Retro design. See through blinds in shower with huge window that faces other buildings. Staff was helpful. Room and hotel were clean.

We love the room, and really enjoyed the big hot tub.
- 5/5
Gave me a upgrade room for my birthday
- 3/5
La chambre n’était pas ouf Enplus les portes de toilette ne se ferme même pas complètement
- 3.5/5
Great location and most of staff was nice. Would have be nice to explain the jazz night on Thursdays. We made reservations late for 5p and were told we couldn’t stay for the jazz night. Overall a good location would stay again
- 4/5
The roof top pool and bar were lovely and a great way to unwind. Central to trains, shopping areas and restaurants. Whilst our room was spacious, the bed was just a mattress on a raised floor. It was comfortable but I’m surprised one of us didn’t trip down the raised step. Breakfast was good but it wasn’t buffet style so choice was limited and any extras had to be paid for. The gym was on the 3rd level with no windows so felt a bit stuffy

Central location, nice pool area The shower cubicle was in the bedroom and had a glass wall, no privacy when having a shower.
- 3.5/5
Good location, friendly staff There was hair in the bathroom when I first checked in
- 3/5
Delphi is clean, well maintained and neat. It's just time for upgrades and renovations to the rooms to match the vibes of the lobby and dinning/bar areas.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Wish they were more accommodating when it came to the searing at their UCA restaurant. You pay to be a guest at the hotel but the seating isn’t request friendly because there are other people outside of the hotel who also make reservations. That part I was not very satisfied with.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. This is a notch above a motel. The upkeep of the property was unacceptable and far below expected standards. There are several maintenance and general cleanliness issues. For those of you who planned on booking with them please note there are so many hidden fees upon check out. It’s not worth it.
- 2/5
probably wouldn’t stay again. do not book through 3rd party either!
- 0.5/5
Nothing the fine print for the rooms and parking are not listed so you get a big disappointment because you cannot cancel or you get charged double Everything they put me and my friend in a romantic suite clearly they saw we were not together and yet refused to change us rooms The valet parking was 55 per night and there is no available parking for the guests like in most hotels have. My two day stay was very uncomfortable i loved everything about LA but never again will i stay in these type of hotels i might just have too book from other places

I truly enjoyed the staff, they were very pleasant and helpful. My only feedback is for the owners to address the rooms with damaged areas like the bathrooms. Specifically the tubs/showers, the windows/ blinds and separate toilet area. The bathtub had scratches or marks that looked like dirt. The blinds and the window had old dirt/ stains and the toilet area/room light wasn’t functioning (it would flicker or not turn on even after numerous attempts). I instead just left it on once it worked.

I did like the room: really spacious and modern, comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom has the sexy/romantic style. Your partner can see you taking a shower from the bed. The Üca Terraza is a really nice place and they have Jazz night on Thursdays. LOVE THIS HOTEL The only thing I didn't like was the valet man who worked on Thursday 06/04/2026 (Evening Shift). He was so rude and was all the time paying attention to his phone. That was the only reason why I didn't give a 10.

It's close to many popular spots in downtown L.A. Also, the room was very spacious and with a nice view. The parking is very limited in space and has a very strict policy. For a night prowler like me, this was a huge inconvenience. Also, I wasn't able to enjoy the rooftop since its hours of availability are in a strange schedule. You couldn't enjoy the rooftop early morning or late night. Who's in there room mid-afternoon to enjoy rooftop?? Usually that's the time everyone is out and about.
- 3/5
Rooms are stripped down, no furniture other than a counter and cheap plastic chair. Glass panel instead of bathroom wall. Great location, excellent staff.
- 5/5
Great pool Large rooms Good position Beds a bit low for us old people
- 3/5
Excellent staff. Lovely lobby. Rooftop bar and restaurant are well appointed. The rooms are old and dated. The tile grout is filthy at best as is the carpet. The fixtures need to be replace. One upside is that the curyains and lamps on front of them are quite decorative.
- 2/5
I was traveling with a co-worker and booked two rooms, one in my name one in his. He arrived before me and the hotel staff refused to let him check in saying that his ID wasn't valid despite the fact that it was a CA state photo ID with the name matching the one on the reservation. They only let him check in once I arrived. I've booked rooms for other people in my party at plenty of hotels and have never had an issue like this. I can only think that the fact that he is Black and I look white had something to do with how he was treated. Aside from checking in the hotel was fine.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, Staff were very nice. I enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
Great how clean the room
- 5/5
Great experience from start to finish—easy check-in, a clean room, and an enjoyable stay.
- 5/5
Great hotel in the heart of DTLA.
- 5/5
Very nice and large rooms in a good downtown location. Close to metro stations and easy to get uber rides. They have a very nice rooftop bar with great views of the city.Good value for money.
- 5/5
My hotel stay was wonderful. Staff were helpful and lobby and rooms were well maintained. In house restaurant has good breakfast choices.
- 2/5
The place needs alot of improvements.
- 5/5
Food was great, beautiful hotel. Lovely staff
- 5/5

- 5/5
Our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. we enjoyed the pool and had reservations for the restaurant which was great
- 3/5
Didn’t get room cleaning
- 5/5
Great helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Great study in LA
- 5/5
The rooms are clean and the rooftop bar fantastic. Lovely atmospere and good food.
- 4/5
Swanky property with great public spaces and restaurants. Only downside was room service arriving essentially as a takeout delivery to your room (complete with huge service and delivery fees, and food in cardboard containers with plastic forks). Weird, but maybe that’s just how it’s now.
