I had a very good experience here. The entire establishment was very clean and well decorated. I will definitely be booking at this location only when I visit Livermore.

We've stayed here several times. It's convenient to Downtown and comfortable. My only complaint is I wish they had nicer towels. The bathroom could use a little maintenance but nothing concerning.

The location was good for us for six flags discovery kingdom, california great American and visiting san Francisco. All within 30-60 mins from the hotel so it was perfect. There are various food places nearby which is convenient and a gas station. The breakfast was surprisingly good and a firm favourite with our son making his own waffles. We enjoyed the fact it was different daily and even though we went at the end of the breakfast time there was atill fresh food coming out. Our room was a good size, the hairdryer a little dated but worked absolutely fine, the beds comfy, pillows slightly less. The kitchen area a bonus and desk space appreciated. Overall we would definitely visit again if needed. The pool was not particularly clean or inviting and very small. We didn't visit and my son was excited to initially until he saw it

We stay at this hotel when visiting Livermore. Very inexpensive for how clean and conveniently located it is. We have not tried the free breakfast yet but it sure smells good!

The property itself was just ok. When I arrived I used the restroom near front desk and was immediately put off by the deteriorating ceiling. Brown rust spots, poor paint job and discolored walls. The room furniture was nice,clean and in great condition. The carpets were a bit outdated and worn. Bathtub was quite old and in need of updating, but clean. The room had a small balcony with a table and chairs, it was pretty filthy. Beds were very comfy and clean. Loads of pillows. It took a while to get our TV operating properly but once we figured out that it was set for the wrong source it was great to be able to use our own streaming service.

Super disappointed. We’ve never had this happen to us. EVER. We always book a hotel with these 2 non-negotiables, a pool and a breakfast. We even filtered for those options when booking the hotel. For us, it’s a must especially since we book with our children in mind. Upon our arrival when we asked what time the pool hours were (because we will swim until we prune) they said it’s was closed because it’s was seasonal. It’s was 80* weather and after a 4 hour drive all you want to do is swim with the family and relax. No where on the website did it say it was seasonal and as you can imagine the kids were upset. I hope they can fix this issue for future guests.

The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast bar was well stocked and offered a good variety of foods. No complaints here.

Perfect place for a date

We stayed for one night and had an amazing stay. Breakfast was great, coffee was amazing and the kitchen was super clean. Rooms were very clean and I was pleasantly surprised to find Dove shampoo which made my vacation shower amazing. My daughter forgot her blanket and they immediately called me to pick it up. Will definitely be staying here again.

First impression….needs a thorough cleaning…. My room had a musty smell when we first arrived. The beds were very good and the room was spacious. Breakfast was surprisingly good. The staff was attentive. Convenient location.

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. It was clean, however the counter where the coffee pot was when I went to wipe it down after making just hot water for tea, the towel came out dirty, and I did not like that at all. There was a chair in the room that had a table that tucks under a sofa which in this case was tucked under a chair and it was quite sticky; no one had cleaned that for a while as well as the coffee counter; so I wasn’t happy about that either. The walls seem to be pretty thin because there must’ve been kids above us because a lot of jumping around until after 11 o’clockPM and first thing in the morning before 8 AM.

The hotel had a weird smell to it and the hot water didn't work in the shower.

Comfortable bed and very clean

The hotel was clean and fairly new. The room had a good size with a roomy bathroom. There were plenty of restaurants and gas stations around the neighborhood, and it's close to the freeway. The staff was courteous. Pretty good wifi connection. Plenty of food for breakfast although not a whole lot of options.

Overall the property is great and I really like the room because of its cleanliness and great amenities. They have a magnifying mirror in the bathroom which you can’t find in every hotel. Front desk people are nice and the complimentary breakfast is not bad.

This place didn't feel secure, very dated and tired. At 3:00 AM someone started knocking on my door.

Staff were super friendly especially to my kids. We had the breakfast the next morning and the staff made sure my kids had food and fun by providing them with sticker activities. We all enjoyed all our stay. Definitely would stay there again.

Staff was okay but the night staff are extremely rude. Went to the snack shop inside late night and the person at the front desk acted as if it were an inconvenience then made my girlfriend stand and wait for him to finish what he was doing on his computer. Then proceeded to take his time charging the items to the room. Room was outdated especially for the price and the pillows were hard as rock. Overall not a great experience would much rather stay somewhere else.

The staff was excellent. My room was exactly what I needed, quiet!!! It was a bit dated, but not bad. There were some issues with cleanliness, such as the wall to the left of the bed was gross, and the shower could use some help. The TV satellite service was a bit annoying, always freezing during the morning news I tried to watch. Overall a quiet room with a quiet air conditioner is always is a win in my book.

