Location was great to walk to beach or to get breakfast at a local diner. Room was comfortable and clean. Parking was very tight.
- 4/5
It was close to the beach. Easy to find parking. We rented 3 rooms and were able to be adjacent to each other. The sofa bed has a thin mattress and only good for younger people.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable bed, but parking was not convenient.
- 5/5
Cute little hotel right off the water. Comfortable beds. Cute rooms. Only negative was the parking but that’s the way it is in Long Beach. We will definitely be back. Staff was responsive when direct tv didn’t work and got it figured out. Very friendly management. Highly recommend
- 1/5
Do not go here. Nowhere to park if you do park you’re locked in by too many cars no coffee no microwave. Very small building. Nowhere to park when you first arrive to go to the office and then the parking gets worse after that.

The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. The place was recently renovated, so everything was in good condition. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. There was a lot of natural light. The location was great since it’s in walking distance to some restaurants (which has good food) and the pier. There was even a nearby Vons, 7-11, AM-PM and liquor store. All within walking distance. Parking is a little tricky since they have a small park lot with room for maybe….4 or 5 cars (I don’t recall.) There’s plenty of street parking, but depending on where you park there’s a time limit. There are no amenities here except for a small mini fridge that you can place drinks. No ice machine, pool, etc. Overall it was a pleasant stay. We would have tried to stay for one more night since we couldn’t go home yet, but to spend close to $300 for another night was a little out of our budget.
- 4/5
It was alright.
- 5/5
Best place to stay if you’re going to the beach. Room was immaculate. Extremely crowded parking lot.
- 5/5
location and design of room
- 4/5
Be prepared to have your own water and coffee. The room does not have a coffee maker or water bottles in the fridge. Some of the rooms are small and do not have a suitcase rack. They’re very clean and very neat walkable to a restaurant and close to the beach and pier when pulling up to the hotel, it looks very old and in a strange area the rooms have been modernized fixed up
- 4/5
Right in the middle of everything! Parking is tight, so checking in right at 3 is a good idea.
- 4/5
The facility on the outside is not exactly in the nicest of or the newest, but the inside of the hotel is very, very clean and updated. My only complaint was they didn’t have a small coffee maker or waters in the fridge and I was charged $20 an hour for being led into the room three hours early after getting off my ship at 8:30 in the morning, they did allow us to store our luggage and go walk around .
- 3/5
Rooms newly refurbished. Close to beach. Wanted to charge $25/hour for early check in. Internet and TV access was poor and soundproofing was virtually non existent.
- 3/5
The bathroom light didn’t work and we did let them know and they said they were going to check it and they never did, no shower curtain, which is not good especially when you have your family with you, it has glass doors out in the view, the area is ok, walking distance to the beach,
- 3/5
Parking is terrible. The room was clean and nice but the alley behind the room had some homeless people camped out and was way too closed for comfort.
- 5/5
The shower pressure was intense and made the water come out the shower door cracks, but it was manageable
- 4/5
The curtains did not adequately block the light from the fixtures on top of an adjoining building. They were intensely bright blue and caused me to wake up several times
- 4/5
Being on the beachfront The curtains did not adequately block the light from the fixtures on top of an adjoining building. They were intensely bright blue and caused me to wake up several times
- 2/5
Parking lot at hotel is TOO small - 6 spaces. The TV did NOT work. Traffic was noisy for the street. Bed was uncomfortable. Room was TOO bright to sleep because window coverings were inadequate. This hotel is NOT a 3-star hotel - more like a 1 star.

Great location ... Very close to beach, bike path, 2nd Street shops, LB Museum of Art, Bluff Park, Vons next door. Clean modern room. Large dispensers for soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner. Iron and fridge (no freezer). Limited parking -- get there early. My room was clean, modern and compact but no desk, coffee, microwave ... no freezer compartment in fridge. There are bigger rooms--know what you're paying for. Not keen on the light under the bed that turns on with slight movement. Shower leaks under door onto floor ... not a biggie but put a towel down.

Room was great looking. Room felt great and felt clean. Check in person was a nice guy. Outside I was not sure I was at the right place, but once inside I felt like the rate was worth it. I would recommend.

It was a nice, clean room.