- 5/5
love the location, helpful staff, upstairs bar/pool area is gorgeous, nespresso machine is a nice touch plus gorgeous lobby and breakfast diner option — wish the two double beds option was still available plus a curtain for privacy between the clear wall and the bedroom area
- 5/5
Gorgeous lobby. Cool bar/restaurant on roof. Excellent breakfast. Mattress and pillows were GREAT but sitting on a low platform I constantly worried about tripping over and that made getting out of bed challenging. Bathroom decor was nice, but extremely low counter with very limited space for your items. I did not explicitly request maid service so got none
- 1/5
Horrible
- 3/5
Be sure to walk through the LA Central Library next door. Its interior is amazing. There are free docent tours available on certain days/times of the week. Breakfast and room service started at 7am which was later than we would have preferred since we had to leave at 7am to make it to our business meetings. The bathroom needs a towel rack or retractable line. There is only one hook and no where to hang towels and the bath mat which means they’re in a wet mess on the counter. The Hotel only provides housekeeping every two days which means you have to request new towels (and coffee pods) be delivered to your room. I would have been happy to use the same towels during my stay if there had been a rack or retractable line to hang them so they could dry. The bed and pillows were comfortable however the design is not accessible for people with mobility challenges. It’s on a low platform which makes it challenging to get in and out of bed. One of my colleagues had an injury and was staying in an accessible room which had the same low platform bed as the other rooms. There really should be a rubber bath mat or grab bar in the showers for anti-slip purposes. Otherwise consider using a hand towel on the shower floor for extra grip. The bar fridge didn’t keep food or drinks cold.
- 5/5
What an amazing room! Quiet, relaxing and all
- 5/5
Perfect location. It has a nice rooftop pool and restaurant. We don’t need to go anywhere else. Staffs were friendly. The manager and the staff at the rooftop restaurant was very accommodating and friendly.
- 5/5

- 5/5
beautiful king suite room! clean! booked the place as a staycation and to catch a couple concerts, had a great time! nice staff, decent food options around
- 4/5
easy check in, our flight was super early and they let us check in earlier, the staff was all really friendly, clean room. Walking distance to places to eat. Rooftop pool was super cute.
- 3/5
The staff was absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful and nice. Rooms were very outdated and our first room we dirty, stained couch, broken bathroom door. Moved us to a different room and it was ok. Rooftop pool and bar were amazing and saved the trip. However, will def not be staying there again.
- 1/5
The service here is terrible!! The valet was never there when I pulled up. I waited over 10 mins each time. They seem to care more about people eating at the rooftop restaurant more than they do their actual guests. At check in, no one asked me to help with my bags. I also paid for late check out, 50 additional dollars to check out at 3:00 pm, which love that they have that option. However, the next day I got stuck in the elevator because my key stopped working. I couldn’t go up and for some reason the “door open” button was not working. I had an overall terrible experience. The rooftop pool views are amazing but the service absolutely sucks!
- 5/5
Great staff and delicious breakfast. It was a great experience!

Amazing
- 5/5
Staff was great room was very nice I loved the area close to everything. I loved the roof top pool .
- 4/5
The lobby and shared areas were beautiful but the rooms and hallways seemed outdated. Also..everyone in the room can see into the glass shower. It’s frosted but still, you can see a lot. Not sure why they wouldn’t add an optional curtain to close or something.
- 1/5
.
- 5/5
Absolutely loved it here!!! Amazing place.
- 4/5
Nothing like a shower curtain sticking to you throughout your shower because they focused on generating social media buzz by having a see-through shower in the middle of your room, rather than the practicality of showering to get clean.
- 3/5
The staff is friendly but the rooms need an upgrade the food is average
- 5/5
All good
- 2/5
Dirty sheets, & towel, front desk was really rude.
- 5/5
Beautiful decor, such patient & accommodating staff, & really lovely dining options within the hotel. I especially loved the rooftop restaurant & all of the greenery around the lobby, as well as the small but cozy outdoor space! Absolutely would stay here again.
- 5/5
Very welcoming staff. Rooms are very clean. Great location.
- 5/5
My daughter said the same about the cooked to order fries
- 5/5
My stay at the Delphi was beautiful, the scenery of Downtown LA was surreal and the room was huge. Also the roof top bar/pool is breathtaking. Phenomenal
- 3/5
What I didn’t like was that they held $703 dollars of my money and The billed was paid in full months before my stay. I didn’t like that the hallways didn’t have cameras for security. I didn’t like that the ice machine wasn’t clean.
- 5/5
Had a great and comfortable experience. Can’t wait to return!
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and tidy. The bath was massive which was a bonus. Checked out the rooftop pool and seating area which was stunning.
- 5/5
Bar had amazing selection and service
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
The hotel is fairly run down and could use some updating in all areas of the hotel.
- 5/5
And Mrs 💚 Green at the front desk need a raise or a higher position.. .
- 3/5
The main hotel lobby is stunning and very radiant but once you get to the elevators they look outdated and the hallways to your room look even more outdated just a plain red carpet and white walls. The suite room is very spacious but the only down fall the restroom/shower is very big out dated. You can see how everything is wearing down and the restroom needs more amenities. I wish I would have taken pictures to show what I’m talking about. The view is very nice and the bed is comfortable along with the big sofa.
- 3/5
Hotel and stay was satisfactory. In town for work training. Good location to get to ny training, take in a Dodgers game and lots of options for dinner/drinks downtown. Room carpet had gross looking stain, but room was otherwise clean and spacious. However did want to note front desk was curt, even rude at times, when I asked typical questions about hotel bar, restaurant, valet parking etc. So sadly, don’t expect friendly or attentive staff that go above and provide service with a smile- not here anyway.
- 4/5
I didn't like that calling for room service you are connected to the front desk only to be told you have to use QR code to order. Also told that you can order alcohol up to your room you have to go down to the restaurant and the breakfast I ordered from room service was brought to me as if I order uber eats in a paper bag and plastic cutlery. Other than that it was a lovely stay.
- 4/5
The lights above the bed is broken in room 1001
- 3/5
The bathroom had mold in it! Grateful I only stayed two nights.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay, staff were amazing! The room I booked was exactly how I saw it in the pictures. The roof top restaurant was beautiful the food was delicious and service was excellent. Thank you for making my stay pleasant and enjoyable. Will recommend to my family and friends.
- 4/5
The staff there are amazing. Well, I only had time to talk to the front desk. Staff, they were very helpful and were wonderful people. When I got to the room, it was a clean room with a nicely made bed. No complaints.
