Clean room but tv was discolored

I am typically very chill and dont complain, but this motel was rough. The shower was barely larger than me which made showering very hard. The towels had holes in them and the pillow cases were stained. They oddly had the nightstand on the opposite side of the bed where the outlet was. I sleep with a cpap so i need a nightstand by an outlet, so i had to move it to accommodate this. But also, shouldnt the nightstand have an accompanying outlet? There was gum on the floor, one wash cloth. They had weird stains on the wall Again, i must stress this, i literally grew up in multiple motel 6's, so im accustomed to ratchet, but this one was hard to stay in for 3 nights.

Mistry at the front desk was great! Excellent customer service, the room was cozy and clean.

Although I’m sure they don’t care you should at the very least be as respectful and nice as your client. I have a saying I live my life by. I give what I get 2X If you’re nice then I’m twice as nice. If you’re disrespectful I’m twice as disrespectful. Do better.

Overall for a smaller motel this place was clean and friendly. Not much for being fancy but extremely functional and well worth the price.

Clean, safe and affordable

Called and spoke to the front desk. He said there were rooms available. So i booked online. Showed up at 3am for him to tell me there were no more rooms and wouldn't refund my money. I would not recommend them to anyone

This was one of my greatest experience ever. The Sudio Inn employee was very gracious. Accommodated me in all ways. I had lost my ID and my fiancé booked me. It wa was an amazing experience and he was expeditious and I booked in very quickly. The gentleman was very accommodating. The room was clean. I like movies and I had enough of those. My favorites.

There was a buzzing noise in my room and the guy at the front desk just blew me off

The air conditioner is too noisy to sleep, and the bathroom is too small. I can't take a shower.

Nice place staff very friendly

The Expedia website showed a picture of a castle, but when I arrived, it was a terrible little motel. The photo did not match the description.

Room and property was newly remodel and very reasonable. The desk clerk was very friendly and prompt to our needs. We will stay there again.

I was going to stay there 4 more days but the manager was rude so I went across town and was treated like they appreciated me being a customer. The rooms were better

No idea why they have picture of gleaming glass building. Only drawback is very limited front desk hours.

Check in was okay, had some friends over and then left my room by 8pm to go to dinner. At 9:08pm the person who checked me in called me screaming that i had people coming in and out of my room all night and we were smoking because the smoke alarm was going off and he was going to call the police and hung up on me. I called him back multiple times to try to talk to him and he just kept telling me that i was lying to him and i needed to come by the office, so i wrapped up my burthday dinner early and went back to go grab my things and cancel my stay

It was last minute that i decided to stay in Livermore because I was visiting some friends and wanted a place to crash for the night. I booked last minute. Check in and Check out was the easiest ive ever had and the room was above my expectations for the price that I got it at! Would stay here again!

It was affordable, clean and quiet. Management was outstanding.

Food nearby with a brief drive was delicious, I had some awesome Thai, and slept well. The bed was comfortable. I will be traveling throughout California regularly and I'll keep this place on bookmark when I am in the area.

Studio Inn was a good and economical place to stay overnight. It was clean and everything worked as expected. I will probably book a room here again in the future when the need arises.

Reliable WIFI. Welcoming staff. Pleasant fresh air morning breeze when windows are opened. Time moves slower here. One hour feels like two hours.

Inexpensive but I was not expecting it to be that dirty. Saw trash behind the toilet, mold on the ceiling in the shower and the mini fridge in my room had some old food from older guests. Price was really good so I guess you get what you paid for but I thought at least these basics would be taken care of.

If you need a low budget hotel, this is a good one. Furnishings are minimal and old, but everything works well, it is clean, safe and well managed.

Nice overnight stay. Owner was very kind. Room is what you would expect for the price. Nothing fancy, but comfortable.

Everything was exceptionally clean all the way down to the parking lot there wasn't even any cigarette butts in the parking lot.

Affordable place to stay

Great accommodations for a quick overnight stay. Staff is friendly. Quiet location. Slept like i was being paid to sleep in the comfy bed.

I had a great experience at this property. After reading some reviews of a more negative nature i think there must of been a simple miscommunication. I felt some of the negative points others made at first, but after getting a better understanding of the hosts and understanding fully why "weird" charges that seemed kinda scammy at first were going on. After staying another night or two my peespective completly changed. Would definetly stay again, rooms are recently remodeled and are very current, not just anorher cookie cutter motel 6 clone.the owners definetly take their investment in their property seriosly and it shows.

