The King Junior Suite rooms are one of the best for the price and trust me, this visit I checked every hotel in DTLA, as we wanted to stay closer to the historic core, but it is really an easy walk to places like Grand Central Market area. It's convenient to most things, and the highway/freeway. Valet Hotel parking is $$, but after my search again in DTLA For a hotel, it is similar or more at all the other hotels. As well the resort fee, but again almost every hotel now has this. Stupid AF, but it's everyone at this point. Property and rooms are clean. Fridge is a great to have. Love the double sink bathroom, and bathroom in general. Beds/Pillows are comfy. Only thing I would say and it happens at other hotels is the bed frame always juts out at the corners and our knees do not appreciate those. It takes a good 2 days for your body to learn to clear those! We can not speak to the restaurants, as we have never eaten there mainly because we are vegan. Altho they do have free coffee in the morning at the Fig past the elevators.

At checkin, I was asked to sign a notice about the incidental hold that would be put on my card. The document read that there would be a $200 credit card hold (I was told $150 when I called to check earlier in the week) and the $40.67 destination fee listed was crossed out. When they ran my card, it was charged $240.67. I was informed the $40.67 was in error and the entire amount would be refunded back to my card as long as I didnt have any in room charges. At check out, I was told a $41 destination fee would be charged. When I informed them that the destination charge was crossed out on the fee waiver I signed, the lady argued with me that they only waive that fee if there is an issue during the stay. When I asked to see the copy of the paper I signed at checkin, she told me it wasnt available as management collects them daily. After 5 minutes of back and forth and me refusing to accept the fee, they finally agreed to waive it. The employee then looked very annoyed when I asked for a orinted copy of my receipt showing a $0 balance with no charges. We will see what happens when I get the refund back.

Great stay close to an event
- 5/5
We hear the lady with blue hair tell someone I’m not your server they are!! That was wild and the bartenders don’t smile lol. Maybe a little more customer service training but food was amazing and our server was great ‘
- 5/5
A beautiful and secure place to stay.
- 2/5
Staff was great. The room is tiny. It should be described as a cell. Dimly lit. No real desk. Really just a bed and buffet with a coffee maker. The bathroom is tiny. The room itself is clean. The restaurant quite good. You could not have a video meeting in any comfortable way in the room or work in any reasonable way. They might suggest a common area, which is nice, but noisy. This is a good stop for a solo traveler that doesn’t plan to spend any time at the hotel. One of the elevators was out; one of the guests commented that one of the elevators is always out. For me, this isn’t the right place for business travel. If you need a nice clean bed and friendly staff and good restaurant, then this might work for you.

The hotel was located within an excellent distance from many attractions, shopping, and grocery stores, making it an obvious choice for a short or long stay. There was ample parking available and the pricing for parking was fair. The staff was warm, friendly, personalable, and helpful. They were thorough with check in and made the process a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable for our stay. I appreciated the amenities available so much, I didn’t even want to leave the property! I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was so kind! Jazz at night was a perk, and the shampoo and body wash actually smells nice. Lots of places, the free soap smells obnoxious, but It was great. The windows are not double pane, so if you are on the street side, you will definitely hear the cars going by
- 5/5
Really wonderful hotel! I’m always skeptical of older hotels but this one was really well-kept, great amenities, friendly staff. The rooms were clean, cool, dark, and quiet! Perfect for a great nights sleep!
- 5/5
Great hotel next to the Crypto Center. Hotel is well maintained and stylish. Clean room and friendly staff.
- 3.5/5
Location and aesthetics 2 things: - I booked a one bedroom suite and expected to have a robe and slippers in my room and waters and there were none of the above. - I had coffee and a croissant three days in a row in the café all three times they charged me a mandatory 20% gratuity. This service was slow and less than stellar to say the least. It felt like a rip off.
- 4.5/5
Location, pool, restaurants in the hotel. I thought I checked room with view but I did not get the courtyard view.
- 5/5
Elegant building and accommodations Downtown LA
- 4/5
Loved the space and dining options right on the property but parking was steep. I guess that’s to be expected in the city. Anyway loved the hotel. Really nice and great service.

