Clean room and good customer service

Quick overnight get away for a concert. Our room was ready early and check in was quick. The staff was friendly.

We have a double queen bed room. The bed wasn’t completely cleaned. There were some sand on the bed. I also tried to use their computer but there is no connection to the internet so completely useless.

Loved everything about this hotel. Very clean and quiet. All of the staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Breakfast and coffee are so good. 12 out of 10

Great breakfast options. Staff was friendly even when my daughter made a huge spill in the dining area. Owner was great with his staff as well, from what I seen. Only thing was the noise of either staff or a guest our last night there at 1230am. They even had a welcome bag for my daughter of snacks and a water. That was super sweet!

The room was well put together and comfortable when I arrived and the lobby was neat and orderly, Parking was pretty solid no issues there and it was fair for the price. Definitely loved the complimentary breakfast it makes the stay even better when you account for how much you save on eating out

Coffee maker in room had some water in it , and when i was going to use it , it didn't work. Also the shower water temp didn't stay constant. On checking out my bill was wrong and had to be corrected. The i wall charging banks didn't work.

I guess it was just worned out by time.

Robert was extremely accommodating and wonderful during our stay!! Pat was also just as wonderful and kind!! I made a mistake on my end when making the reservation and they truly went above and beyond taking the time to understand and were able to help correct the honest mistake. I would absolutely consider this establishment for any future stays and would recommend it as a great place to stay!! Very comfortable beds and great breakfast!

The first room assigned to me had mold on the windows, which I unfortunately discovered on the second day. To the hotel’s credit, the front desk changed the room promptly once I reported it. On the first day itself, I had also requested a replacement comforter because the one in the room was heavily stained. In addition, the sink was leaking, and some of my belongings placed underneath got wet. The room also had a persistent musty smell throughout the stay. Overall, this was a below-average experience and not what I expected given the price paid

The front desk is fine but the attitude is not the best. Tried to find some water but the water tank next to the front door is broken. The elevator's super old and smelly. My room on the third floor facing the elevator has very bad smell as well like some year-long unwashed socks. One of the light is not working in my room as well, not to mention the sound-activated lights (really annoyed me when I tried to turn them on and off). Luckily I have a early morning flight and only need to stay a few hours, but it is absolutely some of the worst hours I've spent in a hotel in America. It's pretty close to the airport, I guess that's the only good point.

And these are not suits, very small, jam packed rooms. Breakfast is not that great to talk about. Not going to stay here again. Not worth the price paid for the stay.

The front desk staff was exceptional. Not only were they really kind and friendly but when I came back late at night and couldn’t find a parking spot, the front desk clerk gave up her spot for me. That meant a lot and she didn’t have to. I appreciate it immensely and would stay there again.

Great place to stay

Close to the hi-way. Check in was easy. Room was clean. Breakfast was typical for choice hotels. Newly refreshed. Staff was nice enough. If you are offended by the smell of fresh flower, stay somewhere else. We are not and it didn't not effect our stay at all. I would stay here again. The renovations recently done were not done all that well. I really appreciate the hotel putting money back into itself but maybe they should have hired a better team of contractors.

Parking was well lit and there was plenty of space. It was raining when we arrived and I was thankful we could unload near the door and not get our luggage wet. The luggage racks were right there and easy to use. For the price of the hotel it was clean and mostly quiet. I could hear other doors shut happened twice. But the doors were heavy. It didn't bother me or wake me up. My boys both enjoyed the hot huge waffles at breakfast. I was thankful there was coffee and I didn't have to drive someplace to find stuff for them to eat. Great value! Not a luxury hotel but I just needed something clean and safe for the night as a single mom with kids.

Was always greeted when walked in The breakfast food was decent. Breakfast was over too early in my opinion. Shower curtain rod almost fell on me when I closed it. Couldn’t get into room had to go to desk 2x and then be given a master key to open the room and was told to hold onto that. Elevator would start to go down before doors closed

Everything about this hotel was excellent. We especially enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and the cleanliness of the property. We didn’t get to the complimentary breakfast but thoroughly enjoyed everything else regarding our stay.

There were ants in the bathroom and no juice at breakfast. The dumpster outside was overflowing with trash and the fence along the parking lot looked like someone drove through it. The room smelled musty.

Good customer service

The room was disgusting dirty and broken door knobs. We asked for new bedding as there were stains and the bare minimum solution for the stains and dirty socks left in the room was just new bedding. Wouldn’t stay here again, they also charged almost $200 for incidentals.

Sink and bathroom drains plugged. Showered in 3 inches of water. Additionally no bath towels on room . Used face clothed sized towels to dry off after the shower. I will not book comfort inn again.

Easy check in, the owner was there and brought us a welcome gift of wine which was a nice touch. Room was great, everything was clean and well equipped, nest to Tully's which is a go to for us!

