Great experience, nothing to complain, the de staff is helpful, the room impeccable

They moved us to a different room after the first day. This room was slightly better, sink actually drained and the A/C didn’t leak. The reason the A/C didn’t leak was because it would not even get cold. We needed a change of sheets at 2pm while we were gone. The desk had to be called twice to remind them to change the sheets and it was finally done at 8pm. If you prefer a hot room, terrible/uneven flooring, really bad “city views” and a moderately helpful front desk (that is clearly apathetic and knowledgeable of the multitude of issues with this property), then this is the stay for you! If you can spend a little more to upgrade to a better hotel, do it. I’ve had far better stays in cheap hotels.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is really helpful, helped us check in early. The room is clean and comfortable. The bathroom was really great, large, and the shower room was amazing (nothing like taking a hot shower at the end of the day with a strong shower head). Plus, the room and the beds were really comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

The views and the service

The elevator was out of service, so I had to use the staff elevator. The room was dirty, and I would not take kids there again. Furniture peeling, poor aesthetics in the room, the lobby looked nice, but the actual room looked nothing like in the photos.

We had a King suite city view. Room was clean but the sofa and headboard had stains. Nice floor to ceiling views from entrance all the way to bathroom. A bit pricey not sure if its just L.A that "particular area price". Surprise to have facility fee $35. The parking was 3rd party so it was $57 + multiple L.A tax totalled to $104 additional to hotel booked price. it might be helpful to prepay parking from expedia. the breakfast was better prepaid from expedia for 2 (35 for both).. otherwise it's $100 for breakfast buffet for 2. Breakdown would be $38 each plus service charge or you get to choose to just order ala cart or do the buffet. The breakfast buffet was decent and worth it through prepaid in expedia but maybe not worth $50 per person. We went there for a pride event at their rooftop bar 18 social. It was fun but note that it was really hot might be because it was at capacity. DJteng was fun! Most staff were really nice from reception, waiter to vallet. It's more expensive than im used to when I stay in L.A. I stay in L.A a few times a year for different events, concerts and meet up with friends. This might be on the pricier end of the hotels, not the best, not the worst either. it was comfortable and right where my event was at which was my reason for choosing this hotel. I had my own bathroom to use vs being in the rooftops bar line for bathroom. Otherwise im sure there will be better hotels for your buck.

I booked a one day reservation here $400 so I can do a mini getaway with my partner we wanted to use their pool and lounge. No where on the website did it indicate that their pool is out of service until further notice and the lady at the front desk was just like yea oops sorry

I'm not sure the lady understood me because it took me a couple of tries to tell her there was an alarm on our floor. A couple times she said she couldn't speak to me about other guests and I had to reassure her that isn't what I was asking. She said she would send security and five minutes later the alarm went off. No follow up call or anything from the hotel, was more or less a "that sucks you got woke up at 3am but you'll be fine."

This property was not like this when I visited last time which was 7 years ago. The furniture is beat up now and when I complained about the room the front desk person told me 80% of the rooms look like that. The hotel is located in a great spot, unfortunately there is a homeless population but it's close to the stadium where the Lakers play. The rooms are gross and crusty, they showed us two other rooms and they were equally disgusting looking. PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR FURNITURE. I wanted a refund but of course I know I won't get that so this will definitely be the last time I EVER stay here. If you decide to stay here and take the risk go ahead, I found two little flies in the bathroom like how? We were on the 15th floor. Lesson learned never again.

My stay at the Indigo was very pleasant. The shower was nice and big, just wish the water pressure was bit better. The room satisfied my expectations. I liked the floor to ceiling windows. The valet staff were all really nice and very accommodating.

The only big problem was, we personally came to stay at this hotel to experience their bar lounge on the 18th floor. On Fridays and Saturdays it’s supposed to be open from 7pm to 12. We showed up around 10:40pm, and the hotel decided to close it at 10pm. So they don’t honor their own hours. We could have easily stayed somewhere else.