We were happy with the hotel, a classic 1925 building. The facility was clean, quiet and centrally located to mid-town. Although we had a car, we walked everywhere. The “destination” fee was not included in the information and added almost $100 to the bill. The restaurant was over-priced but the food was good. The parking was almost $75 per day but the lot next it the hotel charged $10 / 12 hours. I really hate being nickel and dimed, although in this case it was by the hundreds. Also, the front desk staff were friendly and polite but gave us no information, not even explaining the internet password was inside the key envelope. When we were preparing to leave, I read some of the hotel information and discovered we could have enjoyed many amenities we were unaware of.
- 5/5
I loved the ambiance of the hotel especially the decor in the big room around the bar and dining area. The staff was very helpful. We didn't avail of the breakfast but looking at the diners, I saw that they were enjoying their food! Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Figueroa for its close proximity to anywhere you want to go in downtown LA. Most events and venues, malls and restaurants are in walking distance. Enjoy LA close up, book this hotel in your next trip.

Great hotel bars and easy seating at pool
- 4/5
Good location and the remodeled Hotel is overall well kept.
- 4/5
The staff and the bar area. Slightly dated things. Lifts didn’t work for a couple of days and made things difficult. Not very family friendly.
- 5/5
Over all great experience. Staff was great!
- 4.5/5
I think this was formerly a YWCA so the room was tiny but beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. Great bathroom with good water pressure. Common areas were large and light; beautiful woodwork throughout the hotel. And Florence by the Water Restaurant had excellent food in a calming setting. I loved it all. Not a thing!

Great high-end hotel for the price. It’s beautifully decorated, centrally located and within walking distance to so many restaurants, entertainment venues and within a short ride to all that Los Angeles has to offer. The staff was incredible too! Very responsive to our needs. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider the Hotel Fig when we return!

Very beautiful property.
- 4/5
The room was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. Only 2 elevators on property and 1 of them stopped working and no option to check out in the room. Other than that it was fantastic
- 5/5
It was clean. Close to everything
- 5/5
This hotel was very convenient for the Romeo Santo Concert. 5min walking distance. The Downfall is that parking IS NOT INCLUDED, PARK IS ONLY Vale $68 crazy. On the app it says parking available. To my Surprise parking was NOT INCLUDED.
- 4/5
Nice clean room, comfy bed. The room was very small but fine for a night. I wish they had a place to get soda and snacks other than the bar.
- 5/5
Great vibe throughout the whole building! I enjoyed the pool, the lobby bar, and the patio restaurant a lot. The room was small but very clean and stylish, the bathroom was actually kinda big for a hotel. The staff was all very nice and great about explaining the amenities or dining options. Would actually look forward to staying here again and I don’t say that often about hotels in LA.
- 3/5
Staff was great, hotel is very pretty, but to outside noise was ridiculously loud!! It’s not to hotels fault but just know before you go - it’s by the Crypto.com arena so it’s very loud at night when there’s an event.
- 5/5
This hotel is a charming combination of old Los Angeles meets modern convenience. The Junior Suite was spacious, the staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, the food and cocktails were great. I'll definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great beds and pillows
- 4/5
Convenient, high quality, expensive parking, small room, no proper window or view.
- 5/5
I will be back! The outstanding service started when I arrived. The gentlemen working the valet were quick. The front desk was very informative and were nice. The room was clean. The bar and food were excellent!!!
- 5/5
A nice, quiet upscale hotel. The restaurants' food and beverage selection were high quality.
- 5/5
Staff is the best I’ve ever experienced…!!!
- 5/5
I loved this hotel, everything was great! It was charming, cozy, and the food and staff were awesome!
- 5/5
Great space in a safe and welcoming environment. Traveling as a single woman, felt protected and aware.
- 5/5
I LOVE THE HISTORY and decor. Everything was at close range, stores, restaurants, even parking. It is by the stadium so expect traffic and people. ALL the staff were wonderful. Attentive, and extremely courteous. This is the 2nd time my family has been there. We love it. We will be returning for sure.
- 3/5
The mattresses need a major upgrade. And the parking is way too expensive!
- 5/5
We had a nice time staying at the Hotel Figueroa, Unbound Collection. We like to pick random hotels and stay if we are getting drinks and food. We loved the rooms, art and staff that got us registered, food and drinks. Smiles all the way around with the staff! Thank you kindly!
- 1/5
Had a worse experience ever had the fourth floor but elevator didn’t work had to carry all my stuff with my wife up 4 floors of stairs. Then the hotel was Under renovation and also tv did not work I will not be coming back to this hotel views was nice but the staff was not helpful front desk didn’t answer the phone until 3 times calling. Me and my wife were really disappointed in this hotel. Also, we rented this place to eat at fuego restaurant but it wasn’t even open they had limited food just appetizers we wanted to try the restaurant that’s why we booked this hotel.
- 4/5
Pretty cool place. Great vibe; gear meeting spaces and lounge. Nice pool area.

