Great place!

Well kept parking area.

Nothing wrong per se, just high priced for what it is. Very basic place. Functions fine, but almost no amenities and high priced compared to similar places.

Front desk gentleman was mean and terribly unhelpful and unprofessional. I would not wish this establishment on my worst enemy.

The hotel was restored/renovated well, at least the important stuff, like the room. The room is small, but fine, especially for the price. A/C, bed, bathroom were all nice. Coffee in the room would be an appreciated addition. I definitely would stay again under similar circumstances. Breakfast items were good quality. There's not a lot of choices, however.

They keep your room secure once it booked, I was to busy around the city and I make the check in late, they attend me pretty well. In contrast, others reject if you don’t do the check in on time.

This place is what I like to call a Diamond. How cute and cozy it was. It was beautiful on the outside and inside, and reminded me of a lodge type hotel in the Alps I stayed at before. The staff was so kind and accommodating and I would highly recommend staying here if you want a comfortable bed, fluffy towels and some of the nicest people you can meet. Tha k you for the wonderful accommodating and allowing me to extend, it really is a magical place and was exactly what I needed.

Friendly checkin. Quiet room in a noisy location. Feels clean and reasonably maintained. Easy access to parking. Need a key to enter the building itself which is safe. Minimalistic, old, but a good and peaceful stay. They serve breakfast, I did not stay long enough to try it.

If you are a person who needs extra frills this may not be right for you. But If you are looking for a very clean, safe, comfortable motel with a price that can’t be beat you should definitely stay here.

The breakfast is simple but sufficient. It runs from 8:00 to 10:00 and includes coffee, yogurt, English muffins, and toast. The selection is limited, but everything provided was fresh and enough to start the day. The location is a bit farther from downtown Seattle, so it may not be ideal if you want to stay right in the city center. However, if you are looking for a more budget-friendly option and don’t mind a short drive, it works well. Overall, good value for money, clean environment, and nice service. I would stay here again on my next trip to Seattle.

The breakfast food was a simple egg and sausage sandwich very efficient and clean and tasty and yogurt was available and so was breakfast cereal.

Big disappointment was that breakfast didn’t open until 8AM. And there was no coffee maker in my room, so I had to seek my morning caffeine elsewhere which was pritty annoying. Great friendly staff

I was very happy to find this motel for my stay in Lynnwood! It is quiet, spotlessly clean, and a great price. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy, the linens nice, and the room decor perfect for a fairly small room. I was impressed with the excellent maintenance of the property. I will definitely stay here again.

Small but very clean room, TV volume was locked super low & we called for assistance but no follow-up, so we watched a movie on our laptop (secure wifi was nice).

Our room was spotless, comfortable bed, and nice linens. The hallway smelled wonderful. We had a microwave and refrigerator but no coffee maker. Check-in went smoothly and I understand they offer breakfast but we didn't check it out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to amily and friends.

I love a little older motel and this one even had 'motor inn' in its name on the sign! The staff was extra nice at check-in: got us two bags of ice from the back since there's no ice machines and walked outside the office to point to the part of building where our room was. The halls were lovely with dark wood wainscoting. The room was minimal but everything was pretty modern and very clean. The TV and wifi worked well, we had a fridge/freezer/microwave, the shower was hot and powerful, and the bed was quite comfortable! The free breakfast in the lobby included yogurts, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches. Our only complaints were that the lights on the door lock flickered inside every five or ten minutes and the fitted sheet was popping off our big soft mattress :)

Checking in took forever the person at check in took a long time. Is like they didn’t know what they were doing. The room was small and smell like strong chemicals. Furniture was old and tired. Check out was a challenge too with having to way a didn’t throw a rock star party in the room. Most hotels use walkie talkie but this place have to call the maid to drop what she is doing and take a look at the room so I can get check out. They need more improvement second day a person at front was great but that was it

It's a nice find. Simple and comfy.

This is an old motel with small rooms, but it has been updated, and it's spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was provided, even though the small rooms didn't resemble the roomy suites in more modern hotels. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very simple, but adequate with yogurt, toast, coffee and tea, cereal and Jimmy Dean's breakfast coissants. Our towels were changed daily and trash was emptied. Bed was comfy.

Room is very clean

I didn't try the breakfast, but my room was really clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The only thing better would have been an arm chair in the room. The value was fantastic and I would stay again!

Stayed 1 night after flight from Manchester vie Dublin before we drove to Vancouver. It did the job for a very cheap price. Cannot complain., well done!

This is a great budget option when staying in the Seattle area. It's clean and comfortable and about a 20 minute drive from Seattle center. We stay here when we visit Seattle since it's much more affordable. Lynnwood has decent restaurants for grabbing a quick bite.

