I purchased water several time. One staff person charged the expense to my room. Another staff person told me that I didn’t have that option and needed to pay. One night we had no activities and decided to rest. I went to the front desk and asked for suggestions for restaurants nearby. I got the name of one restaurant. And finally, there’s not much variety included in the “free breakfast.” There were bagels / cream cheese, cold cereal and boiled eggs.

The room was fine. The bed was good. There was a problem in the bathroom with only having one door on the shower. They were aware. New doors are supposed to be arriving soon. The one small thing was no coffee maker in the room. But there was coffee in the lobby. My only other observation is that they need to do something in the lobby so that noise is better absorbed. It was really echoing and for someone like me who has to use hearing aids it was really annoying. The staff was were very friendly.

The check-in staff - Leisha was rude. When we reported that Television in the room is not working , she asked us if we want to leave the hotel . This is unbelievable for the Hilton staff saying this ! Will never recommend this hotel. There are Marriott, comfort Inn located next this hotel. Please stay there. Will report this to the manager - Bradley Duncan tomorrow morning .

Got a King size room and they ended up giving me a room that hasn’t been cleaned yet. They ended up downsizing my room and still waiting on my refund.

Staff was friendly enough and this hotel was close to lots of dining options. I had questionable brown smears on my inner bedding that made me question if if had been changed and needed to request an extra comforter to sleep in. Otherwise my stay was quiet and cozy

The facility was pretty new and updated but the cleanliness of the room needed some work. It was overall a good stay.

This was my second time staying at this property. I would’ve given it five stars but the first time I stayed. I left my husband‘s birthday cake on the counter and we woke up that morning and it was full of ants. We weren’t upset. They were just sugar ants. However, we were looking forward to enjoying another piece of cake. The second stay was good as well except the loud people on the fourth floor (we were on the 3rd floor). They were sold out for the night so we couldn’t change rooms! Lastly our TV did not work. The receptionist was very helpful with trying to get the TV to work but she could not figure out what was wrong with it. So, we had to go the whole night without a TV not a big deal but a little disappointed as we had planned to watch a movie on Netflix. It’s a nice place overall and we were very pleased! We will be back again as we use this as monthly staycation hotel.

Very clean, comfortable, great ac. Sam, desk clerk, is an awesome employee. Only issue is door to room was hard to open and close due to scraping the floor. Also noticed several areas in the hallway where the carpet was coming apart.

Staff is super friendly, our room was okay, we had a handycap room and we struggled with the shower and a housekeeper helped us figure it out. Only thing is that our restrooms towel holder fell off the wall when I put the towel on it. Other than that its a good place to stay.

I guess the person forgot to check me in after talking to me at the desk for 20 minutes and so nobody knew I was in the room I was in. I had people try and come in my room/call me 6 times. SIX. Maintenance, housekeeping, front desk etc. all I wanted was a good night of sleep on a 15 hour road trip. Not to mention after I told them I was in there they never updated the record so people just kept trying to come in. While I was in the shower too! So that was great. Also - the free breakfast is just a grab and go basically!

Convince to shopping and proximity to highway. I didn’t like getting a call from front desk after 10 pm saying they were relaying a message “to keep the noise down”, wrong room, we were in bed by that time.

This is a great hotel for when you want to pay holiday inn prices for motel 8 quality. There were bugs in the room and one of the beds had visibly dirty bedding. The porcelain was peeling of the bathtub, and it was sticky. They made sure to inform me on check in that this was the last room available so I grit my teeth through a disgusting night.

1. Check in staff member made me wait for key card while she checked others in. 2. Asked early morning manager to have housekeeping make up pullout bed and he handed me bedding 3. put out sign not to service room and they did it anyway and came up with one less towel and had to go get one myself. 4.I asked evening manager for extra pillows for pullout bed and it never happened. 5. Breakfast is a boiled egg, kids cereal, muffins, bagels, coffee, juice. property is very nice

Looks like they have remodeled not long ago and details of, were not important. Bed was very comfortable. Would likely stay again if in the area.

It was a very quiet and comfortable stay. The room smelled fresh and was very clean. And spacious!!! Walking distance from Walmart and restaurants.

The breakfast could have had more. There was nothing hot and no bread for toast with jelly would have been nice. They may have had it earlier; we ate around 9:00.

Expedia did not have my room ready

Air condition did not work. Let staff know and did not seem concerned.

The AC didn’t work and there was bugs all over our room. The hotel manager declined refunding any of our stay. We had 2 rooms booked and ended up leaving early due to the bugs. Very bad customer service. They did not care one bit about the bugs being in our room or the AC not working.

