The hotel is generally well-liked for its proximity to LAX, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. However, some guests have experienced issues with the shuttle service, unexpected charges, and uncleanliness in certain areas.

This hotel is very near the airport; w easy shuttle. The rooms are very spacious. The staff is always courteous. The restaurant is very good. There is a Krispy Kreme doughnut shop in the lobby and a really good deli right across the parking lot.

I was fortunate to get an upgrade to a fantastic large room on the 10th floor overlooking the northern runways of LAX. Great Hotel with a very comfy and clean room but unfortunately there are extensive roadworks and construction going on 24hrs right next door (new elevated rail). This combined with a crazy outdoor Friday night band at a neighboring hotel made sleeping impossible unfortunately. I eventually checked out at 2.30am and went to LAX and sat in the departures for 4hrs. A TIP- don't buy anything from the convenience station in the lobby. I paid US 17.50 for a small red bull and a very small packet of chips. The Subway is located just off the back of the breakfast area and is a bit more affordable. Ogther than that it was a great place to stay on a layover.

Nice property but a bit noisy due to construction around the hotel. But I would stay here again. Paid $180 out the door for one night which I think is reasonable for the location.

The Rooms were clean staff is good but they charge extra for parking which was not mentioned on the websites. I believe parking and breakfast should be included as we are their guest for a week. Overall it’s a clean property.

I love staying here! The rooms are excellent, spacious and clean. The bathrooms are great and they decluttered it and got rid of all the fluff a guy travelling alone just does not need! They left the ironing facilities which I like so that's a plus for me and the TV was modern and I was able to connect my own device to it and they even provided ample USB charging ability. The roof terrace provides all round views of the airport and down town LA and you can sit in comfort with something from the lobby cafe (Starbucks) or the bar. There's an on site restaurant and a shop with a good range of items to take to your room if you're watching TV. This a good hotel but the location means the price can be challenging for those paying for their own travel. I didn't collect any loyalty points because I booked through another site (because they offered a lower price than the hotel itself) which is frustrating.

Normally I stay at Hilton locations. Not any more. Expensive dump. Stickers on the floor so keep your shoes on. Red stains on pillow cases. Air conditioning did not work. Weird elevator. People smoking pot outside so watch your kids.
- 4/5
Superb location as I was only in transit for 30 hours. Loved the outside views from the rooftop terrace. Being charged extra for early check in despite the room already being ready for me. I therefore took my dinner and breakfast engagements elsewhere.

Very large, high ceiling room. It was clean, very nicely decorated, modern, updated, comfy bed. Beautiful, spacious bathroom. Fabulous space! Would definitely stay here again. It was super clean with seating areas.

The H hotel is a modern and comfortable hotel a reasonable walk from LAXit -- I regularly stay in this cluster of hotels when I get in to LA on a very late flight and don't want to add the extra time of a ride to downtown LA. This time, though, things were not clicking completely. The front desk staff, though pleasant were very disorganized and took forever to check me in. They then sent me to a room that had not yet been made up, so I had to trek back downstairs and wait again while they figured out which room actually was turned over and ready for a guest. Also, the coffee situation was terrible in the morning. The Keureg machine in the room simply didn't work--it seemed to have completely the wrong sized pods. And the cappucchino at the downstairs cafe (I think, a Coffee Bean affiliate) was undrinkable--milk overheated and coffee old and bitter. Coffee is important when you check into your hotel at midnight!
- 3/5
Good for the location. Price too high for quality of rooms. Shower grout was dark and molded. Upstairs bar was nice. Front desk and service good.

A refreshing Airport Hotel! Modern, clean and offering a 24 hr gym, pool & a good selection of Food & Beverage outlets. Very efficient shuttle service, which is becoming hard to find! The Bar service was above average with a very attentive Bar Tender, who made the best Top Shelf Mescal Margarita! The location and price provided very god value.

I had no idea everyone in California was so friendly. Alfredo at the bar remembered me every time I came back. Very clean. Lots of space. The rooftop is an amazing place to catch planes arriving on 24R and leaving on 24L.