This Hotel is full of history. I really enjoyed staying here. Room was clean, staff was wonderful. Very central to get around LA.
- 5/5
Central location and nice atmosphere
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and was always refreshed with new towels and clean room. The staff at the front desk were nice and courteous we got into our room no problem. Very little noise pollution in the area during our stay so had a good rest. 10/10 would recommend to anyone having an amazing stay in LA.
- 5/5
Great staff and stay as always. Unfortunately one of the elevators was broken but staff was really helpful. Room was clean and everything was good
- 4/5
Great location and beautiful property. Wish there were desks in rooms and/or dedicated work spaces in the hotel. Small speakers in the suites would be a nice addition as well. Overall I would highly recommend this property.
- 4/5
My room did not have enough daylight. The toilet had a strong smell. Other than that, it was fine.
- 5/5
Room was small but cozy; the ac unit was a bit awkward and took up a lot of room; the staff was very friendly and extra helpful; loved the lobby spaces
- 4/5
Lots of rules. Expensive parking. But that's just LA
- 3/5
Loved the bar. Room was small. Pool was just ok, small. Location was a little shady but that’s downtown LA.
- 5/5
5/5 would recommend to visit
- 3/5
Hotel parking was offensively expensive: $68 before tax, just feet away from a self-park lot $40 per night. Hotel restaurant and bar were also unjustifiably expensive: $20+ for simple breakfast sandwich. 1 of 2 elevators were not working, which meant long waits every single time one wanted to go down (hotel has 13 floors) Location convenient. Hotel HVAC was funky/ seemed duct-taped together
- 5/5
Amazing location over amazing:
- 3/5
2- Barn door on the bathroom was not wide enough. You can see a person using the facilities from the sides of the door while it was closed.
- 5/5
Great hotel and the customer service was top-notch! The main restaurants are fantastic. I would skip the restaurant, Florence by the water. The food and staff hospitality did not match the rest of the hotels vibe.
- 1/5
This historical hotel is beautiful! They have done a great job of maintaining the property. Unfortunately we had a huge hiccup in our stay that changed our vacations plans. The shower rain head did not work. The handheld was working but the water pressure was extremely low. It worked to wash down our kids a little, but not for adults. We had 2 queen beds and they only had 2 full size bed rooms available.
- 5/5
Property has a great charm Food was good
- 3/5
property was run down and front desk and restaurant staff were ok - not very friendly and cafe fig was closed and they cancelled our reservation. We had a view of a wall.
- 4/5
good
- 5/5
The Fig is beautifully decorated and such a relaxing environment. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4- day stay there. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We enjoyed going down to the pool in the morning and ordering our breakfast there. We also had a wonderful dining experience at the Florence. Highly recommend this place for ambience and welcoming staff.
- 1/5
Everything was dusty in our room.
- 4/5
Almost everything was good. Property looks a bit old and there’s not much lighting. I also found used marijuana and a lighter in the nightstand drawer in a supposed non smoking hotel.
- 5/5
One of my beat stays ever In a Hotel
- 5/5
Beautiful historic hotel, with wonderful amenities and a great restaurant. I just wish I would have known the poolside restaurant closes on Sunday and Monday. Also couldn’t figure out access to La Casita
- 5/5
This hotel was great. Valet parking was very easy and staff were very friendly. Check in was quick and the staff helped answer questions I had. One elevator was down while we were there but it did not cause any delays or inconvenience. The room was very clean and quiet. I’m not sure if we had neighbors but we never heard anyone above us or next door. We were going to a concert at The Novo across the street and this was a perfect hotel for that. Easy to walk to and from the concert venue and never felt unsafe in the area. If I ever need a hotel in the area this will be my first choice.
- 4/5
Convenient. Small room. Unsatisfactory blinds/curtain and malfunctioning shower head.
- 5/5
Coffee was fantastic, we did not eat here
- 5/5
Nice property in downtown.
- 5/5
Very comfortable rooms with friendly staff
- 3/5
Everything was great! The convenience of having the parking right next door is great. From check in to the restaurant and it’s cleanliness I was very happy with. The only downfall was the bed was not great. Had the most terrible sleep! The room was so nice we had an awesome view; the bathroom was clean and modern! But I surely slept on a horrible mattress and was not able to sleep comfortably. The following day I was so tired from sleeping on a mattress that may or may not have been oldie just were not great quality. The pillows were also not that great super stiff.
