Convenient to I75, Staff was very friendly/helpful. Rate was fair. It wasn't the cleanest. Dirty sheets. Bathroom unfinished.

Location and price It was noisy from traffic. The mattress was uncomfortable and noisy when I moved. It was mostly clean but I did find some dirt but just little bit. I had to walk past rooms that were smoking to my non smoking room and breathe that crap in. I was on the second floor and there is no elevator so I had to haul everything up. Being older, I found it hard.

Room was not very clean. They charged my card before I even checked in, which was not the card I wamted to use. Gave them my new card, and then they charged that as well, so I double paid. Still trying to get my money back 3 months later. Be warned.

When checked in, the lobby smelled like body odor and burnt food. The room we had was absolutely nasty and dirty. The tv didn’t work, nor did the ac unit cool the room. The bathroom was very dirty, toilet seat was broken, and shower still had dirty in the bottom of it. The beds felt like the spring were about to pop through your back. I’ve stayed at many hotels over my years. This is by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen. Definitely needs a safety and health inspection done on it. Please save your money and don’t give them the time or day.

Bed bugs, the Indian lady is very very very rude and also the Indian guy that works night. The light was flickering in the bathroom. The shower knob didn’t stop leaking. And the floor smelt like mildew. Staff didn’t take anything I pointed out into consideration and tried to blame us for the bed bugs. Never coming back. 0/10

Really nice hotel for the price. All of the amenities you expect plus a clean, comfortable room. Mexican restaurant next door. Only negative was a very bare-bones breakfast.

It was convenient. I checked in late in the evening and had not problem. However, the room smelt like smoke when it was a non smoking room and there was a cockroach on the floor to great me into the room. No the most pleasant experience but sufficient for a night.

Damage to room, staff tried to blame it on me when I reported it. No good place to walk dog and the small grass area is full of dog feces. Internet went out during stay. Only two rough towels for 4 guests. Bathroom mat had mold.

After canceling my room because of unexpected surgery they charged my credit card as a no show. I called and they said that was policy. So I will never use them again.

The rating I reviewed was genuinely flawed and inaccurate. The breakfast was put up by 8:30. No coffee. Cereal appeared extremely stale and a mixture of a couple of differing cereals. Our mattress was flipped over and was not even set upon a proper frame. The remote control did not work on the TV (channels and input had to be manipulated manually). There was the most strict rationing of towels and of poor quality suggesting that they were not replaced regularly. The water really did not get above lukewarm. I have visited 2 "3rd world" countries that had better accomodations. Not impressed, in any respect to this hotel.
