Reviews
The hotel is highly praised for its proximity to the Crypto Arena and other downtown LA attractions. Guests frequently mention the friendly and helpful staff. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with hidden fees, particularly for parking and a resort fee. Noise from neighboring rooms and the surrounding area is also a common complaint.

The stay was great. They cleaned our room daily. Staff was nice. Was not aware of the destination fee (33 per day) and parking fee (66 per day) when booking through hotels.com.
- 5/5
Excellent location for concert access, Directly across the street from Crypto.com Arena, multiple restaurants, and activities. Nice, spacious room. Only downside was that the restaurant/bar appears to solely be open on weekends - not great for weekday guests. Note that the air conditioner is LOUD - earplugs are a must.
- 5/5
I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient and close to many attractions and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
- 5/5
Very clean, we had a comfortable stay, right across the street from Novo for our concert. We would stay here again!
- 3/5
The room was nice and clean. Hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. One downside was the key card. Although the staff members have told us not to let the card near phones or things that could demagnify the card, it still gave us issues. We were extra careful, but it still would demagnify which cause us to have to keep going to the front desk. The hotel is also near LA Live so it was convenient for our trip.

Pleased great lo location
- 5/5
Solo el desayuno no es bueno no lo compren es caro y no es bueno.
- 5/5
The location was perfect for our plans and we never needed the car with so much to do within walking distance. The second floor outdoor area was a relaxing place to enjoy our morning breakfast. I would definitely stay at E-Central again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff; centrally located to many attractions and the metro line
- 5/5
This hotel was an unexpected gem in great proximity to the Peacock theatre and Cyypto arena! It wasn't fancy but comfortable, roomy, and safe. Valet parking was convenient. Dining options were minimal. Would stay again!
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Just a super small walk away from the Peacock Theater.
- 3/5
The web site has not been updated, the lounge and bar area posted a midnight closure. The facility was closed down by 9pm. The staff was uncoporitive on this issue.
- 3/5
You can tell this building needs a renovation. The bathroom tile needs a deep cleaning, and the lever to turn on the water falls off. The light switch to turn on the lights works 50% of the time, and the internet went out on the last day for over 12 hours, preventing me from finishing work I needed to get done. I didn't notice bed bugs or any other insects, which is usually the first thing I check for in every hotel I stay at, so good job on that. Towels and sheets are clean, so I know the staff is doing that much; they just need to close out certain rooms to do a full deep clean and not just maintain the rooms.
- 1/5
Hotel cancellation policies are unfair. No provision for vegetarian breakfast. Disappointing experience.
- 3/5
Awesome proximity to Crypto. Very loud even staying on the 7th floor. Also be aware of the additional $100 charge upon check out for 1 night parking and "fees."
- 5/5
The room was tidy. I was able to check in when I arrived (a short wait time). The room was clean and comfortable. I was staying overnight after attending a concert at the Peacock Theater. Would definitely stay again. They have valet parking for $66. It also charges a destination fee of $30. Other than that, the stay price was reasonable.
- 3/5
The old air conditioner is a dinosaur makes noises etc. very dated but large rooms
- 5/5
Staff & service were amazing. The room was well maintained and made when we returned to our room. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend.
- 4/5
The $66 a night parking ( no self parking) is a darn insult in my opinion
- 5/5
great place will return room was clean great area
- 4/5
the place was ok.. thought it was pricy for a night. nothing spectacular. the sink leaked, the shower wouldn't stop dripping. there was trash and debri under the bathroom cabinet. nothing to brag about. The staff was nice. The valet staff was beyond nice and engaging.
- 3/5
The $66 per night parking fee seems pretty exorbitant and its valet only. The noise proofing in this hotel could use an overhaul because the music from the Mexican restaurant adjacent to the building could be heard well into the morning. Don't bother upgrading to the 'breakfast package' as it did not look up to par. Several of the pieces of gym equipment were out of order or partially functional. The staff themselves (excluding the rude bar staff) are great and friendly and the price, if you do not check in anytime early or have a car, makes it a viable option as long as you get an ideal room. Overall, when I return next year I think I will just pay extra and book at the J.W. Marriott. Its more expensive but the breakfast is fantastic and the rooms are very nice. Plus the shops in the hotel are quite nice.
- 5/5
Very good staff
- 2/5
Location It is like a ghost hotel. No pool. Staff is invisible. They have a beautiful roof top lounge that didn’t open until 5 pm. But worse it closed at 10 pm. We came back from Dodger games and couldn’t get a night cap. And, it was closed on Sunday. A beautiful amenity but did not service guests. Both days we tried to get coffin the morning and they were out of coffee!!
- 5/5
The location, big room and the staff are polite, friendly and helpful - Jen and Connie in particular!

This room served its purpose as it was right across the street from my destination. There’s parking for a fee, and bellhop to retrieve your items. I flew in early for my one day stay for a concert and waited around for about 3 1/2 hours until I was able to check in at 12pm without having to pay the $75 early check in. I thought it was a little pricey, $40/$50 I would’ve paid but it just didn’t make sense to. Couches where I sat while I waited on my room were stained along with the carpet, staff gave conflicting information based on who asked( causing me to reconfirm). Rooms were standard and decent I was in the 7th floor with a great view. Bed was lumpy and also had stains air condition worked well.. Id give this stay a 6/10.
- 5/5
Nothing to complain about. Big room, nice staff and great location.
- 5/5
Everything was good about my stay. The only hick up is, I bought the room with breakfast and sometimes the lady doing the serving was not as helpful as she could have been. Sometimes they'd ask you about the drink (that came with the breakfast) and sometimes they just handed you food without asking if you wanted the drink. Some people were confused on how the breakfast work and the ladies could have been more inquisitive, or faster to see if people needed help. But the ladies were very friendly.
- 5/5
Definitely coming back, thanks for the clean room and great amenities 😊
- 5/5
The room was clean and the air conditioning was the bomb! I am a super hot sleeper and I hate waking up sweaty and gross. Some of the areas of the hotel were dated, but clean regardless. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you are doing things at LA Live.

We drove from San Diego, the check in was awful. Long wait only one person at the front. We were not explained if breakfast was included? we were not offered water bottles like the rest of the guests. Valet parking were the only guys who really made a difference.
- 3/5
I don’t like the fact that you have to pay $30 he has to use the Internet and for unlimited coffee. I only stay there the night because there was a concert across the street and I didn’t wanna drive back home so late. Also, the parking $60 is ridiculous. That’s an extra $90 and need to pay. I told the staff I don’t need the Internet. My phone has Internet. I’m model is only there to spend the night. The lady in France said oh but you got unlimited coffee like if I’m dying for coffee😒 I travel a lot and I use a lot of hotels but this one I am not happy with for sure. The place is really clean. Valet is really friendly.
- 5/5
It is directly across the street from Laker games and other venues. Other sites are within walking distance. The staff were beyond welcoming and helpful. Keep the coffee brewing. I waited over 15 minutes for a new pot to arrive.