17-year Marine Corps veteran went to stay there on veterans Day in uniform he refused to serve me saying that he doesn't want any military personnel staying here unless they have $150 cash deposit after everything was deposited for motels.com these are very discriminatory people unless you are from India or Afghanistan you're not welcome they don't care about anybody from America all I care about is getting over on people you turn down a marine on veteran today shame on you karma will get you one of these days you're going to need help we're not going to be there to help you I hope you can live with yourself as far as I'm concerned you're a discriminating racist ungrateful and I'm one of the few people that protect you in the United States of America stay in our country I don't even say thank you

We did not end up staying at the property. We left and rented a room elsewhere. The room looked as if they simply made the bed after the previous occupant left. It was not cleaned at all and the area is extremely unsafe. We were asked to move our car out of the parking stall directly in front of our room and to park away from the property against a fence. When we decided to leave I observed what I thought was a homeless man digging through the dumpster, however as we were leaving he walked into a room at the motel.

Location, service and cleanliness were a plus.

The maid was rude, yelling and complaining after being 7 minutes late of my check out.

It was an ok stay but the person in charge charged $40 extra for ridiculous things or errors he made. Wouldn’t stay again.

Room is small but okay but it says “fridge, microwave, coffee in the room” - Unfortunately there’s no coffee/creamer in the room. Good for someone who is really tired, fatigued and sleepy. But then it seems people outside are watching movies loud in an open air. So how could someone sleep? The price is too high for this noisy room/place!

Great place to stay and very clean. If you ever just want to get away from it all and go on to explore Livermore you can start by booking at the studio inn.

Had a business boot camp in Livermore. Stay was excellent. Nice and quiet. Will stay again.

Amazing place clean

Just a dingy old hotel - not especially clean or well kept rooms and there were jerks here parking in tow or more parking spaces making my parking really inconvenient, and the management just couldn't care!

The bed were horrible and so was the shower. Bed was not comfortable and shower was tiny. Area is a little questionable, heard people arguing/fighting in the middle of the night. Overall not a bad place though i would possibly stay there again if i needed to. Staff was very helpful and followed up with my fridge issue.

overall it was ok although I found a used pair of dirty socks left in the corner near fridge. Maybe next time, has to be checked thoroughly for unwanted items left from the last customer.

This is very old hotel and not very clean but it safe to stay

I liked that they had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I didn't like that it was very hard to find the staff to check in. They only left a small portion of toilet paper in the room and when it was about to run out staff was unreachable to get more.

Very family warming everyone respects each other and it’s near the freeway very convenient, it’s also near downtown makes even more so welcoming for the city of Livermore

The first room I was assigned the television did not work. They put me in a new room and there was no shampoo provided in the room.

The way too soft bed and the unable to connect To Cable TV were both disappointing. Location was fine & cleanliness OK.

Be prepared to see an extremely tiny reception area with just standing room, of 2 persons. Needless to say, rooms are small and spartan. Bathroom/toilet are relatively clean but there are no toiletries, hair dryer. Ok to have a room over the head for one night.

I was very disappointed when I arrived to find out the person in the lobby did not speak English. I asked several questions and he had no clue what I was asking. He pointed to a plastic sheet regarding the wi-fi login info. It was wrong and on top of that, there was no wi-fi service the whole time I was there. Other guests were coming to the office complaining as well. The check-in area is so small you can only have one person fit in there at a time. I would never stay here again. The price should have been $45 for what you get. On top of that, they had done some painting in the room and the paint smell was so strong, I had to run the fan and leave all the windows open all night. It made me feel queasy and I kept waking up the fumes were so strong. Never again!

Owner speaks a rare dialect of english (I believe) with is unintelligble. Room had a lingering odor. There was about a 1/4 inch of toilet paper with no spare roll. Not too noisy. I thought this was the Studio 6 version of Motel 6 when I booked it. OK for 1 night.

Ease of check in. Inexpensive and clean rooms. I’m a return guest.

Owner did not know I was coming and had to find a room. Did not clean the whole time I was there. A lot of hairs found under the pillows so I dont think they changed the sheets from the last tenants. I've stayed in worse but this was pretty bad. The only upside was the fast internet.

My stay was pleasant quite comfortable. Staff was kind & helpful.
