    first time at this hotel and it was okay, tv wasn’t working and we couldn’t find the QR code and the staff were decent but sort of rude. runway view was amazing and beds were comfortable and the burgers were delicious

    The hotel and shuttle are very convenient to LAX. The restaurant was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and our room was comfortable and quiet. I would recommend that they update the bathrooms, however, as the fixtures, exhaust fan, etc. need refurbishment. Overall, a very good stay.

    Was only at the hotel to sleep. Wasn't even there during the day. But still had to pay full amount for parking. What a scam! Shower had low water pressure. And bath exhaust fan was inoperable. Other wise staff were nice. Place was nice and clean. I would stay there again, but argue about the parking.

    The location of the hotel.is near LAX, so it is very convenience. The staffs are friendly and helpful. However, the condition of the room that we are staying is not well maintained. The remote of the TV is missing.

    My main criticism is the parking fee, which is nearly $70 per night!!! That charge feels excessive, especially on top of the room rate, and significantly increases the overall cost of the stay. If parking were more reasonably priced, I would have rated the experience even higher.

    Amazing hotel and an excellent stay from start to finish. The check-in experience was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request to move to a higher floor while still ensuring I kept a room with a view of the airport. Watching the planes take off and land was one of the highlights of my stay. I also visited the rooftop area and bar, which offered a fantastic view and a great atmosphere. The food at the hotel was excellent, and the drinks at the downstairs bar were equally impressive. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and made the entire experience enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay with amazing airport views.

    The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Housekeeping was very quick to bring extra towels and washcloths when we called. I want to give a special shoutout to Gigi, one of the security officers. An elderly member of our group needed wheelchair assistance, and Gigi quickly stepped in to help. She escorted her to her car, was incredibly kind, and provided outstanding customer service. The hotel is also within walking distance of Denny’s, which was a great option for a more affordable breakfast. A couple of minor downsides: because it’s so close to the airport, you can definitely feel and hear the planes taking off and landing. Also, the laundry facilities felt outdated and still require coins. There is a coin machine and ATM available, but a modern card or app-based system would be much more convenient. Overall, the clean rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff, and excellent service made this a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again when traveling through LAX.

    We stayed because it is close to the airport and we could utilize the car park. The rooms were nice and the property is clean and updated. The only issue we had is because we had an suv and we paid through a 3rd party app they charged us an additional $8.00 per day because they said we “could not self park the vehicle is too big”. Little shady but we were already there and it might be a third party issue. The shuttle in the morning is a line out the door so we eended up paying for an uber, it most likely would have been 30-40 minutes for the 5 minute drive with the loading, unloading and all the stops for each airline so we used an uber instead. You would have to budget much more time for a morning flight

    Would not recommend this hotel. The condition of the room was unacceptable and fell well below Hilton standards. The room was unsanitary, poorly maintained, and did not reflect the level of quality associated with your brand. Frankly, the accommodations were not worth the amount paid, and the overall experience left me extremely dissatisfied.

    I’ve stayed here 4 different times when I’ve come to LA the first time was wonderful but it’s gone down hill since. The staff is not helpful at all the parking is over priced everytime I come even the first time my first room is either dirty or smells like ciggertte smoke. This weekend in particular there was a doninatrix event they should tell you whe pervert parties are happening so you have the option to not book with them. They’re driveway was down so I had to go back n forth for all my bags and staff was just rude and unhelpful especially the guy with the one earring he dident care our room smelled he didn’t care about us having to go back and forth for our things because the driveway was supposably down but looked fine to me I’ll never stay here again

    Great facilities. We were there during the construction. Our room was facing the construction site and the light shined directly at our room. They moved us to a different location the next day. The fitness room must be a temporary space- very small. However, the service, location, etc, were great. Would return.

    I arrived early before 4 pm and they waived my fee and gave me a room that was ready. That was certainly appreciated as I was tired. Staff was very helpful in providing me with addresses so I could uber around town. Everyone was pleasant and helpful when Questions were asked. Totally loved the service.

    One thing I did appreciate was the speed of the elevators—they were quick and efficient throughout my stay. The staff experience was very inconsistent. Employees were either exceptionally friendly and helpful or surprisingly rude; there didn't seem to be much middle ground. I was also disappointed with the amenities. Of the four hot tubs on the property, only two were operational during my stay. This was frustrating, especially considering the size of the resort and the number of guests using the facilities. My biggest complaint is the parking cost. At $75 per night, the fee is extremely expensive and difficult to justify. While the conference organizers arranged a discounted rate for attendees, the parking was still costly. Overall, I would not choose to stay at this hotel on my own. The primary reason for my stay was that the conference I attended was being held there. While there were a few positives, the high parking fees, inconsistent service, and maintenance issues would prevent me from returning.