Out dated hotel Great location near staple center and the homeless tents !

I've stayed here before and it was perfect for me. Short lyft ride to USC. Right across from the convention center and Starbucks and other nice restaurants to eat. Right across from Flemings as well
- 1/5
No water, coffe
- 4/5
Very spacious queen room and comfy beds with large screen tv. Our refrigerator did not cool properly but we only stayed one night so we never bothered to report it.
- 4/5
Friendly staff; very convenient location; spacious room. A bit noisy in evening hours because the Crypto Center and the Emmy Museum are right across the street.
- 2/5
Never in my life have I been to a hotel where the room keys stop working is a daily experience. We probably went through 15 rooms keys over the course of a week. No microwave in the executive suites, and the staff won’t help you. Gym equipment hasn’t worked for over 2 years, the treadmills are broken, and no signs whatsoever. Everything at this hotel just felt cheap. My wife got sick from the $19 breakfast burrito…Most likely never staying at this hotel again.
- 3/5
Unfortunately, we found out that our vehicle (after the fact) was damaged while parked at the Valet Parking and did not know this until we arrived home.
- 3/5
The location was great close to restaurants and arenas. The hotel was decent rooms were spacious. But the housekeeping service needs to improve they came to clean the room and did not received clean towels.
- 4/5
Sink has a kinda weird design. Water would bounce out if hands were positioned at an angle. Nice place. Clean, nice staff. Wallet kinda pricey but good service. Close walk to convention center
- 5/5
everything was good, except one of the lamps wouldnt work
- 2/5
Staff was unprofessional, adding cost to the hotel room for early check-in. Yeah, the prices for amenities that I was not used.
- 3/5
Don’t know his name but a very friendly and very helpful bellhop

Couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for the Lakers game
- 4/5
IDEAL LOCATION! Steps to CRYPTO> Arena, Grammy Museum. Nice upgrade to junior suite...spacious, comfortable. Appearance: very nice. Bed: comfortable. Linens incl towels: excellent. The only detraction from an ideal stay was 2 floors above the bar/ party floor with audible band NOISE until o3:30 AM.
- 5/5
Love staying here
- 5/5
Great location, relaxed patio for lunch and to get some work done.
- 5/5

Clean Large room. I like to give a special shout out to lounge staff member Angie she has a beautiful personality.
- 4/5
Good distance from our venue
- 5/5
Very convenient location, clean room and warm staff. Would recommend 100% if you’re looking for a place that’s close to concerts and events in downtown LA!
- 4/5
Decent enough place for the price. Good location to DTLA. Slightly in need of a sprucing up (paint, e.g.). Room was fine. One gripe- half the days I went to get free coffee the urn was being refilled and there was a 5-10 minute wait for coffee. Seriously? Get another urn and rotate them. People are grumpy and rushed in the morning and just want their coffee.
- 5/5
Clean room, spacious room
- 4/5
Property was nice but they had no microwave in room or lobby
- 5/5
It was a pleasure to stay at E Central. Highly recommended specially if you’re going there for events at Crypto.com.

Clean room. Nice comfortable stay. Right across the street from crypto arena and peacock theater.

I booked this hotel for my husband, taking our son to a Laker’s game for his birthday. I knew there wasn’t much time between their flight landing and tip off, so I booked this hotel because of its convenient location. They arrived for check in and were given a key, when to room to drop bags- key didn’t work. Went down to front desk, rekeyed card, back up to room, still didn’t work. Back downstairs, told not to put key by phone- which he hadn’t- back up to room, didn’t work. Back downstairs, rekeyed….now running late to game….key worked, AND THERE WAS A COUPLE IN THE ROOM. They were assigned same room number. Back downstairs AGAIN….they have to find a new room, finally get a new room, head to game and had missed first quarter. The next morning my husband went to front desk to complain, and was given a bottle of water for the inconvenience. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE
- 5/5
Staff was great and accommodating. It’s a loud hotel because of the location, which was fine for us.
- 3/5
Extra amenity charge was not disclosed. Horrible breakfast food. First time and last time! Parking is valet only and $66! Loud AC as well.
- 5/5
Great location since we were going to The Novo which was right across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.
- 4/5
Needs some cleaning and dusting other than that thank you for great hospitality. Also a perfect location if you catching a game or event at crypto!