Floors in the hallways were dirty, and our room did not seem to have been dusted for a while. Since we only stayed for one night, it was manageable. The coffee shop was overpriced, and the staff there were not very friendly. However, the hotel staff and restaurant staff were great.
- 5/5
Clean room walking distance from LAX. Yes. Walking distance. Staff was great, bathroom great, bedding wonderful. Never heard a plane from the room. Car rental available on the first floor was a bonus.

Terrible experience we had someone enter our room leave drug paraphernalia and steal our money. As above the management were slack and non responsive to the incident. We were issued two door keys and found a third key in the room after being robbed. The syringe left in the toilet the front desk asked us to remove which is a disgrace. No security cameras besides front desk. No key access required to enter the lift.

worth the upgrade to get a corner room by the runways. We really enjoyed seeing the planes from our room and also going up to the rooftop for spectacular views. Have stayed here for day use during layovers as well and it is perfect for that purpose. This is our go-to hotel for our LA layovers. took awhile to get shuttle from airport but they do seem to run regularly from the hotel very few dining options w/in walking distance. There is a restaurant onsite & a subway nearby.

The highlight of the stay was definitely the rooftop. The view from the 12th floor was absolutely breathtaking, especially if you enjoy plane spotting. Watching the planes come in and out was incredible and easily the best part of the hotel. However, the room itself was uncomfortable due to the AC not working properly. The temperature stayed around 78 degrees and wouldn’t cool down, even with the thermostat set all the way to 65. It made it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep. We were also looking forward to enjoying the rooftop fire pits in the evening, but unfortunately they weren’t working. There were quite a few guests wandering around confused and disappointed, which took away from what could have been a really nice nighttime experience. Overall, the hotel has great potential because of the views and location, but the issues with the AC and amenities made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
- 4/5
We stayed overnight before catching an early flight. The free shuttle service was a bonus. The pick up from the airport was quick and the driver was excellent. On our early morning pickup however, we had to wait more than 30 minutes rather than the 15min we were told. That’s the only little thing that added a bit of stress. Otherwise very smooth check in. Convenient restaurant on site. Well priced as well. Would go back for the same purpose.

My criticism is that it's a good desert. The hotel restaurant isn't very good.
- 2/5
Consumer service was below average considering the price. There is no complementary amenity not even water. The refrigerator didn’t work and there is no way of heating up your food.
- 5/5
The parking was a little confusing but the location was fantastic. Right there by LAX, and they said the shuttles to the airport runs every 25 to 30 minutes but I waited about 10 minutes between shuttles. The room was spacious and clean.
- 3/5
got up at 5am. NO coffee, not anywhere. Had to wait an hour for something to open up, nothing in room. Asked front desk where i could go.........."I would not know that" IDK, just threw me off. Pretty basic traveler need. not like i am packing my coffee set up etc. Other wise clean, shuttle is OK, desperately need new equipment there. , if you are last stop plan for 30 min wait and ride. Like uber if you can afford the five bucks and are in a hurry.
- 1/5
First off the room that we booked was a runway view room. The windows were so dirty. You couldn’t see the runway. There was mold in the coffee pot and parts of the wall were falling apart very disappointed. Also the systems went down so they were not able to fix my room key to allow me into the gym while waiting to get the a key for the gym Coworkers were yelling and arguing with each other very unprofessional. Just all round a horrible experience

We stayed here to overnight between flights in and out of LAX and selected this particular hotel because of its proximity to the airport. Very satisfied with the shuttle service and the ease of checking in. Since we didn't have our checked bags with us, we did need some small items to shower. The desk clerk made all those arrangements possible. For the price of one night, it would have been nice to have a breakfast or snack for the morning before our airport shuttle.