The rooms were comfortable, the location was great There was no extra lock on the door, for a motel u want to feel safe. I ended up baricading my door with the ironing board and a chair, steps and no elevator or ramp, and no one offered to help carry luggage, if you get there early they charge you by the hour

Wasn't sure what to expect because the place was hidden in an alley. Was surprised to find how beautiful the room was! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and was a short walking distance from the beach. Definitely a hidden gem!
- 5/5
The only thing I did not like about the room was that there was no privacy in the shower.

- 3/5
I’m not sure why the yelp and Google ratings were so high. I thought it was a good deal for the price and the inside of the room looked good but the AC unit had a funky smell and the shower pressure was like literally just drip drip drip, and there was a light in the bathroom that wouldn’t turn off, but besides that it was great.
- 5/5
Loved the room total opiate of what you would think. Had trouble parking but was accommodated. Loved the setup of the room
- 3/5
Did not use parking or air conditioning.
- 4/5
The hotel is a bland looking old hotel, but the rooms are really nice. Everything was clean and looked fresh. Definitely a sleeper of a hotel. Parking in back is tiny and you have to park on the street.
- 3/5
Very small room. Old gray towels and stained bed linen (though clean). Good location.
- 5/5
This place is awesome—the owners are chill, accommodating and welcoming
- 5/5
The property was amazing. Customer service was excellent. Thanks Mike and everyone else. Your Inn is awesome. Keep up the great work. You guys keep this place extra clean. We will return when in the area. We loved our stay.
- 4/5
Loved being right next to beach - literally around the corner! It was clean, small, and the staff very friendly. Limited parking, but we always found a place. Chose this for the price, and location to beach. We were using it as a sleeping spot only. Not a “hang out” kind of hotel.

The air conditioning does not go below 66 and stays on for exactly 3 minutes so the room becomes humid and unbearable this is unnecessary to control the temperature this strictly because the temperature is inconsistent and uncomfortable. The area around the hotel has people walking around with ski masks looking through cars and drug addicts l walking up to the doors of the hotel trying to get in without any security to stop them or a gate to separate the street from the property. I have never left a hotel for feeling unsafe before and left this hotel the first night due to people coming to the door and trying to get in. Even after all the concerns and pleading with Expedia to transfer me to a different hotel or give me a refund, both Expedia and the hotel refused to honor a refund because I didn’t speak to someone at the front desk when there was no one available to speak to!!!! What is Expedia for if they do not do anything to resolve issues that arise and hotels refuse to provide any assistance. Horrible experience don’t stay here and don’t use Expedia it’s gotten so bad.
- 5/5
Hidden gem near the beach.
- 5/5
Very cute, very clean motel. Walking distance from amazing restaurants and boutique shopping. Would definitely stay here again.
- 1/5
Not happy at all I don’t recommend it. Stay away from this location.

Room looked like it was freshly remodeled. Floor could have been a little more clean. Very close to the ocean which is awesome! Parking was not great. Would stay there again!

The room was very nice and clean. If I was to share suggestions I'd say get some better hygiene products as body wash, lotion, etc- wasn't too good, doesn't smell nice. The location is wonderful. Staff very nice. The beach access is great. Parking isn't too good

The site indicates parking, but they were doing renovations, so the small lot was unavailable due to storing new furniture there. The bathroom door was noisy and they didn’t fix it ( pocket door), the WIFI was terrible and half the time the live TV didn’t work, because we had to park on the streets, our car was covered in Parrott poop, so we had to pay for a car wash and lastly, a couple upstairs above us fought and screamed the entire evening and through the night. When I called the desk they said they would do something and they did talk to the people, but they didn’t stop and no further action was taken. We were not able to sleep all night. I asked for the night to be credited and they would only offer $50 off and with more insistence, they went up to $75. People shouldn’t have to be subjected to all the issues we had and they never even warned us ahead of time that parking wouldn’t be available after day two and the owner lied and said it would clear up in a day or two and as of the 5th day, the lot was still littered with furniture boxes. It’s a very noisy place with no regard for guests, so I will never stay there again. The location is good, so if noise and inconvenience don’t matter to you, at least you’re near the beach.
- 1/5
Light at toilet room doesn't work even claim they were not fixed.
- 4/5
Everything was perfect except the shower head was busted and water pressure wasn’t good. The parking was great! Perfect location away from the downtown traffic but close enough to Lyft. Next to the beach, good service. We will be back if staying in LB again.
- 4/5
Shower is open to the room - awkward when sharing with 2 friends (some rooms have shower separated) - check when booking your room!
- 4/5
quiet room
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, but the room was not very impressive, room next to office living area, smell thier cooking. very small, bed lumpy, window in restroom needed to cover with towels because from outside you can see into bathroom, Shower and bed room. Front door not a good seal. But location nice by the beach.
- 3/5
Room was clean but not worth for $200.
- 5/5
No coffee or breakfast however Vons grocery store is next door and brew pub is close too.