- 5/5
Everything was nearly perfect. I’ll be back!
- 4/5
Nice spot for a quick stay.
- 5/5
Breakfast menu was ok
- 4/5
Good hotel, should have looked closer at the details as we did not realize the shower was fully visible from the bed with no way to hide your naked body. Staff were very accomodating and brought us a make shift privacy curtain! Make sure you choose the upgraded room if you need the privacy!
- 5/5
Perfectly centered to move around downtown.
- 1/5
Everything’s good except for the staff who checked accommodated me . They were rude and their solution/problem solving skill were very poor. Then when asked to speak to a supervisor the next morning I was told to come back the next day.
- 4/5
Good for couples or single but wish had more food options
- 2/5
Smells moldy
- 1/5
No privacy
- 4/5
The hotel was nice. However, the room I stayed in smelled funny, like mold. Room 500. I didn’t tell the staff during my stay though. The food at the restaurants inside of the hotel was decent but overpriced. The lobby smelled good. Overnight parking and daily fees will prevent me from staying again.
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful! Beautiful lounge and lobby as well as the outdoor fire pit area and rooftop bar/restaurant and pool! Lovely staff! We had a great experience! The front desk gave us a congratulatory card and plate of desserts since we were staying while celebrations my sister's engagement!
- 3/5
Water was left in the room but they charged me almost $8 a bottle for it
- 5/5
Lovely staff, clean modern room, awesome pool
- 3/5
Everything was good clean breakfast restaurant was delicious. It was just was very upsetting not be able to use the pool because they had an event that night so we had limited access that day and was not able to enjoy the restaurant for our anniversary because it was close for an event. It was very upsetting driving all the way from Northern California to be told this that day.

Nice staff, and clean. Would stay there again!
- 5/5
Whenever I visit Downtown LA I always book a room here. Late check out a plus
- 5/5
Very nice hotel 🏨
- 5/5
Hotel was nice. The restaurants and roof top pool are the highlights. Plan ahead for food and drink if you want to enjoy some midday because restaurants and bars shut down. Rooms could use a serious update but it was clean and centrally located for our itinerary.
- 5/5
I had an amazing stay at The Delphi. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We loved our room and the rooftop was a vibe. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
- 3/5
Friendly staff! But the room did disappoint me a little bit. There was a Band-Aid stuck to our shower curtain so it had me guessing if the room was actually cleaned properly before we got into it.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
Staff was very friendly and parking and checking in were an easy process. The rooms are outdated and had a strange smell. Beds are very hard. Pool area was very nice though.
- 5/5
The hotel offers valet parking or you can park in the lot facing the entrance to save a little bit on the overnight. The property looks so different at nighttime vs day, which isn't a bad thing. We thought the lobby was special because of the wall finishes and use of mirrors. Theres a coffee lounge that extends out to an outdoor covered patio with hanging plants and privacy hedges abound. The lobby restaurant was packed and after looking at the menu online, I can see why! The food selection was vast so we'll have to check it out next time we stay here. The rooms were an interesting mix minimalist meets mid century design style. I loved how unique it is. The property also provides robes and complimentary watercans, which are a nice touch. The rooftop is expansive for seating at their restaurant, UCA, which the bar was stunning as well. My favorite part would be the pool with lots of seating around and also the turf placement in the lounge areas were a nice touch. Overall, I would come back again!
- 3/5
Los cuartos bastante incómodos el restaurante para el almuerzo esta terrible igual q la comida. La alfombra de los pasillos de los cuartos muy sucia
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff at the counter.
- 4/5
Overall it is ok
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect in downtown with many restaurants and attractions nearby. I really appreciated the attention to cleanliness and detail in the room. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting LA.
- 5/5
Staff customer service was impeccable. Beautiful property with a fantastic rooftop restaurant and bar.
- 5/5
SO CONVENIENT AND SAFE!!!
- 5/5
Lovely
- 3/5
I felt a little catfished by the pictures online, but I made due and tried to just ignore it. I’ve stayed at the Westin across the way, and felt like I was completely safe. So I thought why not book this one. Felt like I was in a motel when I got to my room. Overall, staff was nice when checking in + valet was helpful. They tweak the valet pricing when you receive your invoice at the end. They said it’d be $55 or so for valet and it ended up being $95 after all of their crazy fees!
- 5/5
Everything was excellent and very convenient for the purpose of of my visit to the area.
- 3/5
The corridors and the elevators were dirty.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing and the room was clean and comfy
- 5/5
Highly recommend
- 3/5
Staff was great but the rooms had very odd decor
- 5/5
Excelente
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly staff
- 4/5
Generally speaking, a cool re-development of a mid-century office building, but also with some blemishes that are likely based on the bones of the building. Staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, the room is big and bed really comfortable for the price paid, and we enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
The room was great! Very modern and clean condition! Staff was very helpful and nice!
- 1/5
Hotel was amazing, communication with staff was horrible. This was a gift and the correspondence with staff was frequently delayed, mixed up, and caused some issues with executing the gift. Will never go back there
- 4/5
It was a clean room
- 3/5
Clean rooms, nice staff, you gotta be very comfortable with the people you go with the bathrooms aren’t very private. Would stay here again !
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Room was excellent!
- 1/5
Mistakenly charged twice for my stay
- 3/5
Room could use a refresh for the price paid. Especially the flooring in the rooms and hallways.
- 3/5
There was no regular room service. You had to ask for it in the morning. The hotel is not very clean. All carpets can use some deep cleaning. There was no extra toilet paper or facial tissue in the room. The toilet seat was loose and not safe.
- 4/5
the shower head was broken and it was hard to plug the soak tub . the parking policy is terrible . it was a nice hotel but i wouldn’t go again
- 2/5
The staff was great. But there were so many problems with the room. The toilet was malfunctioning and very loud, the bath gel in the shower was extremely difficult to use, the placement of the tv is awkward, and then I just wasn’t a fan of the bed being flat on the ground.