This was a very nice hotel. Very spacious room and clean. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Being in the downtown area it is right across the street from restaurants and Crypto Arena if you're interested in a Basketball or Hockey Game. My husband and I were visiting California for the very first time and taking a cruise out of Long Beach so opted for the convenience of walking since we didn't have a vehicle but did utilize Lyft from the airport, for a Paramount tour we did across town, and to get to the cruise port. The one downside is no continental breakfast. Everything in LA is expensive so we found a breakfast spot one day nearby that wasn't bad and did pay $40 the next day for both of us to eat at the hotel. It's not a buffet but a breakfast meal type of menu. I got a sandwich with OJ and my husband got scrambled eggs, bacon, hash brown potatoes, and toast with OJ. It comes in a plastic container with a lid. If you're a coffee drinker I believe that is free and there's a Starbucks nearby too. I would definitely stay again if in the area for the convenience.
- 2/5
So loud music sound from neighborhood every evening (through 1 am) and could'n sleep. Will never stay this hotel again.
- 4/5
Overall pleased with my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. No microwave which would have been nice, but there is a mini-fridge. I had a top floor (9th floor) room, but I could still hear the street noise pretty well. I grew up with city noise so it didn’t bother me too much, AND I also brought ear plugs. I was attending a conference at the LA Convention Center, and it was just a few minutes walk; it was perfect! LA Live with many restaurants and the Crypto Stadium are right across the street. Great location for what I needed!
- 5/5
The room was very clean, staff were very nice and approachable, the ambience of the hotel was very pleasant.
- 5/5
They let us check early so I can attend the Laker Game. That was huge . Great service for dooming that
- 5/5
Easy and pleasant check in, Gina was helpful and efficient. Room was clean with lots of space. Extremely close to Crypto Arean, which is the reason we chose this hotel. Close to restaurants as well. Will definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
I did not feel welcomed or taken care of during my stay here. I checked out a day early
- 5/5
Loved the location and being able to go around the city with public transportation and the stadium being so close.
- 4/5
There was no one to serve breakfast up on the 2nd level. It is Great location with a good price
- 5/5
Loved the view
- 2/5
Valet guys were very nice, so was the woman who I checked out with. The room had a funny smell and everything in the hotel seemed pretty basic and nothing special. Surprisingly wasn’t too noisy for being in DTLA but there were a few homeless outside and rummaging through the garbage. Just a step up from a Motel 6 with a better location. Breakfast sucked and portions were small, wasn’t worth the money even with my 20% off discount. Probably wouldn’t go back.
- 5/5
Great rooms and hotel
- 4/5
Room was clean, love that they gave us 2 bottles of water and staff was friendly. Didn't like having to pay for parking, paying a resort fee for amenities that I didn't use or that I could hear the nearby club or bars music pounding past 1am and that was all the way up on the 9th floor.
- 4/5
Ok okay
- 3/5
It was okay
- 3/5
AC was loud, room was moist, smelled like weed
- 2/5
So I was here for work and stayed in the back of the property. First I booked on line and when I got to the property it was almost 2k more than I booked for. The bar and restaurant they claim to be open starting at 5 never was unless it was for a private party. The building Nextdoor had parties for two days that lasted until 3am. The front desk didn’t disclose that the restaurant wouldn’t be open nor did they disclose the noise complaints from other guests. For three days I stayed awake, called the front desk with the same answer “we can’t do anything about it.” It smelled like weed every time you walked in. If you’re planning on getting rest so you can work don’t stay here!
- 5/5
overall, had an amazing stay! the valet staff were welcoming as soon as we arrived on property. check-in was easy and room was nice! would stay again :)
- 5/5
I would definitely come back. It's a small-ish hotel in the heart of the LA Live district. The lobby is modest, but the second floor outdoor patio is great. It's a good size, overlooks Figuero at Olympic (roads), has comfortable seating, and a nice long fountain. The room was tidy, the towels were soft, and the bed and chairs were comfortable.
- 3/5
ECentral offers a limited breakfast menu for a fee. The quality of the food was below average. Additionally there was no access to a microwave. I bought food from an outside source and asked the breakfast attendant if she would warm it in their microwave. She told me it was against the hotels rules. I think at the high prices charged by E Central the least they could do is provide a microwave to their guests.
- 3/5
Location is amazing, room was big and clean, shower pressure was perfect. 2 biggest complaints are there is a night club on the backside of the hotel which plays loud music till 4am, for those who are light sleepers this will be an issue. My biggest issue is the price for parking, $60 per night plus tax for parking seems egregious to me. Also the security deposit is $150 per night which also seems egregious to me.
- 5/5
Great stay overall. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and my room was always well taken care of. Breakfast had plenty of good options. The downtown location made it easy to get to everything. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Was close to the Crypto Center. Made the trip easy
- 5/5
The bar is on the second floor with a large outdoor seating area. The only thing to be aware is that because you are right on Figueroa St it is noisy. Cars drive by with booming systems, some might have been racing. Bring earplugs or a sleep aid.
- 4/5
The property was in a perfect location and walking distance to LA Live. Staff was friendly and checked us in prior to our reservation time.
- 5/5
Excellent!!
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 4/5
The staff was amazing and the room was clean and very spacious. The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted easily, so I woke up cold, but no biggee. The parking fee is pretty high (why are we taxed on that??), but all in all, it was great for attending a game at Staples.
- 4/5
Perfect spot for Lakers games! We always stay at this hotel because it’s walking distance to Crypto and LA Live. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly, and it’s reliable every time. Only downside is the loud aircon. It’s too loud and disrupts sleep. We turn it off sometimes and the room gets warm. Bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. Still our go-to for game nights!
- 4/5
Didn’t eat there.
- 4/5
Great place to stay to see a Lakers game. The staff was great and very polite. Thecrooms are dated, but clean and accommodating.

We went to an LA Kings game right across the road. Was absolutely perfect! Everything you need for a good nights rest.

Good breakfast, clean room and well located property, pretty convenient for my interests.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean, an excellent value for the price and location
- 5/5
Great spot to go to a Laker game or Kings game. It was a three minute walk to the arena. Clean and the bed was great. The only thing was the frig was not working in our room.
- 3/5
This is how they treat gold status with complementary room upgrade. Never staying there again. Management was emailed without response. One thing positive is literally across the street from LA live
- 5/5
Nice location close to Crypto

Great place to stay and across the street from crypto arena and good food all in walkable distance
- 5/5
We stayed at the E-Central downtown because we were attending an old school hip hop concert at the Peacock Theatre. It was the best location. We ended up across the street from the concert. It was a 5 minute drive walk. It was the best decision that we made. We were across the street from “Fixins”, around the corner from “Yard House” , and a host of other restaurants. We walked around the area each day with no problems. We will definitely go back and stay at the E-Central. Also, shout out to the vendor JT for hooking us up with shirts for the concert. Overall it was a great visit to Cali. ❤️❤️❤️
- 5/5
Crypto arena directly across the street and plenary of food options directly across the street as well.
- 4/5
Older property, but clean rooms and great location!
- 4/5
The room was super close to our destination but the amenities you have to pay even if you don’t use them so found it a bit unfair
- 4/5
Nice place to stay. Just be prepared to pay at least an extra $50 per night in fees on top of what you already paid for the night. Plus $150 hold on your card per night. Hidden fees
- 3/5
The place itself was good. Location was perfect for our visit. The issue- the overwhelming amount of fees that were charged!! Destination fee? Resort fee? $60 parking fee?? Had we known we may have chosen some where else
- 5/5
Great location as could walk to stadium and other things easily . Only 20 minutes from LAX. Only thing I needed was microwave , but properly doesn’t have one at all on premise for customers
- 5/5
The hotel was amazing. But this application not. I got one rate from hotels. Com and when I got to the hotel it was double the price. Hotel.com doesn't give the right information.
- 5/5
Was convenient for kings game. Clean, comfortable. Wish they had a hot tub. Will stay again.

Great area, staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to check in and out, overall just a nice experience.
- 5/5
Great location and a nice room.
- 4/5
The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. My only complaints were that the bed and pillows were quite firm, and the air conditioner made a very loud noise each time it turned on. On a positive note, the valet parking attendant was very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Spotless and amazing
- 5/5

Clean room and friendly staff
- 3/5
The room conditions were good and the staff was great. However, I had no hot water in the morning for my shower, I had to let the water run for 30 minutes before the water got warm, not hot, so I can take a shower. The other issue was the breakfast they provided. Basically, I felt like I was back in elementary school and getting a lunch box for breakfast. For being in the heart of Downtown LA at a big hotel, I would expect an A1 type of breakfast but did not get that. Last, they advertise a full bar on their website, but they fail to mentioned, it's only open on Friday's and Saturday's. What is the purpose of advertising a bar for your quest and it's only open 2 of 7 days of the week. Long story short, due to the above issues, I will never stay at that hotel, and I'll inform these issues to others who plans to stay at that hotel.
- 3/5
Great location for events at Crypto
- 5/5
Room was amazing clean and staff was very helpful
- 1/5
We had the worst experience ever. The couple next door was loud, they were arguing all night up till around 4am that night. Will never stay there again.
- 4/5
Great room holly suite is nice 😏 ,Parking in valet is 60 plus ouch,🤕 be aware !! breakfast restaurant was not open due to event so was not able to redeem my pre purchase breakfast that came with hotel the attendant said they were unable to refund, didn’t feel like arguing plus had to get going so just left it at that ,,