Kind of a hidden small gem in Long Beach, near Belmont Shore / 2nd Street hip hop. Being near the Pier and BBC was really nice. Great management. Thank you.
- 2/5
not what was expected. Didn’t feel safe, I had to barricade the door with my bags to feel like my room wouldn’t be broken into by the several unhoused and addicted people that were hanging out on the street directly next to my room.
- 5/5
We could not get the air conditioning to work but we also did not ask for assistance. Parking was a little trouble, and the refrigerator was not cooling properly . I would say small problems overall, nothing major. Beautiful area, clean room, great amenities, great customer service. And a perk was late checkouts available by the hr (:!
- 5/5
Yes it was all good. This is the 3rd time ive stayi ng at rhis hotel. . Great place and good location.
- 5/5
Great locstuon, very clean, staff is awesome!
- 4/5
The AC cooled ok but took 2 days to remove enough humidity to be comfortable. Room was clean, staff was great! Parking is ok, you can pretty much walk to everything yo need.
- 4/5
Fit our needs, 2 mins to beach also.
- 4/5
No coffee in room. Basic, basic amenities. I would stay here again. Parking limited onsite and pay attention to street parking rules.

This place would honestly get a better review if it wasn’t for the parking situation. The parking lot is so small it’s hard to park when there is more than 2 cars in the parking lot. You have to maneuver at 16 point turn. Otherwise, the service is phenomenal, the owner/front desk manager is great. He is very helpful, he will come out and help you park if needed. The room was small which wouldn’t normally be a problem but for me personally I had a toddler and it was cramped in the room with one bed. It is perfect walking distance from the beach, but no views from the hotel due to another condominium across the alley way. I’m not sure if the area was actually kinda sketchy or if the alley made it feel that way but for a single traveler with a toddler it felt a little uneasy at night. There’s no breakfast as far as I could tell, but there’s a Jack in the Box right next to it. The shower and bathroom were nice, and it was decently clean. The AC worked really well. I wanted to give it a better review for what it was, very affordable and great if you are there for the beach (as we were). If they upgraded the parking we would definitely come back.
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean
- 3/5
This property is an average motel/hotel in an ok area. It is close to the ocean and a few blocks away from a nice group or restaurants. The property has been refreshed recently, but the furniture is broken, chipped, and the place feels run down. There was an unhoused person sleeping both in front and behind the hotel when I arrived. My air conditioner didn't work in my room, so they switched me to a new room. The room was clean, but the bedding had holes in it. The staff called me about parking even though I didn't have it and didn't ask for a car. They also called multiple times to confirm the time I was checking in. It was a very affordable hotel and functioned for my needs, but I wouldn't recommend it or choose to stay there again.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 3/5
The room was ok and appeared to have had some updates. Parking was impossible, i had no choice but to park in a fast food parking lot and subsequently got towed for $400. They should have provided some more information where some parking could be available especially during construction. There are drug addicts roaming around and i got chased by a crazy one. For a bit extra cash, i would have picked a better hotel. Location is good, close to the beach
- 4/5
Needs more cleaning
- 4/5
The staffs were super friendly and helpful with parking. The parking area were pretty small/limited. There were only 4-5 parking spots or busy roads side parking. The room was very clean and cute. Our bathroom however, have a faulty electricity issue. Sometimes the light doesn’t wanna shut off or turn on. I don’t one of the morning doing our State smoke alarm went off pretty early to scare us awake.
- 3/5
The hand towels had stains on them. There was some damage to the floor in my room. Not a super nice hotel but it’ll do for a budget option. Proximity to grocery store right next door was convenient.
- 3/5
Overall you get what you pay for.
- 4/5
I was a little disappointed when I drove in front of the hotel, not a lot of street appeal...BUT the staff was very nice and accommodating, The room was very clean and had everything we need. Parking is a bit intimidating. The location is great!!! We will be back! I recommend this hotel, we had a great time.
- 4/5
We like to walk enjoy little shops
- 3/5
The room had modern updates, and no carpet which is nice, but the online photos are definitely enhanced (for both inside and outside). The room had some wear and tear and you can tell the building is older. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable but for one night it was okay. The building from the outside and the neighborhood were interesting but you are one block from the beach. Not sure I would stay in this area again. Staff was very friendly. My impression online was cute botique hotel, but in reality it was an older and very small motel with some modern updates in the rooms.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly, property was close to the beach, bed was super comfortable!
- 5/5
Room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed. Only odd thing was that the shower is not closed off, so folks in the main room have full view of the clear-walled shower. Toilet is thankfully behind a door lol
- 5/5
Really nice rooms and very close to the beach
- 5/5
The Belmont Pier is practically right out side the door. A brewery and great bike and walk paths. Overall a great location and a great little gem of a hotel.
- 5/5
And the room was very modern and had everything I needed but a microwave.
- 2/5
It’s cheaper than other motels in the area. Best part is it’s a one minute walk to beach. Needs renovation in room, but please don’t schedule a tree cutting service outside our room in the morning next time
- 5/5
When we first started building, we wasn't sure but once we got into our room. It looked just like the pictures exactly like the pictures. We were happy in contempt. The bed was soft and the people were very, very nice. There were shops close by the beach. Also was close on the corner. Was a Jack in the box for a great shake and across the street. There was a small convenience store in case you needed a water or any other beverage. We welcome anybody to stay at this place. It's not easy to find for one. Once you do , it's a parent that's my wife said it was a diamond in the rough.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service and very clean and comfortable room. The only thing I would recommend is adding a coffee maker to the room, otherwise everything was great & super close walk to the beach. Also easy to grab the bus from this location to go downtown or to the shops on 2nd St. Shower was in the room which wasn’t an issue for me as a solo traveler & not sure if it’s the same in other rooms, but just something to be aware of.