- 1/5
There was no cleaning of our room or clean towels for our two night stay. We requested fresh towels and pick up of dirty ones but only received some bath towels. They said they only clean every other day
- 5/5
The aesthetic
- 5/5
Everyone was super nice and great location
- 3/5
Report the light out first night it was never fixed restaurant food options limited. And the coffee bar area was near open
- 5/5
Spotless room, Courteous staff too
- 4/5
The bed was comfortable, but there was no TV stand or drawers. The room was plain and too simple. There should have been a chair or couch, and a table. The hotel smelled amazing and the staff was nice.
- 1/5
I would like to say the staff and check in was great Our actual room HORRIBLE I took pictures and videos for the management and staff. Shower wasn’t cleaned dirty shower curtains no trash bags liner in the cans ice bucket was filled with trash and my allergies started acting up and that’s when I noticed behind and along the side of the bed was piles of dust and hair buildup I’m still waiting to hear from the manager to see what they’re gonna do about our stay they wanted us to get up early to re-clean and wait until the afternoon for a new room it was all horrible for our first visit in LA
- 2/5
The rooms, the red room doors, the red carpet, and the murder bathrooms are not somewhere I would ever stay again!
- 1/5
The l style of the room with the bed on the floor and no privacy on the restroom it’s uncomfortable plus no coffee maker it’s inconvenient they have a coffee bar at the lobby but it was always closed you can’t go to the roof top bar unless you have a reservation I definitely never stay here again
- 4/5
Clean, but one chair for two people, tv seemed to cgarge for everything did not use
- 3/5
Upon arrival, our room smelt like someone had previously smoked in there, so my husband and I asked if there was anything that could be changed about that. Staff told us we could either rent $40 candles per day or use their febreze spray. We chose the febreze. While frustrating, it ended up being fine, just a bit annoying. I don’t think we’d choose to stay there again, though.
- 4/5
The staff and the manager were very responsive when I requested being changed to a room with safety bars in the shower. As an 85 year old I appreciated their concern and help.
- 5/5
Great customer service. Comfortable room
- 5/5
Great atmosphere
- 4/5
Room was great size but felt empty due to lack of sofa or similar creature comforts.
- 4/5
Everything was good the only thing I didn’t like was the slow elevator
- 5/5
Also, beds and linens are superior.
- 3/5
Food was disgusting
- 5/5
Great place ! The ambiance was nice on the roof top. Staff is friendly. We stayed here as a family of 4 so we were a little thrown off by the shower, but they do bring black out curtains when you call for a request. I will def stay here again .
- 2/5
There were no closets, no drawers to put your clothes in There was on only 1 plastic chair to sit on IVE NEVER BEEN IN A HOTEL ROOM LIKE THIS EVER IN MY LIFE
- 5/5
Great vibes in this hotel!
- 4/5
Large and clean room
- 5/5
The room and view was amazing the staff was very responsive and attentive. I would definitely stay again !

Yes everything was great staff was courteous and friendly and the room was very clean.
- 5/5
Room was excellent , and the amenities were wonderful
- 5/5
Clean room, staff was helpful and kind
- 1/5
i didn't get refound
- 4/5
Fantastic but parking is super confusing. Others at the parking lot were just as confused.
- 5/5
Great room, staff was very nice. Parking situation is unfortunate and expensive.
- 4/5
Nice, but not ecxuisite
- 1/5
Bed sheet was dirty before I even got there, there was other people stuff ( garbage) still in the room.
- 4/5
Nice room. Shower had a glass wall facing the room. Bed was low to the ground (reminded me of Japanese style bed set-up). Hotel has beautiful pool with great views of Downtown LA. One odd experience was that for Sunday breakfast at the hotel restaurant, there was a 15-20 wait to be seated.
- 5/5
It was a great experience all of the staff I encountered were friendly it’s was nice. Parking threw me off and had to go around again but it was chill. Self parking $40 per night valet parking is $50 although while I was waiting for my room they did take the chair I was sitting in lol
- 5/5
I loved it, but I went when it was raining so so the rooftop was closed and that’s what I got the room for sadly
- 5/5
New Year’s Eve 2025. Although the suite should have been available at 3:00, I had to change for dinner in the lobby restroom closer to 5:00. At about a quarter til, the room was available, as was our restaurant reservation downtown. Marie was gracious throughout our three inquiries, and ultimately with her colleague Jesus, they compensated us for our inconvenience with the room that night as well as the valet parking. Our suite was spacious, clean, huge bath tub, all the staffs were friendly, professional, an overall 9.5/10 experience. It was a good save- professional, courteous and we’d go back. And we’d tell you to.
- 5/5
The room was clean, quiet and allowed us to catch up on rest after a long flight. We've stayed here before and find the Delphi to be a reliable place to stay with a friendly and helpful staff. And it has a great bar in the lobby.
- 4/5
Great location. Wonderful rooftop bar! Didn’t love the carpet on the floor, some upstate’s would make this place great!
- 5/5
Nice
- 2/5
Hotel staff was great and accommodating, the room was very dated, bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom didn’t meet our expectations and the room lighting was terrible. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
- 5/5
Classic retro vibe was perfect for holidays! Hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Diner was awesome. Overall great experience!
- 5/5
Great stay! Staff were nice. The diner had great food and drinks. Room was very spacious and clean. Bummed we didn’t get to go up to the rooftop because of the rain but other than that no complaints!
- 2/5
There was a lobby full of people waiting for rooms to be cleaned when we arrived after check in time. We finally got our room 1 hour later. The bath fan didn’t work so the room was damp after showers. The staff didn’t seem to be experienced in hospitality. The property is tired and the empty compared to what I remembered from when it was operated as The Standard.
- 4/5
Rooms were older, but the rest of the hotel was super neat.
- 5/5
Great location, Rooftop restaurant was beautiful. Breakfast was great

We suppose to check in by 3 pm. Room wasn't ready until 8 pm. Even though, the hotel offered dinner at the rooftop, still I would prefer to get the room sooner.