- 5/5
The Room was very clean and the shower was fantastic with great pressure and hot!
- 5/5
Easy check in. Stunning hotel. Valet was super helpful, front desk were very kind, great location right across the street from Crypto Arena. The room itself was beautiful, comfortable and great size. Will definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Good area and clean rooms with nice staff.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 5/5
Perfect place to stay walking distance from the Lakers game! Will definitely be back.
- 5/5
Wonderful!
- 5/5
My favorite in LA. Character. History. Pool. Restaurant. Very comfortable beds. Love it!
- 1/5
Everything about this hotel is a nightmare, the shower leaked water everywhere, the AC unit was loud enough to keep us awake at night, and the hotel charged us an extra $600 on top of our stay and won’t tell us why or reverse the charge. Remove this hotel from your listing immediately they will scam their guests out of every penny they have.
- 5/5
I’ve rented the same suite for the last 2 years in a row and it’s perfect in every way for me!
- 4/5
Very amazing staff they were very friendly and went beyond to assist
- 4/5
It did everything we needed next to Basketball and hockey centre.
- 5/5
Loved my the suite. Very kind staff.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
Beautiful
- 4/5
The room was very clean. The staff were very professional and courtesy. Only thing odd was the room had windows that were fogged out as i expect the view would have been poor or obstructed.
- 1/5
Was told a certain price and then they made us pay more. Also never got my deposit back
- 5/5
Hip vibe, great design, spacious enough room
- 4/5
The hotel is beautiful and a great price. A 3 min walk to LA LIVE. The restaurants are really beautiful and have good food. Only hang up we had was the TV didn’t have a remote and they couldn’t provide one. The hotel was very nice about it and it was too late for us to switch rooms so they gave us a discount. Very great staff.
- 5/5
Great hotel close to where we needed to be. Great staff and overall would recommend.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, beautiful hotel
- 1/5
There were a few positives: the bellhop, Andrew, was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the hotel and its art, and the check-in staff were pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. After checking in, only one elevator was functioning, causing inconvenience. While the room was clean, both the room and restroom were extremely small and did not meet expectations for the rate charged. Later, I visited the lobby bar, which was visually appealing and staffed by friendly employees. However, during the final hour before closing, I ordered two glasses of the “house” Chardonnay and was charged over $60. This pricing felt excessive and unreasonable. Overall, the service issues, limited amenities, small accommodations, and high costs made this stay a poor value. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend Hotel Figueroa.
- 5/5
Great Stay as always
- 1/5
This is not a two star hotel just a dirty low level motel and a real scam
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly. Service was excellent in bar/restaurant area. It was great. Just one day our room wasn't cleaned. However, on all the subsequent days it was cleaned.
- 5/5
Coffee bar was delicious
- 5/5
No robes initially but that was remedied with a quick call…
- 5/5
Great place to stay. The room was clean. Hotel is a walking distance to Crypto arena and LA convention center. Staff were great and friendly. The only downside was only one elevator was working for the entire hotel. Other than that, would stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean room, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was terrific
- 5/5
Clean, great location, friendly staff
- 5/5
I plan to stay at Hotel Figueroa next year for Los Angeles Collect-A-Con! Definitely will be back!
- 5/5
staff was super nice! room was smaller than i expected but overall it was beautiful!
- 5/5
Best staff! Friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Weirdly, only light in room was a relatively dim bedside lamp. There was no chair for the desk, but they did send one up upon request. Not a great place to stay of you anticipate doing a few hours of work from the room. That said, lobby / cafe searing was a pleasant place to work from.
- 2/5
Room was a bit small. The housekeeper never showed for a 3 night stay. The shower was complicated and hard to use. The valet showed poor customer service. The $10 parking they detail is not their lot and does not allow in and out. Front desk was nice.
- 4/5
Good location
- 5/5
Amazing staff, great room and great restaurant
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
Lobby and public areas are just beautiful. Rooms are very tight and we stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Restaurants are a decent to good.
- 5/5