We stayed for one night before heading to the Olympic National Park. As mentioned in other reviews, everything is very neat and clean! There was no ice machine but the lady working at the property was very nice to give us some ices in the zipper bag. Appreciate it! Con: The bed was too plush to my liking. There was a simple breakfast provided too. Highly recommended! :)

Room 103 has a lumpy mattress and felt like I was sleeping on Memory Foam that had broken down and beyond its useful life. Front desk said the mattress was not foam and gave me an indifferent reaction to my telling them I experienced pains in my legs and back and constantly changing sleeping positions throughout the night did not alleviate my sleepless discomfort!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, well maintained and clean. This is my new go-to when I am in the area.

Stayed at this property while I was in town for a work meeting. This is the perfect hotel if you need a quiet and clean bed to sleep in with a good AC. I appreciate the breakfast option being served from 8AM to 10AM. Great for business travelers.

This is a renovated property that is very clean and well kept. One night stay and it was clean and comfortable. We were going to be checking out very early, and the clerk provided us with “breakfast to go” which was much appreciated! There’s no elevator to the 2nd floor rooms FYI.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The parking area was well lit and room location was secure. Cleaning staff was polite and friendly. I would stay here again given that it is conveniently located to a lot of the cities north of Seattle; Edmonds, Everett, etc. There are grocery, stores, and food places nearby.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Checking inn was a bit rough cause we got there late due to our flight delay but chick in was easy. I just wish that the reviews were accurate about breakfast because when we went, it was literally a toaster with white bread. There was no breakfast but they did have coffee.

The place was amazing. But one of the employees were incredibly rude to us. Unfortunate because the hotel was gorgeous and a great price, but the service we received was terrible.

We came late at night and the man who checked us in was very kind and helpful. He made our check in very easy.

We were very pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable our stay at the Best Lynwood Inn was. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, check in and check out were a breeze, and the complimentary breakfast was good!

The mattress was very hard. The bathroom faucet had very high pressure and shallow sink caused water to splash all over the floor and on the person. Bed is the most component of any rental and have terrible mattress makes the stay very uncomfortable.

The room appeared clean, but smelled bad (urine odor)

The area is pretty sketchy and I had to remove everything from my car. There was a smoking area, right where you walked into the door of the hotel. The hallways were dark and there was the same painting about 15 times on the walls. The bedding was very basic and I could feel the springs in the bed. The cost was a good deal and now I know why.

Best Lynnwood was really nice! It was what you’d expect from a motor inn, not too flashy and only the essentials but I had a good time! They kept our room and the common areas impeccably clean, front desk and housekeeping were kind to us, and the modest breakfast was a good way to start the day. I was in town for Sketcherfest so it was nice to just plan out our day over some coffee and toast and then head out. There’s a lot of restaurants within walking distance and shopping centers in either direction, and the coast is right down the road. The inn is close to the light rail too! Great home base type of hotel if you’re in the area to adventure.

While I'm not too picky about the places I stay in overnight, my family and I, at least, expect our room to be clean and tidy at the minimum.

The property was misrepresented on the Expedia site as a 3-star hotel. It is not. It is at best a 2-star hotel. Further, I was not happy about the so-called breakfast options as they did not provide options for people who could not drink milk. Overall, the place was clean, but that is the only thing good I can say about it. The neighborhood is dodgy and the reviews by people on the site appear contrived to make the property appear better than it is. I will not be going back

We stayed 2 nights. After the first night to my surprise the bed was not made, the floor was not swept, I know housekeeping came to the room because the garbage was picked up and the towels were replaced. Breakfast very, very basic. There is one type of cereal, toast, yogurt and breakfast sausage sandwich, tea and coffee. Internet access was good. The bed is average. The room has a refrigerator and microwave

Very clean. Quiet. A simple room in great shape. The bed wasn't the absolute best, but I'm picky about that. I just needed a place to escape the heat, so grateful for the air-conditioning unit that worked perfectly and just kept going and going. The free breakfast offered toast and jam, cereal and milk, microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, decent coffee. No laundry on site, but there is a laundromat in the next block down the road.

We had a wonderful overnight stay here! The bed was super comfortable and is exactly what we needed for a restful night. Loved the added convenience of having a microwave and mini fridge in the room. The continental breakfast was enough to start the morning. Would definitely stay again!

Small hotel which is well maintained. The owner/receptionist is very friendly and will do anything to make your stay nicely.

No frills for sure. BUT very clean, safe, quiet. I was a solo female traveler and felt safe at all times. Only hiccup was there is no ice machine. I needed about a bucket’s worth doe my small cooler for my drive home. Office was closed so I buzzed and was given a small ziplock bag full of ice that was frozen solid. Other than this great stay would stay again if I only needed a bed for the night and no amenities.

Checking in with arrogant old man who wanted to charge every cent he could! Early check in ( 2:20 instead of 3:00) $50 dollar charge. (Waived when complained). Used my debit instead of credit card another $50 hold. ( I’ll be watching for that credit) I’ve stayed here many times but this is last, you’re a small operation located in one of the worst locations and apparently now with the worst employees.
