The shower! Showers can make or break a stay for me, and the shower of my room was EXCELLENT! GREAT water pressure, clean tub, and the hot water got there fast. Now, allow me to list a couple more things I liked (in no particular order): 1. The staff is bilingual! They speak perfect english and spanish! 2. The parking space: I'm a very anxious person when it comes to leaving my car parked in a place I've never been to before, but at Casa Bella I never had that fear and nothing bad happened to it either. 3. Food, shopping and gas within walking distance: There's a taco stand that opens on the sidewalk just next to the property at around 6PM, a small plaza with a Taco King & a Pupisería, a Ross that's a 2min walk away, and a gas station + mini market across the street! P.S. Cheers to the cleaning staff too! They left my personal belongings untouched and exactly where I left them. This is something big for me too. I don't like it when cleaning staff move things around or touch my personal toiletries. This is the sad reality: For this price range, be prepared to deal with guests that will be rude to you. I had a sour experience with another guest but hankfully, the staff is in the best disposition to help all their guests! The clerk in charge mediated and helped us achieve a satisfactory resolution for all parties. Props to the staff for that! They went the extra mile to provide for the best accommodations for everyone!

Very clean and comfortable with a lot of helpful amenities in the room (fridge, desk, etc). Friendly staff as well that have great recommendations about nearby food, etc. Though very clean, the top sheet was ripped in one spot along the edge.

I knew when booking I was only needing a place to get ready in & rest for a few hours after our event before the drive back home so I wasn’t expecting much. Room was clean & did provide a safe, microwave & small fridge.

Accessible for wheelchair and handicap parking at the front.

Far too expensive for a room that smelled bad and had visible damage to the walls and furniture. Pillows were somehow both too hard and soft as if they were filled with small wooden planks covered in pillow stuffing. Bed felt like cheap florists foam. Overall surrounding location looks to be of questionable safety.

Location is in the downtown neighborhood. It’s in a good location, meaning it’s not too far from LA activities. I have stayed here twice and both times have been a pleasant experience. Staff is always friendly.

There was cacaroaches….

Property was clean. Loud neighbors down stairs below us and nothing was ever said to them, but was expected since it was New Year’s Day.

Nothing Filthy tile grout lines from years of dirtiness, the bathroom had cracks along the sink glue lining and little baby roaches would enter in and out. There was a couple roaches in the bed area and the bed was STIFF AS HELL, so stiff that I didn't even sleep on the bed I slept on the chair next to the bed for 3 nights. Made my trip a bad experience Only thing that made me happy while I was there was the last day when I left.

I liked how close the Inn was to the areas I was visiting (DTLA, USC, & Koreatown). Inn felt secure and parking lot was convenient. Room was bigger than expected. If you have trouble sleeping, pack earplugs with you. Walls are thin & you can hear your neighbors having a conversation wild night.

the sheets had blood and the toilet didn’t work. i was told about a refund since i left a day early and the only way to get it is if i stayed and contacted booking when i dint have the time to stay i had to go hence me leaving a day early i don’t think it’s fair they mention a refund of $140 and not automatically giving it to me if the system told them to do it i feel robbed.

The place was clean , the room was clean and comfortable. It was close to everything. I'm really happy I chose this inn I loved everything i have no complaints