The only issue I had is that my GPS took me to the backside of the building, which is actually the entrance to the parking deck. It took me a minute to find the actual entrance.
- 3/5
There was a loud banging/knocking sound coming from the elevators. My room was the first room adjacent to the elevators. Kept me awake the entire night. I was ready to go at 4.30am for a 6.00am shuttle to the airport. If you stay here, make sure your room is at the furthest point from the elevators. Shuttle service is great and location is a stones throw from the airport.

There were no utensils in the room and front desk didn’t pick up the phone to send anyone up to help. And the bathroom door locked my wife inside the bathroom and by the time maintenance was up to room we had missed our flight!! This was was terrible!

- 4/5
The hotel was really nice. Beds could be updated and it was a horrible smell in the hallway are there after that other than that I enjoyed it. It was quiet clean, and we had a couple complementary parking which we were really excited about.
- 1/5
The staff was probably the biggest problem out of the whole visit. Our room did not come with an ice bucket and when we tried to call the front desk to bring us one, they said that it should be in the bathroom. After looking in the bathroom, there was nothing that even resembled an ice bucket, except for a trash can. After eventually going downstairs ourselves to get one, the front desk gentlemen who were working that night were making jokes and on their phones, they claimed that would look for an ice bucket to give to us. After going to my car from the parking lot and coming back, I asked if they had found an ice bucket, but they were sitting there as if they didn’t even make the effort to look for one. They claimed that there wasn’t one available and continue talking to each other. Very rude and unhelpful while looking at me like I was crazy for asking for an ice bucket that was primarily missing from our room.
- 4/5
The room was very clean and relatively quiet being next to an airport. The hotel staff are helpful and courteous. The food in the hotel restaurant needs some improvement.

Staff were fabulous. Check in was fast and smooth. Free airport shuttle was prompt and fast. Room was clean and beautiful. Roof top area had a lot of trash. Room safe, fridge, and some of the lights were both broken. Shower conditioner was out. It was good for what we needed, onlyone night.

the burger at the restaurant was nice Walkable to the airport ??? Uh NO. And like how am i supposed to know that you SONT take the hilton shuttle but rather the one named JOE’s. - 4/5
Same situation at breakfast—short-staffed. :( I guess we expect good service. The hotel is nice, but if the service isn’t good, guests will leave bad reviews, right? And employees are stressed because they can’t provide good customer service due to the lack of staff. It’s a lose-lose situation for both customers and employees. Hire more staff = less stress, happier employees, and happier customers (more customers). That’s a better win-win.

This hotel is amazing. The room was clean and had all the amenities necessary for an overnight stay. The rooftop is what makes this hotel the best. I slept the whole time, but this place was close to the airport convenient and the staff very quickly gave me access to my room so I could crash after a 30 trans Pacific fiasco… The only thing that bothered me was the same thing that all major hotels are doing, which is installing ubiquitous cheap LED bulbs everywhere that don’t have dimmers!!! I’d rather stay at a shabby Airbnb with dimmers or incandescent bulbs rather than feel like I’m going about to get a colonoscopy. Anyway, if you turn the lights off, you sleep well and it’s clean at least. (I know that because the LED lights show every speck of imperfection… 🙃)

Quite possibly the best hotel in the Los Angeles area. Very friendly and polite staff, rooms are clean, restaurant food was very good and most important, best views of airplanes arriving/departing LAX from their observation deck. The only two negatives was the low pressure of water coming from the shower and the towels/rags left a lot of lint on my body after each use. I will definitely be staying there again whenever I visit the LA area.
- 2/5
Hotel had a lot of issuse but 1 person was overwhelmed working front desk by himself. It took 40 mins in line of 3 people and him on the phone to check in so did not want to ask for another room. Ive stayed here before and had higher expectations but I won’t be staying again. Over used torn furniture. Dirty elevators. Refrigerator did not work. Shower door did not close. Air conditioner took a while to figure out. Wasn’t a great experience this time at all.

Excellent property and location. There’s nothing negative to say about the H Hotel. Their hospitality was excellent and they nailed it on the breakfast buffet. The Waffles, Scramble Eggs, Potatoes and coffee were delicious. Thank you for the relaxing atmosphere and service. Public transportation was a walkable distance and although the parking fees was on the high side, renting a vehicle was very convenient to reach your destinations.