Room was clean, close proximity to the Arena. Staff is polite overall I had an excellent stay.
- 2/5
We selected this hotel because of how close it is to Crypto.com Arena, which was convenient for the basketball game. However, when we returned around 11pm, the music from the lounge area was extremely loud. Our room must have been nearby because we could clearly hear it. Unfortunately, the noise didn’t stop until about 2am, making it a rough night of sleep.
- 4/5
It was close to the stadium
- 1/5
I was looking forward to my stay at E-Central, but the experience fell short. Their marketing heavily emphasizes a top-tier gym, yet it was unavailable when we arrived. This caused an unexpected logistical and financial burden for us. I reached out to the manager to find a resolution, but never heard back. Communication is key in hospitality, and unfortunately, it was non-existent here.
- 1/5
Avoid this hotel if you value advertised amenities. The "24/7 fitness center" was closed upon our arrival, and we had to pay out-of-pocket expenses for parking at a nearby gym. Most frustratingly, management completely ignored my emails regarding the issue. They clearly don’t care about the guest experience once they have your money.
- 5/5
Was the best and also so clean and comfortable to stay close to peacock theater for event walking distance
- 5/5
The staff were amazing, room was clean. I was able to get some rest
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
Close to amenities! Very clean and excellent staff!
- 4/5
The room and bathroom were clean, had everything I needed. Comfortable bed and stay.
- 1/5
Beds gave me a lower back pain. Uncomfortable all night
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
Great location and very clean rooms
- 5/5
Room
- 5/5
The room was amazing, staff amazing, such a great place.
- 5/5
Particularly thank all Hotel Staff, particularly the Manager, concierge, room cleaning staff, who were polite helpful and friendly. The room was made spotless everyday. Great value for money.
- 4/5
Clean and convenient walk to Crypto Arena.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great and friendly. I would definitely go back again.
- 5/5
the $60 valet parking fee was a real charmer! or was it $75?
- 4/5
Clean hotel, AC didn’t work in our room well.
- 5/5
Everything looked perfect
- 5/5
Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
Location, cleanliness and staff all super great. Skip breakfast though.
- 5/5
The room was spacious and spotless. Staff very courteous.
- 1/5
I asked about the parking situation since it said they charged $66. My expedia account says I get a free room upgrade or free parking so I asked the girl and she said free parking. I was charged for it and its okay but dont lie to me about it. Won’t be staying here again because customer service was rude and said they would never say free parking. I wouldn’t of been inquiring about my refund if someone wouldn’t of told me I was getting free parking.
- 1/5
I had the worst sleep of my life from 11:45 PM until 3:00 AM mariachi music and the DJ was playing right below my room. I could not sleep at all. I will never stay this hotel again.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and professional.
- 4/5
Room was clean and hotel clean
- 5/5
Love
- 5/5
The room was beautiful! The bed was very comfy and the shower was awesome. Perfect place to stay and walk around down town LA.
- 2/5
Said they had bar and restaurant, they do, but only weekends! Why a resort fee, it is just a hotel!
- 3/5
I still don't understand why we couldn't park on our own cars in the hotel parking lot, it would have been a lot more convenient, no offense to the valets but it was over priced for nothing, but they still did a good job and provided good energy when retrieving your vehicle. It was overall Okay.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
the room was spotless and the hotel was exactly where we wanted to be as far as walking distance to the arena and restaurants. Staff was very helpful with all the questions we had. Would stay there again.
- 5/5
The room was spotless and the location was perfect.
- 5/5
Great location directly across the street from the Crypto.com Arena. The room was very spacious, clean, and modern. Be prepared to pay about $60 for parking, but overall I would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
The rooms were well kept and the staff was very welcoming. This hotel is located directly across the street from restaurants, the grammy museum, and the Staple Center now know as the Crypto Arena.
- 1/5
Really bad service I asked certain stuff to be delivered to my room. They never did and I told them twice will never stay there again we paid a lot of money for only two days we drove all the way from Arizona to have a good time at crypto Arena. We end up getting four rooms and we all had bad experience there.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious room. Big tv. Nice shower with lots of towels. Not great shampoo, body wash, that could be much better! I love the area as it's close to Crypto Arena.
- 5/5
only parking but it’s probably for safety, don’t know
- 5/5
Right across from LA Live and the Grammy Museum
- 5/5
The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The stay was perfect. Id love to come back and stay again.
- 3/5
Overall a decent stay, beds could have better pillows and heavier blankets. I had to ask for another blanket because I was cold the first night. There is a lot of noise from the street so we turned on the a/c unit to help drown it out. There is no water fountains on the whole property, not even in the gym, so your only choice for drinking water is to pay $8 from the little market. They do have a water dispenser at the front with fruit in it but the front desk told me that fill that in the back from a faucet with disgusting water which was a bit disturbing. Staff was nice enough but not overly helpful. Gym was closed one of the mornings when I wanted to use it but otherwise it was pretty big and nice but I didnt see any yoga mats even though there was a whole yoga room.
- 5/5
Room was very clean, smelled good. We did have an issue with the shower not draining but a maintenence man came quickly amd fixed the problem.
- 4/5
Water was limited to certain hours, but they did provide water bottles when requested, which was nice. The breakfast was not worth it, as they didn't even offer the full menu that was listed/advertised, and that in of itself was limited in quality and options. The ultimate breakfast that I received was subpar. The room was nice.
- 5/5
Exelent people
- 5/5
Excelente servicio desde el check in, hasta check out
- 1/5
When to eat breakfast and I was told kitchen closed at 10am ridiculous when it clearly says 6am-12pm
- 5/5
Had no breakfast wish they had room service but overall great experience
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. Hotel was super convenient to Crypto Center.
- 4/5
Breakfast menu was good. Cappuccino machine was down though. Good service
- 3/5
Great location, great room, great staff, and great if you’re not sensitive to noise. Could hear neighbors as if they were in our room and a nightclub played music we could hear until 2 am. Not great if sleeping through noise doesn’t work for you. We were on the third floor so might be better higher up.
- 4/5
Fresh but served on plastic box
- 5/5
The staff here are wonderful.
- 5/5
Overall it was good but $60 for valet? And hidden fees?
- 5/5
Staff was incredible!! From Tony and Caesar were amazing, polite, helpful, and made our stay memorable. The room was spotless, great view of Crypto, walking distance to our game and dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will for sure be back again!!!
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
La biccion está muy bien
- 4/5
The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. It was just what we needed for only being in the room to sleep.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect, and the location was spot on
- 5/5
Staff were courteous. Good location.
- 4/5
Clean, spacious room and great location. Valet was quick in retrieving our vehicle. No issues. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Great place. Friendly staff. Parking was expensive
- 4/5
Little older but very very clean! Wish food had been available throughout the day. Our group had to cross the street to eat but there are many restaurants there
- 5/5
Great room, convenient location and friendly staff
- 5/5
Close to crypto arena! Clean and spacious room, free water bottles! Reasonable priced breakfast. Will stay again!
- 5/5
Staff, location, environment, food and drinks were great.
- 3/5
Pros: in the heart of downtown LA. UBER and lyft friendly with a plaza right across. They offer food at a cost Cons: no air vents in bathrooms no microwave in the hotel at all and you're not allowed to eat on the 2nd floor if it's not the restaurant food while the restaurant is open Pillows on the bed gave me a persistent headache that lasted the duration of my stay The front desk staff was pleasant enough but my husband told me the Hispanic lady who manned the 2nd floor was incredibly rude and unhospitable to him every time he went up there in the morning to work on his laptop.
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff, perfect location from crypto arena. Went to the Laker game then dinner at Lazy dog, and just had to walk across the street to the hotel. 10/10!!!
- 5/5
Super nice place. Would stay again. Nice bar with great food.
- 5/5
Came to LA for a hockey game and this hotel was conveniently located to the arena and dining establishments.
- 3/5
Nice location to catch Hockey game. Buy music next door went until about 3 am keeping us awake
- 5/5
The room was amazing. My wife loved that there were robes and sluppers.
- 3/5
The room was clean and ready for us
- 4/5
会場から至近距離、治安が悪い地域にも関わらず安全に過ごせた。 バレットパーキングも素早い対応で良かった。
- 1/5
We decided to leave and return later. When we came back, the man at the front desk said, rather deceitfully, “Oh, right when you walked out, your room was ready.” I asked if check-in time was 3:00 PM, and he replied that it was only a “general” time and that check-in could start at 3:00 PM, not that it would. I was flabbergasted and asked to speak with a manager. He claimed he was the “lead of hospitality” (or something to that effect), offering no resolution or accountability. Overall, the lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic courtesy made this stay extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
- 5/5
Room great. The lobby decor is terrible. I walked in to the hotel and almost left. How can a nice hotel have such a tacky cheap looking lobby. The check in desk looked like the county jail. Wow.
- 4/5
Spacious room, quick elevators, very friendly staff
- 5/5
Very good service.
- 5/5
Couldn’t have had a better stay!!
- 4/5
Didn’t eat there
- 3/5
Staff was amazing and room appeared clean but it smelled dusty. The bathrooms had no fan and rooms with no ventilation so they get stuffy and humid. AC worked fine. The bar in the place never seemed to be opened we tried going a couple of times through out the day and not open. Not a place if you’re looking to rest. There is a club near by and you can hear the music all night. Wasn’t bad but don’t think I’ll be staying there again.
- 4/5
Took 30mins for them to check us in.
- 5/5
The hotel it self and room was so nice and comfortable
- 5/5
Clean room
- 2/5
Booked for $218, plus valet parking and somehow ended up paying $375 for the one night. Very expensive, very thin walls. You can hear people in the hallways and the nightclub next door until 2am. Im glad i brought earplugs. Nixo, the restaurant, had very little stocked. The place itself is a convenient location for crypto arena but otherwise, not worth the price.
- 5/5
Location was great, walking distance to LA Live and Crypto.com arena. Friendly staff and the room we stayed in is clean and spacious.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff, parking price is pretty ridiculous... but overall a good experience.
- 4/5
The hotel is excellent condition but parking is very difficult especially I had a lot of bags and a dog. It’s a pet friendly hotel but I was informed if my dog barked I would be asked to leave wich seemed not very pet friendly even tho my dog is not a barker that seemed strange. Then at night I could here loud music until 4 am there’s no ear plugs in the room an they don’t inform u that there’s loud events in the area. An the lounge on the roof was much better a couple years ago. It’s very rundown now an not enough staff
- 1/5
There was no hot water on the morning of Christmas Eve without any prior notice. My child waited in the bathroom for the hot water, initially thinking it was due to some mishap. It wasn't until about 10 minutes later, after calling the front desk, that we learned it was under maintenance. This caused my child to develop a fever on Christmas Eve and has been sick ever since.
- 4/5
The amenities that were offered. Close to a wide selection of eateries and shopping
- 4/5
Good service
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Excellent food. Comfortable bed. Easy check in and out. Super convenient that there's a shop in the lobby area.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