Beautiful historical hotel and pool area. Excellent staff. Convenient location.
- 5/5
The staff was so friendly and really accommodating!
- 5/5
Cute rooms and amazing restaurants
- 5/5
Loved this hotel! The restaurant is amazing and the vibes were immaculate. Very thoughtfully designed. One of the two elevators was down for most of our trip which was inconvenient but I guess we got our exercise with the stairs. The room had some issues (poor bathroom lighting, little counter space, and the full length mirror was blocked by the bed), but it was a lovely room otherwise. We’d absolutely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great room, very spacious and clean. The hotel was very nice with beautiful spaces. Super good location if you are going to a concert in Crypto.
- 5/5
Super clean and cute hotel
- 5/5
Great amenities, great room, great location.
- 2/5
There was a coffee maker ad
- 2/5
After spending good money for this place, you'd think people have more class.
- 4/5
Not much of a selection for breakfast- having a over the counter service with to go coffee would be awesome.
- 5/5
A very decent hotel. Rooms are tiny and windows don’t open. But for the price I would definitely recommend
- 5/5
Great staff
- 3/5
The staff felt a bit rushed. One of the staff was pretty ride frankly. Nothing big but overall not a great experience.
- 5/5
This hotel has such a unique historic vibe! The service was great.
- 5/5
Great location. Close to L.A. Live.
- 5/5
I loved the decor of the hotel. The restaurant was really good and the staff was friendly throughout the whole hotel. We stayed here for a concert at BMO and it was only a short drive away.
- 5/5
Overall well satisfied with our stay. There was some obnoxious street racing in the middle of the night that disturbed all guests I’m sure for almost an hour, not much the hotel staff could do understandably, something to consider when you stay DT.
- 3/5
Soooooo stinky! Everything seemed cleaned so I think the stickiness was from the cleaning products. The staff were nice but we paid about $9 for a latte in order to avoid the coffee pods in the room that were only decaf.
- 5/5
Fantastic spot!
- 5/5
The most amazing and friendly staff. Highly recommend
- 5/5
Very nice charming and glad service team. Clean rooms, bathrooms (room and common areas). Hotel Decoration is superb on any aspect, elevators, floors, pool, bars etc. Honestly my party of 4 were positive surprised with how he Figueroa experience.
- 5/5
Nice ambiance good drinks and comfortable
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay at Figueroa Hotel, a beautiful hotel that lets you travel back in time. The room was spotless clean, the bed extremely comfortable, noiseless room. We loved every minute spent in the hotel, the staff very friendly and understanding. We plan to go back and our stay will be at Figueroa Hotel.
- 4/5
The shower curtain was too short and floor was flooded
- 5/5
Cozy, clean and quiet
- 4/5
Staff was accommodating with my early check in request. The bar and restaurant was great. Lovely rooms and the bar and lobby sitting area is beautiful. Overall a great stay. Will stay there again
- 5/5
Great place, clean room and very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Awesome place
- 3/5
Extremely smallsmall for 4 days with micro wave no table space
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Just great....
- 5/5
We enjoyed the lightly heated pool. It is great for adults but maybe not for young kids because the shallow end starts at 4 ft deep and extends only a couple of yards. The pool area felt like an oasis and we didn't hear the traffic. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast in Cafe Fig. They also have a beautiful dinner restaurant called Deme overlooking the pool which we hope to try another time. The hotel is a couple of blocks from the Crypto arena and convention center so super convenient if you attend a concert like we did.
- 5/5
Loved staying here. Staff was extremely friendly. The food at the hotel restaurants was great. Easy, safe walk to several attractions in downtown Los Angeles. We also loved the beauty and history of Hotel Figueroa. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. The only negative overnight parking was expensive…60 dollars a day.
- 4/5
Very old hotel. The rooms are old, but are in pretty good condition.
- 5/5
Staff was great. Really enjoyed the vibe. Room was clean. Only bummer not enough space for desk. But overall I'd definitely stay again!
- 5/5
This hotel is in a great location, especially if you are attending an event at the Peacock theater. The decor is cool, the pool was awesome, and we really enjoyed our breakfast at The Fig.
- 5/5
Very pleasant property.
- 5/5
Upscale hotel with great amenities on site. The location is central with good access to transit.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel with interesting history. Lobbies, pool- all quiet and immaculate. The situation of the pool among the high rises of downtown LA and the pool's surprising quiet serenty was very enjoyable.