- 5/5
the hotel was amazing! location, cleanliness and the bed was very comfortable! I will be staying her again soon.
- 5/5
Clean room great staff
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room. The bed was nice and firm. We had a very nice visit.

Great staff
- 5/5
My room was spotless with a beautiful layout, and the amenities felt thoughtful and high end, from the water in the room and soft bathrobe to the excellent gym. The rooftop bar and restaurant were vibrant and festive with Christmas decorations, creating an amazing ambiance, and the pool was perfect. I loved having restaurant service right at the pool. The location was great, and Denea’s diner was absolutely delicious. Most of all, the staff made a lasting impression; everyone was incredibly friendly, and Mariana (I think that was her name), who I spoke with first, set the tone for a wonderful stay. Also happy to have found n SF Giants Fan in LA 😝

Awesome hotel
- 5/5
Great time at the hotel great food great rooftop will definitely come back
- 5/5
Great rooftop restaurant the pool was nice the staff was nice
- 5/5
Good location, the room was perfect and clean. The rooftop was beautiful and the pool was most welcome as it was very warm during our stay. The staff were very helpful in arranging our room as we had separate bookings. Would stay again
- 5/5
Amazing service, great bar, comfortable bed, beautiful huge bathtub!
- 4/5
They offer $10/day food credit. We could hear noise of water from the next door.
- 4/5
Amazi g room. Big and confortable
- 3/5
The bar and pool were una available do to a private party. The receptionist let us know we could go to the bar before it closed once we got there we were told it was closed for a prvate party. I believe we pay resort fees for the pool and bar so if there not open to us why are we paying resort fees. We called to let them know our toilet is not flushing. They coukdnt so anything about it until the morninb we were told to use the bathroom in the lobby. We should have been asked to change rooms. Also we asked to be put on the otherside of the building 6th st is noisy we were put there again yiu could here sirens busses yelling. Also the elevators are a joke you have to wait 10 mintes to get on they have 4 elevators working in properly. I stayed here in May also had trouble and the elevators were doing the same not working properly but this time there is a sign to notify you.
- 5/5
Great staff room had an Oder but the staff immediately took care of it and accommodated us
- 3/5
The shower curtain that’s white, had stains on it. The robe in the room was not clean. It also had some stains. The floor rug was also stained.
- 5/5

Dirty halls
- 5/5
Cool
- 5/5
Returned, great hotel! Best breakfast.
- 5/5
The Delphi is modest and spacious with friendly staff. The value is definitely worth it, while the beds are odd and the bathroom tile is outdated and hard to keep clean.
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
The staff provided great service and was very helpful, very good location, the outside and lobby are nice but the rooms are very outdated and the hallways to the rooms are dirty, carpet seems as it has not been vacuumed in a good while there was alot of trash. I probably won't be returning or atleast not for that price again
- 5/5
Everything was great! Bar was great, diner was great, staff was great! Our only complaint the shower in our room would go freezing cold to scalding hot randomly
- 3/5
It took over 40 minutes to check in. Otherwise not bad.
- 3/5
The staff members were courteous.
- 5/5
It was nice and big
- 5/5
Water pressure was amazing !!
- 5/5
I loved the funky design of the rooms! Diner area for breakfast was great too.
- 4/5
The rooftop bar had great ambience, tho pricey, cool views of dtla buildings, pool nice. Staff were very accommodating. I like that they took a historic office building and converted it to a hotel. However, the room layout is weird. The large bathtub/shower is in the middle of the room. The sheets need to be improved. It was quiet tho and in room coffeemaker was wonderful.
- 1/5
I was unable to check in due to “system being down” and not being able to present a different card at the front desk than the one I used for pre-check in online
- 5/5
Breakfast was fabulous, big rooms, comfy bed, convenient, short walk to metro. Will stay here again.
- 5/5
Staff were so helpful with any questions we had. Great room with a great view
- 5/5
Na
- 5/5
Staff was amazing at the front desk.
- 5/5
The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a lovely outdoor dining area. The rooftop bar was fun for a drink too!
- 5/5
Cute hotel! Rooms seem a little outdated but they were good! Quick and easy check in. Staff was great! Rooftop bar was okay, pretty pricy but the city views are gorgeous. Clean rooms, very cozy beds. Parking garage was easy and has elevator access to right outside the hotel. Right in downtown, very walkable to everywhere we needed to go! Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area!
- 2/5
No, over priced and bad quality!
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Customer service was 10/10 the room were very clean and spacious
- 5/5
Also front desk helped with AmTrack Service. Great positive staff!!!
- 1/5
On top of that, I called the front desk all three nights of my stay just to get an extra blanket, and no one ever answered. Not once. For what they charge, you’d think basic customer service wouldn’t be too much to ask. I wish I would have saved my money and stayed literally anywhere else.
- 5/5
I love every breakfast!! The smell….aroma through out was so refreshing and lovely. Front desk service was outstanding and the service for breakfast was so positive and started
- 4/5
Clean rooms great staff
- 1/5
No breakfast ordered they did have room service.
- 2/5
Wasn’t good hotel and it had a smile too
- 5/5
The service definitely. Love the smell through the lobby! 😀
- 3/5
Room wasn’t ready when we got there.
- 4/5
Such friendly staff! The hotel is gorgeous, and the rooms are modern, sleek, and refreshingly unique—not your typical setup.
- 5/5
Specious room. Beautiful hotel! Great location and quiet.
- 5/5
No issues and quality stay
- 5/5
This hotel gets 10 stars from me
- 5/5
We stayed her for 5 days and our trip was interrupted by my spouse getting sick and being admitted to hospital. the front desk staff was more than helpful to assist me with everything I needed to make things go smoothly. They even extended by time at the hotel so that I could get my things packed and moved to the hospital. The layout of the rooms is a little different than I expected by I actually loved it. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel restaurant Danae's and the rooftop restaurant had the most delicious food you could want. And the drinks (margarita) were to die for!!!! I appreciated Miriam and Jesus at the front desk especially and when I am in LA again, I hope that this hotel is available because I would stay here again and again! Thank you, Delphi Staff, and especially Miriam and Jesus (and others are the front desk) for all your sincere help to make our stay comfortable.