It was good stay near the arena. If you are watching concerts or games you should stay here
- 2/5
Shower head didn't workin my room. I asked the front desk to pleasesend someone to come and take a look at it. Supposedly someone was sent, shower head still didn't work. Breakfast alacarte was terrible. Don't waste your money on it.
- 5/5
Amazing time
- 5/5
Great customer service started when I drove up at the valet. Check in was easy, and the location is perfect for downtown
- 5/5
Great room, very spacious and a comfortable bed. The hotel's proximity to LA Live was fantastic and the staff was great.
- 5/5
Great!
- 1/5
How this hotel got the rating it has is beyond me. The rooms are passibly clean, but that's it. The room itself had a slight mildewy smell, possibly due to a dripping shower head. There are next to no amenities and the ones they do have are not good. The breakfast was terrible. Additionally, I had an issue with my credit card and paid my deposit in cash. I felt as if I were being treated like a criminal. Room charges were not allowed, even though I had been assured they would be. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Kudos to the kitchen staff/ On the bad side, they never had toast -- I couldn't eat toast with jam and the Barista was rude -- always finding excuses to serve coffee
- 4/5
Clean room, great area if traveling to the near by arenas. Can be a little
- 5/5
It was clean and very nice. Thank you.
- 3/5
Okay
- 4/5
2 minute walk to crypto arena it was a perfect location
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Excellent spot. A little noisy because of LA live but overall great place.
- 5/5
The front desk , She is really nice and friendly
- 3/5
They don’t offer microwave,I had to walk .07 miles to use a microwave at bodega store.you can only use their microwave if you bought their frozen food. I also but breakfast and tried warming it in the afternoon after my Hike and they said no
- 5/5
Great location. Excellent staff. Lady in breakfast lounge was especially attentive and courteous
- 5/5
Love the cleanliness of the hotel and room. Great location
- 5/5
Always great
- 5/5
Clean room great staff.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful
- 5/5
Cute downtown LA hotel
- 3/5
The outside windows were in need of cleaning. Hall way carpets are worn out. The smell of weed in the lobby at check-in was overpowering. The staff and service interactions were exemplary from valet to checkin checkout. The location is extremely convenient for downtown but it’s time to invest in some upgrades or replacements. You’ve got excellent staff, why not give them something to work with.
- 5/5
Great check in staff and housekeeping. Clean room and good view. Location is ideal!!!
- 5/5
Staff
- 5/5
Great stay good place!
- 1/5
I cancelled my reservation by phone on 11-05-2025, I used the confirmation number 1021189242, I did not stay at the E- Central Downtown Los Angeles. I cancelled in advance of the 72 hour. If my credit card was charged please remove the charge. Monroe A. Rodgers
- 2/5
We checked in at this hotel and was given a room that was occupied by somebody else. The key worked we walked in, and there was a gentleman in the room. We then went downstairs and explained so they gave us another room and refunded the resort fees. We came back to the hotel late and we’re kept awake until 3 AM with the nightclub next-door pounding music. We were then woken up early by people running up and down the hallway. I left a message for the manager to call me back, which he did later in the afternoon. He was extremely unapologetic and very rude and said he has no control over the nightclub that is next-door. I will never stay at this property again. Extremely overpriced parking and not sure why they would be charging resort fees at such a low scale hotel.
- 4/5
We were pleasantly surprised with the large space in our room. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The location is perfect when visiting events in downtown L.A.
- 5/5
Staff all nice and helpful. Let us check in extra early on arrival after a very early flight from St. Louis. Location was perfect for LA Live and the Lakers game that evening. Just a few blocks away. Hotel was very nice and the room was clean. Great price too. We will stay there again next time we are in LA!
- 5/5
Clean rooms and the beds were very comfortable.
- 5/5
Spotless, great property…
- 3/5
We had stayed here once before and really enjoyed our stay. The location could not be more convenient for a Lakers game! This time it was less than stellar. Our shower was out of body wash, which we didn’t notice until we tried to shower. Luckily we always bring a travel bottle just in case. Also, the Nico lounge was closed for some reason. We really wanted to get a drink and mingle after the game but it was closed.
- 1/5
Lots of noise from the street and hallway and other room tenants made loud noises and the hotel did nothing about it. Fitness Center in bad condition. The front desk was not friendly and attentive Very low value for money, exactly the opposite you would expect for a “four star” hotel
- 5/5
Yes very clean room & staff has been great.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Great location. Clean. Prompt check-in.
- 5/5
Staff were great and courteous made us feel welcomed. Rooms are spacious and clean. We will definitely be staying again.
- 5/5
Valet and front desk were always kind and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and well kept. This will always be our go to stay when we’re in town for a Lakers game.
- 5/5
Front desk was great, location was so convenient and valet was quick! Overall great stay for a concert.
- 5/5
Seriously, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. When I arrived they were taking extra time with a disabled guest and also handled the check in line with grace and ease. I was working in downtown LA for the first time and their recommendations, tips and tricks were remarkably helpful! 12/10!!!
- 5/5
Great stay and staff
- 3/5
Room was nice and clean. During game day parking $66 for guests as well. Kinda sucks having to pay $66 for hotel guest. Not even a slight discount. Oh welllll
- 5/5
Amazing
- 4/5
clean room, PERFECT location for the concert (crypto arena) and directly across the street from the Grammy museum. saved me money on uber. cool little restaurant/bar set up too. parking/valet is $66/ night though fyi but it’s downtown LA so not may other options.
- 5/5
The room was spotless, staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
It’s was very nice The staff was very friendly helpful. The rooms were really nice. The bed was amazing. The pillows were amazing. Everything about the hotel was amazing. Definitely will be going back soon.
- 2/5
We booked for rooftop restaurant and it was closed and parking was very very expensive. resort fee provided nothing as well.
- 5/5
Very nice updated hotel near all different food options
- 5/5
Room was nice though starting to get dated. (We have stayed here in the past) Great location for the stadium.
- 3/5
The staff was great, the hotel not as expected
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
Stayed at the hotel twice recently. Hotel was very nice & clean, room very comfortable with good amenities, has a friendly & welcoming staff, easy valet parking, great location, nice & reasonably priced breakfast, and we felt safe. On our 2nd stay, we had a room on the back side of the hotel. Unfortunately, there's a nearby business that plays very loud music until 2:00 AM per the front desk so very difficult to sleep. Very frustrating, especially for the price paid for the room. Hotel should advise guests of this in advance and at least provide ear plugs since they know it's a regular issue. Recommend a room facing Figueroa St if you value your sleep.
- 4/5
The shower dripped water all night
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly, helpful, and kind. The outdoor lounge is so beautiful at night, overlooking all the hustle bustle of the area. Showers were great, super comfy beds!
- 3/5
Our room was not ready by the check in time. I drove over 3 hours. And then had to wait in the lobby with my daughter and our bags for a room to be ready. Room was not ready until after 430. The staff was not apologetic to the late room. And offered no consideration for the inconvenience. The bathroom was not as clean as I expected.
- 5/5
Perfect spot for crypto arena. Friendly staff
- 5/5
In the heart of entertainment. Would go back. Big fitness room. Basic, min equipment. Did the job.
- 4/5
Came for a concert with the location was absolutely perfect. The room looked new and the towels were very soft. We felt like the room smelled a little bit off and because of its close proximity to the venue it was loud and we could hear music all night.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
This place is always such a wonderful place to stay at when attending a show at the Crypto.com Arena. Always clean, spacious, and prompt service when I requested more pillows and another blanket. This is my third time staying here and I will be back!
- 4/5
9/10
- 5/5
muy buena ubicación!!
- 5/5
Perfect location, clean and friendly staff
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff convenient
- 5/5
It was an amazing stay. Perfect location
- 1/5
My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The hotel is not suitable for families and not suitable for young travelers either. The breakfast was very poor and definitely not worth it. I paid $140 for two days of parking, and an additional $30 in hotel taxes, even though the website clearly stated that taxes were included in the price. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel at all.
- 5/5
Easy check in, we arrived early and they were accommodating. Clean room and very nice facilities. Excellent location for concerts at Crypto Arena.
- 4/5
It was a nice hotel! Front desk was very nice and helped me out just fine!
- 5/5
Stayed here for a concert at the crypto arena and was very happy with the choice. The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff were all very friendly. Only thing was that the restaurant was closed in the evenings during our stay, which we were pretty bummed about as we had wanted to eat there. Overall we had a very nice time and the location really can’t be beat!
- 3/5
The staff of the front desk was very rude and inpolite.
- 5/5
Amazing experience. Clean and convenient for events at crypto arena. It was raining for our event and front desk offered us an umbrella as we were leaving. It saved our outfits. I would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Was an amazing hotel with everything
- 5/5
Room clean, and friendly staff
- 5/5
Spacious rooms and restroom. Great walkable distance from Crypto. Felt safe. Staff was very welcoming and helpful especially during the LA rain. Would book again!
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean as expected, the ac worked excellent in our room and the living room area. Staff was really nice, the front desk does have umbrellas they let you borrow. Came in clutch when walking to our concert at the crypto arena! Valet is super fast, you have to request your car in person but they have it brought around in a minute or two. Definitely would stay here again!
- 5/5
Clean and convenient location! Staff were very nice!
- 4/5
The location was perfect as it was right across the street from the Crypto arena. The room was spacious, the curtains blocked out all the light and the shower had a "rainfall" shower head.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a few minute walk to the crypto arena. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean and the location was perfect for attending an event at the Crypto Arena. Would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
The standard king room was a great size; way bigger than expected and had enough room to leave a suitcase (or even 3) opened up comfortably. Eighth floor had a city view with a semi-opaque shade and blackout curtains. Bed and pillows were comfy, the heat/AC worked great, and the room was clean by a clean-freak’s standards. Outlets plus USB ports located on each bedside lamp plus 2 & 2 at the desk. TV was the largest I’ve seen in a standard hotel room and had some streaming apps (Netflix, YT) available for use with your personal account. WiFi was free and had surprisingly high speeds (561/489Mbps midday). My only issues are with the shower which became a small headache. The dual handles seemed like they were going to come off when you turned either, the handheld spray was gushing water out of the threaded hose connection, and the overhead shower barely let out much water. Also, whenever you turned on the water in the shower, tiny gnats would pop out of god knows where. Shower off and they disappeared. Weird. If I was staying longer than a day and a half, I would’ve requested to switch rooms. All in all, I would return if I needed to stay in DTLA again.
- 3/5
Loud music from the clubs next to the hotel. No complementary bottles water provided on first day arrival.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
It was amazing rooms are clean and great customer service
- 5/5
Staff was courteous. We were able to check in early!
- 5/5