All the staff that I interacted with were very professional and they were some of the best staff I have ever encountered staying in hotels for the past 50 years. they are all All Stars.

Great staff!!

Came for a Fun weekend with my girlfriend and
- 3/5
This is a great property in an area of town that needs more attention if it's going to host visitors.
- 5/5
The only thing they should change is the bed platform. We were constantly bashing our legs on the wood or plastic thing the mattresses were in. Need to fix this. Otherwise, everything was nice. Small room but who cares? Nice, clean and very adequate. Even a espresso machine in the room.
- 5/5
Great ambiance, food and drinks ! Friendly staff. Perfect spot for Games at Crypto Center.
- 5/5
Service was outstanding! Beautiful historic property, great location, excellent dining options onsite and nearby.
- 5/5
Calm and comfortable vibes
- 5/5
Great service and convenience to all LA areas
- 5/5
Very nice hotel.
- 5/5
Really accommodating staff in a cute boutique hotel. Especially if you have a student at the University of Southern California. Great proximity.
- 3/5
$35 per day for extra DESTINATION FEE?? RIP off for wi-Fi and 2 bottles of water in room and coffee- always included in previous hotels I have visited
- 4/5
1: closing the pool at 7 or 8pm is a bummer —it’s really fun to night swim, it doesn’t have to be open for all night parties but 10pm seems reasonable and it’s what a lot of hotels do. Also, last call at the bar was 10p, maybe 11 or midnight would be better. There’s a boutique party vibe to this place but the party was ending quickly this time. 2: There are clearly always children here so a kids menu would be great, PLEASE!-so much less food waste that way! 3: I saw a lot of signs of the hotel slipping—black tape holding our window shut, our tv did not work, their “custom” box water replaced with plastic bottles midway through stay, shorter hours in the restaurants or restaurants not open at all. It’s good deal for what it is but always has been, and these signs are only recent. The exorbitant “resort fee” should cover things like this. I hope you’re doing okay hotel fig, we love you but the changes I noticed have me a little hesitant about returning again.
- 5/5
Always stay here when attendeding any events in the area.
- 5/5
Everyone was extremely nice and efficient
- 4/5
I would have given this five stars but for two issues. One, know that your room might be very small. The building is old and has so much charm and beauty! But the tradeoff for that in our room was that the frosted glass door for the bathroom was right at the foot of the bed. So when it was dark and one person turned on the light in the bathroom, the light was right in the other person's face in the bed, even though the door was closed. Second, we were quite disappointed that on night one, our bedding felt cold and damp, like it had come out of a dryer too soon. We checked in very late at night and were just too tired to complain and wait for this to be fixed, so we slept in a damp, cold bed that night (night two was perfectly comfortable). I didn't say anything until checkout and received only an apology (I did not ask for more). But everything else about my experience here tells me they would have jumped to fix it if I had spoken up sooner. Overall, I would stay here again. We also enjoyed Cafe Fig in the hotel. I have also stayed at another nearby hotel with comparable pricing, and the staff at Cafe Fig was noticably more warm and approachable.