1. In my room the couch had stains and the bed headboard leather material was peeled off in certain places 2. Be aware of hidden fees with valet. It’s $57 dollars per night, I spent 2 nights there and my total bill for valet came out to $206.74. Almost $100 dollars in extra fees

The location is ok, a little sketchy outside near the freeway, but avoidable. The hotel is nice, and the staff is superb. I wish the furniture were more updated; that would make this hotel a 10.

We really liked the room layout and furnishings. The bathroom was very clean and well designed, however, the type of light switches took some getting used too. The one near the shower shut off in the middle of my shower. The makeup mirror in the bathroom looked slightly damaged and would not stay in the desired position.

The room had black mold on the floor from the account unit dripping. The furniture was torn and very weathered. Water pressure was a slow drip and not hot.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was a decent size and the location was in a great spot. We used the valet parking services through the hotel instead of parking across the street in the car lot. The price was a little bit more but knowing the car was safe and not having to worry about where to park was great! They have a restaurant and bar located near the lobby of the hotel. It was a bit pricey but the portions were big.

I truly had a wonderful stay! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, which immediately made me feel at ease. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. I also really appreciated the amenities, everything was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged to enhance the overall experience. It was clear that attention to detail and guest satisfaction are a priority here. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to others!

A comfortable modern well designed hotel. It’s centrally located downtown, so a good starting off place for travel around the region.

Rooms need some updating with faux leather peeling on furniture. All rooms should have a carpet underneath beds to create a more comfortable home like atmosphere. Feels a bit sterile. Faux wood floors need updating as well.

Andy was great at checkin, very friendly and able to get us in for early checkin. This hotel is perfect walking distance for the Lakers game. Andy gave us some great recommendations for local Mexican food within walking distance as well. The hotel is modern but has a very cool eclectic vintage decor. Clean room and very big modern bathroom. We would absolutely stay here again.

The lobby and dining areas were beautiful. The room condition was fair. Every piece of furniture as well as the floor was very worn. Peeling bed frame, headboard, and seating was unexpected especially when an additional $100/day was required at check-in for incidentals like I was going to damage the property more than it already was.

Clean, comfy beds, nice staff. Good location. Parking is valet only( standard downtown LA) so once you drop off your car, retrieve some item you forgot in the trunk unless you tell the valet to bring it over. Everything works fine, but the age of the place starts to reveal.

Everything was clean! Restaurant was just okay though. But concierge and room service - amazing. Breakfast in bed - amazing. Valet soooooooooo expensive but convenient 😭😭😭 Pool is small but the rest of the patio was cute. Gym was chic. Location - love that it’s right off the freeway and so close to shopping.

The room could’ve used a bit of a refresh. The beds were showing their age, the mattresses however were very comfy!

I will never stay here again. The property is extremely run down, and everything—except the reception area—was dirty. The rooms are inconsistent and poorly maintained. Our first room was filthy: the phone didn’t work, the AC was broken (it made noise but no air came out), and there were coffee stains everywhere. Even the bed frame was peeling apart. I didn’t even feel comfortable sitting down. When I complained to the front desk, the manager seemed hesitant but eventually switched us to a different room. The second room was slightly cleaner and had water bottles on the table (something the first room didn’t), but it was still run down. On our second night, after returning from a long day, we found that housekeeping had been in but when I pulled back the blanket, there was hair all over the bed and small brown bugs. I braid my hair before bed, so I knew it wasn’t mine. It might’ve even been bed bugs. There was no microwave in the room, but oddly, there was one just sitting on the floor outside another door. The only positive thing I can say is that the building requires keycard access to reach the rooms, which made it feel somewhat secure, and it’s about a 30-minute drive to Disney. Other than that stay far, far away from this place.

I chose this hotel because of it's central location, reasonable price, and - let's be real - swanky lobby. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a great West-facing view, but there were obvious signs of wear throughout (the pleather bed frame and headboard was peeling on almost every surface, the loveseat was worn/stained giving a dirty appearance, and wardrobe door broken). It didn't impact the experience, but wasn't a great look. Everything else was great.

Staffs are courteous and the room is super clean. Also, the window views are simply spectacular at night. I mostly certainly look forward to sampling breakfast choices here in the morning.