    Location was great for our needs. Food options were great within the hotel. The driveway was not accessible due to painting of curbs, handicap spaces and planters. Project should’ve been phased to offer relief to guest seeking ride share etc. the beds were very uncomfortable (time to replace has passed); not super clean room, but common areas seemed to be.

    Was a great stay overall, very nice facility and helpful staff. However, we had requested a pair of extra slippers when we arrived on our first night but haven't received it til 2 days later the morning we were checking out, after three phone calls. We also had a staff open our door at 8:30 am while we were sleeping, might have been a communication issue. Overall the stay was great but just some minor inconveniences going on at the hotel.

    I arrived very late and the hotel shuttle came pretty promptly. It does maybe need a little cleaning, the seats were a little gross. Check in was fast and easy. The cafe had the largest muffins I have ever seen (delicious, too). Bed was comfortable. Room was spotless and seemed recently updated.

    Great location to stay for an early morning flight. Shuttles pick you up in front of hotel and it's a short drive to drop off. We bought extended parking and left our car in the hotel parking lot. It felt very safe especially when returning from our trip late at night. I went online to CheapParking.com and the booking price was half of what the Hilton hotel charges. They send you a QR code to use to get in and out of the garage and it's the same parking structure for the hotel. (Hot tip) So easy!! Excellent place to stay!

    More than comfortable room with 2 queen beds was spacious, and had plenty of counter space and plugs. Front desk staff was very efficient and helpful getting oriented to the dining and bar options after a 13 hour flight from Istanbul and missing our LAX connection. The shuttle drivers were helpful and the shuttles came often enough that there was no wait for pickup. Will definitely consider a stay here if I ever need a hotel for an LAX layover.

    No ice machines working on floors 15 down to ten? remote to tv didn't recognize "guide" so you had to search by channel up and down, air set at 70 degrees blasted cold air non stop and anything higher made room hot. We stayed there three times before and loved it. Don't know what's going on.

    The staff's friendliness was great. Very professional and ready to answer questions, requests, and recommendations. It looks like some of the facilities could use some maintenance. Such as the elevator. The inside looks like it hasn't been changed or upgraded in 10 years and is long over due. Same could be said with some of the furniture in the rooms (especially the mirror). This furniture looks like its been there since the 90s.

    The staff was extremely helpful while traveling with our young kids. (Ages 3 & 2.) Doors were held, quick check in, assistance with luggage and car seats (3 bags, 2 car seats), and friendly interactions with our kids. The entire facility was clean, professional staff, and overall a great experience. Highly recommend staying here.

    The staff were fantastic, the room was clean and modern and comfortable. I went to fill the bathtub and the plug didn't work. So I went to call the desk and found the phone was disconnected from the wall. But not only was it merely disconnected, the room renovations put a wall panel over the jack so the phone could not even be plugged in. I had to call the front desk on my cell phone.

    Trash. Got price gouged on parking and breakfast. Food wasn’t even that good. “Loud” people using pool at mid day. Construction staff yelled at me for “being on the wrong floor” while I was looking for the patio. Ugly hotel. Paid for “higher floor” but was only on third floor with ugly view of ugly patio. Would give -1 star if possible

    This hotel is beautiful and we normally love our stays here. The only complaint we have is the cleanliness of the room. There was a used bar of soap in the shower, the smoke alarm was chirping and we discovered the next day, a dirty wash cloth hanging over the shower rod. It definitely didn’t feel like our usual Hilton stays.

    One other thing that was quite annoying, the bathroom door squeaked so load that it was impossible not to disturb each other during the night. Mentioning my concerns upon checking out, they at least compensated us by removing the breakfast charge from our room bill. No more 13th floor.

    When I made this reservation there was a note about renovations going on. Upon entering the hotel, it looks really good and classy. The rooms, however, that we stayed in, one coming and one going home, did not impress me. I was not sure if they had not been renovated or the renovation was not a good one. The rooms appeared clean however. As usual, the restaurants at this Hilton were super expensive - a bowl of oatmeal for $18!? And that was the starting price for items on the menu. Ludicrous!