- 5/5
Very nice property except two things, parking issue and TV went off frequently. Stuff person came and fixed it, but still went off but several min later came back. Except that wonderful stay and the family owned this place was very nice.
- 3/5
Great location: 1 minute walk to beach, grocery store and restaurants. Public transportation bus 121 nearby to downtown Long Beach, 2nd Street Belmont and Naples.
- 4/5
Perfect location by the beach for a quick weekend getaway. Rooms are clean and service is good.
- 3/5
I had someone knock on my door looking for “a white guy named $&@“” I felt very unsafe
- 5/5
Great location great place! will be back
- 3/5
THE PROPERTY OWNERS WERE VERY NICE. EVERYTHING ON THE INSIDE OF THE ROOM WAS UPDATED AND NICE. HOWEVER, THIS PLACE IS LISTED AS AN INN AND IS DEFINITELY A MOTEL. THERE ARE NO REAL INN OR HOTEL AMENITIES. THERE IS NO ICE MACHINE ON THE PREMISES, JUST TYPICAL THINGS THAT WOULD BE AVAILABLE AT AN INN OR HOTEL. HOWEVER, THIS IS VERY CONVIENTLY LOCATED TO THE BEACH, THE BREWERY, AND THERE IS A VONS NEXT DOOR.
- 3/5
If you’re looking for a place with parking, this isn’t it. However, it’s a convenient walk to the beach. Room was not terrible but mattress had a deep hole in the middle of it. Desk chair in the room was embarrassing, looked as if a cat had been using it as a scratching post.
- 1/5
The location was the only good thing about the hotel. Rooms were very dirty; the floorboards and floor need to be scrubbed, inadequate parking, no ice whatsoever. But again..perfect location. :/
- 2/5
Good location, but property is old, room smells musky and quiet dingy looking. Definitely not worth the money we paid for it. Lots of crazy, high people around, lots of homeless. On the bright side: lots of places to eat around, even though they all close around 9-10 pm. Easy to get from and to airport and cruise port, but that is pretty much it
- 5/5
First time staying here just for a little staycation and I enjoyed it! I didn't catch the gentleman's name at the front desk but he was very nice and attentive! Beds are very comfy and the AC was amazing! Shower pressure was great as well! I will definitely be staying here again ☺️
- 3/5
Neighborhood was average. The room was large but nothing special.
- 2/5
Location was nice. The shower situation was not it was out in the open. The glass was not frosted and no curtain for privacy. I could see if you were with a partner but if your traveling with someone else it makes for an awkward situation.
- 4/5
It was close to the beach, neighborhood was a little sketchy at night but it’s Long Beach. Hotel parking lot is super small so can leave it there and uber everywhere or park on street. Room was clean but definitely could use a little love. The owners or managers not sure what they were, were super nice and helpful had issue with tv and they tried to fix it.
- 4/5
Easy & convenient for cruising. Close to the port , block from the beach. Stores and restaurants right next door. Don’t miss going to the Belmont Brewery for lunch or diner .
- 3/5
The property is small, and more of a motel than hotel. Quite a way from downtown LB, however, the room was basic, yet clean and had a comfortable bed. The nearby Belmont Brewing Co was convenient for dining, and the Belmont pier cave panoramic views of Long Beach. Ideal place for a one night stopover on your road trip.
- 4/5
Conform and relax.close to the beach.
- 5/5
The receptionist on arrival was very polite and helpful.
- 5/5
I appreciated the fact that I was able to leave my luggage in my room, even though it wasn’t ready. The area is well lit so I felt very safe walking around at all hours.
- 4/5
Comfortable bed, great location with the beach, a pier and places to eat all in walking distances, friendly staff, small and private feeling.
- 5/5
We have stayed here a number of times and have always enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious and quiet (though if you sleep with your windows open you’ll hear the grackles—birds—in the mornings.) The beds are comfortable and clean. The location is great: walk to the beach, and Vons grocery is next door. Staff are nice.
- 4/5
Staff was wonderful and room was clean. Only drawback was pullout bed was like camping. Thin mattress and my son didn't sleep well. Should have just done the 2 queen beds. Shower was in room. Not bedt for moms. Had to send the family out so i could shower. But great location and nice people.
- 5/5
The parrots waking me up at 0500 was not liked. Noisy at times. Did like walking distance to areas.
- 5/5
Very nice great area
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay. Locked myself out and was given access with no problem. Beach 5min walking distance. Vons next door was super convenient.
- 4/5
Bed needs replacing in the room we had, way too soft for us. Room has been modernised although could see scuff marks around the bottom of walls. Room was not dark enough at night as there was a stairway light on all night that shone through the windows, even with the blinds down. Welcome bag with snacks was a nice touch.
- 5/5
The room was spacious and clean. The location made everything so easy, we could walk to so many places!
- 4/5
Good experience
- 3/5
Pros: Walkable area with beach a block away. Right near a pier. Brewery with great food and drinks near by. Nice sized mini-fridge. Overall: Feels a little ghetto but it’s doable and nice at the same time. Price works well for location and what’s available. Will be back.
- 4/5
The location is great and the staff is nice. The walls are very thin and you can hear people in the other rooms.
- 3/5
The room was clean and recently redone. However, I would like to suggest that they add in-room coffee makers.
- 3/5
We had a room the was right on the sidewalk of the main road which was loud and had lots of people walking by all the time. This room was also isolated and was the only one one the roads which seemed sketchy. There are rooms tucked into the building which might have been nicer. Our room was also conjoining with their office area and could hear people on the other side which was odd. Cleanliness of the room wasn’t great but bathroom was surprising ly clean. Close to the beach and seems like a safe area; also next to a grocery store.
- 5/5
Traveled to Long Beach, CA for my 29th birthday. The location was ideal. Steps away from the beach and central location for public transportation and walking. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Very peaceful trip for me. I’m excited to return!

