The room was perfect for travelers with pets (in my case a cat). Most floor space was carpet free and tastefully appointed. Small room but very adequate for a short term stay. Though advertised with in-room coffeemaker and free breakfast, neither were available.

Nice value for the price. Room was very clean and in good shape. The water in the shower took a LONG time to get warm, but other than that it was a good place to sleep for the night.

This hotel is very well taken care of. It’s tucked away a bit and not easy to get to but overall a nice place and value. Location is good once you figure out how to come in and out. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed clothes were filthy. I swear there were bed bugs. I called and asked for clean sheets and was told that there was no one there to change them. I was told I could change them and they would bring some up. They never arrived. I never got maid service. No clean towels. I honestly want a refund.

Excellent staff, but thin walls on the room and you will hear every noise around. They need to improve the cleaning and the housekeeping. It has a great location near food , gas stations and retail stores.

The first room they gave us smelled like fried chicken just entering, and we found 5 cockroaches in the 3 minutes we were there. Luke I said, the staff was really nice and they changed out rooms without hesitation, however, the 2nd room had a dead bug, a dead cockroach and another coal roach but this one alive, but hey at least there was no fried chicken smell. I will never stay here again and I’d advise to look for another option, I don’t know how this hotel has a 8.8 rating on Expedia, we were terrible disappointed.

The staff, both evening and morning, were polite, friendly and quite personable. It was very easy to make a reservation online. There was something that looked like red splashes on the front door frame, just down from the microwave. And the wooden part of the bathroom sink is broken. You could use some brighter lights in the room.

Got to the property after a long drive to find out that there is a newly implemented pet fee. We stay at Red Roofs with our dogs because they have always been pet friendly with no cost for pets. Our room stank of pet dander which was really unpleasant. If a hotel charges extra for pets then their cleaning practices should reflect that. Would not stay here again.

We had a dog and the clerk made sure to put us on the first floor near the door. The employees were great and the hotel was newly remodeled. Pet friendly and reasonably priced!

Clean room

Everything was fine until a man was banging on our door in the middle of the night for about 10 minutes. The front desk person said "Oh I saw him," but did not make contact about disturbing anyone in the middle of the night. We ignored it until he finally went away, but when I asked the front desk person the next morning they said a note had been left and he was probably drunk and confused. They assured me a manager would call, but I never heard from anyone.

As for the property, it has parking around three sides of the building and businesses on its borders. That leaves one entrance in and out. So it is secure but a bit limited in access. Not a big deal but seems it might be nice to have driving access to shopping and restaurants. You can walk to a few places easily which I did.

We always stay here after a concert in Atlanta. Great price and away from Atlanta traffic. Smooth deive back home to Florida. Service is always great and courteous.

I found a ROACH in the bathroom and alerted the staff. I DID NOT STAY.

Thermostat in one of the rooms there were literally roaches all around. First it was one by the AC and also in the bathroom area And then found some around the bed as well. Then when I try to turn on the water to wash my hands the first thing that comes out is dirty muddy water. Did not enjoy my stay overall

I am in need of a refund. I didn’t even stay and neither did other guests who were checking in whom I didn’t even know.

This place was absolutely beautiful and very peaceful!! Just what I needed I loved every single thing!

The main thing was the floor in the room was dirty and there was as a foul smell to the room.

The Red Roof Inn is right next to the highway which was great because I was able to go in either direction for shopping too! I would recommend staying at this location.

We arrived late at night tired, friendly front desk lady, quick check-in. Room was clean and comfy. No breakfast provided but it's near food places (McDonald's and Tanger Outlets). Easy access to shopping. Would stay again if in the area!

Checking in was horrible. Our room was very small. In the pictures it showed a big room with a couch. There was no couch!! The hotel had a funny smell in the hallway. No breakfast at all. I will not be staying at Red Roof inn ever again nor will I recommend them to anyone. The rating was a 8.8. I give them a 4.8. Don’t waste your time or money!!

Was a ok stay for just 1 over night but woke up in the morning to a big cockroach in the hallway. Told front desk about it and will not return to this property.

Our room was clean check-in was easy. Only complaint was my car was hit in the parking lot and the security cameras aren’t working.

Had no breakfast, other than that it was great! Very clean and new!

Overall it was good. But did charge extra charges and fees that was not expected !!

The smell of the room made me nauseous; the treatment by the staff was atrocious. I would only stay there again if I had been driving all night and desperately needed a place to sleep.

Dirty, we walked into our room it had a musty smell, the floors were dirty, there was dirt in the corners of the door, missing pieces baseboards. The corners of the carpet were ripped up. And there was cockroaches.

It had availability. We had reserved room with 2 beds, which they then said they were out of. Property overall looks unkept and uninviting, especially inside. Smells like they are trying to cover up smoking smell. Was somewhat loud.

This is a relatively new property and the rooms are up to date and clean. However, the rooms are small and somewhat noisy. The upper body silhouette of a person using the shower is visible to the rest of the room space. This is ok for couples but could be a problem with children staying with adults.