- 4/5
Great restaurants; odd rooms
- 4/5
Nice pool and vibe hotel, rooms are alright
- 4/5
Nice big room
- 5/5
staff was nice
- 5/5
Nice rooms, friendly staff. Conveniently located in downtown LA. Located near lots of restaurant and bar choices.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Never waited long for valet, room was clean and up to par. It was right off the highway. Definitely staying there again. The restaurant and bar were open and accommodated at parties that arrived with no long wait time.
- 3/5
It seems like the whole room was built for hobbits. The toilet was low, the sink was low, and the bed. Oh the bed. It's on like a 6 inch platform. If you have mobility issues please be aware of this, it is not easy to get out of. Now to go back to the bathroom. Functionally fine but the design, dont know what they're thinking. The shower portion acts as the wall between the bathroom and the sleeping area. The "walls" between those areas are clear glass. Not frosted, not opaque clear, completely see through. For some this might be a bonus, but if you're looking for a place to stay with a platonic friend, it's gonna get awkward. The hotel wasn't noisy but you can hear a lot from within the room. The hallways on our floor always seemed dirty, in need of a vacuum. Now for aesthetics, the common areas reminded me of the shining. Red carpets, huge red doors to the rooms. The TV within the room is attached to a pole sticking from the floor. Is this a deal breaker? No. Odd? a bit. It is nicely located, near plenty of shops, walkable distances to restaurants and easily accessible to ride shares. The pool on the roof was nice, not what I would call large but the views were very cool though you need to access it through the service elevator.
- 5/5
Great hotel is a good location.walking distance to restaurants and bars. Loved the roof top bar and restaurant. Lovely roof top pool also. Staff are wonderful.
- 5/5
Didn’t eat there
- 5/5
The breakfast was incredible. Rooms are really cool and staff very helpful
- 5/5
Great bar grazing menu, charcuterie board among other selections.
- 5/5
Had an amazing time and experience with oils most definitely recommend
- 4/5
Overall, I enjoyed my stays here, and feel like I got a great value for what I paid. I was a frequent visitor to the Delphi’s previous incarnation as The Standard so I was very curious how much had changed. The newly renovated public areas are beautiful and welcoming and the pool and rooftop restaurant are great additions. the rooms still have their original Standard furniture and finishes. The beds and furniture are in good shape, but the tilework, fixtures, and other details show their age. The staff were uniformly excellent, the front desk staff were professional and attentive, and every interaction I had with staff members made me feel taken care of. my only real complaints have to do with the infrastructure of the rooms and some inconsistencies with the amenities. My first stay started in a classic room with the peek through shower, the room was fine, but the shower leaked and flooded into the bed area. thankfully the staff dealt with the situation promptly & moved us to a premium room which worked out fine. My most recent stay was in a king suite, also very satisfied except for having no hot water the last morning of my stay. This was also dealt with promptly and the hotel adjusted my bill to make up for it. the rooms were all tidy but they could all use a DEEP cleaning, especially baseboards, tile grout, and plumbing fixtures
- 4/5
would come back
- 1/5
Do not stay here! The tubs and sinks all flood up, this hotel smells and looks nothing like the pictures. Very gross place to stay.
- 5/5
Overall it was a wonderful room and hotel. Thwy have several perks and live music on some nights! The room set up was interesting but cool. Not sure if all the rooms are set up like this but the wall between the shower and the bed was clear. So if you're just going with friends that might be a bit awkward because they can definitely see you shower. But the shower was big, no tub.The bathroom was nice. Also, the bed sits really low to the floor and has a base that you kind of have to step up on to get into the bed. Once again, not sure if all the rooms are like that but that may present problems for mobility issues. Just call and ask. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Oh they also gave you 2 free waters every day and 10% off food in the hotel which was nice!
- 4/5
The staff was courteous and the stay was pleasant. The hotel is kind of old, but the stay was great, so I have no real complaints. The food options were good as well. The only constructive feedback I have is to put more lighting in the fitness center. In summary, it was a great stay. Thanks you!
- 2/5
The hotel is old not well kept vintage. The furniture both in the room and the diner has stains and marks. The elevator feels unsafe and rickety. The carpets in the hallways are old and worn. I am surprised at the rating and cost of this establishment and will not be staying again.
- 5/5
Rooms were spacious and very clean Loved the location and will definitely come again!
- 5/5
Room and bathroom are amazing.
- 5/5
great stay
- 2/5
- Hotels.com says checkin at 3pm, Delphi email says 4pm - First room was frozen with the AC set on the lowest, the heat didn't start working even after 15 minutes of waiting. Switched rooms and the lady at reception who checked us in talked to us like we were kids and that she never heard about such issue. No hint of an apology whatsoever - Second room was as frozen as the first one (I would say sub 60). We stayed since we had to leave for an event. The heat worked when we were back after midnight. We heard two other clients complaining about the cold at the reception - First morning we asked (the same lady who checked us in) how to collect car from valet, she answered with attitude that we should go outside and find a valet - Second morning when we were checking out (another lady) nicely asked if we want to get the car, without us even asking. So it could be done from reception if they wanted to - Phone at room didn't work - Server at breakfast gave us weird attitude, refused to do what other server has done previous morning and then warned us we would be charged for two coffees if my wife took a sip from my cup - Half the elevators didn't work - Shower heads were the cheapest, one leaking and second one clogged - Room's sofa was very stained
- 5/5
The room was clean and updated. Bathroom and shower were very nice. Room had a refrigerator and coffee pot, which were very appreciated!
- 5/5
Very comfortable spacious room
- 5/5
Was amazing and beautiful views on the rooftop areas. Rooms are very clean and comfortable!! I would recommend this to others and I would come back here!!
- 4/5
It was ok, staff was friendly. Rooms were decent, but wish there was a curtain between the shower and bedroom as I was sharing a room with my son
- 5/5
Very good
- 4/5
Bed was very hard
- 3/5
The areas in the hallways are not cleaned, it’s usually with garbage specks if something. The room was clean. The pool facilities were clean too.