    Super late check-in, but staff was really great. The shuttle took forever to pickup from the terminal - almost an hour waiting outside. but the shuttle back to the airport was pretty quick. I only stayed for 5 hours, but it was a nice room, closeby, and great checkin experience. I tried online checkin, but it wasn’t available - maybe because I booked with Expedia. That would be an improvement and imagine 30 guests on the shuttle all rushing to checkin, the wait can be long.

    I always feel welcomed as soon as I walk through the beautiful glass doors of the entrance to the Hilton LAX. My room was gorgeous and my bed was heavenly. Each staff membor was not only joyful and welcoming, they were knowledgable and experienced. Whether itwas the doorman, the check in desk or the bartender I received premium service and attention which hrlped helped me trust and relax into my travels.     Very nice hotel, staff very professional and pleasant. Room was very clean, and bed was comfortable. Only negative was I could not get the water to turn on in the tub. I had a very early flight and did not want to call and wait for maintenance at 2:00 am. I informed the front desk, and they stated that sometimes you have to pull the handle out. I suggested it would have been nice to have that posted in the bathroom.

    Nice and close to the airport. Great size room. Very comfortable bed and a very clean hotel. Only issue I found is that the shower took close to 5 minutes before warm water came out. Maybe that's because it was 6AM. Anyway, not a big deal, I just left it running until it warmed up. Other than that though, staff were great. Bistro downstairs had some tasty food. Free shuttle was a bonus, but it was very busy and both there and back we had to wait for the 2nd shuttle. Overall I would definitely recommend.

    First, $74 dollars to self park!!! And they were not helpful or friendly. Told us to go down a long hall to the end for elevators and then we did. No elevators. Carrying 4 bags. No bell hop. No one to help at all. It was the worst bed I have ever slept on and paid a premium to do it! As a travel agent, I won’t be recommending this place to my clients.

    Although the hotel is dated, it was clean. The ceilings are low, which makes you feel a little claustrophobic. I left my charger and cord in the room and called security a day later and they said it was not found. It’s the only place it could be so I am skeptical on the quality of people that are cleaning the rooms, and securitydidn’t seem interested and helping me try to locate it. 100% sure someone took it because I unplugged it and left it on the nightstand. Well, I stay there again? No.

    Not place to get a drink or have a sit down meal until 4 pm. Pool area was a disaster with towels left everywhere and the used town bin overflowing. Had to clean up other peoples used towels to make a seat for us. And it wasn’t even busy. Heat pool is also not heated. Room and staff were great. Nice and close to airport. Decent place for the price.

    I only stayed for 4 hours on a Long layover delayed flight. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially when my alarm didn't go off and I slept through my wake up call! They come up and banged on the door to wake me up. When I was sprinting through the lobby to catch the shuttle to airport, they flagged the shuttle to wait for me and I was so grateful. Great shuttle service and staff! Above and beyond!!

    Very convenient for the airport with free shuttle service. Hotel looks very swish downstairs but the room and especially bathroom were very tired. Small snack shop exceptionally expensive, $6 for a small bottle of water. Nice breakfast buffet.

    The room was absolutely amazing. I booked a runway view room and had the best views of LAX. We got room service delivered, and it was at our room in less than 20 minutes, which was amazing. All the staff was so lovely and patience. And the breakfast morning buffet was absolutely amazing and delicious. I wouldn’t have changed a thing about this stay.

    The room was very nice and clean, personal was very friendly. Only reason i didn't place 5 starts is due to the shower. Warer pleasure was extremely low , hot water lasted less than 20 seconds and go back to cold so i had to constantly turn it on to hotter. Other than that it is a decent hotel.

    The stay was for one night, wanted to be close to the forum to see a Lady Gaga concert. I don’t usually share a room, but this time was an exception. Iwas very happy to see the room was very spacious with two queen beds. The decor was fresh and very attractive and soothing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was pleasantly surprised at a hotel that close to the airport being that nice.

    We arrived around midnight for check in due to our flight arrival into LAX. The room was disgusting.The front desk did their best to compensate us for the situation. We received complimentary breakfast. But honestly, after traveling all day and being on a long flight all you want to do is relax. Not find fake dirty eyelashes on the room floor. Also, my pillow case had (what I told myself) makeup but it looked like blood. I kept kicking myself in the head for not going with Hyatt. -_-.

    Some problems, bathroom sink leaked, tissues were wet, mold around tub, bathroom door was broken, and coffee maker, when I looked inside, was very dirty and in my opinion not usable, I can see they are working on the place but for a Hilton way below way I would think acceptable. Positive: All personnel were outstanding, checking in and out easy and transportation to airport was timely with great service.