She works hard and both nights we saw her working alone but always looked happy even though she had to tend to bar and tables in bar area. Overall was better than expected after seeing the lobby area. The furniture in lobby was old stained and small tears on the chairs.

Had a shuttle to the airport, which was very convenient for my scheduled flight.

H Hotel was very clean and accommodating. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

This was THE nicest hotel I have ever stayed at, the ONLY downside was the $50-$60 parking but oh well it’s LA what do you expect? However this hotel was the nicest I have ever stayed at and even got upgraded to a Deluxe King suite over something broken in our room. We will be staying here again. Thank you for your wonderful hotel and services.

The location of the property was perfect for business and leisure travelers. From the initial interaction with Alex at check-in to the interaction with the great housekeeping team Angie, Diana, & Allison; they all exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible.

It was good just hate the fact that I paid so much and have to pay for breakfast

Great experience. We had a day layover and the hotel was perfect for it. Room was spacious and comfy. Everything felt clean. Staff was lovey, room service was quick and yummy. The hotel shuttle runs on a constant loop so it was super easy. Definitely will choose this hotel again.

Very comfortable stay!
- 5/5
Near airport, excellent room. The staff in the resturaunt were very friendly and efficient.
- 5/5
The property was great! Shuttle was easy! had to Uber to the surrounding food. There were other hotels being built nearby, so construction noise all night, but that will end eventually. Other than that, the perfect stopover.
- 4/5
It is very convenient to the airport with free shuttle service.
- 3/5
I called and was told I would be able to check in early... Arrived 1 hour before checking in and was not able to get into my room... I paid for a nicer and more expensive room, yet they can't have these rooms ready early! One would think that the nicer rooms would get cleaned first! Don't think I'll be stay here again!
- 4/5
We were not told that parking was $55 per night. The bus available for traveling to and from the concert was handy. However, our room was not very clean. There was some small little bugs in the bathroom, and the toilet constantly ran. The refrigerator didn't work and no one came to fix it. A lot of the light fixtures did not work. All in all for a supposedly highly rated hotel, I felt the accommodations were just barely satisfactory. Even the lobby had spilled water on the floor and pieces of pizza and napkins that no one had picked up. In addition there was only one person checking people in and out. The check in and check out process was not easy. I don't think I would stay there again.
- 3/5
The room was nice with the exception of the bathroom. The shower tiles seemed dated and cracked, the shower drain flooded after only a few minutes, a couple of the towels were stained as well.
- 5/5
This hotel is right at the entrance to LAX. They recently opened new streets making it easier to get around the area. Minutes away from rental car airport drop off. We relied on the airport shuttle and it was awesome! Came every 15 minutes, brought us right where we needed to be. Staff was great, our room was very nice! We ate near by at one of quite a few restaurants, Wacky Wok. Also very good!
- 4/5
Would have been a 5 but Hotels.com and the hotel had a miscommunication. I booked and paid for 2 nights but when I went to my room on day 2, they hotel cleared out my belongings and said they only had me booked for 1 night. Got it clarified but still a pain.
- 2/5
This hotel is expensive. We wanted to stay there to experience the rooftop viewing deck of LAX. We believed this was exclusive to hotel guest. We were extremely disappointed to discover anyone can walk in off the street and go up to the viewing deck. The not so exclusive use of view deck and the quality of the rooms and amenities does not make it value for money.

Great hotel if you need a quick night stay in LA before an international trip.

Had only a quick night there as we arrived late in the night in LA.

We arrived from the UK, so obviously the time difference was huge. We woke up in the early hours of the morning requiring some tea. The room did not have any facilities to make any hot drink unbelievable. Given the price we paid i would of thought having tea and coffee in the rooms would be possible. I had to ring reception to arrange for hot drinks to be made and to cap it all i had to go down to the lobby to collect them. I even had to make the 2nd cup of hot water myself in the kitchen. The staff weren't that great either when i came down to collect the drinks. I asked why there wasn't any hot drink facilities in the room the answer was that there was too much waste involved in supplying these facilities. Well the price i paid the least i should expect is hot drinks facilities in the room. Not happy with the service provided

Modern spacious room.