- 2/5
I got charged 92$ can i know what was that for?
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Air conditioning works great, love the shower, bed is super comfy, friendly staff, LOVED breakfast
- 5/5
The staff was really helpful with anything we needed, having a hotel gym was so nice. The rooftop pool and restaurant was so gorgeous! Definitely will be going back if I’m ever in the area
- 1/5
Very disappointed with our stay. We were told the booking included free breakfast, but when we got there, they said it was only one free meal and one drink per adult — completely misleading. On top of that, we had to pay for parking, and the room only came with one roll of paper towels. When I went to the front desk to ask for some kind of refund or compensation, the lady said they couldn’t do anything about it. Terrible customer service and not worth the money. I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 5/5
Nice area & very helpful and friendly staff
- 4/5
Room is nice, though I can see the platform bed being a tripping hazard, I didn't trip, but I was hyper aware of it. If you want shower privacy, you won't get it, as the shower wall is glass facing the bed, not a problem for me and my partner, but some may find this off putting. The carpet in the corner by the bed was not attached, just loose with the boards showing, weird for a nice place.
- 5/5
Nice hotel good staff
- 4/5
Great location, Worth the stay, but parking, especially valet is quite expensive.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Super
- 5/5
Amazing hotel!
- 3/5
Room was okay but too noisy at night.
- 5/5
Convenience to all the restaurants and transportation. Clean room with all included amenities. The room even had a bluetooth speaker! Please consider this for your visit to Los Angeles
- 1/5
Didn’t get towels. Elevator super slow. Bad service
- 1/5
Tiny, outdated, not very clean, and most of all, some of the rudest staff. I wouldn't go back for free.
- 3/5
Okay!
- 4/5
The property was only open a month when we stayed so I’m giving them a bit of a break because they were still shaking things out. First, the good: the rooms are spacious and well lit, I was
- 5/5
Great property. Room spacious. Downtown LA has gone a bit down hill. But compared to other properties it is in the safer neighborhood area.
- 5/5
Very beautiful and elegant property. I was surprised of the resort fee though
- 5/5
Given the bad area, the parking was reliable and we felt safe. The rooftop bar was nice as well. The brunch /breakfast was delicious!
- 5/5
Great hotel, kind of a cool older building, gorgeous rooftop pool bar and dining!!
- 5/5
The elevators suck 4 elevators and only 1.working was crazy for a. Busy weekend should have fixed that
- 4/5
Nice design, cool rooftop
- 5/5
Awesome staff, great diner with amazing food and drinks, clean and comfortable rooms!
- 5/5
Clean. Close to everything. Parking can be tricky.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Hotel was good. Don't recommend walking around at night though
- 1/5
Great property. Poor customer service.
- 1/5
Poor front desk staff
- 5/5
Beautiful, clean, and friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable. I enjoyed the diner and Uca restaurant a lot.
- 5/5
I would most definitely stay here again. Rooftop bar was amazing, staff in the entire hotel was friendly. Only thing was that the beds are very uncomfortable.
- 3/5
We stayed for two nights, I feel it could’ve been nicer for the amount we payed for two nights. It was a hassle with parking, so we payed for Valet, and still had to wait at times. The elevators were really slow and hallways were dirty carpet needed to be vacuumed. The room was nice, however the tile was messed up in shower, can use a nice remodel. I was expecting more so it was average for me. The roof top restaurant was the highlight of our stay. Not sure we will be staying again!
- 1/5
They dont tell you about all the fees and charges that come with the parking
- 4/5
Nice location and great amenities. Rooftop pool and restaurant is pretty amazing too.
- 5/5
Great staff and nice sized, clean rooms. Met two of the managers in my stay just because they were present. I’ll be back next time I’m in LA!
- 3/5
The room was big and clean the only downside to it was the privacy for the restroom there’s a curtain that covers but you can still see with all the tiny holes The bed was super uncomfortable more because it was way to lower left was my back hurting the tv placement was odd
- 5/5
Loved the emerald look to the facility. Very nice for 4 days! Valet parking was friendly & easy to retrieve. Traveled from Florida & will stay again!
- 5/5
Great place for a staycation, near a lot of great restaurants and bars.
- 1/5
Bedding was dirty, had hairs on every piece of bedding. You will also hear all the road noise and homeless hollering down below, no matter what floor you are on.
- 5/5
Love everything about the hotel!
- 5/5
We arrived an hour after check in time and our room still wasn’t ready. Concierge waived my high floor request fee, bottle of champagne fee, as well as the resort fee for the inconvenience. They were very accommodating and did what they could to “make it right.”
- 5/5
Absolutely loved this place, we were extremely well taken care of by all staff, our suite (generous upgrade, wow) looked straight out of a Stanley Kubrick film. Their signature scent in the lobby is so intoxicating that I had to buy one of those candles. Absolutely loved this place, my go-to in LA from now on.
- 4/5
Location was good for next day meeting.
- 5/5
I love the rooftop restaurant had amazing service! Seating was unique due to not being able to sit on the outer part due to being book, but the whole hour plus we saw multiple tables that we could have sat it. It’s ok this place made up for it with their prompt front desk that made everything better
- 5/5
Amazing property. The staff was very attentive and the rooftop was beautiful.
- 5/5
The bathroom was great. Air conditioning was perfect for the hot weather. I would recommend staying here.
- 5/5
Staff was so friendly. Check in was a breeze and the rooftop bar is excellent.
- 4/5
The staff was excellent and friendly. The room was clean and organized. It does feel a little dated however the price was worth the room.
- 4/5
Very clean place. Friendly helpful staff.
- 2/5
The room was run down. I didn’t like the mattress on the platform instead of an actual bed. Also, the mattress was as not comfortable. The counter in the bathroom was very low and I had to reach far down to get my items. I also didn’t like how the bathroom was see through to the bedroom. The carpeting was very stained and old. It looks like the room wasn’t well maintained. It was not up to quality with what I had to pay for the room.
