Very clean hotel. Staff were very friendly upon arrival, and every staff member, including the cleaning staff, greeted us warmly. Breakfast was great and even had almond milk. Appreciated the water and snacks on arrival. Great place to stay!

The location was centrally located and easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable, if a little basic (like no bathtub, no tiny toothpastes etc). The staff was absolutely lovely. They all should get a raise. A stranger walked into our room because she had her room number wrong, but her keycard worked on our door. That was a bit disconcerting to say the least.

Regarding the property it was sparse and left a lot to be desired. No drawers or cabinets to use, the breakfast was less than I would have expected from a fast food restaurant. The cost was outrageous for the spartan facility providing.

The property was clean, comfortable, and safe. However, Expedia autocorrected my app to my husbands name and I had a very hard time checking in due to this.

Getting the shuttle was quick as I left at 5 am and the driver was sitting at the front desk ready to leave. Breakfast wasn’t served until 6 am.

Location Rooms were all dirty, our first room had finger nails dirt and dust on the floor and stains on the curtains, asked to switch to another room as it was late and it was just as dirty ! We left to stay at another hotel in the area !!!

We loved the pancake machine! The options were well stocked and the common dining area was very clean.

Room was pretty clean but felt bare. There was a long hair on my pillow, and one of the towels smelled. The mini fridge felt like a mini-mini fridge, and there was no small freezer inside. The hand soap instantly flared up my eczema on my hands, and the mattress was hard. One of the side tables was really scuffed up and should've been replaced. The walls were very thin and I could hear everything from the hallways, rooms, and even people opening and closing their blinds.

Upon arrival room was unsecured and room lights were on.

This is a consistently solid choice for an overnight stay before a flight. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean…only thing I noticed on my last stay was the noise level in the parking lot was a bit much. I’ll just request a room on the other side next trip out.

While the hotel is impressively clean, the overall experience is a bit of a trade-off. The breakfast is strictly average, and unfortunately, the coffee is quite poor—tasting both old and bitter. Additionally, the beds aren't particularly comfortable, which makes for a restless night. However, considering the price point, it remains a fine, functional choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay.

The hotel was decent but our room was at the end of the hallway next to a staircase and door. All night long we heard people and the door opening and closing.

The room was very clean. The linen and bedding was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious especially the oatmeal. The gym was very sufficiently functional. The staff was very helpful. Definitely would stay there again, but wish they had dressers. I also would like it if they were stands on both sides of the bed and not just one nightstand.

I was very pleased with the service, efficiency, and atmosphere of this TRU property. The challenge is that for more than an hour (might have been much longer) at prime morning time, there was no hot water. I wish there were some communication to us guests. The good news is that, in very cold weather, we had heat in our rooms!!

Great little hotel! We stayed here twice on the way from Cleveland OH to and from Boston, Ma, back home. It’s middle way and super convenient location. Very clean, staff is so pleasant and helpful. Rooms are quiet, clean, warm. There is mini fridge. No coffee machine but very nice breakfast included. Definitely recommend this hotel! And we will stay here again when traveling to visit family!

The bathroom was cold, it has fan that sucks warm air in and pushes out, the shower pressure was Horrible and we had little to no HOT water lets say we saved ya all water because our showers were QUICK! Other than that it was fine. Our first stay there was Wonderful, second this weekend not so much so with the above cold/ water issue.

I was glad I chose this hotel. I was midway through a long road trip when a snow storm started. I had never stayed at a Tru hotel, but now that I have, I look forward to doing it again. Check-in was slow. The building had 3 floors and my trip up to 3rd floor was quick on the elevator. The room was nice. The TV said “Welcome” and my name. That was a nice touch. Bathroom wasn’t cramped and I slept well in the comfy bed.

The room was spotless , the staff were very friendly and professional, the lobby and continental breakfast areas were very clean and modern. The area experienced a heavy snowfall and the parking lot and walkways were well maintained. Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend.

Room was expertly cleaned everyday with friendly cleaning staff working around my schedule. Room was spotless everyday. The bed was comfortable, The TV was a good size. The shower had a frameless door and was immaculate. The water temperature was just right and easy to control. I liked the shampoo provided. Breakfast options were extensive and delicious. Hair dryer worked well. Fitness room & equipment was clean and well maintained. I stayed 5 days over Christmas and had a great experience at this hotel. I would recommend it to others.

Nicest airport hotel in the area, but unfortunately they charge an additional $80 to keep your car here that I didn't see listed anywhere when booking. At that price ill just park at the airport!

It was very clean and quiet. However, it was a very minimalist decor which did not appeal to me. The WiFi is free only for Hilton Honors Members (if you aren’t, you can join or pay for WiFi)

Was definitely expecting more with the name Hilton! The rooms are very basic and The beds are not comfortable but it is very clean. Staff was excellent and I felt safe being a solo female traveler!

Room was very clean. The front desk checkin was very easy and I really liked the staff, everyone was going above and beyond to make sure we had everything for the stay. I liked that the front area had a variety of snacks if you needed anything. The hotel was convenient off the highway and convenient for our trip to see a AHL game. McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts are right next door which was handy.