The room, staff, grounds were great however the mattress in our room was totally worn out and a nightmare to sleep in. We got no rest at all.
- 4/5
Clean and nice. One complaint is that if you are looking for "Curio Collection", there is no sign that says so.
- 3/5
An average hotel offering no coffee or tea facilities. Placed in a room alongside a construction site with work being done daily.

the lobby area is welcoming, the check in was fast (feels rushed, didn’t even discuss about the amineties, i literally have to ask for it. the elevator was a bit updated with pressing ur room & tapping ur card before entering it. the room was ok but i found some areas that was not cleaned thoroughly like the table it was dusty, one of the outlets was broken the cover was ripped off & was just left next to it, the refrigerator was not in the room & the complimentary coffee was only decaf, i have to go down to the restaurant to ask for a cup of regular coffee & when i requested for the regular coffee i was told they’ll send it to my room but never arrived. All in all a descent choice but for the price i pay totally not worth it.
- 5/5
Very nice clean modern most importantly very comfy only issue is staff is very hostile and not caring however the 300 security deposit was very unexpected and I’ve stayed at major resorts without that kind of security deposit I understand it’s refundable but kinda tough if your traveling on a budget

Alex went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. He was quick, professional, and very helpful with local tips and recommendations. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about guests the way Alex does. He made me feel welcomed and valued — a real asset to the hotel! Thank you, Alex!
- 5/5
Property was clean not cluttered. Staff was friendly and super helpful with local recommendations as the bar closed early.
- 5/5
The property itself was wonderful. It did take a while for the staff to serve us, but when they did, it was great service. The only reason I mentioned about the area around the property being dirty was due to all the construction, otherwise it was a very nice experience.

Great Hotel, rooms are bigger than your average hotel size! will definitely be back soon…
- 5/5
The hotel is close to the airport and the rooms are spacious.

The room looked like the pics online. I loved the high ceilings, double sinks, and separate toilet area. But there were issues: a glob of hair stuck to the body wash bottle, no trash bags in any bins, and no microwave, just a mini fridge. The TV only had live channels, Netflix, and YouTube, which was limited. We asked for extra towels and sheets (for our week-long stay) and had to call three times, it took over an hour. On the second morning, I saw what I thought was a burn mark on the floor, but chiiie, it was two huge bugs the size of my hand. I panicked. My friend got photo evidence, and we called the front desk. No one came after 30+ mins, so we packed up and went down ourselves. The front desk agent was shocked and moved us to another room below. The rest of the stay was okay, but if I hadn’t brought my own toiletries and water, it would’ve been rough. Water was $3.99 (one bottle’s seal was broken), no one had a band-aid, and having no in-room microwave was super inconvenient. Food deliveries also had to be picked up from the lobby. Overall, cute room and good location, but cleaning and service need serious improvement. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite for one night near the hotel due to an early flight the next day. The hotel was average for a Hilton. My granddaughter stayed in the bedroom which was very large and beautiful. However the only bathroom they had was in the bedroom. My husband and I slept on the pull out couch as we are early risers and did not want to disturb her. The pull out couch was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on. It is saggy and creaky. It was just terrible. On the plus side the food at the restaurant we good and we loved the robot that delivers items to your door.

First room the toilet kept running. The second stay was good. Room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Alex, Diana thank you!

Great stay for an overnighter at LAX. Easy shuttle access to airport.

Accommodating staff, clean room, walking distance to restaurants and other stores.

No one answered the phone when calling for guest service multiple times. Had to go downstairs to ask for service but even had to do that multiple times as things were forgotten.