Extremely clean property. Lots of parking spaces. Safe. Large TV. Beautiful spacious bathroom. Comfy beds. Nice desk.

The property itself is beautiful! The foliage and quiet stream near the hotel was perfect for my morning run. The staff was professional, not necessarily friendly. The biggest issue was our room had a musty muggy smell to it..along with…ANTS! 😭 it wasn’t just bad but it was nothing you want to see in your hotel room. They could not switch our room because they were booked. Fortunately for my my family and I we travel frequently so we keep cleaning supplies(including bug spray) in a travel stock. We were able to get comfortable during our stay because of this. The breakfast was very basic, boiled eggs(cold) bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit and juice. We also could not watch movies our YouTube premium account. This happened at the NLR location as well. Don’t know what was up with that. There are plenty of places to eat that are very close to the property.It wasn’t just terrible terrible, but probably won’t be back.

The hotel was nice besides how thin the walls were we could hear everything and besides that there should be more amenities in the hotel room itself such as our bathroom ventilation fan but other than that, I enjoyed this day at the spark hotel.

The bed sheet and comforter were feeling a bit moist, would recommend completely changing the bedding during the roomkeeping.

Bed bugs in my room. I discovered one that was crawling on me by the front desk. No refund. I understand hotels have issues. But I am leaving this because the management did nothing to remedy this. An employee watched me pull a bug off of me. Beware of the way this hotel does business. Ive included a picture of the one I saw crawling on my shoe. I was in town for a friends funeral. I’m not sure what they wanted me to do. If bugs were crawling in your hotel room, do you stay?

The area is easy to access to 430 and 630 freeway

Hotel was clean and it had a working ice machine. It is a must when traveling for sports events and this area had plenty of eating options.

Stay was great except every night I had to go back to the desk to get my key reactivated

TV did not work and when I asked for help no one came, I called twice. The toilet was dirty and so was the shower.

This hotel is very modern and nice for the price. Its economical had keyed inside entrance only. Very quite area. The walls seemed to be a little thin as the first night I heard either the tv or music playing till 4 in the am. This is not the fault of the hotel. The breakfast was basic but fine. We had an issue with the shower doors not closing properly and upon checkout was informed they had received the wrong doors. Minor inconveniences that were not a big deal. Staff was awesome. Very clean. Shower was a left a little to be desired in terms of cleanliness around the bottom edges. Water pressure and temperature were awesome. Toilet was a little low. Non smoking motel so this made up for all minor inconveniences. Very good customer service. Would stay here again in future. Felt very safe.

Great everything

I enjoyed my stay. I can't remember the front desk person that checked me in but she was lovely very helpful and welcoming. I think her name was Jaime. I hope I spelled it correctly. The room was clean. Stores were within walking distance. I had a wonderful view. Also there was a pond close by.

The hotel was right next to a shopping area and lots of places to eat, basically 2 minute drive. Area is surrounded by other hotels as well. I enjoyed the stay.

The location was great. Very clean hotel. Employees were very friendly. Selection for breakfast is very limited. Items like orange juice, water, more fresh fruit options, and snacks would be a great choice if they were provided.

Great stay in a really clean, spacious room.

We were informed when checking in they no longer had a king bed room as reserved and only had two queens. Of course, we had no choice to accept due to traveling all day and no other place reserved. Property was clean but staff not that friendly. Limited breakfast items and no lids for coffee cups for travel.

This property is modern, nicely appointed, and clean.

Hotel was listed on Trivago as having an indoor pool and actually had no pool. Breakfast staff was incredibly rude.

The room was nice , clean and comfortable. Would have loved to have had coffee in the room. First hotel I’ve stayed in that didn’t have it. Girl at check in was not friendly. Finished what she was doing on her phone before acknowledging me. Then handed me my keys. Had to ask how to get to my room and where to park. Still don’t know what was written on the key holder.

Staff was great. Property was a remodel that’s falling apart. Room was dirty, someone else’s food in the fridge and trash on the floor. New room was missing a shower door… it was sliding so I didn’t notice til in the shower and had to mop up a bunch of water bc of it… sat down for breakfast and got dripped on from the ceiling. Staff was nice tho, if they fix the facilities and make a better system of tagging room problems is should be a fine stay.

At check in time i was asked for a credit card even tho I have already paid for the room, they still charged $50 more they said I will get it back at check out time, but I didnt, so Im not sure what happened there, I do want my money back please

There wasn't a hair dryer or a coffee pot in the room. They weren't any toiletries in the bathroom and the bagel bar was ok. It was clean.