    My only issue was the room I had booked with a king bed was unavailable so was put into a larger room (yay) with two double beds (boo). I’m 6’2” so requested and booked a king bed specifically to accommodate my long limbs so I could sprawl out. There were works happening at the hotel snd there was some noise during waking hours but to be honest I found having a smaller bed more of an inconvenience.

    I wrote the hotel to ask them what to look for when waiting for the shuttle. After writing them 3 times they didn’t answer me. We ended up taking the wrong shuttle! There is an other shuttle that says “Hilton” on the door…it was not the “Hilton LAX”. The driver told us we were fine. He ended up dropping us off at the wrong “Hilton”…causing us all kinds of problem! He refused to take us to the correct Hilton LAX! Not happy!!

    The bad… something was going on with the ductwork making is make loud noises all night. The bathroom was very dated… wallpaper pealing off the wall, exhaust fan didn’t work. One of the windows must have leaked because the carpet was wet near the wall. The elevator didn’t work for 1/2 my stay, which sucked being on the 5th floor. And the TV signal went out the first morning I was there and never worked again. Oh and the coffee maker still had and old pod in it when I went to use it, gross.

    The room was supposedly just refurbished. The thermostat was non operational I had to have a technician come and adjust so I could get heat night 2 The thermostat was inop again Could not turn off heat Technician came and advised that the system was inop and would have no heat or cool control, I asked to be moved late at night and then they moved me to another room. No help for anyone, so we packed up and moved ourselves in our pajammas No concern was given Other than Sorry As a Gold member I was not happy with my stay nor the staff to offer assisstance

    It’s very close to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. They had a bistro that was open 24 hrs so if you arrive after hours, they have a good selection of food and drinks. My only complaint is the price of parking.     Staff was nice , however when we first arrived the room smelled very smoking and old. We had to be moved to another room. Once in the other room the remote was not working so we had to get a new remote sent up. Also the shower was hard to turn on and had to call the desk for assistance and it took awhile for the shower to get hot. Again the staff was great but the inconveniences was not welcomed.

The parking situation definitely needs improvement. There was nowhere to park to check in and the parking itself was crazy - $65 for overnight?     The thermostat did not work. The room was 80 degrees and would not cool down. Turning on the fan sounded like a loud engine. The room smelled like a cigarette. The green light on the smoke detector on the ceiling in the center of the room was so bright it illuminated the whole room. My wife got a migraine. We slept less than 4 hours.

    Im giving a low rating for not being compensated for being promised hot water. Also, no AC. Low rating because John checked me into the room with no hot water and heater that couldn’t be turned off. It was like a sauna in there. I would like be accommodated for the inconvenience.

    Very nice comfortable room. Check in took quite a while. The shuttle is awful! They won't give any kind of time. They just say 15-30 minutes.

    I’ve stayed here many times and this was the first time I wasn’t happy with my stay. I found what looked like a roach in the bathroom and there was an unpleasant odor on the 7th floor. I really like staying here, but this time around wasn’t one of my favorite stays.

    I was in a state from being at LAX all day and having my flight eventually canceled. The only reason I’m docking a star is because I was standing there in pain, crying, exhausted, in a very long line to check in that was moving at a snail’s pace. Once I got to the desk, the lady was very kind to me and supplied me with a toothbrush and toothpaste. I was able to purchase other needed items at the gift shop since the airline still had my bag. The bed was comfy.

    Room very outdated and water was shutdown from 11 to 5 on dec 8....couldnt use showers or restrooms. We were told public showers and restrooms would be available. We werent notified untill we checked in

    Apparently this was double booked and I contacted the booking agency after front desk told me they would cancel the room and Expedia call five times over 2 days and was not able to make contact so I got double charged, not great customer service

    Horrible experience, the property shut the water off twice during my stay for renovations which wasn’t a huge issue but they didn’t tell us about this until the day we checked in. I felt like they should have sent an email out to inform us prior to our stay so that we could have made other arrangements.

    Upon entering the hotel I was amazed of how grandiose the lobby was. Much better than the other hotels I’ve stayed at near LAX. stay is very helpful and friendly. The room was bigger than I expected and well appointed. Restaurant food was good and service great. We will stay there again.

    Yes and no to the shuttle. The pickup spot was easy to find. The shuttle itself was not. I waited for over a half an hour and started looking for alternate transport when two shuttle arrived back-to-back.