Not far from many convention areas. Lots of dining options and a small shopping location just about 8 minutes walk. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

As an artist I criticize the hanging of the paintings in the lobby—they need to be lowered. The quality of the tissue you provide in rooms needs improvement. Perhaps you can figure out a way to make the swimming pool more accessible. Four feet at the shallow end is too high for small children and the elderly. You should add some desserts on your restaurant menu. Jane

I’ve stayed here many times and as before all staff - from front desk, valet, bar & restaurant to housekeeping - were genuinely warm and helpful. The room was good sized and the bed was comfy. Nice lounge area by the bar to hang out, work or have a meeting. Pool is good sized with several cabanas in the shade. My only downside is that guest rooms and hallways need a refresh. Also there are some self- park lots nearby but some streets are dark and questionable so valet parking is better choice, especially if you’re traveling alone.

I stay here every year and have never been disappointed. It’s an old building so sometimes things work a little slower but the service and environment more than makes up for it. All of the staff are wonderful. I love this hotel.
- 3/5
Hotel staff were top notch! One elevator was out of service for 2 days. Hotel was conveniently located from crypto
- 4/5
Loved the location in relation to the convention center and Crypto arena. Unfortunately one of the two elevators went down making things difficult - especially being on the 11th floor. Beautiful old hotel. It reminded me of old Hollywood. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
Parking is secure in a private lot that is attended 24 hours. It's a great solution if you travel with valuable items in your SUV or auto's trunk.
- 5/5
Love the architecture and style
- 5/5
The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are a little small but cozy. Parking was easy due to valet. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Wish we had more time!

Love it

Absolutely Amazing
- 3/5
The hotel itself is unique and stylish, but the surrounding area is really unsafe, and I probably won’t stay in DTLA again, if I can help it. Shout out to the staff, though, for making my stay as comfortable as possible.

People were super nice and helpful.

At the time of my stay, there were 2 elevators but one of the was out of service. Very inconvenient. Other than that it’s was a nice hotel.
- 5/5
Beautiful lobby and restaurants. Great staff!
- 3/5
Overall my experience was alright not too great not too bad but just average; I stayed in this hotel because it was $200 cheaper compared to last year’s hotel stay which was down the road from this hotel

1 of the elevators was out but the staff opened up the service elevator to relieve wait times. Very nice staff

The fridge in the room did not work and the AC would not stay on
- 5/5
Great boutique hotel, staff helpful and friendly. Pool relaxing Room spacious. Bed comfortable
- 2/5
The website advertised that the rooms we booked could be adjoining and I put that in the special request and it was not true. Hours of the cafe were wrong, could only eat in the bar area which has couch seating, not very conducive to actual eating. Would recommend for couples, not families.

There are a lot of flies in the hotel, which is an issue that needs to be addressed. Also, the sofas in the lobby are quite dirty.

