Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Century City/Beverly Hills

The parking is $42 a day. The hotel was pretty expensive, but probably comparative for the area. The staff in the dining area were very helpful, but there is no food available during the afternoon hours. The only outside food close by was a Ralph’s grocery store. Nothing else is really walkable. Otherwise everything was fine. I would recommend it and would stay there again.

My experience here was great for the location and commute into work for our on-site project. In terms of overall experience the hotel was decent and staff were courteous, bathroom and shower were tiny, phone in the room did not work, closet was small, room was a good size. Wish breakfast was included.

SOME CONSTRUCTION NOISE

The shower leaked and out into the bathroom, but that was the only thing that did not work. I told the staff about this and they sent somebody to fix it. My TV did not work at night because I had made some mistake mistakes, but they sent someone up to fix it. So the staff gets a A+.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a sliding door to the sink area which my husband appreciated with the 0400 wake up and get ready. Got a cookie from the cafe on the first floor and bc it was broken they gave us two cookies. It was tasty. My husband while waiting for me to finish had coffee and a lemon loaf on the cafe and he said it was good. I’d recommend the room if you need to be in the area

We greatly appreciate the efforts of the staff working at the restaurant for breakfast, particularly Marixa and Josepha. We were a bit confused about how the breakfast worked, but Marixa was very helpful. Also, the food was wonderful when we received it.

Room was very nice/clean. Secure Parking. Stayed here after a Surgery at Cedars Sinai. Valet was able to provide a wheelchair for my spouse and took us all the way up to our room.

Everything about the hotel was just perfect. The staff was SO nice to let us do an early check-in which really made out day easier, having just flown into LAX. The room right on Olympic Blvd. was fairly noisy, so next time I’ll request a room at the back. Other than that, it was very nice.

Nice and clean hotel. I asked for a room away from the street and it was very quiet. Comfortable bed. Had a good sleep. Parking is $39, less than other hotels I considered in the area. I would stay there again.

This was a great last minute booking. The elevator wasn’t working, that was a bummer. But the night staff was very helpful.

Service and hotel staff were great, but the hotel itself, was underwhelming. Elevators didn’t work. Hallways and rooms were stuffy and cramped. Despite using the AC in the room, it just always felt humid and stuffy. Rooms also seemed very cramped. Doors from the bathroom, opened into and hit the vanity sink. Just one trash can in the room, and it was small. Limited electrical outlets near bed or in room to charge phones, and one of the outlets didn’t work. The phone in the room didn’t work. Again, the staff was great, but the hotel left so much to be desired, especially in that part of town.

Recently stayed here while on a business trip. (1) Pros: hotel is about a 15 min easy walk to the Westfield Mall, which has a lot of dining options. Also, the front desk is friendly and nice. (2) Cons: rooms are very small and my shower door did not fully close. No amenities and pillows were uncomfortable. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Cons: 1. Room was a bit small and very close to the highway. It was a bit difficult to sleep. 2. The front office billed our credit card twice but we brought it to their notice later during our stay and it was fixed. Overall our stay was good.

The room has great design. They put the sink outside the bathroom. It's very convenient. Audrey and the assistants at the parking place are all very nice and friendly. Great location. Walk to century city for shopping and great restaurant in 15 minutes. The mantainence guy is also very helpful and nice. Highly recommended.

The pictures look nicer than the rooms actually were (and some of the photos I don’t think are actually of this property). This is clearly a very old building that has been cheaply renovated. The building and room felt dark and claustrophobic. They only offer paid parking here. The best part of the hotel was the outdoor sitting area and airy gym area.

The front desk is extremely friendly and welcoming. I had an issue with my booking and the front desk worked fast to make change to accommodate me, best service ever! The location is great and feels homie. There’s a grocery store across the street and a quick 19 minute walk to Westfield mall. I was only here for one night, however I will definitely come again and highly recommend.

It was a very basic hotel but not terrible. The noise from the hallway was loud and they had some remodeling going on with tools out in the walkway. It was nice and clean overall and didn’t charge an arm and a leg for parking.

The location was good for my needs so no complaint there. I had minimal interaction with staff but they were friendly. Water pressure in the shower was strong (maybe too strong). Cons- my room smelled awful, like moldy/musty. The ac made it worse so i'm guessing that's where the smell was coming from. I had the main street noise too. Overall it was kind of a dingy room

The main issue is while I was staying here to have cancer treatment, I was looking forward to going into the hot tub. The hot tub closes at 10 and I arrived at 9:50. The hot tub was already locked and closed for the day and the manager refused to open it. Not sure what’s happening to Marriott standards but they seem to be slacking. The manager said he’s sorry the next day, but that doesn’t mitigate the fact that I wasn’t able to soak in a tub after a long day. The valet staff is very friendly. Everybody else is just blah.

None of the rooms have safes. I was there for a formal event and had to wear my jewelry all weekend because no safes.

I hate that I have to ask for my room to be serviced; it should just be a standard; the property is okay, and there are not too many places around to eat.

my room on the second floor had no overhead lighting which kept large parts of the room dark (a dungen feel comes to mind). in the bathroom the (only) glass shelf next to the sink was not properly attached and therefore unusable, black electrical tape was used to "fix" a broken chrome frame underneath the glass. not what i was expecting or hoping for :(

Good hotel overall. Smaller rooms and no seating in my room other than desk chair and beds. No armchair or love seat offered. There is a grocery store across the street if you need anything, as well as Century City Mall a few blocks away. Not far from Beverly Hills.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It is located in a safe and convenient location. There is a supermarket across the street and one of LA's best malls is within walking distance. Better yet the beach is about 10 minutes away by car. I highly recommend Marriott in Century City.

Beverly Hills. Its a 3-Star that is well worth it. I'd stay again and again. Friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. Rooms were compfy but a tad muggy. Food was delicious but pricey - two eggs and tater tots $22

Loved everything very nice. Mattressand pillows could be uprgaded that is the only reason i marked comfot less.

Amenities such as the fire pit shut down at 10:00 and staff was kind of rude about asking us to go to our rooms but otherwise a nice hotel.

Nice homebase for sightseeing around LA

The room was clean, the staff was nice. However, the air conditioning was so loud we couldn’t sleep. I tried lowering the temperature so it doesn’t keep kicking in waking us up but it’s too hot and humid.