Check in was the fastest, but not the friendliest. Breakfast staff openly complained about being thankful “it was over” and couldn’t wait to “get out of there”. Room was comfy, and clean as this level of hospitality can be for the price point. Would return, but only for business stays alone.

Room was clean. Bathroom could use a upgrade. Ceiling tiles that looked they would fall. No stickers in the bathtub, very slippery. Watch out.

We didn't stay. Our flight was delayed in JFK Airport and we didn't make it to Liverpool.

One thing stood out, we had a very stained bath towel so much that we weren't sure if it was just stained or a dirty towel. Did not use but left on the bathroom floor.

We always stay here when traveling through Syracuse - always a welcome stop on our roadtrips. The room was very clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Helpful and upbeat staff as well. Thanks for another great stay!

We had a great stay recently here. Room was clean, and ready for us. The bed was comfortable and we had a restful night

The first room we got we found short black curly hairs in the sheets. They handled that by giving us a different room and a bottle of wine we wont drink. The beds were the most uncomfortable bed I've slept in. Cleaning in general left something to be desired.

The room had spiderwebs in different ares including the bathroom. Staff were really nice, though when we needed more towels. Also, there was no room cleaning or trash pick up but that could have been because it was Thanksgiving.

Property is looking old. And no mirrors outside the bathroom and way too few lights in the rooms.

Room was dirty, sheets were inside out on the bed, several items in the room needed repair and the bathroom was not clean. The hotel is extremely close to the highway and the street is non stop. A domestic dispute was going on near the entrance of the hotel by guests with open liquor bottles. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Wow- such great customer service from the minute we checked in at 1am to checking out- everyone we encountered was wonderful. Special call out to the gentleman cleaning up breakfast. He gave our dog a bag of dog biscuits for the road. So thoughtful!

Having a variety of breakfast options was nice. The location is ideal for those wanting to visit Destiny USA (it's only 4-5 minutes away). My room was located at the end of the hall on the 3rd floor so it was plenty quiet. Nothing was lacking to me so interacting with the staff was limited, but they were nice and welcoming!

The room was clean. In-room coffee was all decaf but I didn't bother to request real coffee. Refrigerator was not very cold but things didn't spoil over the short time I was there. I suspect that, like me, people choose this one for the lower rate than the nearby hotels. It is fine.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast needs more options like home fries and bacon. The room needs renovations; the carpets need to be replaced, the bathroom had no handle bars for the towels. I had a suite and there was no sink or actual kitchenette. The room could use more seating for dining….

Hotel was fairly clean, beds comfortable, good cable TV. We had great water pressure in the shower but the tub drained very very slowly. A five minute shower had water up past the ankles. Rooms could absolutely do with a refresh and updating. The staff was very polite and helpful.

First of all never had a hotel charge me before I arrived and then cancel my booking without calling me or try contacting me, therefore had to call to find out wrong billing info was input so corrected over the phone and was charged before I arrived and then I arrive and it’s the wrong room! They wind up putting me in the room I needed but clearly was a back up room as fridge didn’t work neither did half the outlets. But again when I booked it initially I said pay at property and not sure why I was charged before I even arrived.

Stayed during parents weekend so paid almost 600 dollars a night. For that price, the condition of the hotel was not acceptable. Dirty, stained carpets. Dirty sheets that had not be cleaned-hairs and crumbs were visible. Broken items in the room- phone cord was taped to the phone but wouldn’t stay in so no call to front desk could be made, remote did not have a back and was very sticky, curtains had big rip, sink would not drain.

Everything was great, thought they had an indoor pool when I booked, clearly I had not looked amenities.

We didn’t stay at this place, they refused to refund after glitch duplicate bookings. Not very good.. we didn’t stay there because we are not happy with the flexibility. We already booked another place. Hotels.com need to do better too.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was sufficient. Hotel had updated decor. Bed was comfortable and the linens (sheets and towels) were clean. That being said- I understand that the comforters (under the sheets) are not regularly washed and pillows are reused but I was surprised to see the pillows appeared stained yellow and the comforter had many stains on it. Some of the surfaces in the room did not appear to have been wiped down as I had to clean them. Other than those issues, the hotel was decent.

It was fine. We felt safe. Passable cleanliness. Only staff we dealt with looked visibly inconvenienced to be there. Zero functional wifi in room or lobby. Breakfast was decent.

The other issue with the room was it had ROACHES! One actually fell on top of my head as I was laying down!!!! Lastly there were blood stains on the pillow cases as well as sheets. This place is excellent brand new / remodeled all modern conveniences. Great restaurant next door a dunking on the other side in a gas station right across the street. I felt very safe and welcome breakfast was amazing

Booked a handicap accessible room and the only thing accessible was that it had an open shower. The bed was way too high. The bathroom was difficult to maneuver. No grab bars in the bathroom. Honestly if there were other hotels available after we noticed all that we would not have stayed. The room was also pretty dirty. Definitely won’t stay here again on my next trip back to the area.