- 4/5
Big rooms and convenience is great.
- 5/5
Very clean and excellent room service
- 5/5
Easy check-in, very friendly staff, lobby clean and has a little store for small items you may need. Room very roomy and clean, bathroom nice with plenty of towel, bed was comfy. Easy accessible to walking around downtown or taking public transportation. Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Great location, very clean, nice room. Will consider staying again.
- 5/5
Clean property and interior lobby area. The rooms were very nice
- 1/5
Room was okay, we had no water for coffee maker. Plus the extra night fee was kind of ridiculous plus valet our total was $400 for a night. And food we did not get discount on even though it said as guest we do.
- 5/5
Staff was fantastic room was spotless and great location to restaurants and theater. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay.
- 5/5
Great clean hotel
- 5/5
Clean, well-maintained hotel with helpful front desk and bell services staff; great location for attending an event at the Peacock Theater.
- 5/5
Fantastic place-right across from LA Live! Fantastic staff-especially Caesar out front in the Valet area. Great rooms and comfortable beds!
- 4/5

- 4/5
Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Hotel bar was terrible. Subpar drinks and a very non-welcoming atmosphere.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Very nice stay. Comfortable and in a good area
- 4/5
Great location!
- 5/5
All employees were wonderful!
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful
- 5/5
Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, good location.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 4/5
Definitely should lower the valet price, when you can go across the street for overnight parking for less then 60% of the price
- 3/5
Clean and spacious room however it was not sound proof and the loud music from the arena kept me awake half of the night. Complained to the hotel but never received a response
- 5/5
Good area clean room
- 5/5
Thanks
- 2/5
The gym is horrible! Half the machines are broken. Treadmills are dangerous. They slip and have not been maintenanced.
- 1/5
Should note on property details that you charge so called “destination fees”
- 5/5
Very good hotel will go back
- 5/5
Amazing staff. Hotel decor very modern and great for social media. Rooms have great views. The location is perfect for down town La events.
- 5/5
Always a great stay at E Central. Great staff and amenities