Everything was clean and well-stocked. I liked the wall-mounted hand soap and lotion at the bathroom sink and the mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. I can’t remember ever having hand soap in a hotel bathroom…it’s usually just the little bar of face soap. This small detail made a difference, in my opinion. Breakfast had plenty of options and oat milk with the coffee, which I appreciated. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because they have on-site EV charging stations; however, I couldn’t get it to work, plus there were non-EV vehicles parked in the EV parking spots. That is my only complaint about my stay. Perhaps the staff could have helped me, but I checked in so late that I didn’t feel like dealing with it. Overall, this is a great hotel with nice amenities. Would stay again.

First of all, I’m surprised that this TRUE Hotel is operated under Hilton banner! It should not be part of Hilton group for the following reasons. 1) had to wait at Syracuse Hancock Airport for almost 1 hour waiting for the hotel shuttle. 2) Front desk staff are unfriendly and unwelcoming. The two front desk employees met in the night of my arrival were incompetent and unaccommodating. My simple requests to have 1- hour late check-out or a room closer to the elevator because I had many heavy luggage were not attended to. 3). The room itself is very basic, and missing basic items a hotel room (especially Hilton) should have. Items such as; work desk, pen and note pad, soap bars for hands washing. Again, this propert should bear Hilton banner.

Called ahead for shuttle service and it was right on time. 24 hour shuttle available to and from airport. Hotel is always neat and clean with great service.

The hotel property is new and modern . The rooms were cleaned, which is very important ! The rooms are on the smaller side and they don’t have a closet nor drawers to put away your clothes .

Our problems were two fold; a) only 1 (one) chair to sit on in room of double occupancy and b) no coffee maker in room. Yes coffee was available in the lobby, three floor down. My problems have been solved in the future as there is a Holiday Inn Express across the road. Staff were great & room clean and tidy.

Shuttle was on time

The only issue was our room. A/C kept the room cool but the rooms could use some TLC and quality control. It rattled loudly the whole time when it came on. The bed also squeaked with any movement. The bathroom sink also drained too slow and would fill up while simply brushing my teeth or washing my hands.

Not a luxury hotel, but ultraclean, modern, and with the right variety of amenities. I like that the floor isn't carpeted; all those fibers can harbor crud and chemicals. Friendly staff! The area surrounding the place is old sububan but our stay was so enjoyable that we didn't mind the traffic and tacky buildings nearby. A terrific value.

Perfect location! This hotel has no carpet in the bedroom and this is genius, so much cleaner because of this and it is such a plus for people with allergies.

Bathroom was spacious, clean and was well stocked with basic toiletries and a hairdryer. Mini fridge in room was handy for keeping drinks cool. Adjustable AC in the room was a plus as it was over 30 degrees during our stay. Check in and out very smooth. The included breakfast had a decent variety for families (eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, bagels). A bit disappointed that the pancake machine had ran out of batter and wasn't refilled during the 30-40 minutes our family was in the breakfast room but the staff did keep the self service area clean and everything else seemed well stocked. This was my first time at a Tru by Hilton but it would now be top of my list of options to consider on future trips.

The staff were wonderful, we had last-minute changes in our travel plans. They were kind and accommodating.

The room had a rolling office chair with a small desk attached to the chair (arm that flipped down).The floor was vinyl plank with no rug. There was a thin board/shelf on the wall (no desk or table) and no coffee maker - basically a bed with an office chair. I would not recommend this property.

This location is just outside of Syracuse, it’s very easy to get downtown and to Destiny USA. The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable and the coffee was fresh. We really like the Tru Hotels.

Two different front desk clerks told us we could park our motorcycles under the cover because it was supposed to rain. A few hours later we had to move them and park them in the rain. I was very disappointed

First time at a Tru hotel - this place knocked it out of the park! Not a brand new building but felt like it. Even the coffee was pretty good. Shop in the lobby had a wide selection of snacks and beverages. Highly impressed with Tru!

Check in was great, but around 7 at night a huge party of young children came in with parents (im assuming), they were running up and down our hallway, yelling and screaming at the top of their lungs. One child sounding like an opera singer. We were told by front desk staff that the kids would “quiet down soon”. That wasn’t until 9-9:30. Only to be woken up again before 6 am. We were pretty angry considering we paid $260. To get a crappy nights sleep, We will never, ever stay here again.

Short stay . Arrived at 9:45 pm. Left at 7 am. Very comfortable and clean. Quiet. Nice and sufficient breakfast. 2nd floor hallway had a musty smell as if it had been wet, but did not seem so in our room. Overall the price was a little too high for a quick overnight when other hotels in the area are just as nice and more reasonable price.

My daughter and I went for a quick getaway and this was a perfect place to stay for both of us. So close to the USA mall where we spent almost 2 days trying to get to see all the stores. At the end of the day this place was the perfect place to have a good rest Will most likely go back whenever I’m in the area

It was convenient and had easy parking and the staff was friendly. However, the room was very basic with no dressers or chests to store clothes.

Unfortunately we stayed in a room next door to the rear exit. My guest and I did not sleep well due to the constant slamming of the exit door at all hours of the night, in addition to the morning at 7am until 8am. Other than that, the hotel is very clean and free breakfast is a plus.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was so comfortable. Breaks was provided and was good. There’s games for the kids to play with and my daughter was excited.