- 5/5
In the future.
- 5/5
We loved this hotel. Classic charm with a modern twist. The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. Very stylish and comfortable.
- 5/5
Did not like the platform bed, it was a tripping hazard. Staff was very gracious about moving me to a room with a regular bed.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful, & friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the platform bed. The platform surrounding the bed stuck out about 19 inches. Bed was very low, & hard to get in & out of. Was afraid I would trip & fall over the platform, if I got up during the night. I asked to be moved to a room with a regular bed, & they were very accommodating.
- 5/5
Love the place
- 5/5
Roof top pool & Bar were the best part! Amazing views from the roof top & restaurant at night was amazing! It’s also close to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops & bars.
- 4/5
I liked everything except the overcharged hidden fees.
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
Has a nice roof top bar, room was clean but Air conditioning was not working in our room and no one helped fix it
- 4/5
Clean and quiet
- 5/5
Very good hotel
- 2/5
i woke up with a bunch of flea bites. there was a lot of hidden charges at the end. to use the pool i was charged extra?? never coming back again
- 5/5
V good
- 5/5
I love the modern rooms and the wonderful rooftop bar. The breakfast is fantastic as well
- 3/5
The property lacks visible security staff. The property needs an upgrade in the hall ways and elevators
- 1/5
Bed too low on floor. Kept hitting my toes on the lower part of platform for bed. Bathtub and sink and area around toilet was dirty upon check in. No toilet paper in the room. Human feces everywhere around hotel and surrounding blocks.
- 3/5
The rooftop staff were excellent very good customer service.
- 4/5
The hotel needs some serious updating. Especially the bathroom. Housekeeping not responsive. Had to call 3 times to get extra towels. Texting customer service not responding at all
- 4/5
The property is obviously older. Needs some major updating
- 5/5
Front desk lady was super friendly. Room was little minimalist and shower was surprise. Do not recommend this hotel if you’re traveling with a family. Shower room was visible from the bed.
- 3/5
It was a great stay if you don’t count the AC not working and the fact that I had to get a fan from the front desk just to cool off a bit.
- 4/5
Very convenient with the parking and restaurant inside. Seemed only one elevator worked while I was there and even that one was jerking mid ride. Areas behind the bed and under the desk were really dusty and dirty but surface level was clean.
- 4/5
It was clean I liked the location since there was a lot to do around downtown. The room was clean but had a strange odor. Loved the bathroom setup. They also have a jazz night and a beautiful view in their upstairs restaurant.
- 5/5
Great place
- 4/5
Good transportation
- 4/5
Need to upgrade A/C in the rooms on hot days. Felt a little muggy, humid and the ac felt more like a swamp cooler. Overall great stay and room amenities were great.
- 5/5
Receptionist was probably just having a bad day but she eventually got us checked in. Everything else was great
- 3/5
Aww 22⅔eqq1
- 5/5
Spacious room
- 5/5
Had to circle around for parking, and they charged per day. Check in was easy, ladies at the front were nice. Need some work on there elevators. Rooms were clean, and roof top was amazing
- 4/5
The end table charger didn’t really work most of the time but that was fine since the hotel room had a decent amount of wall chargers. Would definitely return to the hotel again.
- 4/5
I liked the property, it's location, services. Starr were polite and professional. I don't liked how there is a light buld holder directly above the bed. It's a safety concern.
- 3/5
The room wasn’t the cleanest. The closet sort of smelled like pee. To top it off, the shower was made of glass screens so there was no privacy. However, the diner downstairs was really good and they gave great service.
- 5/5
Conveniently located in doentown, metro 5 min walk away. The room was spacious, very cute. Hallway was kinda old and dusty, but room and lobby are nice. Didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant or lounge.
- 4/5
Decent & well priced new option in DTLA
- 5/5
Cool spot
- 5/5
Easy check-in great customer service and The room was amazing. My favorite part was the spa tub in the restroom will definitely book again.
- 5/5
Place includes a Bluetooth speaker in the room it was a plus !!
- 3/5
The bed isn’t very comfortable but other than that we had a great stay.
- 5/5
Goood
- 4/5
Older building. Room smelled old dingy but room was clean. Did the job.
- 5/5
Very cute hotel. Sexy room. Nice staff. Wish the elevators were faster.
- 5/5
This hotel was great. Great hospitality and service. Great location.
- 4/5
The pool was under construction which was a bummer but other than that it was a great night stay.
- 5/5
love this place, stayed for a birthday weekend and was able to upgrade for the suite!
- 5/5
Great stay! Got upgraded for free! Will stay here again in the future.
- 5/5
I loved how cool and spacious it is
- 2/5
I expected there to be free parking and especially the pool accessible. The pool deck was under construction and they didn’t make that know before booking the room. I always book a room with a pool and it was not available. It was a waste of my money I should’ve booked elsewhere especially during this hot summer.
- 4/5
This hotel is so cute and retro chic! The room is such a vibe, very 70’s with tub right in the center! It made you have one of those moments where you’re like “oh yeah I need this in my house”. The tub was so roomy just a little loud when draining but whats to expects its literally hot tub sized Lol the lobby was so cute and more of a sultry retro vibe! The property was very cute and I would stay again. The staff was sweet and included a sweet birthday message in with some sweets in the room upon request it was such a sweet touch!
- 5/5
Also a pleasure staying at the Delphi. Lobby and reception area is beautiful and Instagram worthy. Lots of dining options. Valet parking only with in and outs. Rooms are giving mininal lifestyle. I sleep very comfortably. My #1 choice when I need a staycation with good pricing.
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite and it was awesome! Huge tub, amazing shower. We will definitely be back.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Cute hotel with great staff.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean and pretty nice. Would definitely go back again !
- 5/5
My niece and newphew were the guests. They had a fantastic stay and can't wait to come back.
- 5/5
Lovely stay, i also recommend Downtown LA Pho across the street 10/10 hotel and pho.
- 5/5
Great place right on Flower St