This hotel is really convenient for going to events at Crypto Arena or LA Convention Center! It's just across the street. Also. GRAMMY museum and lots of restaurants nearby!
- 4/5
I only stayed one night for work, so I didn't really get to experience everything. It seemed pretty quiet. I would try staying again. Not really sure about the amenities because I didn't use any.
- 5/5
Overalll a very nice hotel. Very clean and it aesthetically pretty
- 5/5
The hotel was extremely well located for going to a concert at the Peacock Theater. LA Live, DTLA, was across the street. The restaurant "The Fixins" was very good for soul food, also across the street.
- 4/5
Staff was super helpful and friendly!
- 5/5
Very good customer service
- 5/5
Went to a concert across the street. The room was good. Nice view of LA live and quiet night
- 5/5
It was a very chill place to stay. Very clean, safe, and all the employees were very nice. The patio is beautiful.
- 5/5
Overall great stay with nice friendly staff and clean quite rooms

Very close to crypto arena
- 5/5
Yes. Very nice hotel in the area
- 4/5
Property was not quiet, woke up in middle of the night cuz of the bar around the hôtel but other then that everything was good!
- 5/5
The convenience to the LA convention center and customer service was top notch! Loved that they’ve a fitness center too!
- 3/5
Good: - Excellent location across the street from LA Live - Room rate was good relative to other hotels in the area - 24 hour vending machines in the lobby - Bar/Coffee shop (although they oddly didn't serve tea) - Parking/Driveway made for easy access Not good: - Nightclub next to hotel blasting music from 10:30 PM until late. Bring your earplugs! - Room had faint odor of smoke. Elevators were very smoky - AC was very loud - Bathroom needs update - especially shower - Room tech very old (mag stripe key cards; old USB chargers)
- 5/5
I would stay again at this property. 5 star service, staff was excellent.
- 4/5
A little frustrating that they only valet park and it’s $66. Wish that was mentioned before checking in. It’s right next to crypto arena.
- 5/5
I was lost when I finally got in and the staff helped me with my car and checking in. When my key stopped working they got me a new one and even held it while I went to the concert. It was a present experience
- 5/5
Clean hotel, great service.
- 2/5
Inaccurate pricing. It’s mandatory valet parking that it $70 plus a $30 fee for the parking. Staff is super friendly and they were not rude when disclosing the pricing. Expedia price was significantly misleading.

Smelled like weed in the lobby

Ive stayed here multiple times. I went down to have breakfast and no one was available. I showed up around 11 and the brwakfast staff was gone. I called front desk about breakfast and inwas informed theybwould show up to take myborder. No one ever arrived
- 1/5
Be prepared for many hidden fees! We have handicap parking they don’t have accommodation for. You are forced to pay $66 for parking on property. Simple things like water bottles are at front desk 1 per person. Had I known this is what my experience would be like I’d never come.
- 4/5
Room is clean but outdated
- 5/5
The only thing I would change is charging the guest daily parking. It’s bad enough we have to valet everywhere in LA. It at a hotel where we’ve booked is criminal.
- 1/5
staff was ok room phones didnt work and i was booked for a room that was different from what i got
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful & vallet guys were great.
- 5/5
Had a blast great people highly recommend
- 4/5
Good location buy noisy
- 3/5
Linen feels dirty as well as the curtains were very dirty with stains , staff was friendly.
- 1/5
The loud music keep us all up till the early hours. We left extremely tired. I highly recommend if you stay there to make sure you are on a high floor in a room that doesnt face the street. We thought our window was open all night, but its just because the windows are so thin.

