Hotels was in good location to the highway, enty of eateries. The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. No complaints!

It was a good location for our stop on our to our destination. The staff were ALL very friendly, which is something I really love in a time where customer service isn’t normal. Our room we stayed in had mildew or mold going and had many cosmetic issues. I wouldn’t stay there again based on that. The smell was awful but since it was just an overnight sleeping spot, I didn’t ask to be moved.

BEWARE :DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Stay was okay , building has gone down hill and the staff as well .Room was still dirty . It was a stinch at hotel when you walk in . Please be careful with your items in your room they have thieves that work at this hotel . Front office staff and housekeeping lies as well .

Overall, the room and facilities were clean. The new GM was very friendly and answered questions about the pool. The staff is friendly. The breakfast options had variety, from cereal, cinnamon rolls, bagels, toast, muffins and pancakes. If you get the a room that faces the I-75, you can hear the highway noise if you're a light sleeper. However, the location in Locus Grove is a little tricky to get to. You can only turn RIGHT in and out of the property. If you need to leave the hotel, to get back to the street/property, you'd have to do about a 1/4 mile turnaround by crossing under I-75 and turning around to face the RIGHT direction and be in the RIGHT lane, unless you're coming from I-75 S. You can't cut through the surrounding parking lots to get to it and there are no U TURNS allowed where you could turn around to get the entry. Just one thing to consider when making a reservation. I would still recommend this hotel.

It's a great place to stay at however it was some problems getting back into the parking lot once I leave if I'm on the opposite side of the highway you have to go down the block and turn around other than that friendly atmosphere great breakfast and clean rooms.

The front desk woman was pleasant. The elevator was broken. No way to reach pool without going outside, around the building, and having another random guest let you into the pool area.

Check in/out was easy. Breakfast was superb!!! Only 1 elevator and it was out of service the morning we left.

Breakfast menu was fresh.

W did not use the pool. The room was excellent and the breakfast was way better than the other hotels. Omelettes, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cinnamon rolls

The rooms, halls, elevator literally everywhere was dirty. The pool smelt like a sewage. I did not feel comfortable with my kids in this area.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating to our soccer team. The rooms were clean and so comfortable and breakfast was great. Will definitely stay next time we’re in the area.

The check in was very slow, then they charged me the wrong amount. I'm still waiting to make sure they credit back the extra fees. I really liked the room and a hot breakfast. I got there too late to check out the amenities.

Hallway floors were dirty

We had trouble getting into the facility when we got off the highway. It was difficult to access. We finally found how to get in. We had to drive thru the BP gas station to get into the facility. The bed was comfortable food options were good.

Was fresh looking and clean. Both times I tried to call the front desk there was no answer until the call timed out.

The property was very good, and the amenities in the room were also very good. However, the property's location overlooks I-75, which is quite noisy due to its traffic. My only complaint is that there was no TV guide to tell us what was playing.

I love how spacious the room was and it was very peaceful.

We came in on motorcycles during the rain. The woman at the desk was absolutely wonderful. She offered to let us keep our motorcycles under the awning for the night to avoid the storms. She was also very helpful in helping us find the type of food we wanted near by, as well as overall very polite. I will absolutely be back in future travels!

All over great service and room. However, the Handicapped accessible bathroom did not not have a roll in tub/shower. The rail was coming off.

Our one night stay was quiet and comfortable. Tannay the front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She greeted us when we arrived and thanked us for being a rewards member when we departed.

Coffee machine in room was dirty So for one night stay if you have to sleep somewhere is ok but seems like they are matching the standard to the red roof across from them but with a higher price

This hotel is so clean and comfortable. We loved and enjoyed a lot the breakfast, the waitress/breakfast attendant lady it was so nice and friendly, she was refilling so fast every item on the buffet and also I was surprised how nice and clean she kept all the breakfast area. (5-6 April). I recommend this place!

Location is hard to get to and from..

Staff was professional and courteous. The room was clean and fully supplied. I had to figure out the AC but once started, refreshing air conditioner. I loved the Dove hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner options. The pool was private and secure with towels. Breakfast was fulfilling. Across the street from Tanger Outlets. Very safe and quiet area. Felt like home away from home. Will visit again.

From the moment i checked in Brandy was very helpful, kind and made sure my staff was great. The breakfast options were delicious especially having turkey sausage as an options. Breakfast staff was very nice as well.

We came in town for a wedding to stay here. The pool is kept warm so even I got in to swim with my kids! They had a good variety served for breakfast and always answered any questions with a smile. We loved it here!

The motel had no hot water to take a warm shower in the morning.

The shower clogs and the carpet is extremely dirty our socks got so much dirt on the bottom but overall not too bad for one night stay

The Holiday Inn Express was extremely complex to enter because the main entrance was driving through the BP gas station. They never attempted to clean our room over our 2 day stay and left the trash in front of our room for almost 7hrs

The TV signal was crap, in and out and impossible to watch. I couldn’t watch the USA play England in the World Cup. I had to watch it on my phone.

I was didappointed that we tried to use remote for television to put on C.C. there is no C.C. at all. I tried to use shampoo in the shower and the shampoo lid not working. The decaf coffee I detest tasting strong and cold! I’m really disappointed it. I looked for service worker and he / she is not around. Please give their improvement and respect for others pleasure time!

Some of the staff was pleasant others lack social skills. Asked for towels didn’t receive them.. asked for facial tissues replaced they didn’t have any. A lot of nearby places close to Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary. Traffic heavy at times

Also no hand soap was provided only liquid soap on the shower. The tax on this hotel was 25%. The room was $164 with tax $205.

Didn't get names, but both of the clerks I dealt with were very friendly and personable. Room was very comfortable.

I booked the hotel and paid for it through Hotels.com. I told this to the front desk person, but she charged my credit card for the room again, but not until after we checked-out. I have reached out to the hotel, with no response. I now have to dispute the charge on my credit card and it is a big hassle.

The staff was dismissive and rude. The bathroom had absolutely no soap/shower gel in the shower. The comforter had stains. And the shade blocker for the window was also broken

Where do i start. The front desk was horrible. They offer charged my card. House keeping vane in my room before check out time. Front desk called room 4 times to tell us we need to check out when it was only 11:05am. Will never stay here again.

This hotel is basically brand new, so it’s beautiful. It’s clean, modern, and it just has a great feel to it. Unfortunately the woman who checked us in was super rude and unhelpful (we had an issue with the hotel receiving the Expedia booking), but the rest of the staff was nice. Also, the hot breakfast was delicious.

Friendly, speedy check-in. Comfortable, clean room. Nice hot breakfast buffet with varied options..... Hard to see entrance to this hotel... Did not like leaving a $100 cleaning/breakage deposit then being told an additional $250 would be assessed if any actual problem. I understand need for deposit & that this is a Holiday Inn company procedure - but this definitely downgrades this hotel chain. I felt like a kid on spring break being reprimanded rather than a business professional.

This was a great place to stay. Staff was very friendly and professional. Korissa was amazing. She made sure that our reservation was still available because our family flight was late getting into Atlanta. The beds there are very comfortable. Can’t wait to visit again. It was a great weekend to celebrate my relative who was graduating from high school.

Management after I made my complaint things got worse for me. I was very disappointed because I paid for a 4 star hotel and got a 2 star hotel.

Do not book here. We pulled in the parking lot and there was vomit in front of the door on our way in. Staff was awful and extremely rude. I got up before daylight to exercise and none of the equipment worked. On my way to breakfast I got yelled at by staff to wear a mask. The staff then proceeded to follow me to my room for no apparent reason. Terrible experience!