Ok hotel

Stayed for a day of wine tasting. Was close by to wineries and premium outlet shopping. Comfy beds and quiet rooms. Bathroom and kitchenette were older but very clean and loved using the little balcony in the evening.

First, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. Upon arrival, we found multiple stains on the bedding, including what appeared to be bodily fluids or other unsanitary substances. I’ve attached two photos for your reference. This raised serious health concerns and left us uncomfortable using the beds — especially concerning as I was traveling with children. Second, our stay was significantly disrupted by excessive noise coming from what sounded like a party just a few doors down. My kids were woken up multiple times during the night due to the volume, and it made it impossible for us to get proper rest. Despite this being a family-oriented property, it felt anything but peaceful or safe. To add to the disappointment, the breakfast buffet was cold and underwhelming. We had looked forward to it as part of our stay, but the food quality and temperature made it difficult to enjoy, and it did not match the standard we expected from your property. Given all of the above — unsanitary conditions, excessive noise, and poor food quality — I am requesting a full refund for the night of [insert date]. I believe this is a fair resolution based on the experience and the disruption it caused to my family. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and work to ensure future guests receive a better l

We have stayed here several years for the Street Fest. Its comfortable and convenient and relatively quiet. Unfortunately this year almost all of our towels had stains. We even got new towels the 2nd night and they had stains too. We will probably look for an alternative place for next year.

She provides such a welcoming presence and even remembered my son, wife, and I from a previous stay. She is the main reason why my family and I are returning customers. The other staff members are okay but not as personable and the breakfast provided is good for those looking to just grab a bite before heading out for the day.

Attending the Livermore Street Festival, this was a reasonably priced lodging option. It was very quiet, peaceful place to stay. The beds and especially pillows, were very good quality. Staff was very helpful. I would stay here again.

We were very disappointed and felt like we got the bait and switch!! Rented a room at Hawthorn for Valentine's weekend because they said they had a hotub and even showed photos. Turned out there is no hotub! How can you have photos of a hotub you don't have?? Anyway we brought swim suits and sandals and were very disappointed. Feel like we deserve a discount or some type of credit.

A good place to stay, very close to 580 East for those continuing to Southern California. The staff was professional and nice. Somehow we only got decaf coffee for our room coffeemaker, but a quick visit to the front desk--even at 5:30 am quickly remedied that. The room was good and clean. Wonderful Breakfast! Scrambled eggs were great as well as the tasty sausage rounds. They also had bagels, orange juice and many other nice food available. Bed was comfortable and you could adjust your room temperature to your liking. We would stop there again.

The staff was very accommodating. However, the curtain at the side of the bed was filthy in two spots right where my head was in the bed. I informed staff immediately and nothing was done about it during our 12-night stay. Also, when we asked for the room to be cleaned, they put on a fitted sheet but with no elastic to hold the sheet at the corners. We subsequently woke up repeatedly thru the night with our legs tangled in that sheet and our bodies sleeping on the mattress pad. Also, the bathroom fan rumbled repeatedly when we turned the light on. The tub/shower was just an enclosure like one could buy at Home Depot, not sturdy at all and very slippery. The bendable shower head was calcified and just squirted hard on the body, not at all comfortable. Facility decor, lamps, carpet, wallpaper, extremely outdated and appeared to be what was originally installed when the hotel opened. Room had an unpleasant smell.

my stay was short as it was for one night for a wedding.the shower and hotel room were very comfortable and pleasant to stay for a night. The area feels secure and safe as they lock up the hotel for the night and you need to have a key card to enter the hotel.

Always a perfect stay!

The picture is not from this hotel. Google street view the address. You will literally be next to a gas station and Jack in the Box… with all the noise of each. Do not let “wine county” and the fake picture fool you: this is as basic as it gets. The coffee was middle of the road, and breakfast went down several notches from there. Only Motel 6 in a sketch neighborhood is lower quality.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, bed and room were comfortable, and employees friendly and attentive. Did notice there were spider webs high in the corners of the room. Other than that room seemed to be clean.

I stay in livermore during the week for work. At the price point this hotel is great. It feels safer for my vehicle than the other 3 hotels I've tried in the area. The staff is very good. The room is comfortable. I give it a 4 out of 5. Would recomend.

Another issue was the noise level. The walls are very thin, and I could hear the TV from the room next door, making it hard to relax. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel could benefit from improved cleanliness and soundproofing. Overall, the stay was just okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Quiet property close to many amenities. Ideal as a base for a winery tour or shopping. Area is safe. Staff is very, very good and professional.