Near the ocean...good for walking on boardwalk
- 5/5
The room was amazing and the area was just awesome!
- 2/5
Our room wasn't ready until 4:20 pm (we were there at check-in time, 3 pm), parking was so limited and tight, I had to shimmy our car three times to get into the parking space. Very noisy at night, no coffee pot, no place to put your hand towel by sink, and the glass enclosed shower is part of the livingroom!! Good thing: Not far from the beach.
- 2/5
Location was excellent but hotel needs a little work
- 4/5
Love the owners and their staff, very helpful. Thin walls is all but its an old place turned new! I wish them all the luck. Great spot for my crew on this biz trip. Shared two queen beds with 4 ladies. We would come back if biz calls again.
- 5/5
I was treated welcomed on my arrival room was clean we all slept good and comfortable will visit again for more beach fun
- 5/5
The room was super comfortable and clean for our family. The attendants at the desk and the cleaning crew were always available and helpful. So glad we chose this little gem for our families' stay!
- 5/5
Beach front 👌 and modern clean rooms beachy vibe to it
- 3/5
The location of this motel was perfect! The room was really dirty though, but it was overall a positive experience.
- 5/5
Perfect hotel for a cruise stop. The beach , stores & restaurants all in 1 place , 3 miles from port. Perfect
- 5/5
Close to beach and convenient stores.
- 5/5
Amazing everything

The room the stay the whole staff was amazing I will be back soon
- 5/5
This property was great nice and clean and remodeled.