- carpet was stained in multiple places - towels were thin and scratchy - the was mold around the top of the bathroom door - WiFi never worked, had to figure it out myself as the front desk staff didn’t mention it Honestly, we couldn’t get out of here fast enough!

This is by far one of the worst hotels I've ever been to. Idk how this place has 8 stars. Breakfast was coffee, great value bread, nasty looking eggs, waffles and cereal. The rooms were dirty - we had 9 rooms booked - and towels were missing from the rooms. I called the front desk and they said they had no more towels, that everything was washing. Language barrier was huge, they were indians. He could not understand english well. I had to be very direct that we needed towels. It was late night and we had just checked in and needed to shower. After insisting, a "miracle happened" and suddenly they had towels. The room was dirty, only mini toiletries - which was not enough. Staff was not friendly at all. The hotel itself was bit up. Really not taken care of. I do not recommend anyone staying in this place.

The hotel had a great variety. If I could suggest adding bacon and oatmeal. Overall very delighted and grateful.

Overall it was a nice stay. The bedding could've been a little better kept and the flooring area beside one of the beds had left over candy and small a hair band. The reservations were made well in advance and still a room at the very end of the hall is what we got. The breakfast buffet was ok. We were however, given a very nice complimentary bottle of wine.

It was cheap, clean, easy to check into around midnight. We were driving through and needed a place to sleep that was clean, safe, and affordable. This checked all those boxes.

The property appeared to be in the middle of an update, or it least it certainly needed an update. Some of the room was in disrepair (pealing ceiling, missing door parts). Plus the maximum price posted on the door in accordance with NY law was $70 less than what we were charged.

It was however clean, staff was nice enough, and other than not being able to sleep at night it was fine.

It was a good place to stay for a couple nights. Wish it had a pool.

Did not like paying a staff gratuity per day. Did not know it was automatically added to my bill. I left a separate gratuity as well at departure time for cleaning the room. I also did not ask for service during my stay. The breakfast was the same all three days i was there.

The room was dirty,with bits of dried mud and stains on the carpet. The bed mattress cover had visible stains, the towels were old and ratty, and the room wasn’t cleaned after myfirstnight

Essential components (AC, coffee maker, TV, light) worked. Radio alarm was not keeping time and was reported but not fixed or replaced for our 2nd night stay. TP holder in bathroom was broken. How can the maids not see this and why is it not fixed?

I didn't like there there is only one accessible parking spot. It looks like they replaced several spots with EV spaces. I didn't like the room I had had cockroaches and a large wet stain on the carpet. The staff was good though and switched my room to a suite.

The hotel is pet friendly and our room smelled like dog for sure. Whole looking for an outlet that worked we found trash. The whole building needs a deep clean.

It was alright except for the check in and the bugs we found in the bed. I don’t know if they were bed bugs though. They were pretty big. Not ants but ant sized crawly guys. Gross

Overnight stay on our road trip. Everything went very well. Our room on first floor was great since we had our dog with us. The staff was very welcoming. The only complaint is the bathtub surface was slippery and no grab bars present. Seems like an accident waiting to happen.

The free bottle of wine was nice. There was a roach alive going across our bed and the room smelled pretty bad. I went to the front desk and was moved to the room right next door. Didn’t find any new roaches but the damp mildew smell was in both rooms.

Overall average, some things were not working properly like the sink and the bathtub. Ok cleanlyness and pretty cramped rooms.

Overall, the place met our needs. The highlights were a free bottle of wine at check in and the staff was super nice. Downside is no pool and no outdoor spaces which is tough when traveling with a family. There was also an odor in our room that we couldn’t get rid of. For the price, it was great, but there were some shortcomings.

the hallway sounded like a festival was taking place with doors slamming constantly along with loud laughter and giggling. We had an early flight and this wasn't exactly helping matters. I don't believe there was anyone on site besides the night desk clerk to be able to police the ridiculous noise being made.

Check n was easy, very nice lady at the desk. Room 213 directly opposite the elevator with VERY small window overlooking the roof so very little light. Room clean, small bathroom with sink and counter outside bathroom but directly inside hotel room entrance, strange set up.

The staff is super friendly. This budget-friendly property could use a refresh, but the staff makes it worthwhile. Super nice people operate this property. I would return again. Overall, it’s a solid budget option with a great staff working to make your stay as comfy as possible.

The next day when my room was cleaned, the duvet cover was covered in dog hair, so I switched to the other bed. The last day I had stayed, I woke up to bug bites on my shoulder and had two ants crawling on me! When I had spoken up, they provided a 20% discount on one night but I now worry these were bed bug bites as I'm still itchy and anxious I may have brought them back home with me. My first stay with them months ago, I did not face these issues but there was a drastic difference in cleanliness. I will not be returning.

This hotel offered daily maid service, which is hard to find these days. The breakfast area was comfortable and spacious.

It was clean and everything worked. Our room was at the front of the building and was still very quiet.The breakfast was ample and done well. The stay was entirely satisfactory.