I booked a reservation for 09/09/2025 and needed to stay two nights. I asked the staff to use my deposit, that I did not get back, for the next night as well which was 09/10/2025 and they refused and cancelled my reservation after I asked for a few minutes to transfer the funds from another account so that the deposit can come off of the same card that I booked with. My daughter and I ended up sitting for hours trying to find somewhere to stay for that night which we had to stay at a motel that was 35 minutes away and in an area that we did not feel safe in. We traveled from Virginia to stay at your hotel while we were there on business and was inconvenienced terribly. I loved the hotel and the convenience of its location and I am willing to return when I come back on business, but the communication of deposits need to be corresponded on the website when booking the reservations as well as the quality of service from the front desk attendants.

Paying a resort fee without a pool or jacuzzi
- 5/5
the first thing i noticed was that the restroom was clean
- 3/5
They charge guest for parking and its valet parking only. Parking is 60.50 a night
- 3/5
Didn't receive any VIP perks, the shower faucet is malfunctioning, listening to the drips/water sound all night, not impressed
- 5/5
Super convenient if you’re going to a crypto arena event. Clean, friendly staff.
- 5/5
The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location being across from the former Staples center, and me being a Laker fan, I liked how they have paintings of former Laker Kobe on some walls. I truly enjoyed my stay there!
- 4/5
The room was decent, though the artwork (an avant-garde image of Steven Tyler) was less than appealing. The bathroom was small and the shower had a bit of a learning curve. The bed was comfy and I liked the desk. Thank you.

I originally booked a room for one night, but then the concert I was going to added another night, so I booked a second night. When I checked in, I told the young lady that I was actually staying 2 nights so I wanted to stay in the same room. She said she couldn't do that, and told me I would have to come back the next morning to check out and check back in. So ridiculous! Also, when I asked for my Expedia Platinum VIP Perk (20% off food coupon), she said I didn't get that since I "paid the hotel" for this reservation but my reservation for the next day qualifed. This didn't make sense because both reservations were made through Expedia the same way! So when I went again the next day to check out and check back in, same girl asked me if I wanted to stay in the same room. Of course I did! So unprofessional! She also asked if I wanted my room cleaned and I told her yes, I do want it cleaned. However, when I returned later that day to get ready for my concert, the room was NOT cleaned. I called down to guest services and he said housekeeping is gone for the day so I must have had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I assured him that I did not have the sign on the door and had specifically asked for it to be cleaned. He then looked up my account and said the the girl wrote down that I DECLINED to have the room cleaned. The whole situation was very upsetting and disappointing. I had a lovely time last month when I stayed here for a convention, but this time it was a total mess.
- 5/5
Checking in was very easy and the front desk was very nice. The parking attendants were so nice and helpful. The room was clean and smelled nice. The air worked so well. It was only a 3 minute walk to the crypto arena which was why we were there. I loved all of it. I will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Overall the proorty is clean and well staffed. Gina at the front desk stands out. Everyone there has been great but Gina is exceptional.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel centrally located and so reasonably priced.
- 4/5
The hotel is within walking distance to cypto arena . The hotel room was nice however it was quite noisy since loud music was being play till 3 am . It was hard to get a good night rest .
- 5/5
Not only is this hotel across the street from the arena, but there are plenty of dining options. The room is a good size and very clean. I would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Fantastic location for Crypto events. Room was clean and comfy. Will stay again.

Great location
- 5/5
Excellent location, rooms very comfy and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was a delight, would stay again!
- 2/5
The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. However we were in room 404 and there was a hole in the wall bar in the next parking lot that played music super load because even with ear plugs we could hear that music until 2 AM on a Sunday night. Also they charged an extra $30 a night for using expedia. In addition to the other taxes and parking. 2 nights theses extra fees and parking came out to $190.00. The shower was also an issue of regulating hat and cold water. Lots of pluses if you don't mind the extra fees and noise. Very convenient to restaurants and the convention center. Bed was very comfortable and staff extremely nice.
- 5/5
Don’t like it’s valet only , hard to get access to our car

All staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It’s a perfect place to stay when going to an event at Crypto

Got to hotel, told there were system errors and had to wait 30 minutes to check in. We went ate came back an hour later and had another long check in process because of system errors, given keys to a room that wouldn’t work, went back down stairs, had to wait for someone to help us get in the room, only to discover the room was already occupied. Waited another 30 minutes to get another room which was upgraded, however it was already 11pm and all we cared about was getting into bed. I will say staff did what they could to make it better but it still doesn’t excuse the two hour delay in us being able to get into a paid for room.
- 4/5
The bed was comfortable along with the pillows were firm.
- 4/5
Hotel only served breakfast the days I was there/ they do not have room service. Beds were comfortable, internet access was good and transport access was easy.
- 5/5
Check in was quick and easy. Room was nice and clean. Room came with a mini fridge and the TV had Bluetooth capabilities so I could stream music from my phone. Built in I/O panel for the TV next to the desk so other devices could be hooked up and streamed to the TV. Waterfall shower head and handheld shower head for a nice scrubbing experience. Plenty of towels in the room. Bed was cozier than some other hotels I’ve stayed at but more firm than what I’m used to so I woke up with small aches. The thermostats time was off by almost a full day. Woke up at 2AM to a warm room because the thermostat thought it was 4PM of the next day. Staffing at the bar in the 2nd floor was a little sparse for a Friday night but the Ahi Tuna Wontons were amazing, 10/10. Be careful though if you’re not a fan of spice. Views from the 7th floor weren’t anything to sneeze at but it gave me a nice perch to people watch from above. All in all, my stay was very enjoyable and I’m definitely looking to book this hotel for my next weekend in LA.

Nice hotel
- 5/5
walkable to the novo
- 3/5
You have to pay for overnight parking when it had told me prior to the reservation that parking was apart of the room. So, I didn't like paying for parking on top of how much i already paid for the room.
- 4/5
Great location for what I was travelling for
- 5/5
Loved it
- 4/5
The AC in the room did not work and the overnight parking fee is too high, but other than that everything was great. The complimentary robe and slippers to use in the room were a nice touch.
- 5/5
Property, location were very nice. The gym has plenty of room but the benches and the one machine needed repair.
- 3/5
Staff was kind but no breakfast was available
- 5/5
Only stayed there one night but everything was great! Would stay there again. Friendly staff and great room!
- 5/5
The hotel is right across the street from the Crypto Arena which was perfect. I had a concert I was going to and being able to just walk across the street was so convenient. The front desk was also very helpful and was actually able to get me checked in early since they had a room available.
- 3/5
Parking too expensive, the rug is dirty and old, though the location is good
- 4/5
Beds were nice , food was decent.