So, i had a lovely stay at the Belmont Shore Inn. It was clean where it counts, roomy, had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Along with towels extra linings for pull out couch. Bed was comfy plenty of pillows. Decent desk, chair and wifi for remote work if needed. It has a courtyard area just out side the lower rooms. and Some review complained about parking, shower in room. I knew this when i choose the place and wasnt a issue as it was just my husband and I and we took Lyft or walked. With that said this was a budget hotel. Its an older building which gives it its charm. You can hear the room above you but nothing alarming. Its conveniently located next to Vons and its a cute wine shop. Short walk to pier, boardwalk, belmont brewery and chucks coffee shop (great breakfast but cash only). I honestly fell in love with it but i also didnt have expected anything super fancy and was pleasantly surprise what we got for the money. Id stay here again it better than most motel 6 or budget hotels iv stayed at. Thanks again for a lovely experience. I cant seem to add photo for some reason.

iThis stay was terrible. I found a cockroach in my room. The room was dirty. Some random person knocked on my door at 9:30 at night. And the people above me kept stomping at 2:30 in the morning and also at 5:30 in the morning. The photos on the website are not accurate at all. This place made me feel very unsafe.

Belmont Shore is a charming, hidden gem of a hotel located less than five minutes from the pier. The accommodating staff offered us a complimentary upgrade, which significantly improved our overall experience. To be honest, the initial standard room we were assigned was not great. However, the location has many advantages if you're looking for a nice, quiet getaway.

Enjoyed the day

This was a great little hotel. We were only there for one night, but the room was really cute and comfortable. Bug bottles of lotion, soap, shampoo and conditioner. One block from Belmont brewery where we had dinner and watched the sun set. I’d definitely stay there again!

The rooms were exactly as advertised in the photos. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Rooms were clean and quiet and the renovations were excellent. Good street parking out front and great location by the ocean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The units the walls are very thin lots of noise did not get even one hours worth of sleep as the shower was running next-door for one hour and it was extremely loud through my unit at 11 PM and the noise upstairs next-door to me. All you can hear is footsteps, banging, etc. the walls are too thin not a good stay for someone who needs a lot of sleep or who needs to be out early morning for something.

Very nice owners, clean, convenient, and comfortable

The location was so convenient. Room was very spacious! My only gripe will be that you can hear all the footsteps in the upper room. So I would recommend the upstairs.

1. On my clean towel we found blood that was not mine. 2. We had left of the do not distrub sign for room service to come, but when they came they took the towels. They did not replace them, and when I asked for them to bring more and make the bed, they gave me new towels but did not change the sheets or make the bed. 3. There was no place for us to park. We had to park on the street and I was worried about getting a ticket. We were able to get our money back when we told the front desk as were leaving they were very receptive. Overall, I was disappointed in the stay.

We walked into our room to find a lot of dirt on the floor. We asked for this to be cleaned while we were out, which thankfully they did. The room was facing the street and was quite noisy. The mattress was very squishy and uncomfortable, and the rest of the furniture was cheap and poorly constructed. I am glad we only had one night here.

Great for 1-2 nights. The beach is a 3 minute walk and lots of places to eat in walking distance. Parking is limited but we didn’t have any issues parking during our stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would come back!

I liked the updated open floorplan/style of the unit. And, having free street parking (even though limited) fit our schedule well.

Room rates was probably one of it's best attributes.

The room was huge but there was no separation between shower and the room so with our friend we had to take turns going outside for privacy to take a shower.

Impossible to get a hold of the staff after the stay for receipts and other inquiries.

Nice clean room, friendly check in, looks old on the outside but remodeled and nice on the inside. Fresh smelling towels and body wash. Area has lots of homeless but very close and convenient to the beach and pier.

We did pass another room that did look like the picture posted online so if you get assign those rooms, you will get what you see online. The area was a little sketchy filled with homeless people but you get what you paid for. It was also nice to be close to the beach.

Great value for a Long Beach hotel right next to the beach. Large clean room and spacious bathroom. Very quiet. I’m don’t like staying in hotels in general but this one worked for me. Highly recommend.