When entering the room, it was over 80 Degrees HOT and the temperature didnt work. Light bulb was burned out Fridge not working Ridiculous we would have to PAY 3.00 a bottle for water !!!! This was way over priced compared to other hotels I have been to.
- 5/5
Would stay again! Convenient for LAX and not needing to worry about getting to the airport through traffic in the morning.
- 1/5
Booked for an overnight stay waiting for connection flights. Booked weeks in advance. Checked in at 11pm to be told no power in rooms untill 11 am next day. Great when need to get up at 5.30am to get ready for next flight. Worst part is they new in advance and didnt advise before or offer discount on room.

High Price with incomplete service

Great hotel, nice and clean, conveniently situated. Courtesy filtered drinking water on tap could have made the stay way better. Stop the plastic bottles madness.

Fantastic hotel for plane spotting at LAX. Large rooms with high ceilings and comfortable beds. Excellent staff.
- 3/5
Satisfactory. Shuttle driver manager Kelvin thankfully returned my passport and was very helpful.
- 2/5
The stay itself was amazing but 4 hours after checking out, I got a strange $20 charge. When I messaged Hilton CS to inquire about the charge, I was told it was an early departure fee for checking out at 4am when checkout was at 11am. Our flight was at 7 which is the whole reason we booked a hotel by the airport!
- 2/5
Tried to call the front desk from the airport to find out where the delayed shittle was. Couldnt get through. Just rotated to a recording. Also tried to call the fromt desk from the room to check on checkout time, exact same thing. Lwft it on speaker for quite a while. Thwy need more staff. The one person at the desk was quite nice.
- 5/5
Nice hotel next to LAX with a transfert
- 4/5
The stay was very last minute as our flight was cancelled. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom could have used s bittle but of TLC esp the shower. Overall it did not disappoint.
- 3/5
Overall decent layover hotel, very clean, modern, walkable from terminals. However, one of the most barebone hotels I stayed in. No cups, no complimentary water bottle, no coffee machine, no tea. Despite a tv screen in the room, no tv channels only connectivy to your own Google/YouTube. Despite not being a big TV person....it would have been nice to watch news after a 15 hour flight. Would I stay again? Probably not, there are other walkable options on century Blvd

Great experience ! Very professional and helpful. I will refer to friends and family traveling to California

Wifi/Tv out during trip - was given a room credit - which they ended up charging to my card and also did not return the $300 deposit and added additional $200 charges onto that. Never a manager on site to speak with to resolve. Wouldn't recommend staying here.
- 1/5
not great, the in-room entertainment is very limited, strange staff at the desk, no restaurants
- 5/5
Clean, staffs are friendly, and the manager was awesome.

This hotel was nice!! I was greeted by great staff. Jose was really sweet and made check in easy and fast. The room was great and spacious. The only down side was the a/c didn’t work well and neither did the fridge. Went upstairs to the rooftop called to have fireplaces lit and no one respond after calling the front desk numerous times probably just busy. Will definitely book again
- 5/5
Good service
- 3/5
No point in having an access card to tap to use the elevator when anyone can use it and access any floor without a card. Completely useless and unsafe. Additional parking at the hotel doesn’t even connect to the hotel and you have to walk. Inconvenient. Would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Easy and quick check-in. BE CAREFUL: Originally when checking in through the Hilton app I selected "Parking" and would be charged 50$ which was fine. When I checked in I was advised that it would be cheaper to use the airport overnight parking next door and did that but the person who checked me in did not take off the parking for 50$ so not only was I charged 50$ by hilton, I had paid $25 to the aiport parking garage and spent $75 that day. besides that, everything was quiet and clean. AC was quiet and easy to use.TV upto date and current. bathroom was nice and shower worked great. the bed was comfortable and had a decent view.
- 2/5
This is a considerable downgrade and disappointint since it's 'prepaid'. I'm unhappy they didnt offer any solutions or consideration. I'd like a partial refund.
- 5/5
Very close to the airport for your convenience. Easy to find from your gps. Rooms have very tall ceilings and there’s ample space to move about. Very good value for individuals and families.

parking is not good