Hard to locate but once found convenient. Not spectacular but worked for an overnight stop as it was not costly and close to food. So OK when ya gotta just stop and rest

The only problem I had was that I was coming in from out of state at night and the hotel is set back from the road behind a gas station making it harder to find. I small lighted sign off the road would help greatly.

There were bugs... There were 3 killed in my first 30 minutes. I was to tired to look for another hotel. Hotel also makes you place a $100 incidental fee deposit.

Upon checking in the front desk receptionist was great she was very accommodating. Once we got to the room we found hairs throughout our bed linen so we had to go get a fresh change of linen. On our final day we found a roach running around on the desk. I pray we don’t take any home. We definitely wouldn’t return but I really appreciate the front desk reception on check in.

Took a trial of three (all very nice) rooms to find one that had an acceptable level of cleaner scent. I am very sensitive to those scents. The evening desk clerk was very happy to find one.

Staff is very friendly and try their hardest. I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always enjoyed my stay and it is dog friendly. It was a little messier than past visits with some small dog food crumbs thruout the room and bathroom. The tv was missing the HDMI cord and the evening receptionist tried to fix it. Although she installed a new cord and got a picture, the screen kept freezing and the sound did not work. So I missed the NFL game and gave up on the tv.

The entire hotel looked run down. We walked in and it smelled of moisture possibly moldy/mildew. There was a Dan running m. There were no baseboards on any of the floors which makes he believe they have had a water issue thru out. Our first room on the 2nd floor had stains on the sheets, ceiling and the floor was extremely Sticky. This was disappointing as it looks like the hotel has recently been renovated from pictures and some of the rooms. Our second room on the third floor was cleaner, but still had the damp smell and mildly sticky floors but we were tired and needed to just get to bed. We left as soon as we could first thing that morning. It was gonna be too much of a hassle trying to get a return and transfer hotels. The staff, however, was extremely pleasant and nice. I sent her pictures of the room the night clerk, she moved us to rooms. She was sweet, polite, and very helpful. The morning staff was also extremely nice, polite and helpful, and even found a Bible that we have left in the room at check out.

Hopped off 75 to catch a few hours. Did its job, cant complain. Ive been in cleaner, ive been in better but A good spot for a pit stop.

Not sure how this hotel has as many good ratings as it does. Upon checking in, I was told there was no hot water, but still charged the $100 deposit. Walking through the hotel to get to my room, it's dirty. My bed was covered in hair and I had to request new bed sheets. It was really late when I checked in unexpectedly, or else I would have went else where. When I left the next day, the elevator was broken so I had to take all of my luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Do not recommend this place at all.

It's lot diffrent than review ,

Doesn’t look like the pictures. Kind of run down. Hard to find the entrance into the driveway. GPS kept taking me the wrong way. Staff was nice, just disappointed with the look of the hotel.

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The room was trash, spots in the tub, worn down couch, multiple pests. Also, the staff doesn’t speak English well and they’re rude. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT

Stayed on 2nd floor and elevator not working. We are seniors with bad backs so climbing stairs with luggage is very difficult. 1/2 of hotel was flooded last week so multiple fans blowing in hallway with smell of mold.

Nice clean hotel. Comfy beds, very quiet this trip. Everything worked. Loved the new-ish rain shower. Fairly dusty but no mold/dirt. Having a fridge with a freezer section would be nice. Too bad there is no comped breakfast anymore, even a basket of fruit would have been something...

The facility looks newly remodeled but the mattresses were old with the big dip in the middle. Staff was friendly. Would have been cheaper to book direct through Red Roof than through Expedia.

The room looked great and clean. When I went to bed I started spotting the cockroaches crawling on the pillows of both beds. The gave me the run around that night and the next day (manager wasn't working, called when I said I'd be busy). They did give me a new room a few doors down the next night, but I couldn't sleep knowing they were so close.

Staff was nice and it was clean but the beds were regular not queen. Also the beds were very uncomfortable and we could hear the people in the next room all night.

The building had a musty/moldy smell. Maybe from smoking and/or pets. Had to request a different room which was better. The bathroom was remodeled and clean. Only stopped for a rest during a long distance travel.

I have stayed at this location several times over the last year. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the hotel staff is great! We look forward to being back next time we are in the area.

Check in went well, clean room. Good value for the price. The shower doesn't have instant hot water like most hotels. But if you wait a minute it gets there.

I would never stay at this location again .the noise from above us at 1.30 AM was unbelievable ,kids running around and adults stomping their feet for about an hour .sounded like they were almost in our room and next door dogs barking ,no way could we sleep and we had been driving from Detroit that day .called front desk and he went and told them but didn't help. I requested a partial refund but he said sorry.We would have left at 3.30 AM but don't like driving that early in the morning.I misread that they were only double beds not Queens.VERY DISAPPOINTED>

It’s not on par with the other hotels in this chain. The room was dirty. Getting into the hotel is a mess! Not their fault, but the city blocked the way in and now a simple u turn takes an hour. We won’t stay again. Not a great place.

Served is purpose. We were traveling so needed a bed and a shower. Staff was super friendly rooms were basically clean though the comforters had stains. Check in was easy and rates were great. Don't expect fancy. Its a nice for the price.
