DAY N NIGHT INN - Near Universal Studios Hollywood

Not a big deal for the price/area (I would absolutely stay here again) but the room is a pretty tiny and pretty dated.

It was homie like super comfortable great water pressure the AC worked AMAZING My car scrapes pulling it

The shower curtain was not heavy enough to hold back the water from coming out on to the floor. we had to lay a towel down to catch the water. I would have just changed the shower curtain. other than that everything else was really enjoyable.

The location was great. Mostly the staff was excellant.

Property was decent the inside of the room was not the best. Bathroom was unclean and the tv did not work.

Excellent service. The owner was friendly and greeted us. He let us change rooms without charging more. The new room had a larger bed and a fold out bed. The room had a large fridge, a table, shampoo and soap, Wifi, and air conditioning. Great location close to Universal Studios. I just walked to the park. Also, free on-site parking. It was also quiet. The fold out bed didn't have a sheet on the mattress and the mattress didn't look clean. the bathroom had a strange sliding door with a gap and didn't lock. I couldn't figure out how to turn the light off in the bathroom, seemed like it auto turned off but I couldn't turn it off. Shower could have been warmer.

It was good for a quick place to sleep for the night . Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was when taking a shower the shower splashes on the floor. The flooring how it was wood and so when it was raining it felt like you were going to slip .

Distance to universal All doesn’t have a door in the bathroom it is like a poor hotel in the third world :(

Small parking lot. Pillows cover 2 out of 3 and stains. Had to use the towels to cover them. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was dirt on the walls. The shower looks dirty. They used a farm style door for the restroom door. Noticed mole in the restroom deck plate near the shower

I picked this property based on location and price. But as the saying goes, “You get what you pay for.” My son and I were only going to be there two hours in the morning and night minus the sleeping time. So it didn’t make sense to pay several hundred of dollars for a bed and shower use. Logic makes sense at the time, however, I would pay more now to have better service. For starters, I tried the property three times to ask if I could check in early. The person who answered the phone was Indian and spoke poor English. It was difficult to communicate and understand each other. All he said was, “He would take care of me.” He never asked for my name and confirmation number, so I had no guarantee “he would take care of me”. The property itself is run down and poorly maintained both inside and out. It has no style, flat pillows, thin sheets, random complementary bathroom products, two TV controllers that did exact same thing, no complementary water and/or breakfast, couldn’t connect to the WiFi, and finally the water leaked out of the shower and flooded the floor.

I don't think there was wifi and sometimes the TV wouldn't work

Staff was friendly and allowed me to check in early. Was accommodated with another room when I didn't like the first one. Free parking and close location to universal studios. The rooms did not seem clean. I was changed to another room because the toilet was disgusting. The other room bathroom floor was dirty and found hairs on the bed and walls. Not sure if it was machines or the plumbing but it can get really noisy.