Not too much to do with small children. I have a teenager, this hotel worked for us. I do wish it had indoor slippers and a robe. Great hotel gym. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Room was clean, but the furniture was very worn out and peeling and old. staff are not very easy to get a hold of, or accommodating. not in a great area of downtown LA nothing much to walk to. Left some items in the room and had almost an impossible time getting them back and did not get everything.

Our room was comfortable and clean and the location was perfect for our stay. We were here for a volleyball tournament for my son and were able to walk to the stadium every day which is so nice. Driving in LA is not my favorite so for the convenience alone, it's fantastic. There is also a Starbucks on the first floor - a plus!

Very clean, spacious, and nice hotel. I really liked that there was a nice bar right by the check in area. Staff was kind and professional and they allowed me to check in early around 1pm. I did call a head of time but I didn’t think they would allow me to check in early. I will be booking future stays here when I’m in LA. Thank you Hotel Indigo.

Great location close to highways, nice part of town felt safe and quiet on a Saturday night. Easy to drive into the check-in area. Starbucks in the same building. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Very welcoming bar. The room needed some touchups here and there, and neither the coffee maker nor the Tivoli stereo seemed to work. That said, those were minor inconveniences that were outweighed by an overall nice aesthetic and great experience. This will likely be my new go to hotel for DT LA.

we only stayed for one night but the room was great and the staff was exceptional. My only ding is that I didn't realize that the only parking option is valet which I know is the case for most hotels in the area so shame on me for not reading the fine print, i guess. We prefer self parking for in and out all day.

There wa no clear value from the place other than staying there. There is breakfast and it’s expensive, parking is horribly expensive and the area around is not safe to leave the car in the street.

The stay was nice, great location and staff. However, although the room is gorgeous, especially the bathroom, there were a lot of run down parts where you can clearly see damage from either wear and tear or previous guests. It was pretty expensive but its also Downtown LA. Overall it was reasonable, and I would consider staying there again.

The staff here is great. Prompt service, friendly. You can tell at one time that the rooms were pretty cool but overall everything, especially the rooms like VERY run down. The bed frames and couches had tears and rips all over them. The desk chair looked worn and dirty. They definitely need some furniture replacements. The food at the restaurant was so-so.

El hotel deja mucho que desear! los pasillos y alfombras extremadamente sucios y con poca luz supongo que para poder esconder la realidad. La cama dura y las sabanas muy rasposas con muebles muy desgastados y un minisplit muy ruidoso. El hotel se vende como 4 estrellas cuando en realidad las instalaciones no lo parecen y las atenciones mucho menos. Si estas interesado en este hotel mejor alejate y busca otra opcion! Solo la fachada y el lobby dan la impresion de que es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Sin duda alguna no volveria nunca.

Hotel employees were all very professional and friendly. The bed in the room was very comfortable. The furniture in the room looks VERY old, scratched, stained, and in very bad shape.

I think over all this is a pretty nice property. Overall I would give it a 4 out of 5 stars. The exterior, common areas and hallways are very nice. The rooms show some wear and tear. The staff was very nice. One other negative is the 60.00 parking a night. I was not happy with this.

We have stayed here multiple times and have always enjoyed are stay. Some features in the room are starting to look warn down. The pool area is nice. The theme of the hotel is cool

someone at the Hotel charged my card $125.00 when i paid cash for everything the deposit was supposed to only be$139.00 for incidentals but when i get there i paid $400 which i’m still waiting to receive, there very very Over Priced and misleading i wouldn’t stay there ever again and i wouldn’t if i were you.

The rooms are so beautiful and clean. We had so much space in a corner room. The staff was really friendly and helpful with any queations or requests. The pool was small but enough room for a few couples/families. In the middle of summer, you might want a little more room. I would recommend adding microwaves to the roooms for folks staying more than a few days. Noise wasn't a problem for us at all. The temperature in the room was easy to control and adjust.

The room furniture and bed frame were old and damaged. I asked for towels and new sheets twice in one day and never got them after the staff both times told me they would take them up to the room. I let the front desk know of this at check out and not once did it the guy apologize for the inconveniente. Wouldn’t stay here again