This property scammed me out of $750 for a one night stay, and will not respond to any of my calls or messages. My friends arrived at the property without me around 2pm last week, I had called ahead the day before and had my friends name put on the reservation so she could check in while I picked up our rental vehicle. Upon arrival she was immediately told she was unable to check in without me present. Weird but okay. Fine. We check in and all is well, we are maybe in the room for an hour or 2. We are then out for the rest of the night only back to sleep and check out at 12. Upon checking out I was not questioned or informed that I would not be receiving my deposit back, nor the fact that we had allegedly smoked in the room which was another $500 charge. The man at the desk was kind and asked if I wanted a copy of my receipt. I said emailed, we left. No problems. I finally checked my statements on monday, to see a $980 charge. I looked for the receipt I was supposed to be emailed and it was no where to be found. I had to manually visit the Hyatt site to find my itemized receipt and see where the $750 was coming from. Furthermore, no one in my party is a smoker? I have called 3 times and left 2 voice mails, all of which is being ignored. I stay in 20 hotels a year and never have I been treated like this. I have disputed the charges with my bank, what a god awful property. SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Room was small for three people. Hotel inside was beautiful.
- 5/5
Had a wonderful stay
- 3/5
The breakfast was greasy and they charged me three times for my stay. I shouldn’t have to wait for those to fall off. The hotel was beautiful and the room was cute.
- 5/5
Wonderful place to stay would most definitely stay there again
- 5/5
Wonderful staff, outstanding decor, comfortable room. I loved the pool and restaurant too! I would definitely return to this lively hotel!
- 4/5
Ambience was upscale. Hotel staff was a bit aloof at times.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel right in the city near plenty shopping center within walking distance.
- 5/5
Went to a Lakers game to the crypto arena, hotel was only a block away from there. Easy check in, front desk staff was polite. I parked valet with the hotel & they charged me $50-55. The room was nice and clean, for the price & location def worth it. Will stay here again!
- 5/5
I had a great stay here. The staff was great
- 3/5
Unfortunately, the assigned room was the size of a broom closet -- hitting shins just trying to move around. No dresser drawers, no table. They were kind enough to bring up a small fridge-- we had to put it in the closet!
- 3/5
The window opened, but did not close securely. That may contribute to the noise issue.
- 5/5
Perfect for a quick overnight for a Kings game. Lots of food around.
- 5/5
I give 5 stars as a thank you to the staff. When I was checking out, the woman at the front desk asked how my stay was. I was very honest about noise throughout the night - she said there was some type of project happening on my floor in the area at the time and refunded one of my fees. That level of customer service reinforced how really awesome this place is for this area. Coming back - 100% (kiddo loved the pool)
- 5/5
The artwork and art books around the lounge were exceptionally nice. The background music in that area was sort of loud. Deme was also very loud. The food at Deme was delicious and beautifully presented, and the pool courtyard lovely. The staff was very nice and friendly.
- 5/5
Comfortable and convenient. We loved our stay and we will definitely return.
- 5/5
Loved the pool setting against the juxtaposition of the tall buildings around it. Bedroom was on the small side but did not impact our enjoyment one jot. Hotel well positioned for our travels.

출장용으로 위치 편했음.
- 5/5
Good location, very nice decor. Had breakfast at their restaurant and it was very good.
- 5/5
Located a block from Crypto Arena makes it walkable and accessible. Overnight valet parking on-site. Great bar and restaurant in the lobby. Gorgeous outdoor pool/deck. We will definitely stay at The Fig next time we visit Los Angeles.
- 4/5
The place is so close to the event where my daughter and I went.
- 5/5
Loved the hotel! Staff was amazing and very helpful. The location was amazing, very close to the Peacock Theater and a night market. Had lots of dining options near by. Would definitely book again with this hotel.

Loved our stay at this boutique hotel! Great dining options on site. All in one!

Great location in proximity to Lakers game

There are tons of flies in the lobby and outside. The rooms are very small. Like constantly stubbing your toes on stuff and bumping your shoulders small. Location is great though.
